Oh my gezzz I love this place. Calamari was excellent. Our waiter was Trevor and he was awesome. So funny and a delight to have him wait on us. Overall friendly staff from sitting to saying goodbye see ya next time. Great place ever.

The atmosphere when you enter this place is clean, relaxed, and very inviting. The food is perfectly timed from the moment one orders beverages/drinks, an appetizer, to the main entree. The service is exceptional, so expect to give a nice tip to the server. The location of the restaurant is perfect, so when you finish you can go to the movie theater, shopping, or if you are visiting, there is a couple of hotels on the same site.

Arrived at noon, told the waitress that we have to report to jury duty at 1 p.m. so we are in a hurry. Unbelievable, the food was out on our table inb5 minutes. Sizzling hot and fresh. Everything was awesome but 5 stars just for the friendly and cooperative staff.

My daughter and I stopped by for lunch this week. This Olive Garden is new to the area, so you could expect there will probably be a full parking lot and some wait times for the next few months to come. We had a 10 minute wait time that was more like 5 minutes, that was a good start. Next our waitress, I'm almost certain it was Ariana was very friendly. She recommended some lemonade type drinks to us, so we tried them. My daughter got kiwi and I got the blueberry one, they were delicious. We got cheese sticks, also very delicious. My daughter, being very picky was recommended the chicken and dumplings like soup by our sever, she ended up really liking it. I was surprised! She got the chicken alfredo and I got the chicken parmigiana. They were both delicious. The place was very clean, I remember my daughter saying how fancy it was a couple different times. The lunch price was a little high, but you have to expect this from Olive Garden. Had it been somewhere else and this pricey, I would have taken a star away. None the less we loved our experience and will be returning soon with the rest of the family. On a side not we have been to a couple Olive Gardens that we were less than impressed with, so I'm glad it would appear that we have a good one in our area. You should definitely try it out.

I love their salad and I ordered the speghetti with meatballs. The meatballs were huge. I thought they overwhelm the speghetti and sauce but that's just me.

Came with family for the All You Can Eat Pasta special. Service was slow, but it seemed that our servers section was busy, plus the promotion puts more on the servers. The bartender, according to the server, randomly went missing and a 2nd bottled beer took 20 min. When we ordered refills on soup, it wasn’t prepared, and the 1 refill we did get of pasta took a long time. And on a Monday night, the restaurant wasn’t crowded by any means. (No wait when we arrived or left, and many open tables during service). With that being said, the pasta and soups were delicious. The restaurant was clean, well lit and nicely decorated. Would consider coming again, but not top of the list.

We travel a lot and we like stopping at Olive garden for great food and great service. This Olive garden is not one of the better ones, items on menu not available, some staff working twice as hard while others chatting in little groups not helping, where is management, don't bother stopping here unless you like to be disappointed.

I came here with my partner for a late lunch at about 2pm; the restaurant was calm and comfortable. Our server unfortunately didn’t necessarily make us feel unwelcome, but she definitely wasn’t particularly warm or friendly either. Our server did get our order accurately, in which I appreciate. There was no “thank you” or “have a great day,” and we did have to wait awhile to get refills. The food was warm and tasty; I really enjoyed my lunch soup and salad. The restrooms were clean and tidy. Despite the small issues, we still enjoyed our lunch.

It was great I actually went in and died in the restaurant for once usually I order on the app and take it to go I did order the spaghetti and meatballs I thought I was ordering the lunch size but when I got the bill I found out I got the full size on dry no wonder I couldn't finish it and I purchased extra to take home if I would've known that was the full size Andre I would have not purchased the extra I don't know why at lunch time at 11:30she would give me the full time one but that's what it is

Two stars are for our server Rosie..she was great. Sad to say the food was so salty none of us could eat it. The Mgr was informed and made no effort to correct our food or bill. We will not be making a return trip to this location.

I was soooo disappointed in the service at our lake Jackson Olive Garden. We got our food and then did not see our server for 30 minutes. We even got the manager and still did not see our server for another 10 minutes. Did not get a 2nd soup or salad. I had another conversation with the manager and got a new server and have now been waiting on a to-go order that we ordered right away for 20 minutes after eating. It’s sad to see such a poor response especially from the restaurant leadership.

Ordered lasagna for dinner and got all the way home to open it up it's burnt and dried out ... After working all day outside and getting this kinda meal for the price I paid is absolutely wrong. You know your giving someone burnt food This shouldn't have been sold!!!
