Kathy, head of catering, made our group reservations for both dinner and the comedy club - and was kind enough to make several charges prior to our visit - all cheerfully and quickly! She was even sweet enough to stay and take the time to meet with our group, wish us well and offer to assist in every way possible. What a class act. She also likely arranged for Maya to be our server for the evening. This lady was beyond professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our entire group was treated with respect and the utmost in fine dining service. Thank you, Maya! Thank you, Kathy!

Love Pickwick and frolick. I tend to visit several times in the course of the year to attend various shows at hillarties at the venue but the restaurant and food is amazing. Every time we have the opportunity to order from the "upstairs" full menu we greatly enjoy the food. Pricing is on the more expensive side but aligns with this area of downtown Cleveland so it's not outrageous. Highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat and then checking out a show when possible.

We come here all the time and it’s always a great experience! The last two times that we came, we brought our parents. We had Chewy as our waiter both times. He was the absolute kindest and most efficient waiter that we’ve ever had. Both times that we dined there, he offered to pick up our tickets for the comedy show from the box office. We can’t say enough about his character and timeliness. You must ask for him. The food was delicious as always!

We had the rehersal dinner for our son and daughter in law here. Kathy and the catering team were very responsive through out the entire process, answering quetions generally within 24 hours. They offered flexibility with food and drink plans which helped alot since our group was large. We were able to provide everything we wanted and stay within our budget. The food was amazing. Many guests commented on how good it was. We were in Kevins Martini Bar. It's such a unique space. Very relaxed and allowed for a lot of mingling. The staff the night of the event were awesome. Everyone is very pleasant and profesional. We can't say enough on how smooth the entire process was and how well the evening turned out. We highly recommend PW&F

Delicious food, and cocktails. The most amazing customer service. One of the best things about this place is the owner. He greets every customer with a smile and he makes you feel at home. It's like you are apart of the family when you go here. If you have never been here you should check it out. This place is a treasure!

My husband and I dont get out much but between Brendon the manager Ramsey our waiter, everytime we come here it's a 5 star night. Always making sure we are in excellent seating and taken care of fully. Not only do we come for the headliners but we come back for the staff and service! Thank you guys again for a truly wonderful evening.

I enjoyed my night out. Dinner was bit heavier than I anticipated but I would say you get your money's worth. My only "complaint" is that I was given the option to add my meal when purchasing my ticket for the performance yet after paying you are told that you have to purchase 2 menu items during the show as well. I purchased several sodas during the show to meet that obligation. The person who I was seated with (not in my party) did not purchase anything a nd this seemed to be fine. I will definitely attend future performances at this venue.

Really nothing special to say about the food. Things sound better than they actually taste. We tried the bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp and that was a miss. It looks pleasing, it sounds good, but the taste wasn't .For $18 I would not get that again. We got the fig flatbread. It was okay, again nothing spectacular. Our server was nice and pleasant. If you're going to see a show it's obviously a good place to grab a bite to eat.

The food was good, can't say the same for the service. Waiter was inattentive (this isn't Applebee's pricing, folks!) Prices are on the higher end so you'd expect better. Worst was getting drinks. Over 45 minutes to get a Bud Light bottle and White Claw (not a specialty or mixed drink). His excuse was the bartender was backed up. Do they really only have one bartender serving not only the people at the FULL bar but also all of the restaurant AND the comedy club? Make it make sense. No real explanation from the waiter and we were seated right by his station so we could see he wasn't checking on our drinks. Also saw him bring drinks for newly seated people before bringing ours that we had requested much earlier. It almost felt like he was being spiteful. I give 3 stars, not because of the food but because the service was subpar. And that's almost a compliment for what we had.

My group and I had delicious food and the atmosphere was great, we were having dinner before the Cory B show at Hilarities. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS our original bill that we had with the correct food was $39 and we gave our card and she came back with a receipt for $111 😳 with added food we didn’t get, the waitress she heard us talking about the bill then I said excuse me um you gave us the wrong bill and she’s like I fixed it already so she knew she did it and brought us a new receipt with the correct amount. We then signed that one and looked for our card and she hadn’t given it back to us ! She then went over to the garbage to recover our card she threw out !! Why on earth did she add food to our order that wasn’t ours and proceeded to throw our credit card away ??? Feel she was trying to get something out of it very shady !! And now there is the original charge and the $111 pending on our account ! We will be calling to speak with a manager today ! BE AWARE OF YOU BILL ONCE YOU RECEIVE AND WHEN YOU GET IT BACK DONT GET SCAMMED !
