A perfect place for breakfast, brunch, quick grab lunch and dinner. Very cheap and perfectly priced compared to any other places nearby in this area. Just in less than a minute walk from the Park Central Hotel. Located near to metro n,q,r, w and near to central park. Amazing options and sauces house made for bagel and other eateries. They make omlettes, such a great menu and so fresh. Staffs are very on point about safety and secure packing to keep things warm. Even a croissant was wrapped in foil. Their pastries and bagels are great. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. The best place for some hot and fresh breakfast/brunch mainly.

Wanted a heavy but healthy breakfast to go early in the morning. The staff were helpful in making a wrap for me. I had tofu, avocados, kale together with avocado sauce and gluten free wrap. Happy to start the day with a healthy breakfast.

A perfect quick grab breakfast 🍳 Trying this place for the first time. it didn’t disappoint. I order an omelette with feta jalapeño and spinach. It comes with sweet potato and two slices of wheat bread. It is so filling!! The place is fairly clean and all of the ingredients they use looks fresh. The staff, all other than the guy preparing the food(which seems to be always in a rush.) are pretty nice. Prices, considering the quality of the food, are fairly good. I spent 13 dollars. There are several places to try in New York but if I am ever in this area again, this definitely it’s a good restaurant to try again.

Fresh & Co is a must visit and I’m a regular here. Great healthy food and drinks, I was impressed with the food service and location. I also like you can create you on bowl air burritos with any combination of meat, vegetables and rice. If you need a healthy choice I recommend this place.

Extremely dry. Make sure that you will get fresh sandwich for $13-$17 Thank you for your response, but I will definitely not be returning.

I’ve been here before and used the bathroom with no problem. The one time i don’t buy anything. I can’t use the bathroom ? Really give me a break. Not coming here anymore.

I ordered a shrimp taco salad and was charged $27! Outrageous, but I figured, whatever it must be good; it was not. The dressing was horrible. Took two bites and couldn’t continue so I tried to get my $ back and the supervisor refused. Zero customer service and the place was filthy. Don’t bother.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2025, AROUND 2:20 PM. This is the second time that the woman in charge of the cash register, instead of paying attention to the customer, is always chatting with a friend who is always leaning against the cashier's counter. Both of them are dark-skin (Haitians or African Americans). What happens is that when someone approaches to pay and interrupts their conversation, she gives us a bad attitude. She should pay more attention to her job and especially to her customers.

It is advertised that this place sells gluten free wraps and other options. This may be the case a other franchisees but at this one it is not. It is on a advertised decal on the salad window but when asked they said no. Disappointed. It's hard enough getting gluten free things in this city.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in NYC. 👎 I walked in excited to try their bowls for the first time, but the staff member at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of guiding me through the process (as it was my first time), his attitude felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking simple questions. Even NYC street vendors show more courtesy and respect! 🌭❤️ I ordered the Shanghai Chicken Salad and here’s where it went downhill: He served a tiny portion of rice. When I politely asked for a little more, he charged me extra instead of correcting his mistake. 🍚💸 He never asked about toppings — just rushed through the bowl and threw on dressing. When I asked for extra spice 🌶️, his reply was “I already put more,” in a very rude tone. Even for something as simple as cilantro 🌿, he insisted I had to “add extra” instead of just adding a small portion. By the time I reached the cashier, I was shocked — they had literally charged for almost everything separately, making the bowl ridiculously overpriced for the quality and the service received. 💵😡 Fresh & Co markets itself as a fresh, healthy option, but with poor service, rude staff, and unfair pricing, it leaves a very bad impression. For anyone visiting, please be cautious — there are so many better places in NYC where your money and respect as a customer will actually be valued. 🙅‍♂️

Order came with raw turkey for the Cali Cobb. Spoke with a manager and he stated that everything comes through “fully cook” so no need for them to do a quality check. They are just sending raw turkey with the salads.

I went there today to pick up an order from the app 2Good2Go. I will NOT come back! 1) I had a hard time communicating with the workers because they talk too quietly and the music in the background is too loud. 2) See attached pic. The premise of 2Good2Go is that you pay $5 for $15 of food; you don’t get to pick what you get. I got a small slip and a tiny half of a sandwich. How on earth is this worth $15? The store is taking advantage of the app. 3) The sandwich was horrible. The bread was way too hard and inedible. I had to spit out my food. This store shouldn’t exist.
