Lidia always provides us with excellent service and takes excellent care of us. We have been eating breakfast at IHOP for many years. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

We love coming to the ihop in lake jackson. The service and food are always so good and quick. The 2 for 25 is a really good deal

Me and my girlfriend went for breakfast it wasnt super packed but it was a little busy. I was really happy with the service we were constantly checked up on and food was so good had the T bone steak and eggs and it was cooked perfectly. All in all IHOP is the place to go for good service and amazing waitresses who are on top of their jobs and so nice.

Place for service pet friendly great hospitality quick with the food coming out. Food was delicious. Price was great kids eat free on Fridays. Six people ate for $55 with tip.we will definitely be coming back!

Im updating from my last review. Much improved. Waitresses Alex was awesome. Food fantastic and restaurant is clean... Overpriced and Overcooked chicken 🐔 stripes. The staff was friendly and attentive,even though they were understaffed. That was the savings grace for 3 stars

I love our wait staff Brandon. He is such a great helper and wait on us like a champ. He checked on us so often, filled our coffee, chatting with us. I felt almost like home. Makes me miss my own son, my family. I am from Washington State and stop here for few days. Brandon deserves a raise and a praise for making such a good effort to make me feel better, the meal tastes more delicious. Thank you champ! Ihop you have a gem, treat him well please.

Just came to do a quick study and have a light breakfast. The atmosphere was great very relaxed! My waitress SANDRA was awesome very courteous, patient, and friendly! Service can go either way it can be really good or it can be poop. Waited for over 15 min just to place a Togo order I standing at the counter waiting for some one to come up 3 worker are standing around not doing any thing I know 2 of them made eye contact with me and still did not come to see what I needed. Then 2 lady's walk in after I have been stanind at the counter waiting for 5 min. Then one walks up and talks to us I tell her I need to place an order and they would like to be seated. She takes them and never comes back to place my order. And her section is write in front by the counter. I stand there for another 5 min before the manager comes and ask if I was taken care of it say no no apologies, no, no. She places my order and then I'm waiting again. Very disappointed on how this was taken care of I feel like it could have been taken care of better. No reprimand no nothing.

Amounts served are too small in my opinion. Considering they are 4 miles from the ocean the fish was super oily, soggy not at all crisp, greasy, and very bland. The fries were subpar by a lot. If not for the excellent wait staff I'd have gave way less stars. Plastic silverware with no spoon to stir my coffee. The menu was super sticky (multiple pages) had to ask for another one. Bathroom was pretty bad as well. Probably will not be back which is sad because we just moved to Clute.

The Lake Jackson IHop food is good the staff is great but the restaurant is dirty and the bathrooms are filthy. Today will be the last time we go until the clean.

Last Call

Just had to wait an hour for my online order. Because someone gave my food to the wrong person. Which I could understand if they didn't keep telling me it was being cooked. Had to talk with with manager to get it worked out. She did take care of the problem eventually.

Since I work nights I order often from here since they’re the only restaurant that stays open 24/7 I believe. My orders are usually fantastic! However, I ordered last Friday night from here and they had told me that they were out of tomato soup which was fine. The guy I spoke with I believe was the manager and he was really helpful. He told me to call back early in the morning and speak with some lady who would better assist. It has now been five days and every single time I call them no one ever answers the phone! I guess I’m going to be making a trip up there myself so they can refund my money!

It's hard to rate the food we never received. We were the ONLY customers there last night. We ordered our food, received our drinks then nothing. We never got refills on our drinks. Our waitress sat down at a table and never looked up. We waited about 45 minutes on our food. Then a women, (I believe she was the manager), walked into the kitchen and stated "food is ready". I watched and our waitress never looked up or even moved. I decided we had waited long enough. As we got up to leave I noticed our order sitting on the counter. We have always celebrated my daughter's birthday on Christmas eve for the past 34 years, bringing a minimum of 40 customers to your business. I believe I will ask my daughter to choose a new location from now on.
