Food and service here are amazing! The salad bar has less options than the one at Fogo but most people are coming for the meats anyway. There are two small private rooms and plenty of parking.

This place is an absolute GEM. Who knew such amazing food existed so close to home. have been to my fair share of Brazilian steak houses and this one punches far beyond just about all of them. I never would have guessed such a nice steakhouse was hidden in this small shopping center. The food is outstanding, the staff is incredible, everything is delicious and high quality. I could not believe how delicious the meal I had here was. I cannot recommend this place enough for a nice night out, a special occasion, or just a night you feel like treating yourself. It's the perfect meal.

We decided to have our offices annual Christmas dinner here. It was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I have to say, I was more than impressed. From the moment we walked in the service was great. The food was all amazing. My flaming cheesecake was a great way to end my night. I hope to go back.

Everything was so good! The host told us not to fill up at the salad bar, but it had prosciutto and the beans and rice were excellent. All the meat was expertly done. And the plantains and cheesy bread bites were irresistible. We also got dessert, the key lime pie was some of the best I've had. Will definitely be back!

We had lunch at this Brazilian restaurant today with a large group, and we were absolutely impressed! The service was outstanding the staff was incredibly attentive, helpful,and friendly. The meat was fantastic: juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, The salad bar was great too, with fresh ingredients, plenty of options, and everything nicely presented We were also pleasantly surprised by the final bill 💵 the price was very reasonable for the quality of food and service we received. This is by far the best Brazilian Steakhouse I've ever been to! The food, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. All of the servers are very attentive, whether it's pulling out chairs, folding your napkin when you're up, grabbing fresh plates, making sure you're getting what you want, etc. The food is delicious. Not a single meat I tried was bland or poorly seasoned, it was all outstanding - especially their house specials. This place even has grilled pineapple! This is only the third Brazilian Steakhouse I've ever been to that does the grilled pineapple and it is amazing. I highly highly recommend trying out Bitelo! Fair warning, any other Brazilian Steakhouse will probably be ruined for you after having this one.

I visited this restaurant on Friday, October 24th, around 2:00 p.m., and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and inviting the place was. The staff was incredibly courteous, and the waiters were extraordinary — attentive without being intrusive and always ready with a smile. The food was phenomenal — every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What made our visit even more special was that it was my husband’s birthday, and at the end of our meal, they surprised him with a happy birthday crème brûlée. The plating was stunning, and the thoughtful gesture made his day truly memorable. This restaurant went above and beyond to make our lunch not just a meal, but an experience. We left feeling so happy and grateful. Highly recommend!

This is literally my boyfriend and I’s favorite place! We try to come here on our birthdays. The staff is always so friendly and if you like a certain meat they’ll go out of their way to bring it to you. I personally love the salad bar since I like to eat additional stuff with my steak. Lots of options to choose from! Also comes with complimentary mashed potatoes, cheese bread and fried bananas which are all 10/10. I will say, I’d skip the chicken if I were you and stick to the steaks 😋 The price is also justifiable for 2 ppl and this top tier experience. Thank y’all so much, y’all are really incredible!!

My husband and I celebrated our one year marriage anniversary here along with family. The service was amazing as well as the food options. This was the best Brazilian steakhouse we’ve gone to yet. The grilled pineapple was delicious along with the crème brûlée!! Very clean restaurant and nice ambience.

The best food and service we had in along time. Food and service are 6 stars. This was our first visit. We tried all Brazilian steakhouse and this location was our first time, I think we made ourselves a new favorite. The quality of the meat is the best from them all. Salad bar is good but does not elaborate as other Brazilian steakhouse but who really needs a salad bar when the meat is top notch. You must try the espresso dessert drink out the video.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the level of service was incredible. You can really feel that this is a family-owned restaurant; the care they take with their customers is impressive. (I'd rate the service a 10 if I could) The staff is super attentive without being intrusive. They seemed to know exactly when to fill my water glass or offer another cut of meat, and the little stop-and-go placards on the table are a genius touch for when you need a well-deserved break. The dining experience starts with a fantastic all-you-can-eat salad bar, which is a great way to kick things off. But the real star is the continuous flow of meats. They just keep bringing it—beef, pork, chicken, and more—as long as you’ll keep eating it. The quality of the prime cuts is amazing. If you are wise, you'll save room for dessert. The flaming cheesecake is a must-try, and as a special treat for our anniversary, they even gave us a free creme brulee, which we managed to finish even after being stuffed by dinner. While the dinner price is a set rate of around $60 per person before drinks and dessert, it is absolutely worth it for a special occasion. Bitelo is more than just a restaurant; it's a special place that makes any celebration feel even more memorable.

Came here for a birthday celebration and wow what an amazing experience! Service was fantastic, great selection of meats constantly in rotation, our sides and water were replenished promptly. The salad bar was well stocked with veggies, cheeses, deviled eggs, rice, etc. And it was very clean and orderly. Atmosphere was romantic but still family friendly as we had our baby with us. Restrooms were very clean and there was a baby changing table in the women's restroom. Flaming cheesecake with ice cream is a must!

The Hidden Gem of Cedar Park! I celebrated my 48th birthday here with my family, and once again, it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, the service truly impeccable—white glove all the way—and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and just right for a special occasion. This isn’t our first visit. My 12-year-old is a huge fan, and we celebrated his birthday here too. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. They also helped me plan a beautiful graduation party for my daughter—not only was it seamless, but it was also memorable. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a milestone celebration, this place delivers every time. A big shout-out to the incredible servers who always make us feel like VIPs. Truly a must-visit spot in Cedar Park!

Brazilian steakhouses are generally really good. Bitelo goes above and beyond. Pinanha was a standout. Really fresh salad bar. But the service stood above all local competitors. Family owned and operated this place is the definition of pride and service. And the Carillijo was presented beautifully and tased even better. If you want something different and delicious give this place a try. It is well worth the time.

We arived about 7:00 pm, there were few to no donuts. One cinimon bun and some powder donut holes. Really disappointed, so we purchased ice cream 🍦 at 31 flavors at the same location. The staff was very friendly and helpful store for clean.

Got a breakfast sandwich and some hasbrowns today. The hashbrowns came as pictured, lumped into a ball and over cooked. Service left something to be desired. Lady didn't seem happy to be there, they forgot someone's coffee that was there before I got there, they didn't say thank you one time even after I said thank you. My breakfast sandwich was good though.

Everything was good except they had no coffee brewing. Ironically it's a coffee shop.

Beware and check your drink before you leave. Order 2 medium coffees and see how one of them is 30% empty! That’s just cheating! Why charging me for medium and give small quantity?

i came here with my brother excited for a good breakfast. when we got home from the drive thru we looked at our food and everything was completely BURNT. so i call the store and the lady on the phone never apologized once, just “thank you for letting us know.” the service here is absolutely awful.

Been here only twice, both times the breakfast tots were really soggy and had a weird taste. One of the workers seemed kind of rude and mad. Not returning.

Drink received 80% full. This happens all the time at this location. Management has been made aware of this problem, yet they continue to scam customers.

Most place’s provide a receipt with the phrase “How was my service “ this DD didn’t and probably because they knew the quality of the food they were serving was less than subpar. Hash Browns were burnt and hard on the inside and out on top of paying $2 for an order of 5 dried out rounds. Just look at the pics….

My bf & I just got some donuts from this place, hoping to eat them with the rest of our breakfast. We open our box & there’s this jelly filled donut with black & blue spots on it- we thought it was Mold! So we called them to tell to ask them about the spots around the donut & a lady answered the phone saying it was “bruising” from the donut machine. Donuts don’t bruise ever unless that bruise is “mold”. Now we’re weary of eating the rest of the donuts in the box because some others are like that is well. Always check your boxes!

Worst experience. We went here 10AM on a Sunday morning for drive through. They said 10mins wait for food and we were in hurry. So dint want to order. But we were stuck in the line for 15mins. They could have planned all of this better. Never coming back to this location again.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for a chai tea. I usually buy Starbucks, but sometimes it’s too busy - so I’ll try Dunkin instead. Nearly every time I choose Dunkin instead, I unfortunately regret it. I’m not one to write reviews and go out of my way to leave one - BUT, this is the 4th or 5th time my chai tastes like STRAIGHT SYRUP. I’ve also gotten their breakfast sandwiches and they taste like plastic. I know this isn’t the staff fault because they’re always so friendly - but like, maybe talk to Dunkin HQ and tell them to step up their game. Make food and drinks that TASTE EDIBLE.

If you can't fullfill orders you have a bad GM, and owner. Most Dunkins are ran terribly, its up to management to change that.

I ordered and prepaid online for a dozen donuts early this morning. When I arrived an hour and a half later to pick them up, I was told they had sold my order because they “assumed” I wouldn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, they did not even attempt to refund me until I explicitly demanded it. Selling a paid order and hoping the customer doesn’t come back is either gross incompetence or outright disregard for customers. This is the last time I will ever come here.

Requested prepacked quart ice cream. They didn't have any in the freezer. Tried to charge me double to fulfill the order.

My wife and I went through the drive thru, My wife originally asked a few questions about the coffee then we ended up asking to just take the coffee off the order. The lady at the window asks us to pull up to the window after we took off the order, we hear her say “so annoying” behind the mic at the drive thru before we pull up to the window. Waited about 8 minutes at the window for someone to ask us to pay. I work service to so I understand if it was annoying. At least have the nerve to mute the mic and don’t hide in the back when the customers come to the window. Ps the manager or shift lead was the lady that said we were “so annoying”. Great work guys👍
