The facilitator who also slices the meat is conscientious, attentive, dynamic, and quick. The best employee there. Tuna or Italian you can’t go wrong here really. Be sure to grab a side of pickles as an appetizer, makes every sandwich better.

I've only been here a handful of times, but every time the food has been delicious. Every time the employees have been super friendly and just kind. And every time the music has been rocking. For a sandwich shop, this business is run the right way. They could just be slapping food together, but the employees genuinely ask how you're doing, and continue quick and friendly conversations when you get up and go past the counter. It really makes lunch enjoyable.

I've been here many times now and it is consistently good. I got a giant club and split it with my wife, we both very much enjoyed it. We did the ordering through the app and I have to dock a point because I don't believe it ever asked if I want it "Mike's Way" and sure enough when we got the sandwich, it was not how we like it. It had no dressing on it at all. 😔 For those of you who don't know, Mike's Way covers the sandwich with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and spices. In my opinion, it is the way to go and adds a lot of great flavor. I've eaten inside and it has a plenty nice atmosphere. The service is always good but they don't have any time for small talk -- they just wanna make your sandwich and keep the line moving. I guess I get it.

Oh it's new and clean and the people are nice. Sandwichs are like subway, but in mini, regular and giant sizes. I got a #11 which is salami and cheese and ham at about 7". They also have hot subs like meatball and cheese steak. The bread tastes ok, nothing really special. They slice the meat when you order. Check it out while it's new, everything always tastes better new! Will follow up and see how it does for consistency.

Without fail almost every time at this location, an item of our order is left out. If we do not check it ourselves while standing there….i ordered a sandwich and bag of chips 30 mins before they closed. I live 20 mins away. Didn’t check. No chips. Talon, the alleged manager tonight wanted me to drive back up there after they closed. How about you do better and double check orders before you seal them? Disappointed with service that is normally great at other locations. Probably too worried about leaving on time…

I get Jersey Mike’s every Sunday without fail. Until today, I’ve never had a bad experience—consistent quality, good service, and a satisfying meal. But today? Today was an absolute joke. I ordered my usual: two regular-sized sandwiches with extra meat. What I got was a sandwich so pathetically small it was laughable—half the size of a normal one, as if they deliberately skimped on the meat. And this wasn’t some minor mistake; it was obvious that whoever made it didn’t care in the slightest about quality, consistency, or customer satisfaction. A sandwich like that should have never made it past the counter. It wasn’t just a little off—it was unacceptable. If I’m paying for extra meat, I expect extra meat, not some flimsy, half-hearted attempt at a sandwich that wouldn’t even pass for the standard portion. The worst part? The complete disregard for what Jersey Mike’s is supposed to stand for. Every other time, I’ve had a great experience, but today was a slap in the face. If this is the direction they’re headed, I might have to reconsider my Sunday tradition. Do better, Jersey Mike’s.

Ordered online for a regular turkey sub Extra meat Picked up order ($18.00) fine Walked out unwrapped my sandwich and was clearly regular meat. Walked back inside and asked the girls at the counter if they forgot extra meat and they said no that is extra meat. So I went and got my wallet and stood in line and ordered another sandwich the same and literally slices of meat cut paper thin. So I paid for another sandwich only($12) and combined the meats While waiting in line I saw all three girls one by one whisper to each other that I was back in line As if they told each other I was a problem Instead they could have resolved the situation These places need more management on duty to emphasize on customer satisfaction

First timer here. Ordered a Cali online and got something without bacon or avocado. Also ordered a club with light “mikes way” and received a sub that was even more saturated than the Cali. Crew member handed me my order without them speaking a word. Solid flavor is the only reason this gets a 2 from me.
