Ordered an ExtravaganZZa pizza and hotwings this evening. Both were DELICIOUS! The pizza was hot as were the wings. Prompt service and friendly staff. I will be back!

Side note: their current delivery drivers are very pleasant, friendly and kind folks to deal with. I do not normally go back and re-review but in this case, I felt it well deserved 👏

Typical good decent Domino's Pizza. Features: (1) 6 indoor tables for "dining in" after picking up your order; (2) small bench in front of the pickup area to sit while waiting; (3) four parking spots in front dedicated for pickup orders, with more parking around the back (usually for the delivery drivers); (4) friendly, but busy staff; (5) accurate & timely order processing, especially when using the app to track your pizza (but if some school or org places a huge order, expect an extra 20-30 minute delay). If you like Domino's Pizza, it's the only one in Lake Jackson and it does a great job.

Placed a late order, after 11PM. I didn't expect the quality or customer service I received. The food arrived quickly, very hot and very fresh. I would've understood if it hadn't been so, end of the day and they likely want to go home. The driver had a smile and treated me as if he'd just started his shift, not finishing it. I called to thank them and the manager was very sweet, thank you all for a great dinner and snack for my dogs. I really appreciate everyone making my night better and hope this review finds you all and you're rewarded in some way.

Last week we ordered from our local Domino's and while the food was delicious, and the online ordering is a breeze, we were a bit freaked out by the handling of the food in the establishment. People were making pizzas without gloves, putting ungloved hands into the topping containers and then spreading them on the pizzas. One woman sneezed into her elbow and while that is more sanitary than her hands, it furthered my concern with the need for gloves. Despite being unnerved, the food was still good and accurate to what we ordered. Secondly I felt incredibly bad for the employees. They were so swamped that it took over five minutes for someone to come to the front counter so we could pay for and pick up our order. Working in an understaffed environment like that has to be stressful and simply isn't fair to the employees. I want to keep ordering from Domino's because frankly its delicious, however there are absolutely improvements that need to be made.

Great service and friendly staff inside. The place was clean when I entered the establishment. Pizza of course is basic pizza. Nothing out of this world but decent to eat when they're having a good special.

I liked the sandwich I ordered. Pineapple was good, jalapeno was just right, but there wasn't much chicken. I understand that everything is more expensive, but I kind of expected to have some chicken in every bite. Wasn't awful, wasn't great. I bought the pizza for my contractors workers. They were grateful, not sure about excited. I tipped the delivery driver pretty decently, but I had to reach in the bag to get my own stuff, weird. JS

I find Dominos foods to be average for fast food. It's the usual "sometimes it's good and other times I wonder why I ordered" pizza store. However, in the past few months I have noticed increased discrepancies in promotional offers and coupons, and most recently a changed final total charged the next day to my card. I recommend paying cash to alleviate surprise charges.

I liked the sandwich I ordered. Pineapple was good, jalapeno was just right, but there wasn't much chicken. I understand that everything is more expensive, but I kind of expected to have some chicken in every bite. Wasn't awful, wasn't great. I bought the pizza for my contractors workers. If you want to know what it feels like to be invisible, order your pizza for pick up at this Dominoes. After my app said my pizza was ready, I stood there being ignored for 15 extra minutes and watched 👀 the mess behind the counter. When I got my order after jumping the line of people, my pizza was cold. Of course it was. Btw, this was a normal night, not a game night.

Ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with bacon mushroom and half jalapeño. The bacon was dumped in one spot on two slices and there was a total of 7 mushroom slices on the entire pizza. I counted. The tots were soggy. The delivery was prompt though.

If you order online maybe it's good but when you order in person and decide to wait inside they will not call your order and not cut the pizza correctly so that all the slices are extra large for no reason and have you waiting there for an unreasonably extra 30 minutes or so, good luck going here for your pizza

It's my opinion that maybe the employees need to be retrained on what ingredients go on what pizza. Two orders in a row now pizza came with missing ingredients. Never received my credit for the first wrong order either. This last order the manager is supposedly correcting the mistake. Still waiting for that pizza.

Last night the website would not load. I tried about 10 times. But thats not my complaint, i went into the store and told the young man my order which was 3 med pizzas, ham, pepperoni and a pan pizza with ham , mushrooms and onions and a ceaser salad. I leave to wait on my order to be done walk back in and they start to hand me 2 pizzas. I told the employee that there was supposed to be 3 and the salad. I was told it was not put on the order and then asked if i still wanted the other pizza. Well of course I did, I would not of ordered it if i didnt want it. And was told it would be cheaper if I got a large. so for their mistake I ended up paying more and not the price I should of originaly So I have to wait on this one Another 15 mins. So a total of over 30 minutes And of course the pizza when I get home. Is luke warm . i order all the pizzas and salad at the same time but then i have to pay extra for the other. pizza I ordered them all togeather to get the same price for each with the coupon i was using. I bought the salad to bring to work with me today and I open the bag and no dressing so I have to leave work to go buy dressing. I never received a receipt for my order. Just really ridiculous and incompetent Not happy

The special Large 2 topping pizza was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from this location. The Crust was over done and it wasn't even that hot. I was like the crust was pre cooked and then the toppings added and heated enough to melt the cheese and warm the pepperoni. What a disappointment.

Normally we get great pizza but tonight they forgot one of our two pizzas we ordered and by the time they brought it the first pizza was cold. Then they brought a BURNT pizza. When I called they said they would make a new one and send it with 2 lava cakes. The second one was burnt also! I’m so mad I’m not even calling them back. Almost once a week we ordered from this store. NEVER AGAIN!! And will be letting all our friends know

Ordered 2 extra large specialty pizzas and they came mushy. Called and was told that I would have a credit. Ordered just now by phone and was told the credit did not exist. They did offer a $10 discount. Pizza just showed up and one did not have the correct toppings. Will not order from them again...

I ordered a pizza online 20 minutes before I got there. When I got there, they said there was no such order. Then there was some tall curly haired young man in there who said, something about my hair and he started laughing to the other guy that was there. I asked him what he was saying ,he just looked at me and laughed. I asked Sarah what his name was. She would not tell me. I told her I was going to report him for his ill manners to Domino's corporate office. Then I had to show I ordered it and then after I went out to get my phone in the truck. I checked out my order and on my phone I ordered it. When I went back in there they magically found it. Then they said,j was already in the oven. I just wonder why I had to go through all those changes and be object of rude and bad jokes whatever they might have been. Also when the tall guy walked by me , I heard him reply something that sound like jerk. That was the rudest Domino's store I've ever been in. My last visit there was a few weeks ago and everybody treated me good. They didn't act like the people that was there this evening. There was one guy that brought me the pizza is because the girl that originally told me that my order wasnt in there gave it to him to give to me and she looked at me like she did want to bother with me. He walked over and handed me my order and said you have a good evening sir. That young man look like he had short curly hair skinny . The rest were rude and vjnerny unprofessional and a matter of fact very not carring. Ijnj kept asking Sarah what that young man's name was. She would not tell me. So that's why I'm writing this complaint. I'm not sure if I ever will go back to that store because I would never trust any of them to make anything for me. Except for our the young man that handed me the pizza. So to the Domino's franchise. If you want customers to come back then no matter who they are or what they look like someone needs to teach your employees to be more professional and courteous like the young man at the end of my visit. We ordered two pizzas. One double pepperoni the other meat lover extra cheese and black olives. Well after waiting over and hour for them we got the dbl pep pizza. My pizza supposed to be a meat lovers it was just cheese and black olives no meat. I called they made another one and sent it to us. Well an hour later I got a meat lovers barley any meat or cheese and no sauce. Needless to say we will NEVER order another pizza from dominos in Lake Jackson again!!

It is s shame Domino's doesn't offer Cheese and Pepper packets with their orders. As high as the pizza cost you think they would at least offer 1 of each with the pizza ordered. Instead they will charge you $1.64 + tax for a SMALL Container of cheese and $1.64 + tax for SMALL Container of peppers.

What business can’t break a 100$ for a 40$ order especially on a holiday weekend. They should be prepared for that and the boss shouldn’t be so rude about seeing 100$ in hand. Make a sign and better inform your customers before they come in unprepared. Nobody wants to leave an establishment without the food they ordered to go to another location and make another purchase to break the bill just to go back. Not great customer service

The last couple of times that we have ordered from Domino's, the delivery time has been very disappointing. Tonight our order arrived more than 1 hour after we ordered. When we called to check on the status of our order, we were told that they had been very busy and if we would have called the store and not ordered on-line, we would have been told to expect a long delivery time. Wow.... Guess if I had called in my order, I could have cancelled it and gotten Papa John's or All-Star pizza. We have always had great service and delivery times from both of these restaurants.

So before I give my review know I'm an manager at similar restaurant. Last night I called to place a carry out order, I was told by employee who answered the phone that they have closed for carry out. Then I asked for delivery and was told it was going to cost $32.78 for large 3 topping pizza to be delivered across the street from the restaurant. Then when I call today to speak to the manager I was just talked to like my money is not green. She did not once say she was sorry for the way her employee treated the costumer and went on to say they were just busy and I should know it's prom and end of year for students so I should understand. Customer service just is not her strong suit.

This location disappoints every single time and I'm done ordering from them. The pizza is NEVER hot and when I ask for extra feta they hardly put any on it. The staff is rude and the last time the driver argued with me on how long it took them to delivery the pizza. The Freeport location has always been awesome. The Freeport location really makes perfect pizza, it is hot when delivered and their customer service is awesome.

Always take over 30 minutes. Never cut the pizza.Burn the pizza half the time. Employees park in the pick up spots. Place needs to be ran better or shutdown no Inbetween.

They manager didn't care about hearing my complaints and I told them it looks like they're scamming people. I handed the pizza back and asked for my money back and they were quick to oblige. I've eaten here my entire life and never had service as awful as this. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't fall for their scams.

In every occasion that I've ordered from here, they will skimp or completely ignore what I've specifically requested for my toppings on pizzas or pasta meals. I.E no extra toppings or toppings at all or completely giving me an entirely different food from what I've ordered to save themselves time. I've gone to the store every time for pizza or pasta because I love Dominos, but I absolutely despise the way they treat customers and their food at this store. I've been met with constant eye rolls and sarcasm and its clear now that I am not the only one dealing with these problems at this store.
