Great place to get a fat juicy Burger with all the trimmings as you like it. The fries are the best I've tasted from a fast food Burger joint. Fast and fresh, great Burger and fries. What more could you want from a Burger joint ?

When I want a good burger, I always find myself at Five Guys. They have a great selection of delicious toppings too to have your burger your way.

Friendly fast food - best burgers in the area! Limited menu but they do everything well. My kids love thier beef hot dogs. Their little cheesebugers, little hamburgers,and little bacon burgers are actually adult size single patty burgers and thier regular ones are double. There is a huge list of toppings to try. Grilled onions are my favorite. Completely customizable and fresh cooked to order everytime.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Worker was very cordial and informative. Fixed our order correctly and in a timely manner for us to take home and enjoy. Will definitely go again.

This place is so good and so consistent. I love burgers and I must admit that I would rather have a five guys burger than any other I can think of. The fries here are some of the best around in my opinion. I'm not sure, but I think they might par cook them. That is the best way to cook a fry. Drop them in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes then pull them out. They haven't started to cook let at that point but they are softer and will cook kin less time when ready to and the final results will be softer inside and brown better in the outside without over cooking. So good!

Tad pricey but always delicious. Fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared to order. You won't be disappointed with the quantity of fries served!

If I could give them more stars I would. Service is fast and the places are clean. There fries are among the BEST you can get anywhere around. Order a Large or a Small and you more that you can handle. Served very hot. You will not be disappointed at all. We will definately be going back as you also should try these Areas.

Nice food. French fries are fantastic. Burgers are quite good. Still have peanuts. They have stuck to a simple recipe and do it well. Parking is slightly limited. This is a popular mall with many busy shops.

I love Five Guys. Great quality. And I greatly enjoy being able to custom order my toppings to get exactly what I want. It's a little pricey, and a bit high in calories. But so delicious! Always worth it as a special treat!! 😊

Can never go wrong with Five Guys and fries. Just stop at the bank first for a small loan. Once approved, celebrate with Five Guys. Food is always good. Its just ashame that it expensive. Its a shame that everything thing is expensive.

They have the best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. I love how the cheese is so gooey and melted. The bacon is so crispy. Also they brought the food right to us which was a added bonus. I give this place a big two thumbs up!!

Aside from the awesome burger and fries, this place has the cleanest bathrooms around. They have outstanding customer service (thank you Stephanie) also, Scott (the manager I believe) was nice and asked how we were doing. Highly recommend this place for more reasons than the food :)

Been visiting this location for 4 Years now and it is the best. After years of eating out you get accustomed to the fact that a food place will disappointing here and there but not this joint. Not once have i had a bad meal. The team that run this store in the mornings/afternoons deserves an award. Really top of the line establishment from someone who worked in food industry for years.

Fast service. Ton of French fries. Nice peanuts and the burgers were filling. A little pricey. They made mistake on my daughter's order and gave her a new burger at no charge.

Parking is sometimes tough but that is my only complaint. Plenty of seating inside. Good milkshakes. Staff is always happy and very kind to customers. Definitely recommend for a quick bite.

Absurdly priced for a burger, two hotdogs and an order of fries, but it hits the spot and probably only five bucks more than McDonald's 😆 but way tastier, and honestly quicker too.

This location is always pristine. I don't think I have ever walked into this place and had it not be extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food options are delicious. Like everyone else, I think the price point could drop just a tad. Overall, very satisfied with all of my experiences here. Keep up the good work!

I was in and out of there. I ordered a hotdog (1st time) and small French fries to go. I got fried onions and mustard on my dog. The toppings were very yummy but I didn't like my dog sliced down the middle and they fried it. Not my favorite. The fries were heavily salted. So again, not what I would have liked.

Great crew there. I stop in after work from time to time and they are consistently good. Always have great music playing too:)

I go to this establishment at least 3 times a week between my family and employees spending anywhere from $70-$150 a visit.....but this is now the third time I've ordered food and it came out wrong and was over charge for items we did not want or order, mainly we order little burgers and get big one's with 2 pattys, refused to comp .... I will be taking my money elsewhere. Update 7/21 decided to try one more time, order was came out barley wrong...but how the manager page handle it was top teir.

Five Guys Clifton Park New York. November 9, 2024. I didn’t come all this way to New York for Five Guys. We were meeting up at this central location on our way to Lake Saranac with a bunch of hungry high schoolers. Well, everyone saw the surroundings there and went their separate ways. I was hankering for a good quick meal. Time was of the essence. I walked over to the closest place: Wendys. I stood in line. Then my phone rings and it was my wife at the end of her rope with our 12 year old. So I had a decision: talk to my daughter or order my meal. I decided I would order just not at Wendy’s. I decided to walk and talk with my daughter. So I walked. I didn’t know where I was walking but I was gleaning information from her. I walked all the way back to our car and time was running away. We had to meet back in about 7 minutes. What in the world? Finally my daughter was convinced to cooperate with her mother and I stepped into the closest restaurant to our vehicle. Five Guys. Now mind you, we have 5 guys where we live in Western Massachusetts. But my whole family now just doesn’t go since our little one, now an 8 year old little one has a peanut allergy. Five Guys has peanuts coming out of every orifice. But now that our 8 year old was safely at home and I was in Clifton Park, New York, there wouldn’t be any issue! I decided I would go in. But now since the time crunch was upon me, would they help me out in time. I got up to the counter. The place was crazy busy. I didn’t want to mess up. People were coming in. The familiar look to the one back at home is strikingly similar. I have to be honest, I was shocked at the price of a hamburger. I thought 9 bucks for a burger!? Are you kidding me? I wasn’t even thinking about a drink other than a cup of coffee. Now due to the price I was going to have forego FRENCH FRIES! I ordered a junior burger with everything on it. The speed of delivery was amazing. I went over to the clean table with a friend who I was surprised was in here too. My clock struck the time to meet everyone. I had to do the impossible. I had to inhale. I snapped a couple photos first. That burger was so satisfying I cannot tell you. It had so much in it, so much value and it kept me full for the rest of the day! Thank you FIVE GUYS!

Never frozen beef. Made your way. Fresh potatoes fried in peanut oil. A better quality alternative to fast food. It's actually fresh, hot and good.

5 Guys is always good but at the Clifton Park location I've always run into very nasty staff. And if you order a shake they always cheap out on the flavor.

I was gone write a long review with funnies but my only suggestion is call numbers in order; first come, first served

If you want to pay the price of a sit-down dinner including tip for a burger you can make better at home then this is the place for you! 4 stars because they somehow keep my kids wanting more and I can't say no apparently.

I realize this isn't the healthiest food one will eat in their lifetime but once in awhile it's one heck of a very tasty way to cheat. The restaurant was super clean. Staff was wiping down and working hard between customers.

UPDATE: We still order once in a while and the orders are now spot on every time. We just don't eat as much takeout as we used to. OLD REVIEW:The food is always tasty, but I'm so tired of them getting the order wrong. My child hates cheese. We always order a little bacon burger and more than half the time they put cheese on it which is not easy to scrape off. Tonight I ordered to go a little bacon burger and then a little cheeseburger for my daughter with about 5 toppings. Get home to find NO bacon and absolutely NO toppings on the other. It was even busy in there, I mean COME ON! Never again.

I got burgers for husband and me, and they hit the spot for a quick meaty craving. The prices are reasonable - in between fast food and restaurant prices - and the food is fresh. The meat is generous (two patties for the regular, one for the junior) but the toppings are less exciting.

As usual Five Guys has awesome Burgers and Fries! The staff is awesome, friendly, funny and they sing! But the prices have gotten out of control cost me 40 bucks for two bacon burgers two hot dogs and 2 drinks.

I always enjoy the peanuts, fries, burgers, and shakes here—they tend to be consistent. Not the very best but for a chain restaurant they do things pretty well. Prices have gone up, but they have elsewhere too. Ive had mixed service experience, once or twice part of my order is missed but I always have no trouble going up to check on the rest.

As always, only good things to say about 5 guys and their franchise. This local spot does not disappoint. Team that works there is awesome. Food and service as you would expect from 5 guys. Parking gets kind of tough during lunch time but it's worth the trek. Had a bad experience with the peanut box where someone just dumped the bottom residue of a box on top of fresh peanuts. Not the most welcoming thing.

Sadly I feel like quality has gone downhill recently. Used to love it here, but lately the fries and burgers seem soggy. I love the hot dogs, but I find more draw from competitors burgers.

The person who took my order was friendly and professional. The person who gave me the order wasn't friendly but wasn't rude. Haven't had 5 Guys in years. The fries were fannastic. The burger was tasteless and the bun was mushy. The place was really clean.

The order was taken correctly and food delivered promptly. However, the milkshakes were not completed until we spoke to 2 different servers 3x. Server's attitude was "I know" when told we have been waiting (and food getting cold).

Five Guys has become very expensive. Bottom bun of my cheeseburger was soggy and can't pick up my burger. Cost me $16 last time I went and it will be the last time I go to Five Guys

What I've noticed about Clifton Park in general is that all the fast food and fast casual options tend to be subpar to say the least. I won't go into why I think this a trend around here. But I will say this Five Guys is the worst I've had in the capital district. Usually the burger is over done and the place is kind of dirty, especially for the area.

They don't serve Turkey Burgers so I left. The music was way too loud - & I have mild hearing loss. I don't know how anyone with normal hearing would've been able to sit there & enjoy their meal. I mentioned to a young male employee about how loud the music was. He was pleasant enough but I could tell he couldn't have cared less. He said something like "well, that's the way they have it".

When it was my turn to order, I was greeted by a tall mid 20's blonde man with a hair net on, he was very rude and unpleasant to order with. I ordered a drink and he did not hand me my drink cup so I asked if I could have my cup and he then proceeded to tell me that I could take it, when I reached for the wrong cup on accident he began to be angry and ask me what cup I ordered. There is no reason for this to even happen in the first place if he had just handed me my cup after I order which is part of his job.

Solid 4 all the way, usually decent burgers, great fries, malt vinegar. Edit 2020, been several times really gone downhill, slow, forgot to bring my curbside order put once, gave me cold food, overdone fries another time, from 4 down to 2 from when they were new to recent. Tried to give benefit of doubt in early days of pandemic....

The guy working fries was loudly talking tot he other employees about fighting the other location workers on sight and how he would hurt them and using cuss words. The food was fine but I think that’s a little inappropriate to be saying in front of customers. I don’t think the older customers who were in the restaurant at the time appreciated it as their faces looked shocked and they seemed disturbed. I come here every other week and the same guy is always yapping away about something inappropriate for the workplace and will stop everything he’s doing in front of customers to tell his stories. Maybe he should stop yapping about hating working at 5 guys and actually do his job? Just a thought.

Food was poorly prepared. Barely any condiments on the burgers, literally 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger and a bun that was hard. You would think paying $55 for 2 burgers, 2 milkshakes and 1 order of fries they would have delivered a better product. Won't revisit the Clifton Park, NY location.

Never use to have any issues, but recently I’ve had a few items incorrect and during my last visit I was completely ignored at the pickup counter while 3 employees were talking and not busy. Sad to see it going downhill

Wasn't extremely busy. I worked for Five Guys when I was younger and quality control is the number one importance. Sadly seems all food industry businesses suffer from raised prices yet mistakes on food being made is at an all time high. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time it's happened at this location so sadly will not be going to my local five guys no longer.

While most Five Guys across the country I’ve always been absolutely impressed with, this location in Clifton Park has failed miserably with their rationing of fries! Five Guys has always piled them up…. Forget about the enormous price tag, I’ll stay away from this location from now on!

I have been here few times, in different locations, I'm not to fond of this type restaurant. They are always messing up the meals. The area seems empty, so it does looks clean,but empty seats. The workers try hard, but too hard maybe they're under pressure.

$20.00 for a sm.cheese burger, 2 hot dogs & sm. F.F.. The burger was very DRY! The f.f. were OVER COOKED & SOME TASTED UNDERCOOKED! The music was VERY VERY LOUD. But, the employee was friendly and the place was VERY CLEAN!!

Never really understand why someone over pays for a meal here don’t get me wrong it smells amazing but they are certainly over priced and have been even after they opened I do believe it’s fresh food yes but again the prices are too high I’ll make my own for what they charge

On February 14th I visited the five guys in clifton park and I was very disappointed with my experience. They gave me the wrong order and my food was absolutely so greasy. My burger fell apart every time I picked it up and the bottom of the bun was soggy. I am very disappointed and will not return. Also to add in the staff was not the most friendliest and were not too understanding when I explained to them what had happen to my order.

Staff is great, but the online "pickup time" really needs to be calibrated. Please adjust. This is the 3rd time I've waited 10-15minutes after my predicted arrival time. What's the point in ordering online if I have to wait?

Very very slow. Every time you go, you wait at least 20 minutes for fries. Damn it. You can't get your order for minutes.

They want $10 for a cheeseburger. It's a good cheeseburger. The staff are nice and the restaurant is clean. But it's $10 for a cheeseburger. If you add a regular fry and a fountain drink it's $20. That is wildly overpriced.

Over priced food here. Plus kind of unsanitary , don’t change gloves after handling money. Plus he dumped fries in the bag and the grease leaked thru the bag and pretty much ruined my jacket that I just bought a couple weeks ago. First time ordering online through grub hub. And I have to say. I really thought i was going to enjoy the food. I prefer ordering myself so things like this won’t happen. I made an order a hour and a half before closing time. And they really forgot half of my order. I’m very disappointed and won’t order online again. I don’t understand how you guys don’t check the order to see if you have everything that the customer requested. It was two burgers and two order of fries. How can you forget. Never again. Food wasn’t even that great to begin with. I would have to say I will not order again especially if it’s through grub hub. Very disappointed.

Food was subpar last time I ordered gave them another chance and they just aren’t good. Fries are old and soggy burgers are mediocre at best and for the price it’s just robbery. $25 for a cheeseburger with simple toppings and a small fry. I miss burger fi because this place is just not it.

I waited for about 10 minutes at the pick up counter before an emoloyee asked me what i was doing.....Stike 1. I told him i was here to pick up my order.... he had the gall to ask me what was on my burger, i told him i couldn't remember but at this point my patience was wearing thin..... he rolled his eyes and walked away. Approximately 5 minutes later a chubby black girl brought me my burger and told me i was rude. I wasn't rude. I patiently waited for my food and spoke maybe 7 words the entire time i was in there. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. I could have returned the energy ( it was deserved) but i did not.
