This place has become so much better over the last couple of years. The food is great, the night manager (sorry I don't know his name and I always forget to ask) goes above & beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. This has become my favorite place to eat. The only reason I gave it 3 stars on atmosphere is due to the noise level mostly due to very young children being out of control & extremely loud which isn't a CiCis issue but a parenting (or lack there of) issue and the noise level of their games. Over all I give this place 10 stars 🤩

Finally a nice Cici's!!! 🙌 The manager was doing a great job making sure things were taken care of at front so all the food looked fresh and restocked, the employees were all really nice and friendly, they upgraded their gaming section so it looked really really nice, and most importantly, the food. The food was so good!! Not many Cici's were doing the cheese bread but they have it here!! Not to mention all the food was just hot and fresh. I'm glad they changed over to the Styrofoam cups because they seem more sanitary and probably saves them from doing more dishes. The cleaning lady was also moving quite a bit there and it looked well kept. If you really want to know how good it is, look at this crowd of people just for a Thursday. That's not even who was behind me and beside me. I hope this place stays in the same condition because truthfully, this is the best one ove been to and the whole team is doing a great job!

food was great but the manager sat in the front on her phone the whole time very unprofessional and while she rang people up still was on her phone when we asked for the manager was told it was her just feel like it should be addressed the employees there seem to agree

Writing this review for the manager Tim!, everytime me and my wife go and he is working, Tim has everything kept up, and pizza stocked up and tasting well. He is also really nice as well just had to brag about him because he does very well rather than other shifts.

This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before. Update May 10, 2022 It's been a while since we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici's we have always enjoyed is how when you walk in, someone always says "welcome to Cici's!" We didn't get that and it wasn't busy. There was a completely new staff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough. The price for 2 seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00...again understandable with inflation and such. I think the biggest disappointment came from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ, alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won't eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks into was cold. Whatever happened to making just plain 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas? When I saw what my choices were, I ordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroom pizza. My salad was fresh as well. I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars for these reasons.

I decided to come in here based off the 5 star reviews I've seen. But, unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The salad bar ingredients looked really dry and the pizza was not very appetizing. Sadly to say, I won't be back. Restaurant was clean though. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach, STAY AWAY!

Pizza was fresh everything was going good I got there at 9:00 at night I had runs the bathroom to wash my hands and we sat down to eat and then at 9:20 the guy came up to us and told us that the buffet was closed and that we had to leave I know for a fact they don't close till 10:00 so I felt very rushed and was very upset I felt like I wasted my money cuz we only got to eat for like 20 minutes

Ordered a bbq and veggie they gave us macaroni and spinach. They don't know what there doing. Cleburnecleurne CiCi's is terrible.

Very unclean and rude employees cicis used to be good but it’s not even worth paying for my kid enjoys it is the only reason I took her here but, this place is absolute garbage the pizza isn’t even fresh half the time and the salad bar is just okay.. restroom is disgusting 🤮🤮🤮 you should hire people who actually do their job instead of make fun of customers and sit on their phones the whole time. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I took my family to eat there, Food was ok . 1st time here & when I went to used the restroom, looks like the soap container hasn’t been clean up in months. While I was in there I saw a cockroach going in to a small hole 🤢 . Wish I had my phone at that moment to take a pic of it but when I talk to an employee sounded like they already used to it . he’s response was ( yeah , I know ) . Definitely not recommending this place

What on Earth has happened to the store!? Where has the quality gone? No cheese or pepper shakers on the table. No napkin dispensers on the table. Drinks are served in paper cups now instead of the plastic cups. Drink bar has a significant amount of loose debris and nobody is cleaning it. There are four employees sitting and eating or talking at the moment. The manager is working the store by herself. Taking orders, cooking, doing something in the back, and bussing tables out front. Manager is doing a great job, but the store is extremely low quality now. The bathrooms have a horrible smell! I stuck my head in both bathrooms, yes both of them, and they smell horrendous. There are at least a two holes in the dining room walls, and you can see around the entire store where chairs have been hitting the walls and corners and nobody has done anything to try to cover it up or replace it. Normally I do not take pictures of any business but this place is so horrible I want people to see what I saw. Also, for two adults and three small children it is over $30 for pizza that is nowhere near a high-quality Pizza. My family will not be returning to this location again.
