Mt. Lassen Club

We stopped in to watch the PGA Open and received exactly what we expected - a cool clean small town bar with NASCAR on one TV and the PGA on the other! Brian served us ice cold beverages (including a NA beer for me), and rustled up some food. (Food options were limited, but we’ll prepared and nicely served.)

Excellent, under the circumstances of covet. I was treated well. I am ill. And needed to wear mask. Our bartender was so good to us. Brian is his name. It's very frightening to be ill and at this time. But unfortunately I am. I thank everyone for being so kind.

Its a cool place to grab a drink. Lots of games like corn hole, pool, and hatchet throwing...( not real hatchets).

The dive bar of Chester! 😂 Great service from the bartender and the owner is super friendly and it was fun to chat with her. Pool tables, corn hole and apparently karaoke on Saturday nights.

New owners are fantastic! They are really working to add events for the community to enjoy. They also host the local cribbage league during the winter.

Had to ask the bartender for beer every time he was busy playing cribbage with the only other person in the bar maybe it's better later on. Has a funky smell too not very impressed with the bars in Chester

I really like this place when I used to live in Chester, unfortunately it's a clique bar, a lady was harassing me and threatening me as I was leaving. (Ongoing issue with her son) She was a daily drinker? He asked me to leave? She was harassing me 😂

Used to like this bar, until my Vietnam Vet family friend fell in the establishment. He slipped due to wet floors and an unstable stool. Instead of being asked if he was ok, he was abruptly removed from the bar by the owner. I will choose to boycott this bar because of the unreasonably rude owner. I cannot express how disgusted I am by the extremely poor hospitality shown by this woman. Absolutely disgusted
