Loved this place! We walked in with my son and granddaughter, we were amazed looking at the process of the making of their doughnuts. It is fascinating and my granddaughter was so excited. We put on a working hat. It was so much fun. One of the workers was very kind and offered us a free sample doughnut freshly made. Ordered my donuts online, parked then went inside to pick them up off a shelf cabinet for delivery & mobile orders. Orders were clearly labeled with a receipt with customers name on for easy identification. Donuts were delicious as always! My family was very satisfied!

Love this place. Great place to take your kids as they can see the frying process of the donuts. Friendly and fast service. Lines are usually long when they put out their deals or coupons.

The line was kind of long but not too long, the prices were reasonable for such a big box ($24 for 12 fresh, warm donuts), and the wait time was very short (about 7 minutes for fresh out of the oven pastries) and although there was a few dirty tables this place was pretty good!

I love coming here! The doughnuts are amazing and the drive thru is super convenient and moves quickly. Yesterday I was having an awful day and thought I’d stop by for a treat. It was late, I was flustered, and it was evident. The drive thru attendant Fernando was so kind and amicable, it really turned my day around. Kindness goes a long way and the employees here are always great!

Nice staff. I ordered online, but one of the flavor actually already ran out. They called and let me choose another one. Was not expecting them to offered me an extra glazed original for the inconvenience.

The young guy, Alex, was so helpful! He wouldn’t give up until he had all the items that i specifically requested for my order. He was very patient and very friendly despite my extra request on moving specific donuts to specific boxes. He really went above and beyond, I would give him 6 stars if I could. Another lady serving the drive-thru area was giving him a little hard time due to my request, but Alex handled the situation professionally, and still strove for quality service. Thank you for your service, and wish this young boy’s excellent customer service will be acknowledged.

Drove by easy drive thru inside kiosk ordering and window walk thru to see donuts in action. Always a delight to bring little ones. Their coffee actually taste 👍 good. Opens early and opens late weekends too. This place gets busy nights.

Went for the hot yummy donuts. The sigh was on for hot now so after our movie we went for a treat. I love to watch the donuts being made. Who doesn’t like a hot free donut? The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The warm donut just melted in your mouth. Ten out of ten totally recommend. Came in for the Dolly donuts and peach lemonade. Lemonade is sweet and tart a must try.

Absolutely my favorite donut place. They have shut down many places recently and we were so happy that we found this shop next to Chick-fil-A. We saw there was no line here, so we quickly drove over to this side after getting our lunch at Chick-fil-A. I had my favorite glazed donut. The donut is still as good as what I had remembered, soft and fluffy. I felt a bit sweet though. The last time I had it was in Tokyo, Japan. The donut was definitely not that sweet. I guess it was catered to Asian taste. The paper bag for the donut was very cute in Japan. Anyway, It felt so good to finally been able to eat Krispy Kreme donuts again. My husband carried my son and I here through drive thru on Wednesday 21st April 2021 around 7 30pm. We went around this time because this is the time for hot dognuts it was cold. Cannot advertise hot dognuts at a particular time and it is cold very misleading. The raspberry filled dognuts was the only one we enjoyed. The maple glazed is sugary omg too much of a weird oily greasy. aftertaste. Took off the maple glazed the remainder had no taste, just like whitebread. This is my 2nd time trying it. Am good will not be going back. Even my husband who loved it and introduced me into it said is too much sugar. Krispy Kreme you all need to cut back on that.

Came in at 7 am in the morning. There was no line and they did not seem busy. I waited at he the counter for a while until a staff acknowledged me. Staff was helpful when I had a question about the filling of the donuts. Donuts are a bit pricy compare to their donut shops, and my donuts came out cold. The cashier did not seem to be very happy as she did not look at me or smile at all. An average donut shop overall, and I will probably not going to go out of my way to come here for donuts.

Can't rate their donuts 1st time here. Can't rate their food as my favorite cinnamon roll are only made on Sunday. So had a large coffee to go. Don't do it regardless that they advertise a new brew their coffee is terrible. Go to Starbucks next door then go get your treats. They always seem so busy here I was wondering about the attraction but I now know it's not the coffee. A 3 pack for $7 plus forced to visit my local donut shoppe and get My cinnamon roll and coffee there.

This last time I went to Krispy Kreme the donuts were were not the same. Went with the hot now sign on. The original donuts tasted off. They had a slight bitter after taste and it looks like the donuts also shrunk in size. Not sure if I would go back after this. This is the first time back after there remodeling. I usually love Krispy Kreme but I guess shrinkflation is happening there too.

5 stars go to the donuts themselves because they are delicious. 3 stars go to the fact that every time I come here, there is a 20 + car line and a very long wait time. I believe this place should establish a in and out type of system. Where there is another employee taking orders outside. And for faster employees. Iffff this place is aiming to "save labor" this will most likely affect your sales due understaffing a store that requires a higher demand for fast service

Went around 5:45ish pm through the drive thru on 10/17/25 , the employee wasn’t welcoming. Her tone almost seemed demeaning as I placed an order there was miscommunication. I had my passenger in the car and I know what I stated. The employee told me what I said when I didn’t say that. As I tried to explain she spoke to me in a tone that I took as if she thought I was stupid. I’m in the service industry as well and deal with clients one on one. I get it is different professions but maybe that’s not the type of behavior that the customer should see at first interaction with a business. It also makes me wonder if the company takes care of their employees because people should be cheerful at work if it’s a fun safe environment. Overall this was my first unpleasant experience with this place. The donuts are pretty great and it seems clean and fresh.

Donuts taste great. Texture of dough and outlook of serving are high im quality. However the system of the store is not as good as I thought. I drove 40 minutes (with traffic) from Alhambra to Azusa to buy 2 dozens of donuta. When I arrived, it's not clear if we can do take out by going inaide the store or not. Unlike In-and-out Burger, Krispy drive-through moves very slowly, if not too slowly. One car can spend forever time at the checkout counter. They didn't have the Glazed that we wanted. They said they only prepared those at certain hours, like 5.30pm. I drove 40 minutes with a hope to get glazed. They are donut stores, so productions ahould always be kept up because it's only 3pm, especially the original taste that most people will want to buy. So, I ended up buying only 1 dozen of something else. It's really a waste of my time, not worth the trip.

Not sure why but this day which is a Sunday, I did not like the 2 donuts and coffee at this outlet. The dough (glazed donut) tasted a bit doughy like it was not cooked at high enough temperature. Also the chocolate donut with custard (like a Boston creme) had the chocolate that was hard and candied. Maybe they come like this usually and I am not used to them? Also the brewed coffee (I drink black) was pretty terrible and not so flavorful except for the harshness and bitterness. Sign says the "coffee bean and tea leaf"... Service and decor are quite good standard Krispy Kreme variety.

Every time we order creme or jelly filled donuts. They are barely filled. Really disappointing because we drive very far to come and get donuts.

Donuts might be unique and delicious but for almost $2 a donut and they made them smaller not worth it. The parking can be very confusing since Chick-fil-A is next door and they have a maze drive-thru.

I have the buy one dozen, get one free coupon but somehow I could not use it because I made the order via online ordering. They said I had to walk in. And they tried to make me buy another dozen just to use the coupon. I was going to leave the place with 3 dozens buying 2 getting one free. I just left with the 1 I bought and left the coupon for a better day. But the donuts were better than last.

The quality has gone down at this location. My favorite donuts from here used to be the chocolate iced with kreme filling. I bought 3 of them this time, 2 had barely any cream at all, and one had literally no cream inside NONE. That is horrible and makes me feel like i wasted my money. That’s the second time this has happened so i know it’s not an accident Either the employees are being lazy and not doing their jobs properly, or the managers are telling them not to fill the donuts with cream on purpose in order to save money/cut costs. Very disappointing, the other donuts that have fillings might be this way as well which would make it even worse, although I don’t know for sure because these are the only ones i ordered Their donuts that dont have fillings like strawberry iced/chocolate iced are fine and taste good, but not good enought to make up for the bad. Also i wanted to order maple iced but they were out of those so i had to pick something else that I didn’t want as much

To be honest, I went to the location by Puente Hills Mall. Was a nice place. I thought the selection should be amazing. I was shocked to see a 5×6 smallest display of donuts I've ever seen was disappointed by the variety and taste. There are better in the mom and pop donuts shops. But hey, I signed up got a free donut. So still wasn't impressed!

some of the employees there really need retraining on how to provide good customer service by the corporate. just go to in-n- out and see how friendly the staff are there. Good donuts. Horrible service. Spoke to the daytime manager about the treatment and behavior of one of his employees. He said nothing about it. Just looked at the employee and then myself with a blank look on his face. Krispy Kreme definitely needs a better of employee and better trained management. I realize they (probably) only make minimum wage, but that can't negate the need for the most minimal of standards.

I’ve always been a big fan of Krispy Kreme, so this experience was really disappointing. I woke up at 5 a.m. for my trail walk at Mount Rubidoux and stopped by Krispy Kreme at 6 a.m. hoping to get a fresh box of warm donuts. I ordered a box of glazed donuts, but when I opened the box, the donuts were cold and clearly not fresh—they looked like they had been made long ago. I asked the young lady at the drive-through if it was possible to get a box of fresh, warm donuts, and she told me they didn’t have any. At 6 a.m., that was very surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I was really upset by the rude attitude of the female employee who took my order between 10:25 and 10:35 AM. The man who handed me my order at the drive-thru was also very unfriendly. This is a franchise, but the staff are clearly not properly trained. They don't even know how to greet customers and provide unfriendly service.

i went in on the weekend of the strawberry donuts, i was told that i had to buy 1 full dozen donuts before i can buy another dozen of the strawberry glazed donuts , i bought half dozen because i didnt want to indulge in all the sugar. it came out to be under $18 dollars where as 1 dozen donuts for under $23 . the lady told me i could buy 2 boxes. i then go home to complain to my friends in which they told me that i did not need to buy 1 dozen before trying the strawberry glazed donuts i was lied to ( city of industry krispy kreme) off 60fwy and azusa
