The service was pleasant. The bread they use for the subs was soft and delicious, unfortunately it could of used more meats and cheese. Didnt live up to the my expectations. I'll try it again next time I'm in the area. Maybe different this time who nows?

We ordered half cheesesteak sub meal and a mozzarella sticks. When we get to the table, the cashier said that she forgot to charge the mozzarella. It was back and forth if we want it or not since we already paid and that the other girl already dropped the sticks. If this happened in other store, they would have just given is the sticks. But, then, of course we paid. Food was good, it's the convenience part. We were in a hurry that day also.

One of the only restaurants in walking distance. Food has been okay, proportions are extremely upsetting. $5 for fries and you only get a tiny basket full, $6 for a half sub and they barely put meat on it and $3 for the smallest drink size they have. Bathrooms and tables are pretty dirty. Always out of something.

Service was great and friendly. Subs still taste like Jrecks. I do have to say that the place it self was run down looking inside though. I know the pandemic has taken a toll on businesses and also employment but I can say I would not dine in.

Will not be going back here. Went there on 8/3/25 @6pm and the female was so rude and did not put any pride into making our sandwiches, the flat top was dirty and so was the cutting boards. It was bad..I asked for lettuce and tomato on the side of the cheese burger

Tried to cancel an order because my mistake for the wrong location. But to hang up the phone after telling me i need to talk to someone and then continue to hang uo the phone when trying to call back is just shitty.

I purchased 2mb subs and they don't toast bread and the subs was gross. I wanted to buy 2brownies and the price on back said 195and they was ringing up 299when I asked why he ridley said that is his cost and I won't get it at that price so I did not buy them . They need to run a business better.

It's Jreck's so it was delicious, Employees were super nice.... Here's the things that are not great: one of the front doors was broken, fryers were broken, out of lemonade (only soda available), out of napkins (ripping pieces off brown paper towels for customers), don't have the original shaker Italian dressing (they said it's homemade, seemed a bit sketchy but wasn't bad tasting). Overall, not up to the Jreck Sub standards we're used to.... Felt badly for the nice associates stuck working there

It’s my least favorite of the sandwich places in town, but I didn’t have time to go to the other ones. And she forgot my banana peppers...😔. And they are overpriced for these super skimpy subs. Take a look at your competition. What and who are you marketing to? What is your value proposition when compared to others in the area? The fact I didn’t have to drive an additional mile? 🤣
