I really like the new chocolate Trick or Treat Blast! It's a little more expensive but well worth it. I didn't even know Sonic had chocolate ice cream. Excited!

Fast and friendly. But it seems like Sonic doesn't pay car hoppers enough, for the car hoppers to ask if they could keep the change. Why don't they just add an automatic tip and alert customers before hand and that, that's the new change?

As always sonic burgers are tasty. Was impressed by how fast the food was prepared. Busy time of day so they must have been fully staffed and everything lined up for full production.

Waitress was friendly and sweet. Took out orders and brought milk shakes out to car with a sweet smile and sweet attitude.

Always stop there on my way out of town for a trip. They have so many different choices for drinks that I get a different one every time. It's quick and the employees are polite.

The staff is friendly and the food is always perfect. They get the order out to the car quickly and correctly. I absolutely love the soft pretzel and the strawberry shake. The shake was filled with REAL strawberries 🍓 I definitely recommend the Sonic in Lake Jackson, TX.

It was really clean, well groomed area were you can tell that they are sticklers about cleanlliness. That's good enough to get my dollars. Plus the fact that the food at Sonic is the bomb......it will most definitely be one of my spots for the summer.

This is one of the better Sonics in Brazoria County. Their food is usually well made, and their drinks are done right. The service is pretty consistent, and for the most part, the delivery is on time.

I don't eat here a lot. Only for the fact that it's $50 for a family of 5. This night we splurged (didn't want to cook) and decided on Sonic. The food order was correct, staff was friendly, and delivery to the car was prompt. Got it back home and the food was fresh and hot. I would reccomend this place off of that experience, but again, I have few points of reference, since this isn't my "go-to" place.

Food was great and eating in car is better then in restaurants or having to wait and have cold food is taking home. Love Sonic! Please bring back Diet Likes it and Diet Cherry Likes it slushies. I know there is some sugar but less than a regular.

I stopped going to this location for awhile, the drinks tasted like grease was added lol but they taste much better now. I always stop by on lunch to get a drink and I love the buffalo little Chickie!

When you to Sonic you know what to expect. Consistent food and fast service. Like that they have other options than just burgers. I am a halapinio pepper guy

It's okay. They don't have the sonic straws, just some lame skinny straws. They get very busy sometimes but good food.

They made each if our shakes really well. Some of the others I have been to don't mix them well, but these were really good. Plan to come back and try again

Its fast food , so its automatically not real and not health. But its fast and cheap and with all the options out there I will choose Sonics over McDonald's and Wendy's any time. Its a choice between the two when whataburger is added to the options, Sonics double cheese always wins but Whataburger melt wins.

Lake Jackson sonic is pretty good.. only issue I had was the female who took our order.. we couldn't hear that great over the intercom, and we kept needing to repeat ourselves, the female was apparently upset and she was kinda mumbling under her breath

This location is my go-to for a quick bite for lunch or an iced tea. There is one employee that has been there for years. I can't remember her name, but she always remembers me. She's very friendly and seems like I always catch her in the drive thru or in the one of the parking spots!

It can take a little longer than I like to get my food, but once I got it, it's good. If I'm craving a burger, the Sonic burger is usually the one I go for... and I will continue doing so. Definitely recommend!

The blasts were very good. They have a big menu. The service was standard. I miss the days when they delivered your order on roller skates and on a tray hung on the car window.

We used the mobile app after we pulled in and our food was out just as fast as if we ordered there. The employees were very nice and attentive. Good visit

Food fresh at times, then sometimes it's extra fresh. I often drive across town to this one specifically. Oh and the morning lady, darn, can't remember her name but she's got the sweetest voice and personality, she calls me momma and adorable names... she is one of the best workers around town.

Not as good as it used to be. I got no condiments for my hot dog and tater tots. I had to eat my hot dog plain and dry and it wasn't even hot!

Was in Clute and went to 2 different Sonic locations and both places had terrible Dr Pepper 😔 sad time for us.

they keep forgetting to give me the ice cream for my ala mode. 2 locations both forgot. the other thing is if you order on the app which charges your credit card you can’t leave a tip and i don’t carry any cash on me these days.

Some of the workers there think they own the place and say whatever they want to say trying to order food through the drive-thru the lady gives you attitude always like eating there but sometimes I just don't want to go

Normally this location is really good but lately it's been seriously lacking. Loooong wait times, sloppily prepared food, and many unavailable items.

Placed call in order to be ready at a specific time; it was almost 10 minutes late and they were not super busy. It was probably a regular Thursday night dinner rush.

It's a sonic. If you're expecting great food you're barking up the wrong tree. That said looks like they are investing in the facilities so that's a good sign.

Good burgers if you get it fresh. Not much of a deal menu here besides the happy hour drinks. There is outside dining as well as the drive in. Not sure about a restroom here.

The food was as expected. It was fine. Had a little issue with my phone at first. Had to sign in and out of the sonic app to pay. It took me a few minutes to pay. The nice young lady brought my food, said I owed 16 something. Explained I paid on the app. Showed her my bank app showing it was pending and then showed her the receipt on the Sonic app. She said she would have to talk to her manager. No problem. Manager comes out of the store like a bull. Tells me I owed the money blah blah blah. Showed her my bank app. She told me that she knows I didn't pay because the card reader doesn't work. She knows that for sure. Explained I didn't use my card. I finally got the chance to tell her that I used the app. She said that wasn't possible. Something about a code would have to show up on the screen. Finally got her to see on the Sonic app the receipt. She said she was going inside and for me to wait. A minute later another employee comes out to tell everything is fine. If she would have come out to tell me she was sorry about the misunderstanding I wouldn't have written this review. It's just that she was so unprofessional. 🤷‍♂️

Fast and friendly crew. Only complaint is that the place is congested and always busy. Half of the stalls are non functioning due to a hurricane but there hasn't been any attempt at repairing them. So, all that congestion is bottlenecked into half the stalls.

This is my closest location so I am here a lot but have almost quit ordering food beyond cheesesticks or corn dogs because anytime I order a bunless burger with mods there is a mistake somewhere, commonly the extra bacon I ask for is forgotten. Also they rarely include a fork despite my having reached out via talktosonic about it. Drinks are good though and that's the best part about sonic

They don’t sell bags of ice and there is NO BATHROOM use after dark ( or in my case when it’s still light outside in the summer evening) Car hops are helpful and gracious. Wish I could say the same for the woman who took my order **Star added since the carhop let me use the restroom

Good food and service depending on what your ordering and the time of day that your getting it. Sometimes the grill cheese sandwiches can taste super old or reheated. I also bought a breakfast burrito during the afternoon and it was definitely a leftover breakfast item

We had a short time for a quick bite. We had a coupon and a hankering for a frosty cold beverage. Today the monitor was not working at multiple stations. We could not enter the stall number with the mobile order. We had to go to a different stall to place our order.

I have been through the drive-thru twice now and I have sat there each time for about 10 minutes and nobody is coming over the intercom to take my order. I have had to drive up to the drive-thru window and place my order but yet everybody else in front of me and behind me has had no problem.

Servers are quick and personable, but this location specifically is dropping the ball on at least one thing each time I come here. Tonight was no sauces at all for any of mine family's items. Other times it's missing a item or two. I'm only one person and checking throughout the bags for everyone isn't exactly easy. Gonna stick to Clute Sonic from now on.

I love sonic but this sonic has made my stomach hurt the past 2 times ive gone to eat there. I thought it mightve been something ive eaten earlier in the day the first time this happened but today i hadnt eaten anything yet and went for a bite and not even 30min later i was running to the restroom.

Good food.And service was a bit slow.But over all not bad.They could have given us a ketchup and at least a napkin.No salt or pepper.Nothing but the food.

The burgers have gone down hill. The last visit I had 9/17/2020 the burger tasted like a gas station frozen burger you'd microwave. Drinks were okay.

Went this morning for French Vanilla ice coffee. Was very disappointed. Was hardly any FV and tasted like straight up strong coffee..

Foods always dry, and sometimes cold. Also their chicken tenders and popcorn chicken dont have much meat on em. Just dry crunchy skin.

Sonic dont like giving out Ketchup, even when you order a large onion rings and a large fries, and ask for Ketchup, you get NONE. The tater tots tasted like they was cooked in old oil.

Drinks a little expensive but not the problem. The problem is ordering a drink and having to wait behind several customers who all ordered multiple meals. 15 minutes to get a drink only ! No thanks.

Sometimes this sonic is amazing but most of the time our entire order take 20 mins and comes out wrong. Without fail they always forget the BBQ sauce (that we have to pay extra for). When the food is actually quick and done right it's great! Breakfast toaster sandwich for the win :)

Food was ok. I called an order in & was right behind the car at the drive thru window when a guy brought my food to the car. He had no money for change & just asked if I wanted my receipt. I asked if they carried change or did they just keep it as a tip. He smiled & said "We just keep for a tip". A tip is to be given-not taken.

I've never had an issue ordering my drink before because it was a pretty popular drink. I was told you didn't carry it anymore. I've never had Sonic tell me they couldn't do a drink. I'm very disappointed.

I used to love eating sonics burgers. Hell my husband used to work for the brazoria location and I worked the clute location. We both know how hard the busy days can be. The reason I rated a two star is because my husband and I ordered 2 different burger meals. His was a stake sandwich and mine was a double burger but neither tasted good. My drink which is supposed to be a vanilla coke with real cherry tasted like they poured a ton of vanilla in it. I almost can't even drink it! The only part of the meal that tastes really good is my kids jumbo pop corn chicken. I will rate a high star if the burgers taste gets as good as it used to be.

Brought us someone else's order twice, girl taking our order kept putting in the wrong thing over and over eventhough we only ordered 2 items, after screen said our order was on its way to our car it took 15 more minutes and then they brought the second order that wasn't ours

I ordered a large cherry limeade with a splash of vanilla.....something seemed off but couldnt put my finger on it until I went to eat the ice. No Cherries or Limes in my drink. Almost 3 dollars for an improperly made drink???

I don't get how autistic these people are. Blue raspberry. BLUE raspberry. I say it clearly at least 3 times each time I come to any sonic (which I rarely go to since they suck so bad.) Can't get an order right, can't ring up an order, take their sweet time doing 2 slushies at the slowest time of the day.

The grilled chicken sandwiches were horrible. Tough as bout leather. One bite and the whole thing of meat came out. We wasted our money on two sandwiches. Service was great.

Called the cops on me once saying i was falling asleep. Cops followed me home and went through every test .completely sober.Went back and the lady tried to say my food wasn't paid for even though my bank account showed different. I would rate this place a zero if I could. We ordered 2 burgers one with mustard and one with mayo. When we received the burgers they had mayo and mustard on both. Everytime we go there the order is never right. The receipt is right but the food is wrong. This tells me that the cooks either just cant read or they just really don't care. HEY SONIC TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. YOU JUST LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

If zero was an option I would. The customer service is outrageous. My husband and I walked up for breakfast in the outside table area. We asked one of the lady's working there if the menu is working this early. She did not answer and gave us the ugliest look ever. My husband then looked over and said they are all looking at us in that horrible manner, almost as if they were daring us to order. We decided to leave because we believe they most definatly would have done something to our food. I decided to take my service and tip over to Panera bread. I dont know what is wrong with these girls. But if you hate your job that much, find another.

Don't waste your time. Sat there for a whole hour waiting on a drink, shake and cheddar peppers while people were just passing right through the drive through. Hit the button to ask for a refund after 35 minutes and they ignored it for over 10 minutes and when they answered said my car hop was on the way with my order... waited over 15 more minutes before we walked inside the building and demanded our money back and all they gave us was a few free coupons? Still didn't fill our order and hell who even knows if when we use our coupons our order will get filled. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service I have had in a long while. I understand with world events things are stressful and customers have been rather rude lately, and service would be affected.(everyone's human) but every time I've come here lately they have been almost aggressive. A carhop practically threw my husband's pretzels through the window at him this time.

Stopped to get drinks and a snack for my toddler before heading out of town. Right at the get-go, the lady on the speaker was short and snippy. Kept cutting the speaker off as she was talking and wouldn't repeat part of the order, an unsweet tea cut in half with lemonade, correctly so when the second tune I confirmed, I got fussed at. "I know, I'm just saying it like that!" Got to the window, she handed me the drinks and took payment, handed my card back with the card receipt but no itemized and slammed the window. But the time I got passed the light I realized I didn't have my toddlers' order of fries. Honestly I don't even know if I paid for them, I don't remember her repeating it, and I don't have the receipt to prove otherwise. As bad as it is, I'll go to Sweeny Sonic over this one anyday. At least they repeat the order correctly and are decent.

I would give this sonic negative stars if that was an option, but since I can't do that, I'm giving them one star, because I ordered my food took it home got to eating it and everything and then about halfway through my tots i noticed the rest of my container was full of old cold hard is stale fries. I don't appreciate my food being done that way I didn't order fries, and even if I had, I'd want fresh fries. It's obvious they put those fries in the bottom of my container to make it look like I had more tots in my container than what I did, because they didn't feel like making more tots, then for them to be old cold and stale someone needs to get a handle on this location and their manager not the first time this location.Has messed up my order or cut corners like this.I'm on here , giving them a bad rating and complaining about it because it just keeps repeatedly happening. Do not go to this sonic location, go to the one down in clute.They actually get your orders right and the food is fresh and good... Lake Jackson sonic needs to teach their employees better. I asked for my meals to be sonic sized. Got to the window and the employee tried to hand me a medium. Bad customer service. The lady taking the orders sounded done with her job but decided to take it out on us instead. We asked politely if an item was rung up because she didn't take us step by step through the order (turns out she rung it up differently than what was said anyways). Then she had an attitude saying that she was gonna read the order out if we would just let her. Rushing the order and having an attitude the whole time. Never coming here again.

This sonic is horrible. First off, the cashier taking our order was rushing us and cutting us off during our order. She assumed she had everything correct. She talked really fast and was rude when we asked can you confirm our order. We told her two times how we wanted our burger. When our order came out the food was cold. The fries tasted a day old and the hot dog tasted like it was made in the morning. Even our burger was prepared wrong after we told the person taking our order three times. I had to go home and warm up my meal in the microwave. Horrible place and I will not be going back any time soon!
