Chicken nuggets, fries and ceasar salad were better than in other famous fast-foods, but the burger was awful. Very thin patty, the burger was very soft and it fell apart in hands. We asked for dine in, but there was no difference in packing anyway.

i came here for two reasons: i really wanted to try a chocolate frosty, and i had a reward for a free 10-piece chicken nugget after signing up for their rewards program. who doesn’t love free food? i didn’t want to waste the opportunity. but when i got to the store and tried to redeem my coupon, the website conveniently stopped working, claiming there was a temporary issue. i tried everything: clearing safari, logging in and out, but nothing worked. after a while, i just gave up and ordered anyway since i was already there. definitely disappointing. the food itself was good. the fries were way better than mcdonald’s, and the burger had a lot of flavor, probably thanks to the big pickle and ketchup. the nuggets weren’t my favorite. as for the chocolate frosty, it was so thick that i almost regretted getting a medium. it was a struggle to finish, but the flavor was great. the place had plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. the drink refill machines were a huge plus. before leaving, i had to use the restroom, and unfortunately, the lock didn’t work so i spent the entire time paranoid that someone would walk in on me.

This place was quite okay, considering how so-so Wendy’s restaurants are in New York. As usual, The place is old and there is a bit of a queue building up at lunchtime, given it’s location. There is seating available, but you won’t have a pleasant time sitting there. Food tasted good.

The service at this location was OK but fast. I was here a little after midnight. I placed my order using a "Credit card" only touch screen system and waited about 3 mins for my meal with my order status presented on a screen by the registers for the customers to see. Its 2 floors this location with restrooms both on the main floor and second floor, don't expect an elevator folks. Restrooms are some what clean, some trash cans where over flowing with trash and the upstairs condoment section was disorganized with condoment cups spilled all over the counter and flies flying over it all. As far as the food goes I ordered a combo meal to "Dine In" and they packed it "to go", I ordered a burger, fries, and a soft drink but my fries where a bit over cooked. I came to Wendys cause I craved it but soon after eating I regret it. Maybe I was disatisfied maybe I over endulged. Enjoy.

This Wendy’s was absolutely awful. A worker was cussing me and my friends out in Spanish, calling us slow, dumb, and deaf right in our faces, which was completely disrespectful. On top of that, all four of our orders were wrong and they forgot our sauces which we had paid for. The place was overcrowded and felt unsafe, the building was rundown with barely any clean tables and seating, the kiosks barely worked, and the bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper and what looked like mold growing everywhere. Overall, the environment was gross, chaotic, and looked like a crime scene, and I would never recommend this location.

It's bad! It's really bad! The staff is horrible, not pleasant! They pretend that they do not understand anything on any questions and requests. The water is not carbonated, warm ! The fries are dry and overcooked! The burger is not with all the ingredients and perfect bad! In Florida, I always order a Davis burger like this. But this one's the worst! What's wrong with you? What's wrong? Also ... they won't let you into the restroom. It's a filthy, filthy hall. It stinks so bad it's unbearable. The second floor is closed for food. And the first one has three dirty tables. This is a nightmare! Worst experience ever! And I used to love Wendys so much. But now it's a horror. There are great other fast food places nearby. Why is your place so bad?!

Love Wendy’s but this place has some issues. This particular brunch is missing big time the main concept of this brand, the Freshness! I have been 3 times in this location and for 3 times my burger was cold. Anywhere else I buy my “Davie’s Triple” the meat is hot and usually I have to wait 5/10 minutes because they have to cook the meat (which I don’t mind because the burger is nice and juicy. Here is ready in few minutes because they have pre cooked hamburger. The result is disastrous! Please re-train your stuff to deliver the best possible food and implement the concept of freshness in this branch. Update!!! Last time I came to this place I saw the manager packing the chicken nuggets with his bare hands He was picking up one by one the nuggets without gloves and putting them in the boxes. This is disgusting and gross. Don’t want imagine what’s going on in the kitchen
