Carl's will wrap your burger in lettuce in place of a bun, a really nice choice, and they offer deep-fried zucchini slices, another nice choice. Their burgers come in several sizes, none of them skimpy, and the flavor's good. It often takes a very long time for food to reach the drive-up window.

Better than to be expected fast food Burger. Definitely better than McDonald's, and I would say even in and out. Prices are what you would expect for a quality Burger. Carl's juniors has actually managed to continue selling a good product at a reasonable price. Their definition of a large fry leaves a lot to be desired.

They had wrong fipping sauce so I should not have bought item. They asked me why I needed napkins which should be at the table i mean to have to get up and go to counter and get asked if i need napkins is a joke. I will eat elsewhere. Bathroom was a real mess. Tables should be wiped.

The woman who was working the window was very nice though. I didn't know my fries were gonna be like that as I went to the drive through and parked in the parking lot to eat between errands. I mean other than the funky fries the famous star with cheese is the same old famous star.

It's a fast food place. It's good to go for a quick bite, but I wouldn't make a habit of eating here, especially if you're looking for healthier food options. It's about average. Most fast food places don't actually cook their food anymore, so the flavor of the food is gone.

I dont know what happened to this location, it used to be good. I had the BLT RANCH CHICKEN SANDWICH and a BLT RANCH ANGUS THICKBURGER. They forgot the lettuce and the tomatoes plus I dont know about the patty. They were both a disappointment. The chocolate shake didn't taste like chocolate. It seemed like the person in the back didn't know what she was doing. Won't be going there for a long time. 😔

Often not open at 6am as advertised. Also they have closed early before. Food is so so. Service from staff especially the manager is very poor. I've made complaints 3 times to corporate and have been told that they are working on it. I even spoke to one of the 2 owners, same response. MY ADVISE IS TO SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND GO ELSEWHERE! As you can see in the screenshot, staff still not open on time again today & on personal phone.

was. in this place. decided to have lunch. ordered burger classic california. brought the order. the burger was less than just ordering a cheeseburger. the meat in the burger is just for sight. if you combine 2 pieces of meat. and it won’t work out. one cutlet. there is only one conclusion. I don’t advise coming here at all. order does not match photo.

Ever go a place and you are actively looking for the customer service number. Well this place would be the first time I ever did that. I was craving Carl's Jr and this is the closest to home now I know why I forgot this place was even here. I will continue driving to Martinez if I ever had a craving for Carl's Jr. Not only was the guy rude while taking my order and there wasn't anyone else in line the whole time I was there now I know why. They put tomatoes in my burger when I asked for there to be none and the rest of my order was either over cooked or burnt. Even my Sprite didn't have any flavor to it it tasted like soda water. Huge disappointment.

I love Carl's Jr. That being said, this location is horrible. I literally saw 2 cooks beating up the person taking the orders. And a older woman yelling at them to stop. Have had jalapeño poppers still froze, stail buns and dry lettuce. I would say keep away from this location till they get things in order. It's been about a year since they been really bad.

The worst sodas. No flavor, just color. I've had a le Croix with more flavor than the soda I had here. I ordered a combo with Fanta that tasted like sparkling water. Went back to change it thinking maybe Fanta was the problem. It's all the sodas. Even Barq's root beer that has a distinctive strong flavor... pretty plain here. My only issue is with the sodas. Staff has the kindest señoras willing to help and the food is great

dont eat there. An incident occured on the premises where staff stood and watch a man attack a female and they did not call the police because the manager was told by policy not to get involved. As a result a couple was allowed to run a scam allegeing the female had stolen a wallet..which was not true.. the msn tackled and held the victim down while the lady went thru her purse. Carls Jr employees did nothing. The victim had to call 911. To add to the trauma the Clayton Police concluded no crime had occurred and refused to take a report. Why post this. Carls Jr is complicit for not calling 911 and the police didnt care because it was black on black crime.
