I haven't been out to a restaurant since before the pandemic. I have recently picked up a couple FOOT LONG VEGGIES ( W 150th and the Lady that's working the whole fast food restaurant, Her name is "Vee", takes care of everything, !!! Very good worker, very polite, makes a great sandwich!
I just received the best service I've had at this store. My sandwiches were ready and nicely packaged. The worker was courteous and respectful. With great customer service I decided to purchase a bag of ice, gas and a car wash. All of which I had planned on purchasing somewhere else. It was my first time back in the store in months. The last time I was there my sandwiches were not made. The worker said he was out print paper and refused to make my sandwiches. He was disrespectful and had no concerns about my sandwiches. He told me to go online and get my money back. The worker today renewed my faith. I will be back because of him. Thanks my brother. Peace!
I'm not one to make reviews for fast food but I have to say this Subway has the sweetest lady ever working there, she older than I but not old and has some cute gold earrings, hopefully will catch her name next time. She is so kind, considerate and patient even when working alone. I have been to this location 3 times since I moved to the area and everytime I went no matter how busy it is, she is always going above and beyond.
This is my favourite Subway the food is always fresh. Staff are always respectful and jolly, the ingredients are always fresh plus they ll go above and beyond for the customers. The other day for some reason my card kept getting declined I was totally embarrassed because I knew that there were funds available on my card so I used another card that was declined I was irritated but the staff member was very patient. He called the manager over gave me the sandwich as a gift will recommend go buy you a sandwich. Plus restaurant is clean.

Gentleman that made my wrap was extremely mannered and his personality was amazing … he informed me of the new products coming out this summer all while making one of the best chix salad and honey mustard wraps I’ve ever had!!!! Will be coming back for sure!

4 stars just bc the woman who made my sandwich was a sweet soul. Super nice .people who don't mind their job and serve people with a smile need a raise, so they stick around longer

They are Definitely a Sub Above...

Disgusting food. Ordered DoorDash this evening and ingredients I paid extra for were not included. Chicken looked like dog food. Could tell staff did not care about what they were serving.

Ordered online- What a disgusting lunch! The subs were poorly made 4 pickles and 3 jalapeños for a footlong . The other vegetables were left off. We returned to the store and they gave us the missing vegetables on the side. My son began eating the sub and after a few bites realized there was a hair in his mouth. He started gagging and the sub went into the garbage. We tried to call but the number is not a working number or they just don't answer the phone.
For the 3rd time the same rude man made my sandwich when I ordered online he did not bake it..put wrong condiments on . please do something very rude man at 6 pm never returning again
I went at night with 11, and the man who works there was very angry and wouldn't listen to me, so I left and told him I didn't want him anymore. Why do you hire people like that? His treatment is so bad.

He had an attitude when i said first sandwich is this and then he gave me the nastiest look ever and attitude ever said i wanted 3 sandwiches made. Then i had a coupon and he said scan here im like where to scan it and HE YANK the coupon out of my hand and did it himself. Was going to say something but there was older customers were there so i didnt. Going to call his manager about him and tell them how he is treating his customers
I used to go to the subway all the time, but after many many times of being dissatisfied I will not be back . This has become one of the worst subways in Cleveland. I have placed online orders here and they just say they’re on break and they didn’t get it. I did not get my money back. Most time when we go up there they just say they’re on break and yell at you and say they’re closed. All the ingredients are half frozen and mixed up and disgusting. Do not go to this subway, even though they’re open late they Will treat you like you’re inconveniencing them if they serve you at all
The night employee is very rude. Waiting over 10 minutes for an order. 2 customers left after me. And the previous customer left too. She a black older lady that’s very rude because I was concern she was the only one working at the subway. They is crazy how she told me to “grow up” and then I went back it and check to see the if the orders slowed down. She was coming from the bathroom ran to check up on the bread. She told me “girl” than rolled her eyes. I talked to the Patrick the guy at the register. He said he talk to management about her. Multiple customers have multiple complains about her.
Horrible service. First, I'm told I need to order the subs online after showing her a screenshot of what I want on my tablet. I try to explain that I have no online user and that it would be more complicated, and besides, my tablet is only wifi compatible. She says I can use their unsecured wifi. I really don't want to do that with a monetary transaction. She keeps insisting since it'll make it easier for her to get the order right. To get the order going, I finally pull out my phone, create the online order and have to enter all my information, including name, address, card number, etc. It would have been so much easier to just take the order and have me swipe the card at the cash register. I wait... I get the order and I come home. At home, I notice that my order came out incorrect. I go back to get it replaced. She (Angie or something similar I believe) admits to getting the order wrong, but she refuses to replace it with a correct order and says that I need to talk with a manager who won't arrive until the next day. I sit down and browse the web on my phone to try to find out how to contact someone at Subway Support who can make this right. While I'm doing this, the gas station worker comes up to me and asks what the problem is and if he can make a new sandwich for me. He does so, and I am finally able to leave with the subs I ordered. I am so grateful for the man at the gas station. Thank you so much! You are so very much appreciated! But unfortunately, I will never order a sub from this Subway again, since he may not be there to save the day next time.
Placed my pick up order, got to the store, the two employees are blocking the door, said if I’m here for subway it’ll be a minute because she’s taking her smoke break. In reality it was more than a minute, but after watching them smoke, go back inside, and stand around for awhile, I looked down at my phone to see my order was somehow cancelled. I wish there was a way to report places like this
Usually I have good service at this subway, but there was a worker at night and she was completely rude, there were 2 other people in line waiting to order.. we all waited over 20 minutes as she made us wait so she could complete online orders which is understandable but none of the online orders were there to pick up. Once she finally got to my order, she was very rude… stayed back my order to me which was wrong when I tried to correct it before she started making it she wouldn’t let me speak and stated she knew what Sub I was ordering when she stated the wrong sub… I cancelled my order and walked out as she was yelling at me
I went to Subway a little early and the guy got mad at me because I was not speaking up and he had an attitude like I don’t know what his problem is, but he needs to be fired because that guy he’s gonna have an attitude with everybody and they’re not gonna like it, they should fire him. Also I asked him for a little dressing for my sandwich he and only give me a little line like who does that to customers! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I stood there to order for 10 minutes. The worker never acknowledged me. She continued to do what she was doing and never took my order. So I walked away and drove to another subway.
