Crispy stuff was crispy. Always accurate on drive up orders. Always have napkins in every bag. Never smashed all up and unappealing like some locations I've been to. Friendly staff.

The best Taco Bell I think I have ever ate..the food was actually hot, good, and even though I asked for no beans I didn't mind the beans..they were actually really good. I was actually impressed and ate all off my food. I ordered the Nachos Bell Grande meal that came with a taco and a drink. The young lady who took my order and was working at the window was very polite with a smile. Overall I would say yes this is the Taco Bell to eat at..I AM STILL IN SHOCK..wishing I would have taken pictures.

The intercom confused me when it was a robot, kinda reminiscent of Siri. Astoundingly, it understood me! I ordered in the app ahead of time and -as weird as my first name is- it understood my name too! The guy at the window was super personable and kind. Everything was correct and fresh and delicious. I was just passing through but now I’d like to pass through again real soon.

Tried the new five dollar box. It's not as good as the previous ones. The main dish tasted like greasy bread. But my teenage daughter and I do love Taco Bell. The eating is for the new chalupa box

It seems like the drive-thru takes about a minute longer every time you visit. Sometimes the food is cold but most of the time you'll get good food. Mostly friendly service.

The new remodeling they did was worth it because everything just smells and looks cleaner. I like the quesadillas and nacho cheese Doritos tacos 🌮 but happened to the cool ranch taco and that spicy nacho crunch wrap supreme? I learned about their new Happy Hour drink specials and I was tempted to buy that strawberries and cream 🍦 🍓 but maybe next time. I recommend the Power Bowls they have because they're absolutely delicious.

Gone down hill. menu is limited now, they don't have half what the used to. Must be corporate cost saving strategy, dumb. They won't be able to compete with limited menu, I won't be going back, I can get what's on the menu, but better elsewhere.

The management isn't as bad as what I'm used to from the past.

It was kind of slow but all of our food was fresh and hot so it was okay. Just needed to refresh the hot salsas and cup lids. The lobby needed some attention.

Food was OK. The guy that took my order charged me for a drink that came with my meal,, then got my order wrong asked for no sour cream got sour cream. I'm not mad he should of stayed in school at least he would have some kind of sense. May God bless him and his family and feed them many tacos.

Food good but Attention to detail is lacked you go in order soft taco just regular you might have a soft taco with more than what you ordered on it or what you might be allergic to on it you go back to replace the order and still end up with the same thing on it The picture along in this post is a order that was our place to have no tomato on it due to the fact my husband and daughter are allergic get you can clearly see be one diced tomato in the center of the taco.

The clowns at this particular taco bell advertise: carry out, which means one can come inside, place an order, and carry it out. Not true as the lobby is closed. So a waste of time.

They don't deserve no stars!! Me and my bf went there yesterday and they messed up my order 2 times. After the 2nd time was messed up, I wasn't​ going to ask them to fix it the 3rd time cuz I knew they wld mess it up smdh. I'm starting to think these people don't know what a cheesy bean and rice burrito is. My past 2 trips they decided not to put it in my bag and today they gave me a bean burrito instead of a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Maybe it's time to teach the people in the kitchen to make what's on the menu.

Incompetent employees cant understand simple instructions. They got my order wrong 2x. I asked simply for the Pico, Guacamole, and Sour Cream on the side which means separately from the Nachos. 1st time they put them on top. 2nd time when I came back I showed the lady at the drive thru I want them separately from the Nachos and came back with everything separately packaged. Made an online order at 1am got to the store a little before 1:30. Apparently they never received my order. It clearly said “tell an employee you have arrived and we’ll begin making your order” funny that my order wasn’t received and they looked “everywhere “ through the system within a few seconds.

Worst experience I've ever had they didnt have tacos I wanted ordered something different was very specific. Got my order and got back to work. Order was wrong. Had to come back and manager didnt think I spoke spanish and acted like I didnt ask for regular non supreme tacos plain. This Taco Bell is so terrible. The employees at this location are staring around just talking. The sanatation is terrible as well as the odor. It smells like dead rats in there. There’s lettuce and cheese all over the floor. The employee that took my order coundnt even spell “Peter”.

My girl whole order was wrong, most of the ideas we originally want wasn't in stock and customer service had ole well... The food we ask for without sour cream had it and vise versa... Feel like they just didn't wanna be there... Crazy

I order a Mexican pizza and numerous other items. they put my pizza at the bottom of the bag, with that said this is the result.

Order was not right (missing items). Service lacked basic customer interaction. Workers need retraining. It's quite gross when worker comes in to report to work and proceeds to stand by customer sitting at table waiting for order, and take shoes out of backpack. Which after this takes off crocs and then decision to put on socks/work shoes and proceeds to go to cash register without even a washing of hands. This should have been done before even entering place of work.

I was given attitude after I waited 20 minutes for my food for it to be given to the person behind me because he yelled that it was, no verification whatsoever his as she’s standing at my car handing it to me…. So she just gives him my food 10 minutes later she comes out frazzled bc he came back irate because that was indeed not his food . She asks for my order again. I wait another 10 minutes she comes out with my food that is wrong and when I tell her she does nothing then I asked her for my drink to which she responds you could’ve asked the other 3 times, which is crazy because while verifying my order the second time she said my drink, and that’s what did it for me, she then phones and asks for a rg drink huffing and puffing, I paid for a large. At that point I just wanted my food. I give everybody the benefit of the doubt maybe you’re having a bad day but to have attitude and chastise me for your mess up is quite crazy. After the 40 odd some minute wait I had to go back thru and was finally given the correct items. If you got nothing but time and don’t mind being chastised please visit this location.

This place on Sheldon road will not answer the drive thru after midnight. They have lost plenty of customers that I have seen and experienced myself. I'm sure their sales after midnight are low. Not satisfied at all. Maybe enough of this feed back will change this for them!!!

I went in and order two tacos with light meat and a bean burrito with extra onions went to eat them the tacos had extra meat the bean burrito was ice cold just like the tacos employees would not come to the counter to take eye contact at least 5 times each with me.I am a caucasian they were Hispanic they were very racist.I would not recommend this taco.Bell to anyone and shame on the general manager for having people like that working for them.

If i could give zero stars I would. Placed order from the app then stood in the store 20 min waiting for my order. While waiting, decided to fill my drink but noticed mold floating in the cup. Poured the drink out, rinsed the cup added ice again ( no mold) added Starry and there came the mold. I notified the employee and showed him and he said he would check. He later came back and said "it must be the spout because it's nothing coming out in the cup on his side." Still never stopped to clean the spout!!!
