We've enjoyed 2 meals here recently. I especially loved the zacahuilt served with pickled vegetables and the piques. The service was excellent - very attentive. Dona Marilu is extremely welcoming and friendly. I look forward to our next visit!

Delicious Huasteca food, including bocoles, molotes, zacahuil, and what can I say about the enchiladas with cecina or chorizo? Everything is delicious. Huasteca cuisine from northern Veracruz in Xalapa. They do sell the famous "Escuis de Hierro" soft drink here!

The food is very good. If you order bocoles, it takes a bit of a while, or at least in our experience. The coffee with milk is already sweetened. The portions are large, but there's an option for a half order. The beans are gleaming with butter, which is very noticeable, but for that reason, they're delicious. The zacahuil was a bit dry, very tasty, but lacked a sauce.

Excellent service. They have a children's play area. All the dishes were delicious, the portions are generous, so you might break your diet, but it will be worth it!

It's a restaurant where the portions are quite large. You can order a half or full portion. If you fill up quickly, I recommend the half portion. The prices are affordable and the flavor is delicious. The only downside is that if you want to pay by card, they charge a fee. The service is good and fast.

La verdad tenía muchas ganas de visitar este lugar que conocí hace algunos años con amigos. Pero creo que el sabor ya no es lo que era. Los ingredientes son correctos pero algo falta. Los frijoles sabían casi como los de lata (no digo que lo fueran), perdieron ese toque hogareño. También me molestó un poco que el área infantil no cuenta con personal de apoyo y está directamente a la puerta de la calle, por lo que no tiene sentido, si quieres divertir a tus niños llévalos al parque, si quieres comer sin preocuparte de que les pase algo, aquí no es. El agua estaba muy rica.
