I typically order online for pickup and the team there always has my order hot, fresh and ready to go. They see me ride up in the parking lot and meet me at the door with my order. I am particular about my food and it is always prepared the way I requested to be made.
Absolutely love jack, the food still remain affordable and fresh. You can't wrong here. Great quick and tasty meal. My favorite is the jumbo jack that's been around since I was a kid. Jumbo Jack's came out in 1996 and is still popular today
had ordered a mobile order through the DT and they forgot my fries. they usually never forget items so i went back and the manager (i suppose since he had a blue button up?) was quick to hear me & had my item ready ASAP! no long wait time, everything else in my order was fresh, im not sure how they do it but i will always recommend & come here! employees are all sweet and attentive in the DT!
These Garlic Parm Wings were made fresh to order! I didn’t think they would be this good! But dang I keep coming back lol
Always fast and friendly. Update: went to try the "cluck" sandwich again because it was disappointing the first time, and it's supposed to be a new filet. It was new, but not better. It's bigger, but it was about 10% chicken. It was all breading, colored like chicken. The white color in my photo, is not meat, it's dough. I won't be getting that again.
Stopped by today to see the newly remodeled Jack In the Box. First off, the entrance is a disaster to get into, when trying to turn you or the on coming traffic can not see you because of over grown bushes from the next property, use the Centerville Entrance instead. The remodel is awesome, love the new wide open look over the tight dingy look they use to have. The food was normal, nothing extraordinary. The location was very clean and staff was wet mopping the floor during my visit Only issue seems like there is grease trap or sewer leak somewhere near the restroom area or outside, you will get a faint smell. Not very appealing.
The people don't really understand what I'm saying here but,when I tried to get my meal this one time,they barely could understand what I was trying to say,hate to say this but, it's true,it doesn't help that they have a really old woman working there at the drive-thru, it's almost like abuse towards her cause she's just striving to order but,when someone comes up,and tries to speak, she sometimes doesn't really understand what I'm saying,she is really nice though, don't get me wrong, it's just that one thing only. Everything else is completely fine for me,and has been for years at this point. Just talking about what it's like there at this location only currently.
Jack in the Box is one of my favorite restaurants. One thing I absolutely hate is pulling up to the drive through and not get any acknowledgement, not even an "I'll be with you in a moment" or some variation of that and unfortunately that was the case. Now when this happened, there wasn't anyone in the store and only 1 car in front of me. That leads me to believe that they cannot multitask. After a few minutes, I said out loud, at least acknowledge me, and it was then that they finally took my order. After that, it was good. I can't stand mustard, so when I ordered, I always make sure I say no mustard, but when I was looking at the screen that detail wasn't on there. Luckily they did get it right. I was living in a state that didn't have Jack in the Box. One of my constant complaints before was the portion of curly fries always seemed to be the same whether you ordered a medium or large and that irritated me. Again luckily, that wasn't an issue.
Ordered online redeeming my Tmobile promo and My cluck chicken sandwich was sooo over cooked that it didn’t even taste like chicken. It was horrible. Didn’t have time to go back for a fresher one. Oh well that’s what I get for trying a dif location. I see now they have a lot of bad reviews. So disappointed!
Ordered 2 3 piece egg roll and got 2 egg rolls and I ordered for a large fry didn't get that

The older lady that work the midnight shift is very unprofessional and rude she doesn't no how to talk to customer I will never give my business to Jack Box.
I said no mayo like 3 times. It's swimming in mayo. Looks like puss on my burger. Gross. !! Wowso gross. Never go here again yuck. Only go to in and out. My fault I went slumming
I just bought 3 combo meal, 4 tacos and 7 pieces of the stuffed jalapeños, in total was $41, they asked if I wanted any sauce, as I responded, please gimme buttermilk ranch... they give me, 2, just 2 sauces, are you kidding me, it should be at least 2 sauces for each combo, I am pretty sure they not going to get ruined if they give me, 4 more sauces, plus the food was cold, this is not the firts time it happens.
Decided to go to Jack today since we were craving a late meal, when through the drive thru and the lady there charged us for our food but our order was incomplete… we unfortunately didn’t notice until we were already home since the took a while to get us our food we assumed everything was there. When I called back to let them know we were missing 4 tacos lady that answered was really rude. Said she had given us everything and I tried to explain to her that we were missing items but she didn’t let me say any else she said we got everything we asked for and rudely hung up on me, tried calling back never answered me again.. very poor customer service.
Figured we’d order from Jack in the box with their monster promotion, and the fact I’ve been craving their tacos. My husband picked it up, and said the lady at the window acted pissed off he was even there. Secondly, my husband’s burger was completely wrong. I’m pretty sure they gave him a Bacon Cheeseburger covered in sauce when it was supposed to be an ultimate cheese burger with no sauce. I’ll include it in the photos. His tacos were pitiful, with very little meat. Also included in the photos. His drink had black stuff on the drink lid, and we have no clue what it is, also pictured. We were given brown straws that were too small for the large drinks. I’m pretty sure they are for the coffees and boba teas, no clue if they ran out of straws, wanted to be petty or thought it was some kind of joke. My food was okay I guess, except they gave me mini churros instead of the monster churro. I get it’s still churros, but I want what it advertised, and not someone to skirt around it lazily. It said they were available in the app. Technically, this would be false advertisement. Among all of these things, we didn’t get any of the taco sauce, ranch cup or BBQ cup that was ordered. Also, no napkins.
Waited 15 mins for order food. When we got our food It was very cold gave us ranch on fries when we asked for no ranch when we took our food back or asked for fork they gave us a attitude rolled there eyes and shrugged there shoulders. The fountain drink area smelled so bad it made me nauseous all the tables and windows were dirty we had to clean our own table.
They either dont know how to make the menu items, dont know how to take your order, dont know english, tell you to wait 5 minutes to take your order, or a combination of them. Always a surprise at this location!
The lady was absolutely rude taking our order! We asked for the Starlight Special Chicken burger but she instead offered us just a regular burger out the regular menu. And when we said we wanted a to get a drink she said well then which one?? please treat your costumers kinder.
Went and waited about 4 mins for anyone to talk in the speaker, Manager Juanita working 7/19 @ 11:45pm. I am not one to leave reviews she rushed my entire order, still did not have my order correct at window, continue fighting with me that I was wrong after she rushed my entire order, she did not try to resolve anything just kept going back and forth that I was incorrect. I really never leave negative reviews but she was really unprofessional
For several times they haven't been nice or have good customer service they have terrible attitudes and there manager Jesus.P on 1001 Centerville rd Garland TX location was so rude he even told me that it's not his problem and to report him to corporate. This is why people want him and his crew gone and new environment where the customers are wanted not run them off. If anyone has a lawyer for this type of things let me know because I'm wanting to sue Jack in the Box and especially sue the manager due to his lack of customer service and my wife's complete order that she never gotten to eat let alone my wife is pregnant 7 months about to be 8 months in and this is how we are treated I wouldn't want anyone to go through this at all please share this response and feel free to let me know how I can resolve this Thank y'all.
I ordered 4 tacos with NO CHEESE. I got my tacos and they had melted cheese scraped off, barely any lettuce, and no hot sauce 🤦🏽♀️ please pay attention I’m lactose intolerant. Please pay attention when you make food that it comes out how it was ordered
