I love their bacon cheeseburger #5 combo. The bacon is always crisp. I also like their 2-scoop in a cup butter pecan ice cream, which sometimes gets you 4 scoops for the price of 2, cuz they like to fill up the pint container.

I go there for the yogurt ice cream.

I love Braums!! We don't have them in South Texas. 😞 When I go to visit my sister in Mesquite, the first thing I do is go to Braums and get a chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup! It is also the last thing I do before heading back out of town!! Their food is great too!!

I love Brauhms, probably a bit more than I should.... Just ask my waistline. Anyway, my go to lately has been the butter pecan ice-cream on a waffle cone and my goodness is it scrumptious 😋 creamy, full of pecans, flavor, and absolutely perfect! It's hot outside, go get you a scoop.

Fresh cooked combo meal was cooked to order and perfect. We ate inside. And everyone had on masks but they do have an outdoor eating area which is nice. I love the fact that you can order a meal and your favorite ice cream sundae and even pick up some groceries while your there. The rest rooms and tables were all clean. The ketchup dispenser and condiment area was fully stocked. Employees were very nice and I have not anything negative to report about this place.

Braum’s never disappoints. EVER! In my honest opinion, it’s the greatest fast food chain in the game. But this location I wanted to give a personal shout out to. Jamal was the cashier and was very kind and patient when I messed up my order, and the staff was extremely sweet as well. Very welcoming environment. Also, this particular location was pristinely clean! I always appreciate that when I decide to dine in.

I ordered 5 burgers for $5 dollars. They tasted real good, and to my surprise 🫢 the burgers were much bigger than Micky D's dollar menu.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their ice cream. The flavors were all so unique and delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable ice cream experience.

Braum's have good hamburger & chicken sandwich w/ decent prices. Fast service too. Have very nice & courteous people working there. Didn't know this until my wife asked me to get one for her. Have been back many times. Will never know a place until u give it a try.

It was national ice cream or cone day $1.89 for a double dip cone, so good! Braum's ice cream always hits the spot, my mom had the almond chocolate and butter pecan, delicious😋 I had a strawberry Sunday with strawberry ice cream also amazing like always.

I stop by almost every morning to get my breakfast through drive-thru. There's a lady that takes my order, she is so pleasant & thorough with my order, I truly appreciate her. Have had horrible experiences elsewhere, so I go where the employee actually appreciates the customers. I love Braums ice cream too.

Oh they served my banana fudge Sunday very quick and got in and out there in less then 5 minutes not bad granted there wasn't anyone there but still cool for them having the quick service I needed

You can never go wrong with the garland braum's. I tried the Latino ice cream shops and while they do remind you of the different taste in ice cream, braum's has more reasonable prices and meals along with a small store inside for other grocery needs. Will always come to this location as long as it remains open. Wish we had one where I reside now.

If you haven't experienced the sheer joy of a Braum's breakfast, you're truly missing out. It's like they've bottled sunshine and served it up on a biscuit. The biscuits are so fluffy, I suspect they're made by clouds themselves. Every time I grab a breakfast burrito or their phenomenal "Big Country Breakfast," I feel like I've won the morning lottery. It's so hearty and satisfying, it makes me want to put on a cowboy hat and declare it the official breakfast of my personal state. Seriously, this isn't just fast food; it's fast food that makes you question all your life choices before this moment. And the coffee? It's strong enough to wake up a sleeping dragon, which is exactly what I need on a Monday morning. The service is always quick, which is impressive given the culinary magic happening in the kitchen. In short: Braum's breakfast is less a meal and more a spiritual awakening. Prepare to be converted.

Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is an excellent store. We absolutely love the waffle cone frozen yogurt twist (chocolate & vanilla). If you like ice cream we highly recommend that you try the frozen yogurt. It tastes very creamy and just about like marshmallows. This ice cream also has a small grocery store inside of it. If you don’t want to wait in a long line and you are looking for something common, they may have it. We highly recommend this location.

Fantastic burger and triple dip sundae. Some visits to some Braums at other locations aren't consistently great but I have always gotten good food at this location. A mental patient lady came in making a bunch of noise and talking to the wall and other people who ignored her and stared out the window but it didn't detract too much from the good food.

3 BIG scoops of probably the finest ice cream i've eaten with hot caramel, cream, nuts, and cherry. Holy cow it's so creamy and delicious!! Perfect texture, softness, and flavor. This is what ice cream was meant to taste like. I can't remember enjoying ice cream this much. The service was decent even though the workers were busy. I can't believe i never stopped by here before. What a mistake. I will always stop by here next time around. No more Cold Stone ice cream for me. Braum's all the way!!

I come here often for lunch, because I work close by. I get the garden salad most times. This Braums has never failed to have the freshest and most beautifully prepared salad. The quality of the vegetables is unheard of for fast food and the price is VERY reasonable.

The sundaes are great value and quality. The shakes are good, and the service is good. On my most recent visit, I ordered a chicken strip dinner with a medium birthday cake shake. The fries were okay. The chicken strips were fine, and the shake was nice. I do not have an opinion of the dairy store and will visit again at least once more in hopes of finding a lovable menu item that's not an ice cream product.

Typically when I go there their food is good, but there have been a couple times when I'll go at a different time and I can tell it'll be a different cook. Cause the food will be over cooked some. Unfortunately there are times when the wait time is long due to low on staff during certain shifts. The main workers I've seen be there are great though! I always forget their names but there's 2 ladies and a man who are always nice and give great customer service

Good location, I swear the milkshakes here taste better than other locations. The staff are nice and it's decently clean. My only complaint: they need a new spot for the ketchup dispensers the nozzles are right over garbage cans and that is just not sanitary. But that's on corporate for the layout not the employees.

This store was dirty. Tables weren't cleaned. Had to ask for a table to be wiped off. The food was good .but looked down to the floor when getting up to pick up order and had ants crawling under my table. I'm not use to this at a Braum's.

I love Braum's, but I feel like this location's dining area is never quite clean. Every time I've been there, it's a challenge to find a table that has been wiped down, even if it's not very busy. Also the high chairs often have broken straps or aren't clean. That being said, the food is consistent and the ice cream is always good. The grocery store is always clean and surprisingly well stocked.

I love there Ice cream but on the weekends the lines are very long inside and out at times they hire kids that don’t take there job seriously and at times give a attitude. But other then that I love there ice cream now i usually go during the week when it’s not so busy.

Ice cream was good, but employees just seemed annoyed to be dealing with us. They were irritated that we didn't know the flavors they had when we came through the drive-through (they weren't listed) and wouldn't acknowledge us when we said hi at the drive-through window. At least they were speedy, but we definitely didn't feel welcomed.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a double dip with pistachio and strawberry cone, and a blackmore Sunday single. Came out delicious. When I came up to the window the cashier asked me what I ordered after swiping my card I let her know what I ordered and she said ok with a smile.. I pull up to the second window wondering if I was charged accordingly and realize I wasn't given a receipt. I also jotice a a red sign that states if I was not given my receipt to contact a manager and I would be given my receipt and a gift card for the inconvenience. So as I proceeded to do so I waited long enough at the window for about 10 min, enough time to finish my cone for a manager. She was with the person at the second window and told me I would have to go all the way back around and request it at the first window and wait in a line of 10 cars.. so I left not knowing what was charged on my card and also BRAUMS DID NOT stand on business. Food was good. Service not so great. Really disappointed me because there was a homeless personn in the parking lot who I wanted to give that gift card to so he may eat :/

I have to watch them make my ice cream because they will not give you proper portions, in their haste to serve.

Haven't been to this location in awhile so I don't know when it was remodeled. There's an up side and a down to the remodeling they did, they took away seating to add more space for registers which sucked when I went in on Sunday I was sitting eating my ice cream but honestly couldn't eat in peace since there were people just standing around waiting for a table . Other than that braum's has some good ice cream!

Last few times we've gone through drive thru order was wrong or food was bad. Only reason we didn't return was because they didn't mess up my toddlers food. The last time I got 2 chicken patties on my club but they were both cold and old. My husbands burger was way undercooked. Wasn't about to load up both babies and go back. Will speak to management next trip.

Decent food for a decent price compared to other places. Been here a few times and always had to wipe my seat before sitting down. Dining area is not consistently clean. Bathroom was a bit messy. Overall mediocre place to come eat at best. Probably just worth it to get icecream only.

Ordered five shake's 2 strawberry shakes 1 strawberry banana and 2 banana shake's. What we got was drastically different. Three strawberry banana shakes and 2 banana shake's. Still not disappointed. All were good. Not what we ordered but still good

This isn't the place you want to go on a Friday night unless you have 35 minutes to stand in line. Definitely need a better system. Also, the employees don't seem to know their flavors. They just leave you to guess.

The #1 Burgers use to be the #1 Largest Best Burger. I love Braums. ! Why are the Burgers so small now? Why does the Number 1 has Ketchup on it? I ordered a Large. Only got Large fries and this Small burger.

Braum’s is always busy, which says a lot about how popular it is. The food is consistently good, and they do a great job getting orders out quickly even with a high volume of customers. The staff has always been courteous and professional during my visits. One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the dining area. Because of how busy it gets, tables are not always kept clean, and at times customers end up wiping down a table themselves just to have a place to sit. I hope they’re able to improve in this area, as it would really enhance the overall experience. Overall, good food and fast service, just hoping to see better attention to the dining room cleanliness.

Braum’s has always been my favorite spot for dairy products. Their ice cream and food are really good. But over the past few months, I’ve noticed their customer service has gone downhill. At some locations, the staff’s uniforms look so dirty that it honestly makes me not want to buy food there. Today I ordered chocolate shake and I got some cooke shake.

I gave two stars because the staff were very friendly when I came in and food came out quickly and was pretty good. But the store really needs some deep cleaning. It’s pretty filthy. I’m sure it’s tough on understaffed/underpaid workers but there was so much dirt and grime on the soda machines, and down on the counters, trash cans, chairs, floor, etc. it even has a bit of a smell to it. I managed to get through my meal but all the dirt/stickiness left me feeling a little 🤢

First off we visited here Monday night 4/18 and the place was so filthy. Every single available table was dirty. We were planning to dine in but I almost lost my appetite so we ate in our car. Went by there tonight 4/20 took forever in the drive thru! My husband asked for a large fry, ask the chick again to confirm that it was a large fry. She said yes. Got the order and it was what looks like a kid fry. My husband has to go in the inside to wait all over again. The lady that addressed him was very nice and even shocked and disappointed at the order. She went to get the manager and the manager asks him what else would he like then tells him she can only give him a #1 or #2, anything else she would have to charge him more. Luckily he only wanted a #2, but someone needs to train management if YOU are the reason a customer is inconvenienced you give what’s needed to satisfy the customer! We understand that some people will try get over HOWEVER when you clearly see that you are the issue then you make it right at all cost. Only reason a 2 was given is because of the other nice lady that acknowledge their mess up. We will never visit there again.

Get in line fairly little wait to get my order of shakes and chicken burgers and kid meal cheeseburger so served too fast to be done right; Only they served the cheeseburger but not the kid meal when I ask they told me I must ask for a combo and this is not the 1st or 5th time the order is wrong so is difficult to go higher in the review 🤔 the only reason I giving changes after chances are because of the kids like the ice cream on top to get what I miss from the combo I tell I got a burger to let me have everything else come with the combo now they served a full combo hope get better one day

EDIT: This occurred last year. I had originally written a review and posted it, but it appears that there was an issue with the upload. So, I am reposting my review. I have not been to this location since this occurred. ~~~~~ Service was horrible, the place was dirty, and the employees were a joke. Out of the 5 employees I saw, the Manager/Shift Lead was maybe 23-25. The rest were probably between 17-19. My roommate wanted to give me a going away present before I left for vacation, and knowing I hadn't been to Braum's in about 25 years, and it was on my list of places to go since moving back to TX a year prior, it was the perfect gift. When we arrived, the front doors were propped open, and the floor was slick with water from customers' shoes as they came in. One young man was running the ice cream line and checking out customers. Three other employees were standing together behind the counter, laughing and joking with each other, apparently not noticing or caring about the customers. There were approximately 4 people ahead of us, and 3 more followed us in. While waiting in line, an elderly woman coming into the store slipped and fell on the wet floor. The young man behind the counter ran out to check on her, eventually walking her to her car as she chose to just go home. The other employees paused to look before resuming their conversation. Wait time was approx' 10 minutes, not including the employee helping the woman who fell. At the counter, my friend placed her order (I don't remember what it was) and had no issues, but my Root Beer float was apparently impossible to make. The young man had no idea what a Root Beer float was, So I explained it was just vanilla ice cream in a cup, with root beer poured on top, but he seemed confused and didn't understand. He went to ask the 3 friends, and they said they'd never heard of it either, so he took off the find whoever was in charge. After waiting a few minutes and me apologizing repeatedly to the customers behind us, the young man comes back with his supervisor. (Shoutout to those customers, btw! Everyone was extremely understanding, and as shocked as I was that no one there had heard of a root beer or coke float before. And extra points to the family with the 2 young kids!) The Manager/Shift Lead (who honestly couldn't have been more than 25 himself) also didn't know what a Root Beer or a Coke Float was. I again explained how to make one, resulting in more confused looks. By now, we'd been at the store close to 20 minutes. One of the customers behind us had walked out and 2 more joined the line. I finally just asked for a cup of vanilla ice cream and a cup of Root Beer, since I wanted to just get this over with and stop holding up the line. They agreed and rushed to ring us up. After receiving my "Ikea brand Root Beer Float", (ie: a cup packed so full of ice cream, I had to ask for a second cup so I could split it in two and make room for the Root beer. A request that took an additional 3-4 minutes, btw..) we just wanted to sit down and enjoy our ice cream. In the dining area though, the tables were sticky, dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned in a while. Each table had at least 1 empty or partially empty cup as well as general trash/waste on it. A few customers had stacked the trash on the side of the table they chose, while others moved it to an unoccupied table. There was more trash on the floor under the tables and chairs. The trash cans next to the service station were overflowing, and customers had started leaving trash on the counters where you're supposed to fix up your drinks and grab whatever napkins or other bits needed. Picking a table, we cleaned it off a bit ourselves and ate our ice cream for about 5 minutes before deciding to just head home. Overall, we were at Braum's for around 40 minutes, from arriving there to walking out. Approximately 30 minutes were spent in line before checking out. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Not unless they have made some serious changes.

Please make sure your grills are clean!! I ordered pancakes and they had all of the black burned stuff from the grill on them. I tried to eat them very nasty.They would’ve been good if the yucky grill taste wasn’t on them!!

The People here need better training, the Orange Sherbert freeze is awesome and one of my favs, but this was the worst experience ever, paid almost $8 for 2 of them, and however he made it was completely wrong. Ended up throwing more than ½ of it away. Never had a bad one from any Braums until now. Total bummer on a hot day.

This place has gone down so much!!! The staff is dirty, nothing works, and they rarely wear gloves. There is one male employee who has been making banana splits without gloves. The cashier that checked me out, cashed me out with THE SAME GLOVES SHE MADE MY ICE CREAM with!!! She proceeded to give me my cash change with THE SAME dirty gloves. My money is sticky and was stuck to my receipt. The cleanliness is nonexistent!!!! The entire staff does not have a clean bone in them!!! The tables stink like a wet mop!!! I’m so disgusted!!! The only reason I gave a 2 stars is because the ice cream is very tasty!!

In the past, this was my go to. Tonight, the lobby: all tables dirty, trash on floors; drive thru/kitchen, floor a mess; order counter: cashier didn’t know how to take cash payment or count change, shake machine was a disaster area. Food arrived 1 minute after ordered and before employee started my shake. Food:cold fries and meat patty. Attendant was at counter on her phone until I approached counter and said I was ready to order. Really not up to Braun’s standards.

⭐️ 1/5 - Terrible Customer Service, Unfair Treatment, and Allergy Mishap Visited Braums hoping for a delicious scoop of ice cream, only to have the experience turn sour. Waited in a long line for about 20 minutes, but the frustration peaked when another customer skipped the entire queue. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, their dismissive response was "who cares," and they continued to serve the line-jumper. As if that wasn't bad enough, my custom order for an ice cream sundae with caramel and no nuts went horribly wrong. Despite specifying my nut allergy, the worker initially served my sundae with nuts. When I asked for a redo, my "custom" sundae was reduced to a plain scoop of vanilla ice cream, and I was told for caramel I would be charged twice as they redid the sundae. This experience has been disappointing on multiple levels—from the unorganized line to the negligence about allergies and unfair charges. The lack of professionalism and customer care has left a bad taste that no amount of ice cream can remedy.

I’ve been to this location a few times on Sunday. Twice, the drive thru line has been to the street and I had to wait for twenty minutes to order only to find out that they only had a few flavors left. They usually do a good job with food and ice cream, but the wait is atrocious. Something needs to change to speed the process up so people can get in and out more quickly. Otherwise, it’s just a frustrating experience.

Customer service is very poor. I asked for a shake blended light so it’s thick. Instead I get a strawberry banana milk drink. So I go back through the drive through where the drink was remade by Connie again but with an attitude. She had me Shake #2 and just walks off without giving me a straw. I proceed to say thank you and with her stank face she walks away and throws her hands up. Connie find a job you like vs this one or listen then first time to avoid making work life more hectic.

Every day they’re late opening. Then they don’t acknowledge you at the counter for God knows how long. Sweet tee or unsweet tea is never out. If I’m the first one at the counter I shouldn’t have to wait for service. I’m first for a reason. That reason being that I shouldn’t have to wait. People know nothing about customer service anymore.

Lady kept rushing me, and by the time I got home by order was wrong! She said “and then” like damn.

The employee at the window told me he was having a bad day when I pulled up and told me how many hours he had left before he could leave. The person working the speaker sounded like she did not want to be there. Everyone I came into contact with sounded miserable.

I come to this Braum’s almost every day, My first bad experience was I have paid with the change I had and gave it to the first drive-through window and then he comes around to the second window and says I did not give him the right amount of money. I said let me see it he gives it back to me, and I showed him that it was the right amount of money. did not even say I’m sorry or anything just turned around and left. The second time was either something was wrong with my Apple Pay or their machine, the same gentleman act like that he didn’t have patience get on his headset says hold to the ice cream she is trying to pay with Apple Pay and it’s not going through which eventually it did and my order was wrong again. I come here almost every day with the same order. Need to improve on customer service!!!!

I'm very disappointed today. first of all i had to pull over to the side to wait for my order. All of the ice cream was melting when handed to me. the shake was covered in ice cream around cup. the banana splits were very sloppily made and no cherries.

I dont know how this place is even open. The restroom and dining area is pure nasty. I dont even want to even imagine what the kitchen looks like. The first impression is when you walk in. And walking into a dirty dining room makes you walk right back out. Theres more then enough workers for the job to get done. But not one employee acknowledged the dining area let alone the restroom. Wont be back.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich around 9:45 pm today march 3, 2026 the chicken in the sandwich unfortunately was not cooked correctly it was hard as if it went from frozen straight into a flat top. Also the fries were soggy . I unfortunately upsized the drink from medium to large it was a strawberry limeade . It was only soda water and a bit of lime it was very disappointing…

To begin with, a girl working at the counter didn't understand either English or Spanish, which wasn't a problem, but she got annoyed when I pointed out that she was taking my order wrong. She gestured wildly and canceled the order to redo it. Then I waited for my salads, and they didn't give them to me because they didn't see the order. When they finally handed it to me reluctantly, an older woman, apparently the manager, told me I had paid for extra dressings, and she started telling me those extra charges weren't showing up. She asked me which ones I wanted, and when I started pointing them out, she began yelling at me not to touch them. I told her I was pointing them out, and then she threw things at me. Seriously, they should improve their staff. If you don't like your job, don't do it. Don't go to work bitter.

We went to drive thru and ordered a banana split and frozen yogurt. Now the car in front of us talked in mic. But when it came to us. I had to yell it 4 times. If she didn't hear me the 4th time I was going to leave. I bring my wife there to treat her because she is very ill.

I don't know what the problem was with her but the manager on shift was stressing the workers out a lot. She was pulling workers to do other tasks while they were helping other customers and didn't let them finish helping one customer when she made them drop that to help someone else. It was chaotic, very unorganized and the workers looked like they were having a horrible day. That view transferred over to us the customers, it took us about 30 min to get our ice cream from the time they first started asking us to the time they were done. Very rude. Take your money somewhere else. I would not recommend.

Everything is fine, sometimes packed which i don’t mind but this manager is always angry and rude. Every single time & she’s never ever smiling. I told her my order correctly & she didn’t catch it so i let it go and repeated the 2 items she was missing and she got mad and she screamed “so 3!?” . which is what i originally told her. anyways everyone is nice and sweet except her

On top of the guys rude attitude in the drive thru (god forbid you ask him a question or want to simply customize your order), my Tuxedo Sundae was very lack luster, missing the cherry, most of the whip cream, and barely any ice cream. It wasn’t that melted, it was very minuscule when I first got it and drove home. My husband’s banana split was all wrong. He wanted two scoops of butter pecan, and one scoop of the coffee ice cream, extra hot fudge, no marshmallow topping, walnuts instead of almonds and everything else the same. He wanted the strawberry topping and cherry as well. That was not what was received. We received one scoop of butter pecan, two scoops of the cappuccino chunk, half of a banana, barely any whip cream, and absolutely no strawberry topping nor a cherry. The only thing right was the extra hot fudge (we did not say no strawberry topping) and walnuts instead of almonds. If the guys attitude wasn’t so bad before, I would have drove around and asked politely for it to be fixed. But he was so unapproachable and rude that I didn’t even want to bother. On top of the “I KNOW” after he INTERRUPTED me while I was trying to explain the customizations and wanted to make sure it was correct, I was done dealing with this man child. I should have pulled out of the drive thru and gone to Dairy Queen. (I would have included a pic of my husbands Banana split, but he was already eating it by the time I got to mine. Might as well not waste it. Definitely not worth the price for it being totally wrong)

I ordered a large vanilla frozen yougurt in a cake cone and this what I got lol I told the lady can you put more ice cream in it there’s barely anything in it and I asked for a large not a drip of it and she told me oh sorry I don’t know how to make it lol what a joke. Never come to this location they literally always have the worst workers with the worst attitudes.
