Food is okay but employees can be rude at times and sign on the door says the lobby is open until 11pm but doors were locked at 10pm.

Ordered 2 of the $6 boxes, both with tenders, one spicy one mild. 2 sides in each - one was double red beans n rice, the other one beans and rice and Mac n cheese. Here’s what I got - Got up charged $1 bc I chose mac&cheesse for one of the sides but here’s the best part… the 3 sides of red beans and rice were watered down! Yes, they are watering down the red beans at Popeye’s!!!!!one box was tenders, the other was chicken. Neither one was mild. The attitude at the window definitely needs improvement. Definitely will not return to this location 😩

Drive thru order. Non-english speaking order taker. Couldn't understand order. Got to window, another worker who didn't speak English. Didn't know what order was mine, couldn't read the amount to me. Charged the wrong amount. Chicken was tiny. Tasted fine, but absolutely not Popeyes normal quality. Really disappointed with this local restaurant.

This place needs to teach there employees to have customers service. I went to the Eric thru and the girl that was there was rude. She gave me an attitude. I ordered the 6.99 special and it has two pieces of chicken and two sides and a biscuit. First of all, I asked the girl if I can make it to a combo with a drink and she told me “There is no combo”.I asked her to add a drink and it was like I was asking for it for FREE. Then I see the chicken, I got one thigh and a small wing. It was a waste of money. I got home and there was no fork or napkins in the bag. Thank goodness I came home, cause I wails of ate with my fingers. I don’t know why they hire these people that don’t like there job.

Coming here if you like gambling. You wont get what you ordered you'll get whatever they want to give you. Good luck!

Please update this location’s hours of operation. DoorDash reflects to customers that it is open until 1 AM on certain days and that is not the case. These are the correct hours for LOBBY: Open daily (Sunday-Saturday) from 9AM to 11PM These are the hours for DRIVE THRU: Sunday- Wednesday from 9AM to 11PM Thursday- Saturday from 9AM to 12AM They are no longer open until 1AM on any days, but Google and DoorDash reflect otherwise. Manager needs to learn how to order and how to treat paying customers. I paid 16.99 for a meal without the hot ones sauces, the entire reason for ordering. Would not give refund zero excuse, manager needs terminated for zero customer service skills and zero competency on ordering.

Took well over 40 minutes to get my order. Was out of the sauce that I had ordered. Told me after I had ordered. Then after getting my order they forgot to put my sandwich in the bag and had to go back. They tried to argue with me about the sandwich. I had not even left the store yet. Do not go here at all. Make the drive to the one in lake Jackson if you absolutely want Popeyes.

The chicken was small the red beans and rice was so dry I could have used it for glue.the biscuit was hard and old nothing fresh about any of it and there was no spice to any. The mashed potatoes was so runny could of drank with a straw.they use to be better but the past 2 times it was a waste of money

Fkn miniature chickens served here, felt like I was eating a sparrow, I even asked the lady when she handed me the box "this is a 12 piece?" Because it felt so fkn light. NEVER AGAIN POPEYES
