Great customer service. Ben going here since I was little. The Only Original left in Chula Vista, ( other in Imperial Beach, which is great too!) Never can go wrong with The chili fries, chili cheese dog, and a corn dog (extra crispy)!!!

Always nice and friendly! This location is always friendly and helpful. They actually enjoy having customers unlike all the other locations I've been to around San Diego. I'd like to add that the new AI intercom is slow and there no replacing actual humans who's job it is to interpret the order. It's time consuming, frustrating and it doesn't work without the human touch to correct it. A.I. isn't technology that was promised. People like to talk to other humans for their sales needs and wants. That just the way it is. Other than that, this place rocks. 👍🏼👍🏼

Service was good and food good and hot. Atmosphere was not busy. Restroom clean. Only issue is another customer and I noticed floor was unusually slippery. Not sure if it's the cleaning chemical used on floor but could be a liability issue.

I love coming here. The service is great and fast. My food is always fresh and honestly the price is great for what I ordered. Lina is very welcoming as I approached the counter. Very sweet young lady. And for those that work in the kitchen I give them a 5star…food is always fresh and they work hard to get the food to you quick. Never disappointed.

Went through drive thru. The AI taking the order was not working correctly but Oscar the drive-through person was able to take my order correctly. They were very friendly they made sure my order was correct and make sure I had everything That I needed before I left.

Wienerschnitzel on Palomar Street in Chula Vista is such a nostalgic spot for me! I stopped by and got their famous chili dog, and it took me right back to my high school days when I used to love grabbing one with friends. The chili was just as flavorful as I remembered—messy in the best way and totally satisfying. The service was quick and friendly, making it a perfect stop for comfort food and a little trip down memory lane.

As I have recently read some the other reviews posted about this location. I am not surprised. My experience with this location was appalling. I ordered the $6 deal. As I was waiting, I could see1 of the workers preparing food orders. But what set me back, was that she was raw dogging it!🤯 She wasn't wearing any gloves to prevent contamination. Literally touching the bread, cheese and hot dog bare handed. Quite frankly, I honestly expected her to just reach in bare handed to scoop out the chili. I was thinking maybe the laws has changed. But nope! Here's the requirement; Here's a breakdown of the key requirements: 1. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food Food employees are generally prohibited from contacting exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands. Some one isn't enforcing the number 1 rule! Sickening 🤢🤮

Disgustingly bad veggie hotdog made me wanna throw up the bun tasted really old like cardboard and styrofoam and there was too much salt and pepper when it was already seasoned the onions were trash and not fresh at all the texture was very off with the topping I’m really disappointed since ive came here since I was a kid but the servers were nice
