Personally, I'm not a donut person, but every once in awhile I'll want one and want to try something new! This time I went with the Sour Cream Donut and the New York Cheesecake Donut and they were pretty yummy! My donut-stess (hostess) Ramona was very sweet and patient while I thought about what I wanted. They just have SOOO many choices! Enjoyed them!! Yum, yum!

This Krispy Kreme was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. They offer a decent selection of donuts and beverages, with plenty of classic favorites and a few fun seasonal options. Everything we tried tasted fresh, and the quality was consistent with what I expect from Krispy Kreme. While the variety isn’t the largest compared to some boutique shops, it’s still more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a sweet treat and reliable service.

Krispy kreme never fails on delivering some good tasting donuts. I picked up these limited edition V day donuts for my gf since she LOVES them! Me personally, I have my favorite donut shop ;) But this spot is good. Pricey, but good.

First time going to this Krispy Kreme. It is not the location where the donuts are made fresh. This location is a store where the donuts are delivered from the Clairemont store. The service was great. The staffs were able to help us even though they were not fully opened. The inside was very clean and there was no waiting in the morning. Great selection of glazed donuts. Hopefully, they can serve plain, no glazed donuts in the future. All in all, good place to get a dozen of donuts for about $11. Pricey and small, but convenient.

Nobody in the store, no line, no other online orders except for mine......only ordered 2 dozens of original glazed, ordered online only had 6.30 pickup, came 6.20, donuts not ready, 3 staff not busy, staff said ... I rate this location 2 stars for my coffee experience. Unfortunately, the donuts I tried were not fresh, leading me to believe they may have been made earlier in the day, as I visited around 5:00 PM. As a former employee, In my days, the donuts I received were considered set aside for donation, which isn't ideal for customers. I believe this location could enhance the overall experience by ensuring that their pastries are fresh and appealing.

Went on 10/31/25 around 1130. The person behind the counter supposedly a manager rudely asked what we wanted. We didn't know. She walked away. Someone else helped us. A few minutes later as I waited for someone indoor, she was equally rude to another customer. The customer printed it out and yhe manager stated, " well I thought you said..." Asking to clarify your order is NOT the same as being rude to someone. Especially if that customer is with their child. She didnt even excuse herself or offer and apology. We will not return. Not worth the tense atmosphere.

NEW REVIEW - Down to 1 star from 5 stars I was really disappointed to find out about Krispy Kreme high prices. I came into this location to buy a half dozen doughnuts, just the simple glazed ones nothing fancy. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told $16.00 dollars. This is too much money for just six simple doughnuts. I declined the order and drove to another doughnut place near our house that is a competitor to KK. I ordered half a dozen assorted doughnuts (not only glazed) and was charged $9.00 dollars. This is more in line to what I was expecting to pay for a product of similar quality when compared to KK. I refuse to pay super high prices at any business no matter what they sell and paying almost double the price at Krispy Kreme is not acceptable. I understand that everything is expensive out there but if this other doughnut place can keep their prices down for a product that is similar to KK then maybe, just maybe KK can do it too. OLDER REVIEW: This location is the only one in Chula Vista. It has a good selection of doughnuts and drinks. Love it.
