Went in last night around 930. I needed veg fried rice without egg for my mom. Anthony was taking my order and asked the lady(manager, maybe) said they don't make it and cant do any special requests The lady told Anthony, if he wants to, then go in the kitchen and make it himself, no one else is going to make it now. Anthony went ahead in the kitchen and made me a veg fried rice without egg. Now that's what I call great customer service. Anthony you rock!

I've been at this location many times. (for a limited time, I was there every week) I have experienced a concern/problem ..... but they were always addressed in a professional and courteous manner by the staff and management. The portion sizes were always generous, The staff has kept me informed and provided options when a selected item was not available (I could wait a short time while the kitchen prepared the item or select a different item.) Even when it's been busy during lunch, I always felt that The staff were attentive.

Wow!!!! My husband and I had the best dine in experience today! The staff were friendly, proficient and very helpful. The food was nice and hot and very fresh. Mario assisted me with redeeming my rewards towards my order today. It has been awhile that they have great customer service. Thanks Mario... you have excellent customer service.

Food was very fresh, the restaurant was clean and the crew members were very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something light or are watching your carbs/fat, would recommend a small bowl with the green bean chicken and steamed rice! Very delicious and filling!

I ordered Postmates from this particular Panda Express and we all know Postmates isn't the best app when it comes to customizing your order. So what I did was call them immediately after I placed my order. I specifically wanted a plate with double chow mein and double orange chicken. Postmates will not let you do that. So I had no choice but to put chow mein and rice, orange chicken and some type of beef. When I called I said "I just placed an order on Postmates but I'd like to add special instructions" they said of course what name is it under? I told them my name and proceeded to say "ignore the rice and beef, it's double chow mein and double orange chicken please, Postmates won't let me modify" they said of course no problem. The food was correct when it came and of course it was amazing. I wasn't sure my plan was going to work, but thanks to the workers that took the time to hear me out, it ended up great. Thank you guys!

I have nothing bad to say about it. If you want authentic Chinese food, this is probably not the place as it is very "americanized" but the food is still delicious.

Panda anda me! Anda you, too! Even you, bro! When I want something hot, fast & fresh, I head to Spearmint Rhino. Oops, uh, er, sorry, Freudian slip. What I meant to say was I head to Panda Express. Broccoli beef, green bean chicken, eggplant tofu & Beijing beef - those are the usual suspects for me. I whip out my receipt w/ the code, entitling me to a free entree to go along with my 2-item combo w/ fried rice and it's chowtime. I was a little perturbed when Panda Express replaced fried white rice w/ fried brown rice awhile ago, but I'm glad the big muckamucks saw the error of their ways and brought back the OG fried rice. Yeah, brown rice has fiber, but it also has phytins, which are antinutrients. Phytins block the absorbtion of nutrients in the GI tract, causing leaky gut syndrome. This Panda Express location has always been clean & and very convenient for me, due to it's close proximity. The staff during my latest visit were especially friendly from start to finish. They even obliged me when I ask for more rice and extra fortune cookies. Because having one fortune just isn't enough ;p The line usually goes by quick & I'm in n' out in no time. Tables & stool seating for those looking to dine in. Parking is located at the Cerritos Promenade, which can be hard to come by. I suggest parking near Island Pacific to find a spot. Located very closeby, there is another Panda Express across the street in the Los Cerritos Center. But, for some reason, the food doesn't taste the same. When I want Panda, I go here. Not a date spot, not a hoity toity white tablecloth restaurant, Panda Express is one of my favorite places to go for a quick meal that I don't feel bad about eating. I love Panda Express. Been eating there for years. Sad to see the rise in prices when i can now go to the independents and get an enormous plate for less and having been forced to retire from the VA Hospi due to ageism im now living on a fixed income. So i must go for the deals.

As the description says: "simple chinese fast food chain" ...Above average meals for the price. Those of you who want something for nothing, please stay at home and bother the government. Sweet-fire chicken and teryaki chicken with rice and vegetables, $7 ..you will not find a better meal for that price within the fast food world. Enough said.

The restaurant is always clean and they only messed up my order once. But overall the ladies are nice and courteous and the service is great.

Really like this panda..but today was different. I was really wanting orange chicken and what they had at 11am was a sad "batch" is what the employee called it. When I asked if there was more sauce or if I can get some extra as this "batch" is dry and had hardly any on it and she says I know it usually does but couldn't even give me a little thing of extra orange chicken sauce..pretty sad.

Spent $150+ on catering, I was told that I couldn't get 3 togo boxes or paper boxes because of their policy

This location gives pretty decent good amount of food. Good deal with the dodgers code. The chow mein r el dente, chicken and shrimp r very well seasoned. The veggie could use some improvement they r kinda a bit tough and hard to chew. Service was quick. Parking is kinda hard to find since it’s in a crowded restaurants complex.

Everything would've been fine if they had gotten my order correct and if the workers were nice. The ladies that helped me were less then friendly and just rushing everyone eventhough they weren't busy at the time. I had to wait an extra 8 minutes for Beijing Beef only for them to give me a chicken dish instead on error 😒

I hate that they mix in the old food with the belly cooked food. I got Orange chicken, half was perfect and the other half you could tell was old because it was luke warm and the breading had become mushy. The servers don't slow down long enough to get your order correct and they just don't seem friendly at all.

There Panda server/cashier last night served me the Kung Pao chicken and chow Mein without chicken. This is the second time I go to there and the 2nd time they mess up. First time I asked for 2 entrees in each order and when I got home, there was only one entree in one order. They don't take pride in their job. Seems like they're always in a hurry. Chow mein noodles were very tasty.

This place is the worse place that I've been to. No cookies, no ice, cut back on servings. Go somewhere else and get better service than this place. You'll be much happier.

I have not eaten from a panda franchise in a long time. They have declined due to their Chinese food lacking flavor or moisture.... just go to a REAL Chinese spot for cheaper and way better food for the amount. I was forced to come here after not being in this specific restaurant for over 5 years...my sons got a free kids meal coupon that they were happy to recieve as a reward from school, and so i brought them over to pick their kids meal. I live around the neighborhood so, this place is the last place I would go to personally...sorry to say, but there are so many options around here! Anyways, I went here on a tuesday and the person who seved us looked annoyed at us being there, he still stayed professional and served us kindly, but the agitated energy was felt. At first glance the trays of food were dry from the heat lights possibly being over them all day... mind you I came after kids got out of school around 3pm. The food appeared dry and not appealing. I just quickly had the kids get the chow mein, and simple beef and broccoli and left. The employee even recommended to not take the apple slices that came with the kids meal and to just get a drink...I trusted him and ran out. I dont think im ever coming back. They all looked happy with each other but still miserable to be there.

I want a manager to call me or email ASAP . I had my three kids buy their own food. But my son was told he couldn’t get more noodles in his bowl because he had to get rice . Of course I didn’t realize this until we got home and I asked him why did he get so little . This is really bad service every time I come to this place is something. I need the manager to call me

If you order online, check your food before leaving. I ordered half and half (rice and chow mein) it was mostly rice with chow mein covering the right side of the rice. Also ordered teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli. Most of it was chicken and one small scoop of broccoli and one piece of beer covering the right side of the chicken. 0 stars if possible. 👎

Tonight, was the worst dinner ever! I ordered chow mein and orange chicken. I ordered another bowl, as well, but that one wasn't that bad. The chow mein was hard and dry. My boyfriend didn't even eat it! I wasted money, time, and gas! Come on Panda, get it together! You guys have a good name for yourselves, don't mess it up now.

Credit/Debt card users be aware! The employees swipe your card twice without your knowledge and authorization. It blocks your transaction on the bank’s end and causes your card to decline, even though you have over $200 in the account. I had to call the bank in order to unblock my card and pay with cash. I’ve never had any credit card issues at Panda Express so this was by far the worst one ever. The food is good but the employees are not and incompetent of transactions. So again, be aware!

Disgusting! There is not a single item on their menu without added sugar the poison of the 21st century. Sugar is the cheapest most dangerous ingredient 2nd to MSG added to food. Their prices keep increasing. Yesterday 5/11/23 it cost me $12.71 for a bowl with mainly chow mien, veggie which was most hard cabbage and onions, and the silllzling shrimp which consisted of 5 small shrimp. Ridiculous! I’m never going back to Panda Express, it’s a big ripoff.

My experience at this location was awful. I placed a catering order by phone 2 days before and I paid. When I arrived they had no vlur I placed an order, they wanted me to order again and pay again. It took 45 minutes for them.not give ne an order i placed 2 days before. It was awful experience

It was horrible I preorder and still took for ever to get my order.They didnt have one of the sides I order didnt put it in my plate and had to go bk and let them know there was food missing from my order.And it just didnt happen to le it happen to a couple of people.

This place has horrible customer service! I asked for extra becuase the young lady serving my food was skimping me! Found a long blond hair in my daughters food. It was wrapped in the noodles. And I’m completely disgusted! I work in food services and finding hair means that someone was careless!!!! Please make sure your customers are more careful so this doesn’t happen again

horrible customer service. they gave me the scraps from their chow mein, broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. not to mention the cashier with an attitude so disgusting, her makeup couldn’t cover that up. she scoffed when i asked for teriyaki sauce and once again when i asked for straws. i dont recommend coming here solely because their customer service attitude is beyond disgusting.

After paying for our meal with a credit/debit card, we asked a team member for change to break a $20 bill so that we could tip the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes for Gonzalo (the manager) to return from the restroom, to address our request; Gonzalo rudely stated that it was against company policy to make change. We asked to return/refund the transaction back to the card so that we could re-purchase the meal with cash instead. Without any respectful explanation, he again replied that that was against company policy. We asked if he could perform the request with respect to avoid a poor customer service experience, and he again stated that that would be against company policy. Critical thinking, good judgment, and courteous customer service were clearly not of any interest to Gonzalo. The other staff members, Nicholas and Cinthya remained professional, friendly, and warmly accommodating. We will not be returning to this location - after over a decade of patronage. Gonzalo could benefit from enhanced training.
