The buffalo chicken sadwiches are very good. Chicken is just a tab bit dry though. The fries are really good…. But this food is not worth $14.99 for a sandwich alone. The prices are outrageous. Not worth coming back.

While looking for something small to eat, I ran across Archibald's which is tucked away in the corner of a small shopping mall. I only ordered a hot dog, but this place has everything from omletes to pastrami combos. The hot dog itself was grilled and served with ketchup, mustard, relish and onions. It wasn't as small as I had hoped, and although it was tastey, it was not worth $8.

We have fined here several times and today it was very disappointing, food was not as ordered had to sent back 2 times and quantity has gone way down on onionrings and zuchini...I don't mind paying my hard earned money fir decent meal but I don't think we will return after our experience tonight ...gal who took our order was very friendly but the one who brought it to our table was downright rude...also we asked for chips and salsa and chips never got filled while we were there.Uaed to be great place and value for our money but not any longer

Ordered 2 omelets - both were over-cooked. Service was good, but prices were way to high for the quality. Almost $48 for 2 omelet s and 2 drinks.

I was expecting better. The fries were good, but the burger had way too much lettuce, and it tasted like a burger I could make at home. I didn't like the red onions on the burger. It was my first and may be my last time going there.

Ridiculously expensive for some burgers and fries. $18.57 for a bacon cheeseburger combo and $8.23 for a kids meal. Menu at drive-thru is very misleading and doesn’t display combo meal prices very well. Will not return to this overpriced burger joint.

Burger, fries, carne asada nachos, pastrami sandwich and fried zucchini were all ok, as in not good but ok. The onion ring were disgusting and non edible. Most of the onions rings were without breading and over cooked.

Very confused and disappointed. Utilized their website's online ordering and delivery platform over an hour ago, just to receive a notification less than 5 minutes ago that our order was cancelled because the establishment could not "fulfill the order." We just called trying to ask what had happened, only to have the person on the other line try to tell us that we were the ones to cancel our own order??? Check the screenshot below. Second text came in at 6:56.

I have bought the chicken strips here twice. They are so tough and chewy, like beef jerky. I am very disappointed with them. It was 2 years in between the two purchases. Please change the chicken strips. They are awful. They became dog food at my house.

First time here and it was a terrible customer service and experience. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and she charges the Archibald double plain burger for $11:53. I ordered French toast not a meal, charges $12.08. I even told her she repeated it, she agreed. Then says but I charged you the Archibald and the French toast without by itself. It would take a few minutes for them to make the regular plain cheeseburger. I wasn’t going to wait, she said she’s going to refund the difference. So by the look of the pictures, it’s not worth it! Oh the French toast was plain, no syrup or butter, they also forgot the fries. We got a breakfast burrito and a veggie burger, nothing special $55+! No meals, Just individual orders, no drinks!. We turned around to get the fries. Don’t come here!

Not happy with the breakfast I ordered. My kids were eating the pancakes when they found this nasty surprise. I've been ordering here because the food is tasty. But now this has ruined my appetite for Archbalds. If you are going to order from here proceed with caution.
