I understand that the inflation hit hard… But the portions are getting smaller and smaller. We went from a full container to a half container… Now to a quarter… And the prices off course took the opposite road… Increasing. At least add more quinoa… It doesn’t cost that much.

Rude cashier. She screamed at me. I asked for the bathroom code and she screamed at me the number, adding "keep your recept!!!" In a really rude way I tried to ell her "you didn't give it to me!" She didn't even let me finish and screamed the numbers again, she went repeating the numbers a few times.- Add she also told me "I've already told you the numbers and we are still standing" screaming.- Englis is my third language and also I couldn't even speak since she had been screaming at me. And the sign in the bathroom clearly says "check your receipt or speak to the staff". Mortification match is not included. Also I work with people too and I know sometimes it can be demanding, but maybe try to have your emotions in check, I get being a bit direct while talking, but this is beyond rude, I do not aim to have this person scolded, but to let know the staff that it is maybe better to think before talking.

I love espresso, this is not the place to order and drink your Italian Coffee. Very bitter. Service is not up to par. Toilet was not clean.

I used to come here a lot but today is the last time because of the woman who made my coffee today. She was very rude. She also served her “regular client” before me. Once my coffee was ready, I asked her if it is oat milk and instead of saying politely yes, she started saying “oats” repeatedly and disrespectfully as if I don’t speak English. Disgusting behavior. Everyone else always sweet but it takes one person to ruin the entire experience!

Dismal. Bad coffee, surly service and expensive. I’d always thought Pret was a reliable place which offered reasonable value and good food til I visited this branch. I won’t be back to Pret in a hurry.

I'm a pret club member and ordered a drink online and I asked the gentleman working upfront for the bathroom code and he was incredibly rude, ignoring my question and telling to check my receipt. Having ordered online the was no bathroom code on my online receipt. He seems to be very stressed with this job but being kind shouldn't cost him anything. Quite truly feel sorry for him and not being able to manage his emotions to work in a customer facing role. I wouldn't have minded if he asked if I made a purchase but he simply assumed I didn't and I had to ask multiple times before he acknowledged my question.

Never coming here again. The barista was extremely rude and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers. He and the lady manager were unprofessional and couldn’t have a regular conversation with a customer without screaming and making a show in that place. The barista messed up orders, and it took about 30 minutes to get the coffee—only to receive the wrong one. When I asked about a missing item, he started making a scene along with his manager. I checked previous reviews and someone shared a photo of him and confirm that I’m not the only want that went through this.

Especially On weekends, due to the lack of staff , we wait at least 10 minutes or more for a cup of coffee. Why don't you employ more workers? Are you trying to do everything with one worker? To make more profit?

The morning sfaff was extremely rude, first he wasn’t taking out the receipt so I can’t have bathroom password and when I came back he hided my food to another place n when I asked about it he was extremely rude !
