We enjoy this place SO much we have made it a two time weekly visit!! This place has some excellent customer service! It is always very clean! Not only does Rosa's have fresh made tortillas daily they have a nice salsa bar so you can add whatever fits your taste buds, instead of places that put all the toppings in themselves Making our food choices even more special and individually flavorful !! Their Taco Tuesday deal is unbeatable
Nice good Mexican food at reasonable prices.
My friend bought this for me that's why I couldn't rate service or atmosphere.Made from the finest ingredients everything I had I could taste at the back of the roof of my mouth. It's not authentic Mexican more like Tex-Mex and Taco Bell if you like that type, it's a dream come true. It's like Taco Bell x10.
I must say, I am not much of a fan of trying new places. Specially when my mom was with us and I should mention has no teeth, as she is healing and waiting for full dentures. So, special diets go first! And if she could eat here, so the rest of us! She tried the chicken enchiladas served with rice and beans, lettuce and tomato. As I was afraid she couldn't eat her dish, I approached the staff serving the dishes at the pick up area, and ask if they could serve more beans due to her condition. Immediately one told the other and asked for a moment. He went to get a small container and gave her a side order of beans and asked her to enjoy!. I am sorry, but this is beyond great customer service by the kitchen staff!👍👍👍👍👍 They took upon themselves to make my mom feel included in our gathering and able to eat even if it was beans. (Which I must say were great, must try! Compliments on all our table, to your great fried beans!) Now then, food was hot and fresh. No signs of food being sitting waiting to serve. FLOUR Tortillas were fresh and soft. Dishes were served generously. Salsa bar was clean and well filled. As we spend about 2 hours, staff came to maintain the salsa bar twice to clean and refill. Prices are fair for the good food and affordable around $8 for single dish. Although, there are NO LUNCH SPECIALS or senior discounts. This will by far be one of my favorites to repeat or bring others with me! THANKS 😊☺️ TO YOUR GREAT STAFF!, that's what make a good restaurant an enjoyable place to gather! 💯😀😀😃😄👍🌠✨
I really enjoyed eating at this place. Building itself and the property is kept up really nice and clean. The food is very good that day I ate there twice lunch and dinner. For lunch I got the taco plate which was really good I will definitely order that again. For dinner I got the Mexican plate also very good. I gave this place 5 stars for the food but as for the staff they need to learn how to greet and maybe smile one or twice at the customers. We walked up to the cashier and they just stood there waiting for us to order no greeting nothing. I went to ask for something don't remember what it was but the person just looked at me didn't bother to ask if I need anything I asked for what I needed said thank you no response. I smiled at someone and nothing so gave them 2 stars for the staff. I gave them a total of 3 over all.
Rosa's Café: Fast, Fresh, and the Best Tortillas Ever Rosa's Café is my go-to spot when I want great Tex-Mex without the wait. The food comes out ridiculously fast, but it’s always fresh and flavorful. You can tell they have their system down, because even during busy times, you’re not waiting long. Now, let’s talk about the real star, the tortillas. Rosa’s homemade tortillas are hands-down my favorite of all time. They’re soft, warm, and perfectly chewy, with just the right hint of fresh-baked goodness. Honestly, I could eat them by themselves and leave happy. But they’re even better when paired with their fajitas or used to scoop up some queso. Rosa’s nails that combo of speed, quality, and comfort food vibes. If you haven’t tried it, you’re seriously missing out, especially on those tortillas. They’re worth the trip alone.
The food was great and fast the service was wonderful. The manager was so helpful. The atmosphere was just what we expect from roses. We stopped at this one. On our way home from seeing the eclipse in Waco. We don’t have one in Tomball near the Woodlands but it was our favorite place to eat when we lived in Fort Worth.
Came here with a bunch of soccer parents. My son and I had the tamale platter and fajita combo. Both were large portions and definitely filled us up. Rosas is always consoand that’s what I like about them
We always come here whenever we're in College Station. Great food and atmosphere. The salsa bar is excellent!
Enjoyed our breakfast! The only thing, one of the orders was huevos rancheros, and we got scrambled huevos rancheros. Flour tortillas were really good, homemade taste.
The drive through service is fast, not overly friendly but just fine. The food is always out quick, hot and satisfying.
Tuesday = tacos 🌮 😋 Cannot go wrong with this place, especially with the great lunch special. I think every plate is served with tortillas and they are fresh and delicious every time. Crazy fast delivery of your order, help yourself bar of add-ons with delicious salsas.
I like the way they serve me my food!
Absolutely delicious food. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. Food was ready very fast. Everything always tastes fresh. I love it. Thank you, Rosa’s!
the BEST tortillas I've had in a long time. light, fluffy, FRESH.
Excellent customer service. I drove home after ordering two orders of queso to find that the queso was not in the bag. I called and informed the staff I was on my way back and would like a refund. When I arrived I was told the queso was in the bag. I was distraught because I absolutely knew (without actually checking) that the queso was not in the bag. The polite manager then insisted she knew the queso was in the bag because she saw it placed in there on the cameras. I proceeded to open one of the small cups in the bag, and there it was—the queso I thought had been forgotten. Of course since the cup was so small I thought it was the red salsa, but alas it was not. I had simply ordered the wrong queso size. Not only did the manager of the College Station location replace the queso with the size I wanted (after I was sure they had completely forgotten the queso), she remade the tacos I had ordered and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day with a kind smile. I cannot express my gratitude for the grace granted to me in my state of sleep deprivation, caring for a newborn and 3 year old. This manager made my entire day and reminded me that kindness and a smile—even when the customer is WRONG—goes a very long way. I am extremely grateful and wanted to share that you are in good hands at this location.
Love! We grew up loving Rosa’s in Temecula CA and have been craving it since moving to Houston. A great meal in an upbeat environment, at an affordable price. Their tortillas are freshly made and delicious.. as is the green salsa! Hoping Rosa’s expands to the Houston area soon
Great concept for this economy. Great value. You can still receive good food for a low price. I recommend buying some of their tortillas to take home
I should've been here a long time ago! Great food for a decent price. All breakfast plates are $4.59 -- with your choice of eggs, charro or refried beans, spicy or regular potatoes, and two -- made fresh daily -- flour tortillas. The salsa bar includes mild/medium/hot picante, pico de gallo, tomatillo, onions, jalapeños, you name it. I'll be back!
It is a nice restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful . The restaurant is quite festive . They have a big menu . I had the sour cream enchilada. It was very delicious. They also have tamales which are quite popular. They deserts also . The carrot cake is very tasty. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
For a chain restaurant, the food is always good and the service it what keeps me coming back.
The culture, aesthetics, and reel are amazing. The food was delicious and fast. Love the refill and get your own salsa, cilantro etc. 10/10 recommend 👌
Fast good consistent food. Been eating for over 30yrs several in Odessa and Midland was happy there was 1 here when moved in 2007
This was a wonderful ending to a very long day. I came back to college station after 20 years and I saw this was close by the hotel, so I decided to stop here. I ordered their number 56 I believe, the beef enchiladas, which are ground beef, with red enchilada sauce, rice, refried beans, fresh flour tortillas, and I added a small side of queso and chips. Everything was delicious and very filling, I couldn't finish it all but I did enjoy trying everything. The chips were nice and crisp, the queso nice and warm and cheesy, refried beans and rice were perfect especially when paired with the small salad on the side, great to combine with the queso and putting in the warm fresh flour tortillas. The tortillas are very pillowy, they must use some sort of magic sauce to make them extra soft and comforting. But that's the word I would give them, is comforting. The beef enchiladas were very good, they had ground beef, small diced potatoes and I will leave some peppers or chilies in them topped with a red sauce. Everything came out very quickly. The atmosphere is very Lively and colorful. If you're feeling sleepy all you have to do is walk into that restaurant and you will wake right up. Overall it was a nice comforting way to end the day.
This has become one of my favorite spots to eat! Food is great with no wait. Food is always delicious. Great portions and reasonably priced as well! Staff is great, smiling! Place is beautifully colorful and takes me back to my grandparents house. Highly recommend!
My all time favorite Mexican food is at Rosa's . Beautiful interior and great food .
So Rosa’s takes me way back to my West Texas days—when my Daughter and I would eat at the original location in San Angelo, TX before it became a chain/ franchise brand! But I’ll tell you what, I have yet to run into a Rosa’s location that isn’t True to its roots—Great Fresh Food (to include homemade tortillas); Friendly Customer Service; Speedy Service; GREAT Desserts to include chocolate cake and carrot cake; and the BEST complimentary condiment bar with the freshest sauces, pico de gallo, jalapeño, onions and cilantro! And don’t forget the Beautiful Ambiance with Great Spanish music playing in the background; again, every location makes the original locale Proud to carry the Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory name! I just wish there was a Rosa’s in San Antonio, TX—I believe they’d give some other Mexican restaurant chains a run for their money! And the customer is Always right—an incorrect order is fixed right away no questions asked! And, again, the Nicest Folks work there and never give you Attitude! Hardworking People all around! 👍🏽
This is a great place (especially on Taco Tuesdays) to grab some tasty food. There is usually plenty of seating, and the booths and tables are clean and comfortable. They offer a good menu.
Went here a few times in college and the experience was always good. I like the ambience and the service is great with lots of seating and nice condiment bar.
First time I went there, I ordered to-go for the Taco Tuesday special plate of 3 tacos, but accidentally left my order on the counter before leaving the restaurant with my friend. When we realized, we returned to get our order, but it was after closing time and my order was trashed. So, to make up for it, they gave me a gift card worth $15, which was more than the $10 I spent on my order, so I got a bonus for my troubles. I don't know what the food tastes like yet. I will update the review later. All I know is the service is excellent.
One of the Fastest, most delicious, and friendliest dining experiences. And by Fastest, I mean large orders in often under 10-15 minutes, sometimes even faster! Just amazing.
Celebrated Taco Tuesday here last night. The GM took my order and offered to package the to-go order separately so I wouldn’t have soggy tacos after an hour’s drive home. Happy to report that the crunchy tacos were crunchy! Delicious iced tea, too! And, of course, always a fan of the salsa bar.
What an amazing place to get some delicious, fast-food Mexican and sit-down experience. You'll go in, order your food, and they'll prepare your dish like any other fast food joint would. But once you grab your tray of food. You got this whole side bar full of fresh extra topping and sauces to pour or fill into your dish of choice. The sitting area of the whole restaurant is full of character, colors, and design. Which engolfs you the feeling of being in something more high quality. If you're looking for some fast food Mexican to eat. Come here ASAP!
It's been a long time a coming. The food, like always, is great it never disappoints me. I love their tortillas. I had their ground beef taco salad and nachos, yes, it's been that long since I have been to Rosa's. If you like grilled jalapeño peppers, I recommend the toreados. They are seasoned, grilled, and charred. Sometimes you will never know if they are mild or hot.
I absolutely love Rosas. Tortillas are awesome, everything tastes fresh, and it’s all priced very reasonably, even more so than a generic On The Border. If you like going to Taco Bell, PLEASE COMS HERE INSTEAD! It’s priced around the same range, and is a hundred times better. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already.
Quick and great food! Great service, very inviting! Restaurant is clean and easy to navigate.

Tortillas are good, great cheap option for college students to bring friends for breakfast.
Very good food and service. Everything is affordable and is a great place to dine with friends.
The best beef fajita meat I have ever put in my mouth! Highly recommend this restaurant absolutely delicious! So good went twice while on business at A&M!

Manager was very kind to make me and my husband two new plates after we ordered meals with refried beans, but forgot to ask if they were kosher first. They do contain lard, so he made sure we got black beans on the new plates and didn't charge us. Food was tasty and service great. Will return.
I usually go on Taco Tuesdays when it's pretty packed. Even so, I never have to wait long for my food. The tortilla shells are hands down the best tortillas I've ever had in my life! They're soft, fluffy, and delicious!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is bright, vibrant and authentic. The menu has a ton of options which is great. The food was great too. I would say the only thing that was confusing was when you walked in, there was confusion if you were to wait to be seated, or if you order. After I learned that you order and wait for your number to be called, I watched other guests walk in and look around with the same confusion. Maybe more signage might help? Other than that, no concerns! I would go back!
Fajitas are always good tasting here. This is my kid's favorite taco place (I prefer others). The food is always fast, hot and ready. Even when going through the drive through the food the service is quick. Good place overall with plenty of tables for big groups.
The food is great just bursting with flavor, the only down fall is the plates are a bit small. I am a loyal customer never the less. You also should get some tortillas to go they are great.
We decided to stop on the spur of the moment. The food and the prices were both very good. My food could have been a little warmer. I love the condiment bar where they told you what was hot what was mild. We ate the sopapillas which were delicious. We would come back again
Omg margaritas for 4.00 I am there. Really like their margaritas not tart or sweet they were perfect. The shell tacos are delicious. Love that salsa bar.
Solid food for the price. It was quick, there was a lot, it was cheap. Perfect for a college town. I had the three taco plate with a lump of Mexican rice a some puréed refried beans. The special treat was a nice loafy tortilla. Oh, and a salsa bar which was nice. Sadly, only margaritas from a slushee machine so that was a pass. If on a college budget, this is the place for you.

OMG!!! One Fajita Chicken soft taco is teeny tiny with NO fajita veggies, just a half dozen chicken nuggets wrapped up in a little tortilla for $5.15. I've gotten better at the gas station!

The food was average, This is reminiscent of what Taco Cabana used to be as far as the quality of food, the dining area is very nice and super clean.
Rosas Cafe and Tortilla Factory was the place to go for Fajitas! Sadly the way they cook them is not great, seems they are stewed/baked instead of placed on the grill like before. I miss the texture.
Great looking venue but really disappointed in the food we had ordered and the overall cleanliness. We had combination nachos along with chips and queso. The servers cleaning the table were polite, however; when I had asked for a couple of plates one of the persons working behind the counter handed over three dirty dishes with one being almost a bowl full of water. The server helping me saw this, poured water from the dishes unto the floor, then went and pulled three dishes from a stack of recently cleaned dishes. Strange and random experience 🤔 so my 3-star rating was not for that. My 3 star rating is for the quality of what should have been a basic fare for a Mexican restaurant in Texas. The queso was disappointing and the nachos bland. The salsa bar was a great option but it really seemed that some of the selections were not fresh. One other issue was that the place was not very clean. The 'clean' dishes - well, were not. They definitely needed another wash. I wiped the plates with napkins prior to handing them out. Additionally, more evidence of the lack of cleanliness was in the restrooms (always a great telltale of a restaurant). The woman's restroom was really bad. Really. Bad. The last gas station we had stopped at on our trip to College Station was significantly cleaner. Once more I wanted to say that the venue is perfect for a Mexican restaurant and the salsa bar was a nice option.
Atmosphere is nice and quiet. The food is okay but it never comes out hot. There were very few of us in the restaurant when we went and the food should have been hot but it was barely warm which made it not as enjoyable. There is no service as you order at the counter and pick it up yourself so I have no waiting for that.
We have been going to several Rosa's around the state and always enjoyed the food since we discovered them back in 2008. This was the 1st time at this location and we were very disappointed. Nothing tasted as good as what we have had at any other locations. I don't know if we will go back to this one, but for now, we will not.
The food was neither overwhelming or underwhelming. The salsa is not store made....bummer. But the atmosphere was that of any chain restaurant. The same. I did get the feeling I overpaid for what I got. 5/10 would eat there again if with friends who like the place. Probably wouldn't go their solo or with a significant other.
Thought this was a sit down and order type restaurant but you order your food with a cashier and they call your number to pick up your food. Had the deluxe Mexican plate so I could try their taco, enchilada, tostada, and tamale. Lots of food but nothing that really stood out. Wife had the chicken and beef tacos and said they were ok. Our friend had the nachos and liked them.
Overall the food was delicious for the pricing. The colors werr very beautiful and the price was not bad for the quantity. On tuesday, they held a special menu item for cheaper. However, they did make a mistake with my order wrote cheese instead of chicken in my food. The inside was very cold and was hard to enjoy my food while freezing.

A pretty standard Rosa's cafe. The food is decent but definitely fast Tex-Mex food. The salsa and condiment bar is always a bit iffy & questionable when it comes to freshness.

It had been a long time since we had been there, only once. Today was a reminder why. I ordered beef enchiladas and asked for no onions and the girl repeated " no onions". I'm guessing that she doesn't eat there because there were onions in the beef. The enchiladas were very bland. I have never had refried beans that runny and bland. The rice had no flavor aka bland. The best part of the meal was the tortillas. The same thing for the hot sauce. I asked for the hottest sauce, guess what...no heat and runny. I'm quite sure that I won't go back. Sorry for the bad review.
Food was not authentic mexican food. Order the ultimate not visually appealing. Very inexpensive. You get what you pay for. Ordered off the breakfast menu.
I have never left a bad review in my life but I have tried to overlook it, a few of the employees are just very very rude and hateful. Rush your order and rushing you to pay not to mention have messed up my order many times yet I didn’t say anything. It just continues to happen and there’s one girl in specific who seems to really hate her job. No smile, no greeting just always so hateful! That is definitely something they need to work on, anywhere else I go its not like that.
Food was mid but staff were nice and environment was good. Egregiously expensive for mediocre food. Better options for cheap, fast Mexican food are available all around town.
Not authentic Mexican food. We were hoping for a real Mexican dining experience, but the food was very disappointing — it tasted more like fast food than a traditional taquería. The flavors weren’t authentic, and the staff wasn’t very helpful or attentive. Overall, it felt more like a Taco Bell than a genuine Mexican restaurant. Definitely not what we expected.
This was my first time here, and honestly, the food was disappointing if you’ve ever had real, authentic Mexican cuisine. It reminded me of a fancier Taco Bell. I ordered the chili verde plate expecting something spicy and green, but instead, I got a brown, bland dish that didn’t match the name at all. It seems like they’ve toned down the flavors to cater to a milder palate. If you prefer bold, traditional flavors, this is not the place for you, it’s e for people who prefers subtle bland taste. Also they used American cheese for the cheese enchiladas so that’s the kind of place this is. Tortillas taste like they actually made it how they supposed to taste so that’s the only good thing I could say abt the food..
The service was bad when we were ordering, they got our order wrong and then when we tried to get the dish replaced they charged us additionally. The enchiladas were stale, the chicken was rubbery,…

This restaurant has a 4.5 star rating with 1800+ reviews. Who wrote those good reviews? 1800 drunk starving students? This was the worst Mexican food I’ve had since that time I decided to try the enchiladas at a mall food court in Kentucky. Sorry, I don’t like to post negative reviews, but my lunch was truly awful. 😞
I spent 12.44 for an enchilada plate, and asked for the tiny white envelope of chips that's included with many entrees. Maria told me it'd be $4.32 more. Then she said she couldn't just ring up chips- it'd have to be for an order of queso or guacamole. I would have spent a dollar or two, but not $5 more. Taco Bueno isn't this chinchy, and they include them.with dinners.. I gave up on the chips, and this is my first and last vist to this Rosa's. Wow. Transaction was at 7:27 pm on 4/15/25.
My taco don’t have any meat only 2 pieces and I have to get a etra meat and I and in pain for almost $15 for my taco. So mad 😡 and the rest of my grup got the same taco and the taco its fine but my no meat I let them know to the cashier look at my taco and he said you’ll have to pay for another one if you want more meat 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 never back here again
They make tortillas but yet sell store bought chips smdh. The burritos are actually taco's. Find another Mexican restaurant n try your luck somewhere else... Not worth it at all!!!
We should have turned around and walked out as the man was taking our order for the simple fact that he was a bit rude. We sat down to eat, and our chicken tacos were not very good. The crunchy beef tacos were okay, but the soft tacos were cold because they were loaded down with more lettuce and tomatoes than with meat. Hope someone else has a better experience and a good time. We will not be back!
Ordered tamales online.... $80.00 worth for a family Christmas party. I ordered chicken and pork. Both were mainly masa. Hardly any meat. Both were so spicy we could not eat them. I have contacted them numerous times, but the manage has never gotten back to me. Our family will never order tamales again from there.
I don’t like to post negative reviews. But after visiting this location many of times, being a customer since the very first store in Midland, I have become extremely disappointed in this company’s lack of providing great service and sending the customer home with an incorrect meal every single time we visit. I specifically asked for no cheese, double rice. This is what I see when I get home. I’m lactose intolerant, so it wouldn’t be an issue otherwise. Also asked for a side of green sauce, and got nothing. Every visit to Rosa’s has become more and more disappointing and for $9 a plate, this is not worth the money.
Sent a friend to pick lunch up and I love Rosa’s and my sour-cream sauce with tamales or enchiladas and the last two visits now I have been receiving not so good quality food and very disappointing not only has lunch/dinner quality of food is down but breakfast as well… so disappointing.. this sauce looks terrible and not so appetizing and the staff seems bored and not welcoming at all… it’s definitely been a change and not a good one..
I purchased the double beef fajita fiesta. It is supposed to be 2 lbs of meat. It was on two separate sizzling platters with peppers and onions, all good. Except it’s not a pound per platter as represented. They claim that is pre cooked weight, and that they serve you 12 ounces. I think the weight includes the onions and peppers, very misleading. I told them when I go to a restaurant and buy meat by the pound, a pound should be a pound, not like buying a burger that had the weight of the patty prior to cooking. I suspect between both platters it may have totaled one pound. We felt ripped off, and still hungry.
Smells so terribly strongly of heavy chemical floor cleaner or something. Nauseating fabuloso smell or something.
The enchiladas gave my fiancée food poisoning. Don’t recommend this place for anything other than tacos.
I have been here several times and never got bad service till today. Took wrong order and people working were rude amd disrespectful never coming back again
