I’ve been to Agua de Día once before for happy hour and returned recently, and it continues to impress. The space is impeccably curated—fabulous from the moment you walk in. The building itself is beautiful, and the arched windows above the bar create such an elevated, inviting atmosphere. The service was on point, and the location in the Warehouse District is lovely. I sat at the bar and ordered the calamari as an appetizer—delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully done. The crowd was lively, the energy was great, and I had a wonderful time. I can’t wait to come back in the spring and summer to enjoy the outdoor patio—it looks absolutely divine.

What an experience!!! Classy welcoming place .. decor and ambiance … wonderful amazing menu .. creative delicious choices .. excited they had Bresaola which was perfect. Truffle pasta. Elk with wild mushrooms (we changed from carrots). Sourdough bread w EVOO and Parmesan / olives. We’ll be back for sure !

The cuisine is always AMAZING!!! Very good quality and consistent. The bartender Mladin is the BEST IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND. And Richard provided us with the BEST customer service ever. I will always recommend for fine dining. Thank you all for Excellence. 😊😊

good evening. my hubby and I were delightfully enthralled by our dining experience here. The octopus was supple and grilled very excellently. Similarly the ndjua was excellent and the burrata was the perfect complement. I had the crab raviolis which were divine - perfectly saucy so yummy. my better half got swordfish and it was a large piece of fish but could’ve used more salt and acid. Bread was mid. Our server was very passionate about the menu, explained every single item in detail, I liked that. Anytime they offer you espresso after your meal, that’s class. The toilet paper was 1 ply, in a tragic turn of events. Right when I needed 3 ply most. Will be back!

This place is fantastic. We got two dinners so we could have two experiences and our waiter brought them one at a time and cleaned our table and reset it each time if you’re in the Cleveland area you should definitely stop by this restaurant.

We enjoyed an early Mother's Day dinner here. Loved it, loved it, loved it! Wonderful service, incredible food and beautiful decor. Our server Erin was very friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. We wanted for nothing. It was clear that she loves the menu and she actually told us the same. At Erin's suggestion I ordered the risotto and I can't describe how great it was. Velvety, creamy, well seasoned and chock full of crab meat. When I ordered it I wasn't aware that there was crab actually in the risotto so it was a nice surprise. The sweet potato gnocchi was so interesting and delicious. It has a hint of cinnamon which creates a very interesting and tasty dynamic. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their food and we will definitely visit again.

Great experience at Acqua di Dea. The beef raviolis were to die for. The tuna is incredible. The crab cakes are some of the best I’ve ever had. The cheesecake is so fluffy, light and full of flavor.

Wonderful service and delicious food! As returning customers, the food continues to be great. The portions are generous, especially the main dishes. The sides are also definitely shareable, which we love. The bar was a little backed up due to how busy they were, but our server told us that when we ordered. We will be back again soon!

This was our first time dining here and it was quite the experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional; our bartender Rob was an all-star. We were there for a Sunday happy hour which is a great time to sample some of their dishes at a discount. We enjoyed everything we tried; bistecca pizza, crab cakes, crab ravioli, and the veal tortellini were amazing. The menu has many more exciting offerings that we hope to try on our next visit. Definitely recommend!

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I moved to Cleveland about four months ago. This was a recommendation from my brother-in-law, who is a lawyer. I was waiting on Destiny and she was fantastic . She offered to write down some local Community information, but I missed her before we had to leave and go to the Cavs game. I managed to find street parking, so that was great. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. I don’t typically eat bread. I saw the olive oil infused with other things, and I was inclined to try. The bread is local and it is fantastic.

Update: our second visit was for dinner and was fantastic, our server Maurice was wonderful! We came here for happy hour and the food was amazing. Let me start by saying that they have valet parking which is cheaper than the parking lot where we parked around the corner ... we'll know for next time. There are about 12 seats at the bar, so if you want the happy hour, show up early. We had about 4 plates from the menu and the Bisteca/ fillet mignon pizza, which was huge and very delicious. The complimentary bread was hot, nice and crispy. Our bartender Tifanny was amazing and did try to get me drunk with one cocktail, the Paradiso, which was pretty good. Spent $60 for 5 happy menu items and 2 cocktails Definitely returning here!

Great place! Food and service were both AMAZING! My wife and I came for my birthday for the first time. We have dined at several high-end restaurants, so we have high expectations. The restaurant wasn't overcrowded, and the atmosphere was intimate with individual table lighting. We were seated by the host, water was immediately provided and the other settings were removed to accommodate just the two of us. Our waiter introduced himself and soon provided a half loaf of freshly baked bread with dipping oil that were a perfect start. We ordered a bottle of wine, oysters, scallop bisque soup, and our entrées. Everything was amazing. I ordered one of their specials. Strip steak with lobster claw meat. I will say it was the best Strip I've had, and the claw meat was perfectly prepared, tender and sweet, and not rubbery at all.

This downtown Cleveland location is so elegant with amazing food! Sunday is happy hour ALL DAY and they have amazing service and knowledge and kind staff. The steak pizza was delicious and huge! The crab cakes were delicious but I think my favorite was the crab in homemade ravioli 😍

Excellent customer service. I believe my server was named Victor. The other staff I interacted with were wonderful as well. Every bite of food was delicious. The portions were larger than expected. Great scotch selection. The most uncomfortable patio chairs I've ever sat in. Super deep (for short people), flat, hard wood, with back support that doesn't do any such thing. Unfortunately notable. Haha! The patio was still a lovely spot to dine in late August. I would return and highly recommend eating here if you have the opportunity to.

Lovely place. Bar was full for happy hour. Menu was a little confusing for me so I felt a little overwhelmed. Nonetheless, I went with the lobster gnocchi and enjoyed my choice! It had a sweet flavor to it and both the lobster and gnocchi was cooked perfectly. We shared the tuna for appetizer and I liked the tomato salad with it. Good portions. Higher end restaurant. Tiramisu was delicious.

We made reservations for a Friday night and evening was spectacular. We were a party of 6 and had no issues. The staff was great especially Sean our main waiter. The food was outstanding and can’t wait to go back. We had the Sole, Elk, Risotto, Filet, Veal tortellini, Agnolotti di Fungi, & Sea Bass. Wow, everything was so good and spot on.

I had an incredible time with family and friends! We chose the restaurant tour menu, which included a salad, an entree, and dessert for $49. I chose the filet mignon, perfectly cooked to a medium pink and topped with a flavorful seasoning sauce. It came with grilled asparagus, which I found slightly too soft. The side of garlic potatoes in a cream cheese sauce was delicious. My partner opted for the Chilean Sea Bass (Bronzino), which he thoroughly enjoyed, noting the fish was flaky and perfectly cooked. I had a chance to try it and agreed. Our companions selected Salmon served with Ravioli and heirloom tomatoes. The salmon was praised for its crispy skin and excellent seasoning. The restaurant's atmosphere boasted a classic, fine-dining Italian setting, making it an ideal choice for a romantic date or a bridal party. I appreciated the family-style serving of bread, encouraging guests to break it apart. Overall, the evening was delightful, thanks to our server, James, who went above and beyond to ensure our first visit was memorable. Oh, and the dessert was cheesecake

Great atmosphere and had a wonderful happy hour menu. Enjoyed as much as we could eat lol. The pizza is wonderful and worth trying just for the crust. The crab cakes and crab ravioli were just ok. I felt they lacked a bold flavor I was expecting. The veal tortellini was wonderful and the mussels had a wonderful cream sauce.

Really good food! Well presented. I like how they match stake with lobster or shrimp. We ordered Wagyu with Scampi and Megnon with Lobster, they were cooked in perfection. Not to mention their seafood soup (Cioppino), a must try.

Incredible experience beginning to end. The wine selection is superb with moderate prices on great Italian wine. The amount of food you get with each dish is massive, definitely easy to share a couple plates. The mare was all cooked perfectly, iberico ham was incredible, the lobster with pasta was so delicious and the pasta was fresh. They are still working out the kinks but I think this place will have no trouble being packed all the time! The outdoor seating and indoor/outdoor dining room is so nice. My only complaint is one of the womens bathroom stalls does not lock and there is no way of knowing if someone is in the stall or not. 10/10 experience, we will be back!

My son and I walked in without reservations on a Saturday and were lucky to be seated near the kitchen. Our server, Abigail was friendly, prompt and knew the menu well. This was our first visit so I asked for suggestions. The meal started with crusty bread. There was a great selection of wines and cocktails and many great appetizers to choose from. The menu had a nice selection of fish and beef entree’s along other dishes such as veal. I had a filet with two cold water lobster tails and my son had risotto with crab, which was accompanied by crab legs that were already sliced open Everything was prepared to perfection There was numerous great desserts but we had to pass. We highly recommend that set a reservation here when you want to treat yourself. You won’t regret it!!!

First time here and food was delicious, did not disappoint! From all the pasta restaurants I have encountered in Cleveland or Cleveland general area, Aqua Di Luca has knocked number one spot down in my rankings. We were a bigger group and shared most of our dishes like family style. Every bite of any pasta was just divine and fresh. In addition, seafood did not disappoint, however if you have a sesame allergy avoid the tuna. Cocktails were typical and the whiskey selection on the menu was priced ok. They did have several other whiskeys behind the bar that were not listed in the menu, such as several varieties of EHT.

We love everything about Acqua Di Luca! We came for dinner this past Saturday which was our 2nd trip here. First off we want to thank our server, Steven for being attentive and very friendly. I am not sure if it was an Easter weekend special but we received a complimentary tiramisu for dessert. And each table had their picture taken and then received the photo in a little booklet to take with them. It truly added to the experience! All of the food we got was incredible… I hope they never take the Crab risotto off the menu because it was perfection!! We also loved the elk shank and the sweet potato gnocchi. They have a great variety of menu options to choose from. We can’t wait to be back in the summer to enjoy the patio!

"We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Augusto De Luca in Cleveland, Ohio. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, perfect for a special occasion. Our waiter, Keith, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Now let's talk about the food. It was truly excellent! My lobster tails were slightly over cooked. The presentation of each plate was also impressive. We particularly enjoyed the truffle potato side dish . I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a romantic night out. Or groups, They also have a great large table in back. We can't wait to visit again with our friends!

Hidden Gem located right here in Downtown CLE. If you LOVE and I mean LOVE Seafood….then there is no other place to dine other than Acqua di Luca. For starters….they have absolutely the BEST wait staff and service!!! Everyone was beyond pleasant and made our FRIENDSgiving just that much better. Yep, instead of cooking for FRIENDSgiving we treated ourselves to a 5 Star Restaurant. For our appetizer, we started with the Mare* (clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp, whole lobster, scallops, and Alaskan King crab legs). All you could ask for and more in one dish and by far the BEST Seafood I have ever had!!! Yep, better than being in Maryland LOL. This alone will have you completely satisified! We shared this amongst three friends and it was more than enough and more LOL! As for our entree’s, we had the Spigola Fagiolini (sea bass) and it was simply delicious…would definitely order again! As for the Salome*…. It was prepared more raw….so we had to send it back (pictured below), however, the manager came right over and rectified the situation. Again….GREAT SERVICE! Overall a GREAT dinning experience and I plan to dine here again!

Weekday lunch: relaxing yet centrally located and bustling outside; small plate menus very affordable. Fresh, house made everything which is rare, *especially* for desserts. Such a special, cool, authentic place!

Fantastic service from Tiffany. The stuffed sole was wonderful and I finished with the veal tortellini. Acqua Manhattan is a top tier Manhattan for lovers of bourbon. Bottom line, looking to spend some time with good food, good service, and an atmosphere conductive to a good time go here. Eat your heart out.

One of my more pleasant dining experiences. Ribeye was cooked perfect. Subtle seasoning, but spot on. Mushroom side was delicious. Wine list is massive with vintages listed. Higher end cognac, scotch and bourbon as well. Weather was nice and the accordion doors were open to the street. Awesome vibe.

Wonderful food, great service, kind and helpful staff. The food is to die for. All around excellent !! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience. We were there for a wedding rehearsal dinner and I was so impressed with the food and staff, great job!

The best two and half hour dinner we have had in a very long time! Staff made us feel as if we were the only people they were there to attend to. Our server, William, was new but very attentive to answering any questions. The restaurant manager made sure the evening ended wonderfully with a suggested digestif that finished the Valentine’s Dinner perfectly! Can’t wait to go back!

It was very relaxed style but elevated dining experience. The ambiance is noisy but its not so bad to the point you can’t hear yourself speak. Its no pressure to dress up there because people were in as casual as flannel shirts. I got the salmon with lobster ravoli and my friend got a medium rare Steak and salad combination which was out and ready in 15 minutes flat which was impressive. Both of us cleaned our plates. They have good beer varieties from local breweries such as Fatheads and Market Brewery, while also providing a diverse range of wine and cocktails. I was certainly impressed and was a great time for us.

I love this place! The service and attention to detail are impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy and comfy while also being an upscale experience. I had the pappardella and margarita. Everything tasted fantastic with a savory depth. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone else to try.

What a good Cleveland find! Easy to make reservations, delicious menu, great help by Eve to explain and make recommendations on the food selection. Everyone was helpful, professional and seemed to take pride in their role. The octopus and pasta with truffles were our two favorites to share. Highly recommend trying either dish.

Had the calamari, crab cakes, and oysters for starters. They were all excellent. For mains got the crab ravioli and a margarita pizza. Really liked both of them. Good service and cool location.

My wife and I stopped in this past Sunday on a road trip. The food was decent, though the octopus we ordered wasn’t grilled very well and fell a bit flat but everything else was great. The service was excellent, we had a young man which made the visit worthwhile. We will be back if we’re ever in town.

The tres carpaccio was nice. Sits on a bed of radish. The picture does not do it justice since I ate half of it before it was take. Martin's are good and staff was friendly.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a fantastic culinary adventure!

This is a not typical Italian restaurant. It is an American Italian restaurant. The dishes are more oriented towards American cuisine with an Italian touch. So no pasta dishes, no pizza. This does not mean that the food is bad. In fact, it is very good. The portions are very large particularly the mains. So you need to take that into account when ordering. Service was good. Decor and ambience is a bit dull.

D
Dwight Short

The food was very good but not up to the standards of expectation or the prices being charged. My carpacio was served without any EVO and the beef was nicely prepared but the plate was not finished properly. The veal was a good dish and the pasta was excellent but they could use some help getting their act together.

n

Rachel was very good. She was attentive and timely. We ordered the octopus and beef carpaccio for appetizers. Our octopus was nicely presented. The salad and mustard sauce accompanying the octopus was delicious. The actual octopus was over cooked. The carpaccio was way too bland, not enough salt and pepper. We didn't like the cut of beef presented. The bread was excellent warm with a nice crust. Our meals were the halibut and pasta with beef marrow brisket. Excellent cooked halibut. The overall taste was a bit too greasy. Needed more acid. The pasta was al dented- excellent but the overall taste was blah. Needed a hit of acid or hot pepper or something. The food was not a wow. There portion was plenty. Our cocktails were good tonight and another night we had come for drinks.

Delicious food, the special was new york strip with garlic confit and the confit was to die for. The veal tortellini was also delicious, we all loved the sauce. We also had the tiramasu for desert, which is free for a birthday, so good. I will say the chocolate pastry desert was just okay, the pastry was not light and flaky. Generally, though, the food is really delicious. Edit: Im really disappointed by this. Coming back a year later and the portion sizes are significantly smaller and the food is not nearly as good. still a good meal but not worth THAT bill. Also the staff was not very good, waitress dropped things multiple times. I won't be coming back very sorry to report.

J

I love the aesthetic and look but I feel like the food couldn’t justify the prices. My salmon was dry and felt a bit over cooked. My lobster was a bit fishy tasting. Also we got raw tuna that came with the no sauces or salt (extremely bland and had to force it down). The wine I had was amazing. The staff were friendly. I just couldn’t justify the prices with the quality ($50 a plate). Although those raw scallops were absolutely amazing and super fresh. Iberico had such an amazing flavor but the fat or something got chewy on each piece which I have never experienced before. Not sure if I would go back. Came in from Florida and went for my bday dinner. The tiramisu was great though

Brought a client here, it was lunch time on a Friday and I was literally the only table, save a group of 3 at the bar. When I walked in I had to wait a few minutes for the host to stop staring at his phone before he noticed me. He put us in a back corner that was difficult to get into. It was weird because there were like, 20 other tables that were easier to access. All the chairs and the table top were covered in crumbs. Our waiter was friendly and brought the menus (unsure why the host didn't do that). I'm pretty sure our 'water' was a pitcher of chemicals. It was the most foul tasting liquid I've ever drank. We were worried for a while that we were going to be sick after taking a swim ofbthe mystery liquid. He brought us fresh tap after, but that was a serious health risk. Our food was delicious, despite the very rocky start. I dont think I will return though.

Great food and pretty good drinks in a cool-looking atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service really let us down and greatly took away from the experience. One other thing: sitting at a tiny cocktail table for a full dinner felt awkward and cramped. Overall I didn’t think the price paid was worth it here.

N

So ot was 11 of us. We sat down around 7.30, we got our drinks around 8. After we got our drinks we ordered appetizers and entrée. 1.5 hour later we got appetizers, at 10 pm!!! we got our main dishes. I ordered sea bass which was cooked very good and tasted good but it was served with beans which to me is weird and I had to order side of potatoes. Overall 11 of us ate and drank and no-one was happy with the service or food for the price. We won't be back that's for sure!

We came for dinner last night for the first time for my birthday dinner and prior to going to see a comedy show. There were only 4 of us. Our waitress was pretty awful. Awkward, forgetting a lot of little things and just overall not the best. We had ordered and been sitting at our table for an Hour and 20 minutes before we had to ask if there were any updates on when our food would be served because we were about to miss our comedy show. They served our food very shortly after that and the food was really great, but we all had about 5 minutes to hurry and scarf it down because at that point we had already missed half of our show. We ended up having to box up/ toss a lot of a very expensive meal because we had waited so long that we didn’t even have time to enjoy it. The restaurant was busy but not slammed by any means at that time so we were extremely disappointed. The food was great, but the experience stunk and we unfortunately won’t be coming back.

We had been wanting to try the restaurant for a while so when Cleveland’s Restaurant Week came up we went. I was not impressed. They made a good Negroni so that was a plus. The bread came out burnt. The crust was not crisp; it was hard as a rock, a degree or two from being charcoal, which was not easy to see when it arrived as the place is ridiculously dark. It is so dark that diners at another table needed to use their cell phones to read their menus. My appetizer of grilled eggplant and cherry tomatoes was good but not impressive. I don’t go to restaurants to eat what I can make at home. My main course of veal vitello was the highlight of the meal. It was very good. Dessert was, again, good but not overwhelmingly so. The tiramisu was okay but lackluster. The cheesecakes was more of a cheese mouse on a very dense and hard graham-cracker crust, through which one really needed a good bit of effort to break. Even with a prix fixe menu, with the drinks and tip the bill was nearly $200. It was just not worth it. Too much hype and not enough substance. But, hey, this is not something specific to Acqua di Dea. Dinning out is not what it once was, especially given the prices places change and the crazy expectation of tips.
