Went in kind of late tonight (20 minutes before closing) for a drink. The guy taking our order was super sweet and patient. I did not feel rushed or annoyance from him. I got a matcha and honestly its one of the best matchas I've had in a while (and im a matcha person). Did not expect this from Dunkin yet they were outstanding in there service that I had to write a review. Thank y'all!
I really recommend this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s here in the Central market. The staff are outstanding. I come here every day for my cappuccino ham and cheese croissant and I can’t say enough good things about these folks. This is a fabulous place.
So……….. update I went back several times after my last review and I don’t know how they knew it was me but they did and the Kind Gentleman that served me apologized for what happened. I was like 😆 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 and couldn’t stop lol. I just want to say thank you for paying attention and correcting the problem, I truly appreciate it. This is a new location and I’ve been going there ever since they open up but Every time I go there for Ice Cream it seems that they are always out of Pistachio almond or only have enough for 1 quart. Then I get home and open it and it’s all the way at the bottom of the container 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄, stop cheating your customers if you don’t have it you don’t. Be honest and don’t charge me full price for half of what I ordered. So disappointed 😞 I wish there was another location in College Station or another Business that sells the same Ice Cream 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
It was way easier to walk in than wait in the Drive-Thru. I was served right away and out the door very quickly.
I think we all need to remember some understanding. The place is still packed anytime I go during the day since it's opening; when they opened, they had brand new staff not dunkin pros, regionally we probably have different taste in products and the store is adjusting what they stock (i hope). Bagels>croissants Cold brew >iced Coffee You get more product for your money here than at Starbucks. As far as better, hopefully they start to take some pride in getting there. It is also covid and the holidays so lighten up people.
The day we went there was only one employee, however she was nice. The donuts were tough. The seating isn't good.
We went here yesterday afternoon. I ordered a coffee and muffin and he ordered a $6 meal deal. We got our coffee immediately but we kept waiting for our food. 15 minutes later I went to go and check on it and of course they had forgotten about us. The lady did throw in an extra hash brown for the wait. Thank goodness she did becausey.husband couldn't eat the sandwich It was harder than a rock. I asked her about it and she said that's how they are made. The muffin was so dry I nearly choked on it. I went to go to the bathroom and the hallway and men's bathroom were flooded with water. No wet floor sign or anything. We told them about the water but they already knew about it. I would not recommend theeal deal special or muffin here.
I try not to judge Texas Dunkin Donuts too harshly. Most of these locations, like the one in College Station, are in new markets, where guests (and employees) just don't "get it". So I try not to compare them to "normal" Dunkin Donuts from back home in New England, where they've been a part of daily life for decades. But this location has a lot of growing pains to get through. The staff had no sense of efficiency or urgency - except for the ONE girl who was making ALL of the coffee drinks herself. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted bitter. And the cup was filthy - look at the photo! I also ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Was told they were out, only plain cream cheese. Ok, I guess it's understandable. But when they don't even put the cream cheese on, nor do they give you a full portion, nor do they give you a knife (but expect you to do it yourself) - it makes me wonder, what if any, training was done here? Has management ever been to a Dunkin where things run smoothly, food is made properly, and coffee tastes good. And served in a clean cup.
It was 6am when I picked up my mobile order, but the person at the window just did not seem happy and possibly did not speak up to let me know she gave me my whole order. Also, they did not offer napkins or give me any. No other customers around at the time either. I ordered several breakfast sandwiches and they got smooshed in the bag they were in. Perhaps they could have put them in a donut box. Would help with presentation too but they tasted good.
Let me start by saying I’m Dunkin’s biggest fan and will forever love it. Came to get my usual coffee before work and was told they could not make my iced vanilla latte. So they had to substitute my drink; which was fine but it wasn’t made correctly. When I asked for a croissant breakfast sandwich I was given a cold sourdough bread sandwich with a rock hard patty. Nothing came in marked Dunkin cups or bags, just styrofoam cups and brown bags. I have never experienced this low level of quality from this store. This is very disappointing seeing as this has been my favorite place to grab coffee since it opened.
I go to this Dunkin almost daily. The staff is usually really nice. I went through the drive-thru this past Saturday and let them know I had an order and said my name, they did not realize that they had not turned off the speaker and were making fun of me. Very disappointing.
as of now 01-23-26 3:00 pm Service felt unprofessional. Staff were distracted with personal matters during work hours. Not the experience I expect from this location. Came for coffee, not a family daycare vibe. Staff professionalism could definitely improve.
Kept burning my bagel and then didn’t give me my full order. None of them seem to be excited about being there, got the rudest interaction.
This is my second visit where they were out of multiple items. This trip they were out of bacon, decaf coffee, and xl cups. This store manager needs to do a better job with replenishment. Employees are not exactly friendly but not horrible.
I'm absolutely disappointed in whoever runs this store. There's been a few times that I've come in and the atmosphere of the people and place completely turn u off. I thought it was just me however based on the reviews I now feel validated. There's only one store and I hope they decided to open a different location or change out management who seems to never be present. I was once excited to go but now I'll just wait till I'm in Austin to enjoy my donuts and coffee. The people are friendly and value their customers this store is disappointing. Also my wait time inside was way more than needed to be with the store not even busy at all
Went here today for breakfast and coffee. Out of vanilla and pumpkin coffee flavors first. Then proceeded to laugh at my food order like I was dumb. Finally, as I was handed my food and said thank you, was treated with only a scowl in return. Won’t be back!
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their customer service. The staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive to customers' needs. Despite the establishment not being too busy, the service was slow, and my order was not handled with the efficiency I expected. The lack of attentiveness and a sense of urgency from the employees left a lot to be desired. It's disheartening when a place known for its quick service falls short in delivering on that promise. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.
The girls working there tonight 4/2/2022 got every aspect of my order wrong. This bagel was so hard it was literally inedible and so was the bacon. As you can tell by the picture, it’s literally hollow. They rang me up wrong multiple times and when I brought it to their attention, they just stared and blamed it on me. The quality control is so disappointing. I regret my choice to stray away from Starbucks tonight, but I won’t make that mistake again.
It's a shame that you order chocolate cream filled and you only get 1 bite of filling. The white cream filled didn't have any filling. I bought the same thing from a Dunkin' in Houston and they were full of filling. I got tired of buying chocolate filled from Shipley Do-nuts and they being 1 or 2 day old Do-nuts. So disappointed in our local big chain donut shops!!!
