I don't know about the afternoon and evening shifts but the morning crew is the absolute best! These ladies and gentlemen are always so professional and upbeat and friendly at 7:00am. I really enjoy stopping by every now and then to pick up my warm blueberry muffin and got a frappacino to boot. Love this location.

Stopped in to get a cold brew. At first the tastes seemed a little off. I brought it up to Zack he immediately remade it. He stopped at nothing to make sure I was satisfied with the beverage. Great customer service! People like that are the #1 reason I come back!

One of my favorite morning stops. Lovely people serving up a cup of 🌅. Such a shame that some customers are so rude and grouchy to them. It's a busy place. After all...the customer is the one who orders the drink with all the special directions.

I enjoy going to the cleburne starbucks. The employees are great and go above and beyond serving. Thiers one employee particular im not sure his name hes about 4 foot something dark hair but very impressive he is a blessing to the company. He knows my order before I even tell him and it makes me smile when he does. He deserves a management positions hes very encouraging and supportive and brings joy to those around him. This Starbucks makes you feel like your apart of thier family they even make conversation with the customers. To them its not just all about making a cup of coffee. Its a enjoyable experience thier. Sometimes I think I go just to see the employees and buy a coffee to give me an excuse to go up thier. Thanks Starbucks employees your doing a great job and keep it up. Satisfied customer. We just gonna have to adopted that little guy into our family hes great.

Everyone is always so kind. I know the staff will do whatever they can to fix the situation, if there ever is one. They even let you know if you don't like your drink they'll make you something you like! The mangers are super cheery all the time and the service is top knotch. Usually if there ever is a problem, it's usually a spoiled brat adult trying to cause a scene to get something free. I even saw a manager pay for a gift card with her own money today to appease a grown ass child who was throwing a tantrum over a banana and demanded her drink to be free and for the manager to give her a recovery card so she can get something free for the next time she throws a fit. 😒 Cleburne Starbucks is the bombdigity.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. I ordered ahead online, and my order was ready within the quoted time. But the best part of my visit happened the next day. I forgot a receipt when I picked up my order, so I went back the next day to try and get a copy. The barista worked tirelessly to track it down in the system. I was extremely grateful.

They were extremely busy today, line all the way out to the street, but all the ladies continued to work hard and efficiently. They were friendly and very attentive to each individual there. I noticed ones name was Chloe. Great job ladies 🙂 If customers come 10 at a time, don't expect to not have to wait for awhile. Give them a break! They are working so hard.

I frequent this location and today I pull through, order my usual and get to the window, only to realize I accidentally left my card at home. I offer to drive back and grab my card (I live right around the corner) they insisted they take care of me. The people that work here have always been good but the kindness of these ladies today really touched me. It's a really small thing but it totally made my day! Thank you ladies!

This is THE BEST Starbucks that I have ever been to! Nathan, the manager, and his Baristas are absolutely amazing! I go everyday, and they really treat their customers more like family! The BEST Starbucks within 500 miles!! Do NOT go to the Alvarado Starbucks, just don't, save yourself the headache!! This one is GREAT though. They make you feel like family, and treat you right each and every time you go, plus they know what they are doing!!

Mgr. Lala had the social intelligence to procure a Sriracha from behind the counter for me, when I discovered later they were also available with other items near the trash cans. Had she told me so, I would have found it demoralizing. Smooth moves!

We all know Starbucks, but this particular location is amazing! I go every weekend Friday-Monday, and Lauren, by far, is the best barrista. When I go through the drive-through, even if she is not working the drive-through, she hears me put in my order, recognizes me, and finds a way to say hello. She loves my fur-baby Bella and makes her feel loved every time we go with her Puppaccino <3 My orders are always accurate and tasty. The drinks are super modifiable (think of it like a Lego set with each piece being interchangeable - sweetener, milk, coffee, etc). Even if there is a line in the drive-through, it goes pretty quickly, and I am usually in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend and have and will continue to order here.

I'm not kidding this store only pretends to sell Danish cheese. I've been 3 days on a row. Sold out. . Asked for frozen and I'll warm it at the house but it's too complicated I suppose. They never have it and it's kindda comical that this only e er happens to me bc eveyone else finds them . Also I've asked what time should I be going and I've been told there is no availability time lol

Staff and Customer Service: Drive thru staff member was friendly, quick, and completed our order accurately. Cleanliness: Although we didn’t go inside the building, the drive thru was clean and menus could be easily read. Quality and recommendations: My girlfriend got a Grande White Mocha and she loved the expresso! I got a Grande Mocha Cookie Frap and it was sweet and chocolate-y without being overbearing. Would I return: Gladly! Everything about this visit made it enjoyable to someone like me who doesn’t usually visit coffee places.

From the start to finish our experience was very smooth. In need of caffeine after or large Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, I asked for my usual (many MANY places get it wrong) and they made all of our drinks without a bat of an eye. All Starbucks are getting less concerned about store cleanliness. Same with this store. Tables: filthy, sticky. Floors: dirty. Starbucks makes enough money to have a higher priority on cleanliness. Time to up your game.

There is usually a place to sit, the service is as good as any typical Starbucks, the restrooms are clean, and the food offerings are fresh. This isn't a big store, but Cleburne isn't a big town. I will hand it to the management, though: the staff are always friendly and if they are not, they don't seem to last long.

They only reason i do not give them a 5 star is due to the correction issue that everyone has. You ask for a small and they have to correct you by saying Grande? Grande is large in Spanish and this make no sense to me. Either way ordered a Chestnut praline and it was OK not like i remember it since this is a seasonal flavor.

I’ve been coming every now and then over a period of six years and there used to be really long wait times for this Starbucks location but over the past year they’ve improved a lot! The baristas at the drive thru are extremely friendly and you can get in and out of there in no time.

Over all this is a good spot. Some of the staff have quite unique personalities, but they are all warm and focused on customer service which is always nice given that customer service continues to erode in almost every other market vertical. My order is almost never off (and on the few occasions it was, it could have very well been my fault) I'm glad we have a Starbucks here and glad to see that it stay busy.

Asked for two lattes, one of them being decaf. They wrote down decaf, I paid for decaf, barista called out decaf when it was ready, it was not decaf. My fiance cannot have caffeine and after just a few sips his heart rate jumped through the roof. PLEASE be careful when people request decaf! You could give someone a heart attack!

Two lemonade dragon fruit drinks, one large one small, is less than ten dollars.. Customer service was fine. But the downside is you'll wait 10+ min for your drink in drive through. We dont go enough to get the app to order so maybe it's faster through the app. Overall I dont recommend drive thru unless you got time to wait.

Haven't been in a few months, been getting my mocha frappe at McDonalds. Honestly, will probably continue getting it at McDonalds. I got a venti, it was weak, not much flavor, no whipped topping, no chocolate drizzle over the top. Just really not worth the $6, I paid for it. Not sure I'll be back.

This Starbucks location is small with limited seating, and the bench seat horribly cracked upholstery needing replacement. The bench is still comfortable for extended stay. The survive is always good with correct orders given quickly. The thing about all corporate locations is lack of friendliness. I can say this as it is not meant as being rude. Just a lack of inviting you in to enjoy your visit. Example Step one greet customer. Step two take order Step three suggestive sell current promotion Step four total sales Step five take payment thanks for visit. Do you see the point? So I don't always go to them first. I will go to a place that makes me feel at home.

I got the peppermint mocha and it didn't taste like it used to, it had a chemical kind of aftertaste that was gross. The girls in the drive thru were nice and the service was good, just the drink was terrible

So I met the realtor at Starbucks at 3:30 this afternoon and ordered decaf. They were having trouble with my order and had to make it over. They were really nice. My guess is that they ran out of decaf and thought I wouldn't notice. It's now 3:30 am and I'm still watching Michael Landon in the Highway to Heaven series on Pureflix. I might finish all 5 seasons tonight. I don't have to go to work this morning ( or any morning) but I do need to feed the barnyard in a couple of hours. I hope they aren't too upset if I'm late. But on a positive note, I'm happy my arrhythmia didn't act up.

I was given a gift card to Starbucks so I decided to check it out. I am not a coffee drinker so I ordered a hot choc. I did the drive through at this location. I was shocked at how watered down this hot chocolate was. They were very busy. I don't know if that had anything to do with it. I don't get the hype about Starbucks. Overpriced. I might as well go lay $5 in the street and walk away as to spend it at this place. McDonalds hot choc is better.

Update ***. Tried again today and my drink is 90% milk. I can not even taste any coffee. I don’t pay $8 for milk. The drinks at most Starbucks now days are not quality at all. Frappuccinos are watery. I can not vet a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino this year for some reason and the one in Cleburne is insane. Need more employees and teach how to make an incredible drink because they are not cheap.

I understand when you are busy, management should have enough workers to handle busy times. I came in about 4:45 pm, 2 people working. Even if you are busy, at least acknowledge the person waiting with a "hi, I'll be right with you" instead of completely ignoring them like the young man and young lady working did. I went to pick up my mobile order which I placed like 5 mins beforehand and when I got it, there was literally two inches short of the rim and missing the topping. I work at a different location and this just shocked me how someone filled it a little over half.

Service was adequate. I bought 2 cinnamon rolls. I did not even look at them until I got home. They were both stale. They are called morning buns. Considering they were $2.95 each I was really upset about this. I will not be returning to a Starbucks any time soon. The coffee was good.

Have tried to call numerous times and phone is not answered. I get the same order everyday and add money to my card for my points. When they don't scan my card twice I only get half the points. Hit or miss if they do it correctly.

The staff is courteous and friendly, but the last 2 times I've been here, I've had to ask to have my drink remade. I'm not a "send my stuff back" person, something has to be pretty bad. My last coffee had no taste. Will have to stick to buying SB coffee at the store and making my own.

I hate that we pay such high prices and don't get the drink we order. I asked for almond milk and clearly got regular milk. I have an allergy to whole milk!!!! What's sad is I was the only one in line.

We visit this Starbucks 2-3 almost daily. It’s not the Starbucks it used to be. Horrible tasting drinks. After messing my wife’s drink up 2 consecutive times. She brought it back to have it remade again! Only to be told by the manager that Starbucks can no longer meet her needs and will have to go to a different Starbucks from now on. Obviously the staff needs retraining on how to make drinks. They are being lazy and short cutting the process. A caramel macchiato should not taste like peppermint. Or sometimes have an unrecognizable taste. I called up to Starbucks to address the issue with the manager, but was constantly interrupted. The manager was on the defense the whole time instead on trying to make things right. She just made it worse. So now the district manager has been notified. All because someone pride got in the way.

The drive thru takes so long. Edit 2/2021: The other day I went and my drink was horrible. (Grande Cafe mocha w/3 sugar in the raw) This was supposed to be the whip cream topping. It was a weird foam that tasted like water. The whole drink tasted like bitter water with definitely no sugar.

I just got the worst tasting drink I've ever gotten from a Starbucks. When I say "no whip" that doesn't mean "no crunch" and "no caramel." I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with no whip. It had no crunch and no caramel. I also don't think it had coffee in it. It also had no taste. My sister tried mine and said it tasted like water. I don't disagree. They also messed up my sister's drink, which she ordered the same thing but with whip. Considering how long y'all take to make our drinks, you should at least get our drinks right.

Worst location ever. Consistently slow and terrible service. I usually order at least 10 mins ahead and still have to wait another 10 or more once I get there. You tell them you are there for a mobile order and they say your next. And then they make drinks for the 5 people that came in and ordered at the counter after got there. This happens evrytime.

Went through drive through. Asked for a Vente Cookie Crumble add two shots ristretto. They confirm it in the drive-through. We get our order. They gave me original, I pointed this out on the label on the cup. I state nicely we ordered two shots ristretto. They asked me to pull forward next to the tree. So we pull directly across from the door next to a tree. Not only did I watch the door and see nobody come out once. After waiting ten minutes and watch 6 cars go through the drive through I took it upon myself to go in. They said they looked for us outside, they did not. They did not label the cup, and they gave me two extra pumps of some chocolate flavoring something. Not. Ristretto. Will not return. Ever.

There service was totally wrong, I have never seen a Starbucks like this ever. I spent almost 30 minutes standing in store waiting on my coffee, while they pay attention to drive thru only. In store customers being ignored I got a refund when I started having anxiety of going to work late. They didn't care at all.

Starbucks has been open since 5:30 am. Literally the line was out the door come inside to stand in line just to be told they couldn’t take a $100.00 bill they couldn’t make my drinks. I ask to speak to a manger the lady says I am the manager super hateful. Jade Held my order up said it was going to be made came up back to ask for order she stated many mobile orders were being made but I had been sitting for over 20 minutes for an iced caramel coffee. Super unprofessional worst experience ever dealing with this location an I come here often.

Bought roasted coffee to make at home. Opened it to make the first cup, it was burnt. We don’t bother keeping receipts for small items like this and they refuse to exchange it. It’s ridiculous, it’s a labelled Starbucks products. The manager on duty was unfriendly, although the standard staff was friendly enough to assist. We just relocated to the states and will never again buy a Starbucks product.

Just sat in the drive through for 40 min. There were maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I’m now late to work and my coffee doesn’t even taste right. They should broaden their drive through lane so when we give up we’re not trapped in line.

I have been to this location many times. Ordered through the mobile ap. Sat in the car for a while when I got there to give extra time. Went inside order had not been started and several people that came in in the mean time were taken care of. Very rude employee Yvonne said working on it, hadn’t even touched our order. Waited 25 minutes with a completely empty store. Employee glared at me half the time. Barely said two words. Told her to have a nice day and didn’t even respond. Tried to call to speak to someone but no answer no voicemail. Super disappointed.

Guess they only provide service if you use the drive through. Went inside this afternoon and was completely ignored by all 3 employees, not even eye contact or a head nod of recognition that I was waiting and someone would be with me. I eventually walked away from the counter and left, and no one said a thing, not bye, thank you, drop dead, nothing. Now I understand why a liquidated my stock in the company.

Even though I ordered on the app ahead of time. It took forever for someone to come to the window and when he did he said that they haven’t even started working on my order yet!!! What are they even doing at this location?! This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. My order wasn’t even complicated, for a regular coffee this much wait is not worth it!!!

Well today, Sunday, August 31, 2025, it was closed at 5:00 a.m. They supposedly open at 5:00 a.m., but that's a lie. I went there at 5:02 a.m. and it was closed.

This Starbucks used to get my order fine, but lately they have been very flippant on getting the type of milk in my drink correct. Multiple times I have asked for almond milk but have been given regular milk instead. I am extremely lactose intolerant and drinking regular milk can leave me bedridden for up to four days, and it is hard to tell the difference in taste between almond milk and regular milk, so I don’t know until it’s too late.

Tall lanky employee of yours does not meet my wishes as I have an allergy to the smell of coffee and will not meet me at the door which is still inside the store and im outside. Im respecting the stores policy and not cause a problem. not all people drink coffee and can't stand the smell. Im one of those people. The disrespect from this employee makes me want to contact the head person and discuss for a correction of this employees actions

It is very rare that my wife or I go to Starbucks ever due to issues with service and quality. This location being one of the biggest offenders. I have yet to have a positive experience at the Cleburne Starbucks. The management at this location needs serious help. My wife will constantly go in there and order coffee extra hot and when it is handed to her by the person making it the coffee will already be room temperature. Today I was at the restraints next door and placed a mobile pick up order that way it would be ready. When I got there it was still not ready so I sat down to wait I proceeded to see 3 groups of people come into the shop order and pay at the counter and receive their coffee way before I received mine. I also saw multiple vehicles (around 10) enter the drive through and leave with their coffee before I received mine. My total wait time from order placed to coffee in hand was 20 minutes. This is not the first time I have experienced this especially at this location. I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker and supporter and I backed off around 2018 but I am done now. Aside from seasonal drinks for my wife. I will no longer support this location and I hope other do so as well.

Ordered a cappuccino with whole milk, got a cup full of soy milk and coffee nowhere to be found. Not coming back. How do you mess up a drink with two ingredients? Thanks for the frothy, tepid estrogen extract. It may not keep me going through my 14 hour shift tonight but hey, at least I’ll have that coveted hourglass figure.
