Super cool atmosphere. Great guacamole. The Carne Asada tacos were very very tasty. My favorite part was the house draft lager I had two because it was so good!! Would definitely recommend this place.!!!

Fresh and delicious food. The three of us were interested in trying a few dishes, so we ordered the beef and the chicken empanadas, the beef and the chicken tacos, and the Nachos Toro Loco to share. Everything was delicious. Only improvement would be the lighting as it was a bit dark for us being older adults, so our eyesight aren't as sharp as youngsters. I really enjoyed the chicken tacos and chicken empanada, plus the nachos which had generous toppings. Another of us enjoyed the soft beef tacos and our son's favourite was the nachos. We all loved the coriander dips and mango dips that came with the empanadas.

From the outside - restaurant seems small and common. But when I got inside - totally different vibe. Music was great, service was excellent and the food was impressive. Will return and bring others. Had the guacamole - nice! Street Mexican corn - favorite and the steak tacos...wish they were more then 3 but healthy serving and veery good.

It feels like old world Manhattan in this old Stone Street building. Fun and festive with delicious food and excellent service. I like the nachos, wings, birria tacos, and sangria. They have gluten free and vegan options indicated on the menu. Big portions and decent prices with outdoor seating in the back.

So glad we stumbled onto this great little Mexican restaurant in downtown NYC! We were walking from the ferry terminal to the Brooklyn Bridge and stopped in for a quick bite. Great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. I ordered the chimichanga and it was very flavorful. Even the presentation was excellent! Give this place a try - no disappointments.

Stopped in for a quick bite after work and sat at the bar. I was greeted immediately by the bar tender and given water. He mentioned that it was happy hour and showed the specials. I ordered a red sangria that was fabulous and tacos and empanadas. The food came out fast and the sauces served were good and paired well. Nice place for solo dining or as a group. The lighting is very dim so it's a little hard to read the menu.

I was excited to find this Potbelly location. I was greeted by a group of friendly, courteous, professional and enthusiastic workers Jalil, Savannah, Giselle & Ibrahim. Jalil, was very patient with me and knowledgeable of the products. He's very polite and engaging. I went with his recommendation and purchased a combo. The chicken pot pie soup 🍲 is delicious 😋 and I'm thankful for his recommendation! I'll definitely visit this location again and I hope this awesome crew is working 💪🏾. I wish you all well, keep being great and pursue your passions fervently! The only issue I had was the receipt was not legible whatsoever! The ink should be replaced immediately as I could not take a picture for my Fetch app. Hopefully, this issue is resolved soon as it could be frustrating for customers.

All the employees were absolutely wonderful. I walked to several places looking just for a slice of bread to give my daughter for an unsettled stomach. They allowed me to purchase some bread. Amazing job and helping a momma out. I returned to order the sandwich “A Wreck”. Very good fresh bread and plenty of meat and toppings. I would eat here again. Sometimes having friendly employees pays off.

Great staff and customer service. Tables are usually kept clean when I visit. And food is always fresh. Location is large, with lots of seatings, hence the 5 stars rating. My only complaint (which is not relevant to the rating)- When I order food through Uber Eats, it is occasionally missing. Either food was mistakenly picked up by someone else or it’s stolen. Is there a better way to monitor who is actually picking up the food at this location? I prefer going up to the counter to provide my name everytime I have a pick up.

Amazing subs! Get the wreak, it’s their signature sub with different meats. The place is an old fashion Sandwich shop and have a fast an efficient process to get customers in and out. Right when you walk in through the revolving door you know this is gonna be good and it is. I got the wreak with pickles mayo mustard oil lettuce tomato and it was perfect!! If you want a good New York City sub go to potbelly.

Cool place and really attentive staff. Nice decor as well. Got a veggie melt and took it home with me and it travelled well also a dreamy fudge thing which was very tasty as well. But limited on the veggie options but still tasty and a good atmosphere overall. Clear signage on what the menu was/deals as well which was a bonus.

Coming from nj this is honestly the best sandwich shop ive been to in a while. I highly recommend the avo turkey sandwich. All the ingredients are fresh and its doesnt break the bank. They also have salad options so the whole family can eat here. The original size is filling enough.For a sandwich and chips i spent $13.59. Big seating area to enjoy as well. I love their fireball sandwich (meatball plus chili off their underground menu). That and one if their always soft sugar cookies, is a perfect meal. The only downside is that it's a but expensive (upwards of $10 just for the small version of the sandwich) so I can't get it too often, but that just makes those rare times I do a special treat!

Just like Subway! I was sort of expecting that. Which is fine. I ordered the Italian on multi grain with hot peppers. The peppers had a little kick to it. The place is huge with practically no customers. Come eat while the place is still open for business. I am sure whoever owns this place is losing their shirt. The interior is huge and antique looking. Real cool atmosphere.

Love their sandwiches and milkshakes here. Usually during lunch time it's gets busy. So go after lunch or before lunch. Their soups are good and hearty. Staffs are nice and friendly but they work really slow. Overall great sandwiches and will be coming back soon.

Love the employees, they are quite nice but man the sandwich I got was beyond undercooked. The bacon was nearly uncooked and the chicken even more so. I am genuinely surprised since I’ve come here often and never had a bad experience but that has the be the worst sandwich I got that can get people sick. I hate being that guy here but you gotta be more careful with the sandwiches potbelly.

I went to pick up an order 15 minutes after ordering on the app. The cashier, after a pause, said that because I ordered on the app she "has to go look for it" and asked me to step aside to take other customers first. I thought that was strange since usually they just turn around and grab the order from the bags behind them. Customers shouldn't be deprioritized for using the app, right? But I stepped aside, patiently. She took 3-4 other customers. And then proceeded to stand at the register, bored. As I went to remind her why I was standing in front of her waiting, a second employee walked up to another register so I pivoted to him instead. He asked for the name on the order, I gave it, he turned around and picked it up from behind the first cashier. It was literally the only bag on the counter behind her (this was after the lunch rush). Just unbelievable. I have no idea what that was about. It will be a while before I go here again and I doubt I'll use the app. The sandwiches are good though.

After standing in line for a few minutes upon being next to order, I generally like to be acknowledged within 5 minutes instead of being ignored. Just a quirk of mine. Oh and they dropped the sandwich made for the guy in front us when it came out of the conveyor toaster and then tried to give it to him even though it fell in the floor.
