This place does exactly what you’d expect it to. The pizza is tasty, it’s made fast and it’s always crowded in there. Don’t expect an excess of napkins or room, but expect to have some pizza that hits the spot at a great price. 2 cheese slices and a can of soda for $4.00. Staff was polite, please is kept clean. Get in line, get out or eat standing in one of the small counters against one of the 2 walls. You won’t be disappointed. I think an 18” cheese pie is $12.
First time in New York and I was roaming Midtown, and saw this little place. Quite a few people were coming and going with their slices, so that looked like a good sign. They were selling pizza so fast they were continuously making it fresh. The staff was no nonsense and they were focused on getting their orders out and I got a fresh slice of pizza as fast as humanly possible. This was my first slice of New York pizza, and it was the best pizza I’d ever had. $2.25 for a large slice of delicious pepperoni pizza!
Listen guys, its pizza. Don't overthink it. Place is packed, but they serve in seconds. Pizza is delicious, great crust cheap tasty sauce, and good cheese. Is it fresh ingredients? I dont think so, but its freaking amazing pizza and the price is perfect for what you get, which is unlike 99.999% of this city. Keep it up guys!!! Ill be back as long as you are here! Thanks for the best pizza ive had in years. Its an added plus that it was so cheap, but really most of these people cant afford much more. So thanks for feeding us poor folk!🤣
This pizza place is extremely cheap, super casual, and definitely a grab-and-go spot. There’s no seating at all, so it’s not a place to hang out, but that’s part of the charm. I tried the cheese slice, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cheesy, fresh, and full of flavor. Simple, classic, and done right. If you’re looking for an amazing slice at a great price, this spot is totally worth it!! He went twice for the cheese pizza. 🍕

Bargain of the century. 2 slice of pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and drink $4.. you can't go wrong. I ordered mine to go and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. Friendly staff. And service was quick and efficient. 5 star highly recommend. Plenty of other options available including full pizza for $12
The fact that they’re still charging $1.50 for a plain slice is honestly wild. What’s even crazier is that it actually tastes like a premium slice. If you’re someone who avoids cheap pizza, try this place anyway. It’ll completely change your mind. I wasn’t even planning on going in. I was waiting for someone at my hotel when a worker noticed me looking inside and waved me over. I figured, why not. Wow.
The sign of a great restaurant is when there's a line out the door! I've been to a few $1.50 Fresh Pizza locations around the city and it NEVER disappoints!! It's Good NY pizza and you certainly can't beat the price!
10/10, I've come back to this place a couple times, fantastic. First visit as I stood next to another patron I could tell he was enjoying the pizza as much as me. This establishment gets plenty foot traffic and at times a line forms. I don't say this to complain but to paint a picture vof how good their service is.
Voted 5 stars, I wanted cheap NY pizza and I got cheap NY pizza, it was greasy and good! Cheese is $1.50 and if you add a topping it's $2.25/$2.50.

Very tasty and very large portion. I like the pizza a lot. However, I would appreciate if they also have some halal options since there were a lot of people asking for it. We had to choose the cheese pizza for obvious reasons. And it was not a bad choice at all. I would go there again if I ever visit new york
Do not let the price fool you. This is quality tasting pizza. Crust was crispy and delicious. Two cheese slices and a drink for 4 bucks! What a deal!
I went here a few times during my stay in NYC earlier this year. Pizza was cheap, but so good!! Its a busy little spot, but if you don't mind waiting a few minutes, you can eat cheap and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend this joint. Should I ever return to the area, this will be my first stop.

This was the first place we went to in NYC and I'm so happy we did. They have a lot of options for slices and whole pies. Just a nice small spot that has super good pizza. That's all we wanted the second we landed in New York City and it's exactly what we got! Service was very good and our pizza came out really quick.

Come here all the time. Definitely solid pizza, great flavor, just very very light on the cheese. For the price it is definitely worth it though. Fast service and an easy decision to come back here frequently.
Overall, good pizza. I have had better in New York but this was fine. The price has increased and is no longer 99 cent per slice. Small spot where you can stand up and eat your pizza against the wall. I would recommend if you are in the area and need something quick. We had the chicken pizza, hawiian pizza, and the cheese.
The pizza is greasy but good though there could be more cheese on it. But beware of how much they charge on a card. My pizza came to 7 dollar but came home to find they'd charged me 9. Other reviews have said they short change while paying cash too. Amorher thing I really disliked is the totally uncivil manner in which one of the guys behind the counter beckoned a young lady...and then they spoke ( ypu could clearly make out from their sniggers) about her inrjeie native language.
I had two slices of cheese pizza, which they were good. But be cautious because they were tried to charge me for 4 dollars for the two slices of cheese pizza, when the menu says one slice is only 1.50 (the total was suppose to be 3.00).
It was slow (7ish pm) when I visited so the pizza was cold. The seasonings provided on the counter made it manageable. After eating, my tum tum was a lil grumpy but I have been eating "healthier" so maybe I'm just over 1.50 "fresh" pizza. Paid in cash but he gave me the wrong amount back, thankfully I had done the math before so I noticed right away lol.
This was the 1st pizza place that I visited in NYC. The slices that I ordered were not 99 cents (the total was about 7dollar), and not fresh or warm. It was more like lukewarm. The dough felt a bit soggy, but not crispy at all. Not much flavour. It is a good filler for the price, but not something I would recommend or revisit.
I have been to different locations which have been great; however, the cashier at this place has unfortunately decided to pick and choose who pays with card. He told me the card reader was not working and then decided to allow my friend to pay with her card. I love their pizza, but this location is not it.
