The lady was super sweet and I just loved she had a smile the whole time when my son ordered and paid for his own coffee this morning ❤️

We’re from out of town and noticed Scooter’s from the hotel we stayed at. I got a hot mocha latte. Very good! Also very rich. The service was really friendly, and they gave my dog a pup cup.

I'm in love with this place! The ladies are always so welcoming and skilled at their craft. I was offered a free remake of my drinks when it tasted a little off and they great took care of me. I recommend the iced Carmelicious with Vanilla for any iced coffee lovers! My favorite go-to coffee place!

Scooters is my favorite coffee, medium roast house blend is the best (hints of dark chocolate & berry) I buy the bag so I can have it at home. The servers are excellent they work very hard to make my coffee, just the right amount of 🥛 and honey 🍯, thank you girls 😁

The barista who take orders outside with the black nose ring is always so sweet when me and my wife come in, she always makes conversation and helps us with our orders thoroughly. Definitely recommend this location.

Every time I've been here the service has been BOMB. the workers are so kind and understanding, and they serve great coffee too, no complaints about the desserts either, would definitely recommend checking scooters out if you're in Cleburne.

Again. Here I am. The weekend suck. I am tired of spending so much for. A drink and it comes out wrong. Blended means thick not watery. It’s not an iced drink. Also when I say no whip don’t put the whip and then remove it and take half my drink away and then not even put the cinnamon powder on it. Read the order. Why do I Have to be the one to make you correct it.it basically ruins my day. It takes nothing to double check the order before you serve it I just want to say that whomever makes the coffee during the week does a great job everytime. Morning shift. Never disappoints

Drinks always taste great but anything blended is always a shot in the dark. You either get a perfectly smooth, blended drink, or you get a mostly blended drink with a boulder field at the bottom. The employees are always really nice, just wish the blended drinks were a little more consistent in quality.

Tried for the first time today. The service was good and the employee was kind. We got a coffee, cold brew, and an iced latte. All of us keep our drinks fairly simple, usually just adding one flavor and our milk preference. The coffee was fine but neither the cold brew or the latte had much of any coffee flavor, like they were watered down, so that was a bit disappointing.

The loud, absolutely obnoxious blonde girl at the window would not shut up—ranting nonstop about nonsense instead of acting like a normal person. It was really irritating , unwelcoming, and flat-out if I’m being honest embarrassing for the business. There normal staff is always usually so friendly but I was just blown away by that kind of behavior……

UPDATE: Everytime I have been back, my drink has been perfect!! Always has the nice coffee flavor and perfectly blended, not runny. Thank you for reading and following up on reviews!! Scooter's had ALWAYS been my go to coffee place. However, the quality has gone way down in the last few months. I always order blended drinks. The last few months, they have been so runny you would have thought they were iced coffee. I add 2 extra shots of espresso so I can really taste my coffee. That has also gone way down. I can't even taste the coffee. They have been so horribly sweet. I'm so sorry Scooter's, I am not sure if I will be back.

Some days it's great and some days it's not, you pay a lot for a cup of coffee you should enjoy it every time, today at 12/7/2025 it was cold the hot mocha tasted like chocolate with no coffee, the hot chocolate was waterd down, so go back for a refund and the girls are talking amongst themselves and laughing like something was so funny, while she's doing the refund it takes a near 30 minutes, then she says keep an eye on it in case it don't go back on card after I leave I realized that was not what they had charged us to begin with, totally different price, I'm done with this place I have talked to district manager before and nothing has changed, they are not perfessional at all. I assure you I will not recommended skooters Or ever return.

Came through the drive through 10 minutes before the store closed and were presented with the speaker saying "Sorry, we are closed" and when we pulled up to the window, the employee inside ignored that we were sitting there. Unfortunately not the first time that I have been presented with this type of service within an hour of closing.

I’m officially done. The music they blast inside and at the drive-thru is incredibly obnoxious and way too loud. I can even hear it when someone is taking my order plus there seems to be a little too much profanity in these songs for a coffee shop! So not the vibe!

I’m hoping my experience was a one off but my latte literally tasted like dirty mop water. There’s bad coffee and then there’s just risky disgusting carelessness, I’ll never come here again.
