I just bought 3 combo meal, 4 tacos and 7 pieces of the stuffed jalapeños, in total was $41, they asked if I wanted any sauce, as I responded, please gimme buttermilk ranch... they give me, 2, just 2 sauces, are you kidding me, it should be at least 2 sauces for each combo, I am pretty sure they not going to get ruined if they give me, 4 more sauces, plus the food was cold, this is not the firts time it happens.

Decided to go to Jack today since we were craving a late meal, when through the drive thru and the lady there charged us for our food but our order was incomplete… we unfortunately didn’t notice until we were already home since the took a while to get us our food we assumed everything was there. When I called back to let them know we were missing 4 tacos lady that answered was really rude. Said she had given us everything and I tried to explain to her that we were missing items but she didn’t let me say any else she said we got everything we asked for and rudely hung up on me, tried calling back never answered me again.. very poor customer service.

Figured we’d order from Jack in the box with their monster promotion, and the fact I’ve been craving their tacos. My husband picked it up, and said the lady at the window acted pissed off he was even there. Secondly, my husband’s burger was completely wrong. I’m pretty sure they gave him a Bacon Cheeseburger covered in sauce when it was supposed to be an ultimate cheese burger with no sauce. I’ll include it in the photos. His tacos were pitiful, with very little meat. Also included in the photos. His drink had black stuff on the drink lid, and we have no clue what it is, also pictured. We were given brown straws that were too small for the large drinks. I’m pretty sure they are for the coffees and boba teas, no clue if they ran out of straws, wanted to be petty or thought it was some kind of joke. My food was okay I guess, except they gave me mini churros instead of the monster churro. I get it’s still churros, but I want what it advertised, and not someone to skirt around it lazily. It said they were available in the app. Technically, this would be false advertisement. Among all of these things, we didn’t get any of the taco sauce, ranch cup or BBQ cup that was ordered. Also, no napkins.

Waited 15 mins for order food. When we got our food It was very cold gave us ranch on fries when we asked for no ranch when we took our food back or asked for fork they gave us a attitude rolled there eyes and shrugged there shoulders. The fountain drink area smelled so bad it made me nauseous all the tables and windows were dirty we had to clean our own table.

They either dont know how to make the menu items, dont know how to take your order, dont know english, tell you to wait 5 minutes to take your order, or a combination of them. Always a surprise at this location!

The lady was absolutely rude taking our order! We asked for the Starlight Special Chicken burger but she instead offered us just a regular burger out the regular menu. And when we said we wanted a to get a drink she said well then which one?? please treat your costumers kinder.

Went and waited about 4 mins for anyone to talk in the speaker, Manager Juanita working 7/19 @ 11:45pm. I am not one to leave reviews she rushed my entire order, still did not have my order correct at window, continue fighting with me that I was wrong after she rushed my entire order, she did not try to resolve anything just kept going back and forth that I was incorrect. I really never leave negative reviews but she was really unprofessional

For several times they haven't been nice or have good customer service they have terrible attitudes and there manager Jesus.P on 1001 Centerville rd Garland TX location was so rude he even told me that it's not his problem and to report him to corporate. This is why people want him and his crew gone and new environment where the customers are wanted not run them off. If anyone has a lawyer for this type of things let me know because I'm wanting to sue Jack in the Box and especially sue the manager due to his lack of customer service and my wife's complete order that she never gotten to eat let alone my wife is pregnant 7 months about to be 8 months in and this is how we are treated I wouldn't want anyone to go through this at all please share this response and feel free to let me know how I can resolve this Thank y'all.

I ordered 4 tacos with NO CHEESE. I got my tacos and they had melted cheese scraped off, barely any lettuce, and no hot sauce 🤦🏽‍♀️ please pay attention I’m lactose intolerant. Please pay attention when you make food that it comes out how it was ordered
