First time visiting Link & Pin and it didn't disappoint. Our server Jessica was amazing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. She made several recommendations and right about every single one. I had the Lake Love and Berry Lemon Drop (spiked) and they were very tasty. We had the tuna poke, a couple of steaks, the shrimp and grits, the scallops, the halibut. Sides were brussel sprouts, regular fries, truffle fries and the mushrooms. Donuts for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to go back. Will try their brunch next!

This year my family and I decided to have my mother’s 75th birthday dinner at Link & Pin Arboretum and they did not disappoint! The restaurant smells amazing when you first step foot through the revolving front door. All of the staff were very welcoming and accommodating for my rather large group. The appetizers, main courses, drinks and desserts were all amazing!

Very pleased. We almost didn't dine here, because of the 4.3 review. I really don't understand the rating. Our server was fantastic, the menu was outstanding, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. We'll be back.

Brunch was excellent. Mimosa tray was worth it, eggs Benedict was incredibly good, hash brown casserole was top-notch. Service was attentive and efficient - Alex was lovely. Highly recommend for a relaxing Sunday meal.

Food was amazing. I got the 8oz filet mignon with asparagus, and my husband got the whole flounder. Followed by the seven layer chocolate cake. Amazing. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful first experience at Link and Pin for my dad’s birthday! So many menu options it was hard to choose. Wine and drink menu is on an iPad which is very convenient. Glass of red was spectacular and nicely priced. Staff was amazing from start to finish even giving my dad a card for his birthday. Food was spectacular! Appetizers were tasty and the meal portions were HUGE. We were in the glass window room overlooking the fountain outside and it was amazing. Want to experience their great outdoor space during warmer months. Will definitely be back!!!

I had a really great time. Brian and Joe super cool, friendly and talkative. The wings slapped!! The donuts are made to order. I've never had any donuts that taste like that....the caramel, raspberry and the white sauce are superb! Really nice decor as well. The staff was giving was so chill, easy going and easy to approach or converse with.

I took my clients to Link and Pin for brunch. This was my first time at Link and Pin and we enjoyed ourselves. I really like the mimosa tray! I had the lobster Benedict and I appreciate that they didn’t skimp on the lobster. We also had the deviled eggs and I will definitely order them again.

As a long time frequenter of Link & Pin both Arboretum and Southend, I was devastated to hear about the Southend location closing. Thankfully the Arboretum location is still going strong! This place is fantastic for all around dining experiences but my personal favorites is their late night cocktails and apps/deserts! You can enjoy lunch on the terrace or dinner in the dining room - all are excellent choices. Our waiter for lunch this past weekend Alex was new to serving and did a fantastic job! All of the servers we had in the past have been so helpful and friendly - the know how to keep a very kind and professional staff! We can't wait to go back for more late night cocktails! 🍸

Loved this restaurant! It was absolutely gorgeous inside, loved the lighting and design. The food was fantastic and a good price for what it was and experience. Jessica was our waitress and she took such good care of us. She was really enjoyable to have as well and the management gave 2 in our party cards for their birthday they signed as well as a nice dessert on the house. It is a very nice restaurant, there is a dress code so plan accordingly. Photos are the brussel sprouts and espresso martini. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had and I will for sure be back.

The food is always amazing and the staff is beyond kind. We come here regularly and everything is consistent. There’s a tall gentleman who always wears a suit, we never catch his name but he is very pleasant and we enjoy chatting with him on our visits. Our favorites are the fried flounder, the lobster mac, and the Brussels sprouts.

Went for dessert and drinks at the bar. Had great drink options including mocktails which was perfect for me. Staff was super friendly and suggested the bread pudding that was very yummy! The bartender was amazing and we enjoyed talking to her. It’s a beautiful restaurant with great vibes. Excited to come back for dinner soon.

Great place to eat brunch on a Sunday! I wanted my students to experience fine dining on a budget. They were so amazed of the ambiance and atmosphere. The Lobster Roll and bread pudding is definitely a must to try out!

Went for brunch. I could write a dissertation about how good each individual piece of service and food was. But long story short, one of the best brunch experiences I've had in the area.

Last night, my fiancé, grandparents, and I had the pleasure of dining at Link and Pin, a modern and stylish restaurant that instantly captivated us. As we stepped inside, we were greeted by the restaurant manager, Jerome, who exuded warmth and hospitality, setting the perfect tone for our evening. We started our culinary adventure with the filet mignon, a true masterpiece that delighted our taste buds. The moment we cut into the steak, its tender and juicy texture revealed itself, perfectly cooked to our liking. The rich flavor of the high-quality cut of meat was enhanced by the expertly balanced seasoning, leaving us in awe. It was a true symphony of flavors that lingered on our palates. Next, we ventured into the realm of vegetarian delights with the cauliflower bowl dish—a revelation in itself. The cauliflower, cooked to perfection, maintained a delightful crunch that harmonized with the medley of seasonings. Each bite was an explosion of flavors and textures, elevating this humble vegetable to new heights. It was a testament to the culinary prowess of the chefs at Link and Pin. Our exploration continued with the salmon salads, and we were blown away by their amazing presentation and taste. The salmon, flawlessly cooked, flaked apart effortlessly, revealing its moist and delicate flesh. The fresh and vibrant salad ingredients complemented the fish, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Every forkful was a delightful symphony that left us craving for more. Saving the best for last, we indulged in the tender pork chops, which proved to be a true highlight of the evening. The perfectly cooked chops showcased the culinary skills of the chefs. Each bite revealed succulent and flavorful meat that practically melted in our mouths. The expert seasoning elevated the dish, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Throughout the evening, our wonderful waitress, Camila, provided impeccable service. Her attentiveness, knowledge, and ever-present smile enhanced our dining experience. Camila's spot-on recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal, making us feel truly pampered. Overall, our experience at Link and Pin was nothing short of outstanding. The modern and stylish ambiance of the restaurant combined with the culinary masterpieces presented to us made for a memorable evening. The unforgettable filet mignon, the remarkable cauliflower bowl dish, the amazing salmon salads, and the mouthwatering pork chops all contributed to an exceptional dining experience. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jerome, the restaurant manager, and Camila, our outstanding waitress, for their exceptional service. We eagerly anticipate our return to Link and Pin, where we can once again indulge in their culinary delights and create new memories!

Found reviews on Open Table and they were good but we had never been. Live very close so gave it a try tonight and we were blown away. Food was great, drinks were excellent and bartender even accommodated with a special request and clearly knew their drinks. Very nice ambience, all the staff were very good and Sarah our server was extremely nice, an ambassador for how it’s done! Thanks to Sarah and we’ll be back. See you soon!

We made a last minute decision to have brunch at Link & Pin and I'm glad we did. I ordered the steak and eggs, Kaleigh ordered avocado toast with over medium eggs, and Julia ordered an omelette with a side of potatoes. We also had the Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs mimosa tray. The steak and eggs comes with filet mignon, potatoes, and 2 sunny side up eggs and I got the steak medium rare. The steak was cooked as ordered and was very good (although it was a little chewy for a filet). The combination of roasted potatoes, steak, and runny egg yolks in one bite was really good. The omelettes are made to order, and come with two "toppings" (the filling). Julia got ham and bacon with cheddar. I had a little bite and it was very good. Our server April recommended getting the eggs on the avocado toast and although I didn't eat any, it looked good. The mimosa tray was awesome. It comes with the champagne, peach nectar, cranberry juice, and orange juice. They also bring 3 jars filled with blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries that you can put in your drink. My favorite way (other than the champagne straight up) was with a little peach, a splash of cranberry, about 1/3 glass of OJ, and then champagne to the top of the glass. For dessert, we shared the Nutella Budino which has raspberry coulis, and salted caramel. The sweet and salty combination was a wonderful finale to this meal. April was great. She was helpful, had good suggestions, kept our water topped off, and didn't hover over us while we ate and talked. There is a dress code, so don't show up in your pajamas, but they're not going to show you the door if you're not in a tuxedo or a dress. I highly recommend coming to get brunch.

I don’t remember the last time I had a 10 out of 10 experience at a restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I loved how it looked. But, what took it over the top is Jessica’s AMAZING service. She knows the menu front to back, had great recommendations without us asking, and anticipated our needs while respecting the privacy of friends chatting over a meal. Loved it!

We stopped in for lunch, first time. We didn't know they had such a nice view! Our server (Eli) was great. The food was so good! The atmosphere was classy and not like anything else in the area.

The Link & Pin Arboretum location has very good food and drinks. The servers are nice and gave great food recommendations. We stopped in for dessert but ordered Truffle-Garlic Fries, Ceviche, and Donuts with three different sauces. Plus a Nonalcoholic Cucumber mint drink. They do have a dress code. They also recommended The Cellars at Duckworth’s and gave the story behind how the name Link & Pin was created.

We had a great Sunday dinner with amazing service by Matt. Not only did he provide amazing service, he was a great bartender! For my birthday dinner we had steak, deviled eggs, lobster mac and cheese with garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the donuts(HIGHLY recommend) and the bread putting. Everything was great and will be going back again.

My brother & I went to Link & Pin twice during his weekend in Charlotte while visiting from out of town because we loved our first visit so much. The vibe is great - lush, moody, inviting. And the service and food were fantastic. On our first visit (this past Saturday at lunch), we sat outside on the patio, and our server Ashley Leigh was gracious, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We both had the chicken sandwich & loved it. Shoutout to the Cameron Leslie the bartender for the incredible Illegal Contraband cocktails – some of the best we’ve had (with instructions on how to best enjoy them!). For our final hangout of the trip, we snuck in a quick snack on Sunday afternoon before my brother headed to the airport. He got the chicken tenders & a Moscow Mule – high praise! But the stars of the show for both of us were the phenomenal homemade donuts and dipping sauces – the kitchen staff are outdoing themselves. To make our visit even better, Luce our server was wonderful to work with and made sure we had just enough time to enjoy our treats & still leave on time. I also need to praise Louis the manager for greeting us warmly on both visits and treating us like family. He is passionate about creating an atmosphere that goes beyond just a great restaurant – he wants it to be a community. And you can tell that the staff members feel appreciated and motivated to go above & beyond. My brother & I have already planned a double-date with our spouses when he and his wife return in November, and my husband & I will visit Link & Pin together in the next couple weeks. We're excited!

Jessica was amazing! She had the best recommendations and took great care of us, and even provided a delicious dessert for 2 of my girlfriends who were celebrating promotions/new jobs. Would definitely recommend Link and Pin and especially Jessica.

Valentines review from a foodie! I was nervous that we had reservations here because of some reviews & overall, our food experience in Charlotte hasn’t been amazing. However, I was so pleasantly impressed!!! Alexis was our server and she was AMAZING. So sweet & personable, and she took great care to help recommend menu items, answer any questions, and made sure my filet was how I like. The bread was wonderful & loved the truffle fries. Flounder was some of the best fish we’ve ever had!!!! The Nutella budino is a must order dessert! Was also so grateful that they had NA drink options. The berry lemon drop is one of the best mocktails I’ve ever had. The only downside on the place was that we had a reservation and did still have to wait a while to be sat, but that’s expected on one of their busiest days of the year. The lounge was really comfy and pretty to wait in!

I don’t usually write reviews because I worked in the service industry for so long and they can be very skewed. However, I feel like I need to tell this story of how a bad-ish experience turned me into a customer for life. Came in for brunch with some friends. Caleb was our server. From the start he was great. Cracking jokes, very personable taking us through the steps of service. My buddy ordered a burger and me and our wives ordered eggs Benedict. One of my all time faves. I actually kind of don’t go to places that don’t have it for brunch/breakfast cause I’m weird and always have it when dining out for breakfast. Anyways, food comes and all three of our dishes had poached eggs that were cooked harder than the hardest boiled eggs I’ve ever seen. No run, a dark yellow hard yolk. Normally would just suck it up but for the prices we’re paying I kind of expect it done right. We all send it back to the kitchen. The manager comes over (I didn’t remember his name) and apologizes, offers to comp our apps (didn’t even want that and was so appreciative for the gesture). When our food returns, Caleb accidentally dropped one of my friends newly cooked poached eggs on the floor. He was clearly frustrated and embarrassed and so apologetic. No sweat man, it happens. From the start to finish Caleb and the manager handled the negative situation with grace and gave absolutely excellent service. I’ve ran bars and restaurants my whole life and someone told me a long time ago that you can create a lifelong customer by handling a bad situation properly and promptly. The service truly did save the whole experience. Btw when the food came back out it was A1. Thank you to the amazing staff here for a great brunch experience. Crap happens all the time, they handled it so well and I was sincerely impressed. Go for brunch ask for Caleb! The Bloody Marys were amazing.

Our 1st time trying this place! We will definitely come back. Alex was our server and was very attentive and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. A great place to come if you actually want to have conversations without a lot of noise and feeling rushed! The bread we ordered was amazing as well as the salads we ordered. Would love to come back and try other options from you menu! We are so happy that we finally tried this place!

Came here with a small group to have dinner and a meeting. Might be a little too dark to have a meeting lol but we enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. We were able to try each other foods but I personally ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with shrimp and it was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food.

Beautifully decorated restaurant. Had a girls brunch here for one of my friends bday. Had an 11a reservation and place was empty when we arrived but still had to wait abt 15min for our table to be ready. Not sure what that was abt. All of us enjoyed our food, I got the burger and it was delish. Also got the lemon drop mocktail which was very fruity and refreshing. I’d definitely go back and try some other items. Also our waitress was amazing with an even more amazing singing voice. Didn’t expect those type of vocals to our friend for her bday but it was a welcomed surprise!

This place is really beautiful! We sat in a booth at the bar and had a couple of appetizers with drinks and wine. We were able to really watch the bartender interact and she was so personable and knowledgeable. Princess our server was fantastic. I took one star because of the overabundance of floor managers. I'm not sure what they were expecting on a Thursday night but they just had too many floor managers. One in particular really didn't have anything to do and he seemed to be trying to get 10,000 steps on his fitbit. He speed walked past our table probably 15 times. He was fully unnecessary on the scene and should have been asked to go home. It was annoying to have him zooming by repeatedly and other than that I can highly recommend the restaurant.

We dined here for our friends 48th birthday. It was everyone's first time, and we were very excited. The ambiance was very intimate. Loved the lounge area with couches. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was very fresh. However, the Cajun Chicken Pasta was extremely spicy for guests to eat. When the server notified the manager, he offered to remake the dishes, but plattes were already blown from the extreme hotness. Cocktails are 10/10 highly recommended. If you're a water consurere, your options were: flat, sparkling, and spring. The sparkling and spring water come in bottles for purchase. The steak was amazing, along with the Mexican streetcorn and Sesame wings. Towards the end of dinner, she received her dessert, and we were left to sing happy birthday as the guest behind us received a happy birthday sing along with servers. Overall, I loved the late hours, food, and cocktails. would have loved better communication on certain dishes for better clarity. Will return just not to this location it's a little far for my commute.

Link & Pin is another fantastic upgrade to the Arboretum SC. It’s open for brunch/lunch and dinner and reservations are recommended. That said, we tried a walk-in for dinner on a Friday and we’re able to sit at the bar for the full menu and drinks. The cocktails are well made. We tried a couple of Fig Manhattans and Cucumber Basil cocktails. As far as the food, in lieu of traditional entrees we decided to split a bevy of small plates and we were happy with everything we ordered. The General Tao’s cauliflower is probably the most popular app and it’s great way to start things off. Other options we ordered were the Ahi Tuna Tacos, Jalapeño Maple Bacon, Crispy Oysters (favorite), a recently added Lobster Bisque and Truffle Fries. For dessert we ordered the Salted Caramel Bread Pudding with Pecans and it was west way to finish the meal. Next trip we’ll dive into their steaks and seafood. Parking in Arbo is easy. As aforementioned, grab a reservation in advance if you want a table. We did enjoy eating and drinking at the bar - the server and bartender was cool and helpful. Overall, a great experience and another solid addition to Arbo.

This review is late. I enjoyed a soft opening service on Saturday, 02-26-22. I can't remember server's name but she was great. She was attentive & never let our glasses get empty. She took her time explaining menu items and giving suggestions. The ambiance was great. I ordered the salmon. I would've tried their sea bass had it been available. I also had the brussel sprouts and the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. My friend had the decadent chocolate cake. I took my bread pudding to go. I never should've started nibbling once I got home. It was so good, it never saw the light of day. I also had the spiced cherry mule. My server helped me decide & I definitely didn't regret it. Our check was discounted in half because of the soft opening, but the service was top notch! The manager also came to greet us. The only suggestion was to maybe have warm bread available while we wait.

Wow! Where do I start?! First, the atmosphere, the ambiance it was so calming and relaxed it was good to get out and go somewhere new and fun. They are located in a shopping center, but once you get inside it's like another world. Then they have iPads that you order off of and I thought that was cool (hadn't seen that anywhere before) and our waiter took time to explain everything to us and it took time to digest it all. Then the food was amazing! I got their chicken dish and my husband had steak all of it was so good, even the salad was delicious. Definitely going back and making this a space for date nights! I took a star off, just cuz it did take incredibly long to get our food, it wasn't packed in there as we ate earlier in the evening (about 5) so not sure what took so long, however the food was good though so maybe they just take their time making it. Lol!

Have been here numerous times and really really enjoy this spot. Apps are great for sampling (Mini Ahi Tacos👌🏽)if you don’t want a generous portioned entree. Wine selection is good and the little fried donuts with the three dipping sauces are FANTASTIC.

Daughters brought me for my 48th birthday. Seen online reservation recommended but we didnt make any. Hostess told us all tables were taken for the entire eve, we left out and looked online and many tables available. Booked for 4:30 and got a table. Jessica our waitress, very professional, very well spoken. We normally get bad service when we go out but Jessica hit a grand slam with her service. And sang happy birthday to me and sounded amazing. Oh and yes the food was amazing as well.

My fiancé and I went out to enjoy ourselves on New Year’s Eve. I am a disabled veteran and walk with a cane and a limp. When we arrived, the gentleman at the host stand escorted us to our table and asked, “What’s wrong with your legs?” I explained that I served in the military, and no further comments were made. What was most troubling was the assumption that it was acceptable to ask about my disability simply because it is visible. Visibility does not grant permission for personal questions. We all face challenges in life, and respect and discretion should always come first. That said, our server was excellent and the food was fantastic. I was just disappointed that this was the first interaction we experienced upon entering the establishment.

Having been big fans of Micky & Mooch at the Arboretum, we were disappointed when it closed during the pandemic. We finally decided to give the new restaurant in its old location a try for Father’s Day brunch. While it was good enough that we’ll give it another chance, it didn’t fill the shoes that Micky & Mooch left behind. Most disappointing was my omelette. The presentation was flat out boring, and it was just about as tasteless. Literally no seasoning at all! Any breakfast diner does better. According to my wife, her sushi platter was quite good, and she polished off almost everything on it before I asked if I could try some. Not on par with the best sushi in town, but she says it was enjoyable. Our daughter’s shrimp & grits was reasonably good but nothing special, both according to her and me; I ended up eating more of that than my omelette, as there was more than enough to share. Maybe our expectations & hopes were just too high, but if it’s no better the next time we try it, I doubt we’ll give it a 3rd chance.

Went for Valentines dinner with my wife. Service was terrible. Zero personality and we waited a long time for even drinks, to order food and we were never checked on. For over 200 dollars for dinner you would think service would be better. Steak 48, Mizu and hell Texas roadhouse has 10x the service than we had. Only saving grace, the food was amazing.

We went for my husband's work dinner, and honestly, the nice ambiance doesn't compare to the food and service, but unfortunately, I'm not saying that in a good way. I appreciate that the waiters were friendly, but their service was extremely slow and forgetful, in fact, my husband was asked several times what kind of whiskey drink he wanted, only for them to bring him the wrong one after an hour… As for the dishes, I have to say they were of very average to low quality, nothing impressive. The bacon was a weird, uncomfortable combination between be very sweet and spicy, the rice in the cauliflower bowl was hard in some parts even though it was sticky, and the gyozas tasted like they came from a package. I have to say the lobster bisque was good as well as their bread, but my husband's Caesar salad was oversaturated with dressing (which I tried some and ended up giving me heartburn that I could still taste it in my discomfort), and for the main course, my filet, even though it was cooked to my liking on the inside, was somehow dry on the outside, and the side dishes were nothing special, very ordinary. Finally, the sharable desserts were extremely sweet, and this is the first time I haven't liked a bread pudding, even though it's our favorite dessert; it tasted like store-bought French toast sticks. I've visited many steakhouses and expensive restaurants over the years, and this is one of the worst I've ever tried. I found their culinary concept to be very poor, completely lacking in creativity, and the prices were exorbitant for the low quality offered. Luckily, we didn't have to pay anything and enjoyed excellent company, which allowed us to laugh and have a good time despite the disappointing food.

Beautiful place, horrible food and service came up short. Lobster roll were and filet mignon was the only edible portion of our meal. The Mac and cheese has no cheese it was just rancid garlic broth and shells. The chicken tenders had a odd tasting crust and general Tao cauliflower was not good either. Same with the instant mash potatoes, please don’t order the Cajun pasta not remotely edible. Our food came out in odd stages, or side came out 19 min after the entree. No real vegetarian options.

I would like to share a detailed review of our recent experience at Link & Pin – Arboretum. We made a reservation a week in advance for a party of 16 people (14 adults and 3 children under the age of 4) through the event manager. This was not our first time dining here as a large group—we had previously celebrated a birthday in April 2025 with the same number of guests, during which the staff accommodated us by putting tables together in a single row, allowing our group to sit comfortably together without disrupting the flow of the restaurant. Unfortunately, this time, our experience was not handled with the same level of care. When we arrived on Saturday, October 4th at 5:00 PM for a Birthday Dinner, we were informed that our table was ready. However, we quickly realized that our group had been split into two separate tables that, although located near each other, were not arranged in a single row as requested. I politely asked for the tables to be put together, especially since we noticed another party nearby seated in the same configuration we were asking for. Despite this, the reservation manager continuously denied our request without offering a satisfactory explanation. The reason given was “server-related,” which was not a valid concern from our perspective—we would have been perfectly fine having two servers handle different ends of the table. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a simple and reasonable request set a negative tone for the evening. It was disappointing to see how little effort was made to ensure our comfort, despite the reservation being made well in advance. That said, I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service we received from our server, Jessica. From the very beginning, despite the clear frustration we were experiencing, Jessica remained warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and outstanding attitude helped turn around what began as a disappointing evening. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and we genuinely appreciated her effort. Jessica truly deserves recognition, whether in the form of a bonus or a raise—she was the highlight of our visit. Our bill at one of the two tables alone totaled around $700, a clear reflection of our investment in what we hoped would be an enjoyable event. Unfortunately, due to the mishandling of our reservation and the poor customer service from management, Link & Pin – Arboretum has lost returning customers. We had multiple guests express that they would not return for future group events based on this experience. In conclusion, while the food and ambiance remain enjoyable, we can only recommend this location for parties of four or fewer. Anything beyond that is at risk of disorganization and inflexibility from the staff, regardless of how far in advance you plan.

The flow of service was very off. We sat down, and they had a iPad drink menu that was buggy, and broke the ambiance. Ordered cocktails and Mac and cheese appetizer, it came out, then The drinks arrived so late that we were about to flag the waiter down to cancel them and just order wine. The manager didn't seem very attentive or apologetic to the issue, and didn't even realize he was bringing our drinks when I was flagging him down to cancel our cocktail order, since our entrees were about to come out. Entrees were okay, but not worth the price, particularly the steak(prices do not include any sides). We were celebrating a birthday, and hinted a birthday surprise was coming our way but still suggested ordering dessert Figured it was a small compliments desert, turns out it was a Nutella boudini, which we were charged for. Then the bread pudding we ordered came out a good 5 minutes after the first dessert was finished, so we were left sitting for that. We weren't in a rush, but the pacing just was not premium for the whole time. So many better places for less money.

Very disappointed with our meal. A birthday celebration that didn't even rise up to mediocre. The wings were so hard, dry and charred that they were inedible. When a whole platter of wings comes back to your kitchen, I'd recommend asking why. Our reservation was at 7 and I'd venture to guess those wings had been cooked and just sat under a heat lamp. I actually don't know how you could make wings so hard. They were like plastic. But that aside the most aggravating was my grand daughter's fish dinner. It smelled like week old fish. So foul. Covered with peppers and sauce obviously not a very elevated dish but underneath you honestly could not tolerate the smell. No we didn't complain but we should have. It was a birthday and none of us wanted to create a distraction from our celebration. The Cajun chicken pasta made my husband physically ill. He was sick most of the night. This was honestly the worst experience we've ever had here. For the price point these issues just shouldn't be the case.

Horrible. We sat at the bar on December 22nd. Could not get the guys to acknowledge us until we finally leaned over the bar to get their attention. The bartender responded with “What do you want?” We wanted to eat and order a second drink but the attitude from the other bartender was equally bad and we just asked for a check. They never apologized for the delay or made eye contact with us. Weirdest interaction we ever had. We went two outlets down to the wine bar and finished our night with a much better experience. Don’t waste your time here.
