This place was very clean and the staff were friendly. The 1st time we visited such a clean branch. Thanks. Keep your cleanliness and beautiful smiles on your face. The portion was really decent in this branch.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and many times it’s been absolutely disgusting however last night was just the opposite it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it!! It’s obvious there’s a new manger in this location and one that actually cares, thank you 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Tofu option was in stock plus veggies. The brown cilantro rice was cooked thoroughly. The dark brown salsa taste perfect! Welcoming customer service. Thank you for asking me if my bowl had enough of each ingredient. Most other locations rush it and assume I am choosing another meat option and skims on the tofu and veggies which leaves me with just rice and beans. Clean spot too!

The staff here is very nice and every time i place a mobile order through my app it’s always never an issue! my bowl is always a great amount and not skimped or if i get tacos they are always full and have everything i asked for inside of them. Their white rice is always so good every time i come always the perfect texture.

Chipotle delivered a great experience during our visit. The food was fresh and well-prepared, with plenty of staff ensuring everything in the kitchen ran smoothly. The dining room was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded, even though it was lunchtime, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Love this location. Management has changed drastically in a good way. The new manager there has got a lot of new, friendly faces in there that are polite and friendly. The food has gotten better here as well than it did a year ago. The store is very clean and normally quiet. I enjoy coming here because i never have to wait in line or worry about corn being in my sour cream they keep the service lines fairly clean. There is one employee or manager with red hair that always looks so grumpy even when she is serving a customer so i would recommend to ask for someone else to serve you.

So my family and I go here every week for taco Tuesday without fail and the food has been great! Staff has consistently been kind and taken care of us, but there is a new employee there who has treated us with disrespect and been an overall rude person. She is a middle-aged woman with auburn hair and she smokes. In case the owner of this location is reading this, you are going to lose customers if she continues to treat people this way. I personally feel sorry for her because she is obviously not a happy person and has made a poor choice by being in the service industry.

One employee ruined the experience for us. She had bad attitude, and would ignore us when standing at the counter. She was talking to co-workers and acted like we were interrupting her conversation. I had to ask her a couple times what she said because she was mumbling. I have a photo of the situation. Can’t bring myself to post it. She’s only a kid.

Today’s order had chips I could barely chew because they were so hard and chewy. I paid almost $9 for the chips and queso for my family meal. And we didn’t order online because the online orders escially have really small portions or get things wrong. So we went inside to order our $50 worth of food, only to have stale hard undercooked chips. Do better Chipotle Colleyville!

The best thing about chipotle is their Chips and Guac. There rest is just mediocre. However, today their Guac was brown and their chips were stale. How can you be bad at the one thing you are known for. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location if I’m in the mood for their chips and Guac.

I placed a pickup order for 910pm and came at 9, it was ready, however it was freezing cold, warm guac and sour cream… I asked the man with glasses for new sides and he rolled his eyes and a new order to be made since it was cold.. thankfully the very VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL girl who was there re made it and it was fine after that. The guy with glasses can find a new job. He was not kind or friendly and had a horrible attitude. I will never come back because of him. I’m paying $15 I want it made fresh on time. Not an hour before like he claimed he did.

There were no employees at the counter to take our order. They were in the back. One employee slowly walks up to start washing your hands. No one ever greets us or says we’ll be with you. The employees barely spoke to either one of us. There is absolutely zero customer service at this store. Please train your employees to learn how to speak to their customers I’ll be visiting other chipotle locations in the area from now on

If this were my place of business I would correct this lack of customer service ASAP, as it is an absolute deterrent to patrons.

Frequent this chipotle a lot and their Togo situation is pretty average to below average. Whenever I pick up my food I am never greeted, people are on their phone or talking to the others. I walked in today and the woman at the register didn’t even look my way as I stood there. Have some decency and greet people especially customers.

Just left and not happy with my experience! The girl putting my bowl together was very rude. I came in at 9:15. 45 minutes before close, there was no beans, not much meat to choose from, no chips available to purchase. When it came to check out, the girl didn’t ask if I wanted a drink. She just told me my total nothing else. It was as if I was an inconvenience for her. As she was checking me out and I was paying, she turned her back and started talking to another employee. There was no tea, almost all the sodas were out of order besides sprite and Mr Pibb. $13 for a bowl and it wasn’t worth that.

Thought before ordering about walking out. Wish that I had. There was dried, old food spilled on the stainless bins that hold the food. Looked like it hadn't been wiped clean for some time. There was a delivery person there picking up an order and for whatever reason, an employee took him to the kitchen area looking for the order. The food was okay, but me and my husband both got sick within 2 hours of eating it. Never again. Ugh.

Edit- DO NOT ORDER ONLINE TO THIS LOCATION. If you do, check food at restaurant when you pick it up. Placed an online order, double meat Al pastor burrito bowl. After picking up and checking bowl. I barely received a single serving of meat. Bowl was messy, very few toppings. Charged almost 19 dollars. Contacted customer support for a refund. That was the last straw, no longer a Chipotle customer. Not sure what is going on at this Chipotle. Been coming to this location since it opened, but things have changed for the worse. Arrived at 11:30AM on Friday, multiple customers waiting at counter without anyone helping them. Employees sitting at tables eating. After someone finally decided to help the customers, no Al Pastor, most of the hotel pans were almost empty, no sofritas ready, grilled vegetables looked as if they had been sitting there since the day before. Just an overall feeling of bad management and employees that take zero pride in their job.

I tried to report my experience on the Chipotle website and kept getting an error message. I went there for lunch today around 12:15 pm and the young lady at the beginning of the line had an attitude out of this world. I never write reviews but someone needs to train her better on customer service. You could tell she had an attitude but to be rude towards customers is so unprofessional. Do better Chipotle!

Will never go back. Bad experience and tried to get to speak with store manager. Had to go to a central customer service area. They took my info and never heard back from anyone. Went to the store a few days ago. Finally spoke to what I was told was the manager. A young 20something guy who folded his arms and swayed back and forth as I talked. All he said was sorry you had a bad experience. Didn't care at all. It is what it is so I adopted the same attitude to the shop and it is what it is as I spend my $$ elsewhere.

These bowls get more expensive and they give you less and less food . Especially since you cant get much cheaper than rice which they barely cover the bottom. And this is double steak which made up most of it. This colleyville location seems to be the worst as far as the amount they guve you.

To be in Colleyville, I’m surprised that this is one of the worst locations due to the staff. They are consistently rude, lazy and unprofessional. They are “out” of something everything time we go. Steak, lettuce, chips, you name it. The employees are all kids with no sense of urgency. Every single table is dirty and to top all of this off, this location is slightly more expensive than the neighboring one in Euless.

Guacamole was dark and old. Couldn't even taste it in my bowl. The corn salsa tastes like straight salt. Terrible! I would not recommend eating here, ordering here, or online. Can't even call and talk to live person because of automated robot system. That's a cop out! And yes, I've already complained directly on the website. Disappointed is an understatement. Never again!

The workers decided to start putting the chairs up on the tables like they were fixing to close… at 7:30PM. They don’t close until 10PM. At one point, there was only 2 available tables total in the entire restaurant to eat, 1 of them one of the workers was eating at and surfing their phone. As we were walking out, 2 customers that were walking in, completely confused if they were closed or open, decided to get their food to go. Lazy workers, but maybe they thought they were in UK time zone instead of Central time zone….Happens to the best of us. I should have sat on the chair on top of the table and kept eating. Also, they skimp you on rice, only leaving you a few sprinkles unless you ask for more. Lastly, they didn’t drain any of the pico or corn, so my salad bowl I ordered turned into soup. Definitely mid, not boujee and not sigma or alpha.

the staff was so rude to us. they yelled at me & my friends for talking & laughing. they are extremely strict on us leaving right at 10. they did kick us out at 10 which was rude. i do not want to attend here again. food was bad. there was a leaf in my friends food. they added more things that my friend did not want. i will not be back here.

This was my go to after gym meal religiously for the past 2 years. Never had a problem with the food until last week I got my usual salad bowl with chicken. Raw meat. I called and talked to Chris the GM. I came back and spoke to who I assume was a supervisor and got the meal comped. From my experience on both sides of the food industry it’s customary to not only comp the mistake but to offer a bit more in return.especially serving something that would make someone sick like raw chicken. Anyways, won’t be back. Here’s a pic of raw chicken.

just so everyone knows, this chipotle location expects you to walk behind the staff counter to get your order. sat there for ten minutes staring at the bag that did end up being my food, but the two workers were doing other tasks so surely it must not be done! no, it was, i finally lost patience and flagged the lady down, told her my name and she handed me my bag. so these people finished my order then DIDNT THINK to put it on the pickup shelf before going to do other tasks. my mistake chipotle next time ill walk behind your counter and grab my own god damned food

Worst manager works at this location. I will never return here again and corporate needs to get involved! The black girl with the red bun is so rude when she ask you what u want to order and rolled her eyes when my son wasn’t sure on what protein he wanted to pick. She is so impatient and then pushed my bowl for someone else to make. Never have i been anywhere in a restaurant and was treated so poorly by an employee. If it wasn’t for her this place would be good but i recommend going to a different chipotle down the street. The environment is so terrible and definitely don’t make the customers feel welcomed or wanted and rushed !

We come here from time to time and I cannot eat their meat. Every time until tonight they would not make me a quesadilla with corn salsa inside. It seemed the workers were maybe new? But not sure how you cant charge me for a side of corn salsa and put it in the quesadilla.

This location used to be great, but today was AWFUL. My teenager ordered queso on her bowl and although she thought it looked a little weird, she didnt have the confidence to say so...when she got at home and showed me I tried to say, oh its fine, --- but I looked and it was absolutely curdled (and the chips tasted like they were made days ago). Sometimes they are slightly stale but these were inedible. Trash. I took the bowl back and the queso in the line was still the same yellow curdled chunky mess instead of white creamy looking queso they usually have. The manager had the nerve to act like it was my daughter's fault for accepting it instead of their fault for continuing to serve it. She said it got too hot. She did chunk it and put out a new container. Bottom line is it shouldn't take a customer complaint to see that you're serving something that is absolutely the poorest of quality and disgusting. And trust me, I had no interest in driving back up to Chipotle or writing this, but there was no choice-- it ruined the whole bowl (and looked like vomit). We have probably gone there 30 times in the last year and this visit and this employee was the worst.

We come here from time to time and I cannot eat their meat. Every time until tonight they would not make me a quesadilla with corn salsa inside. It seemed the workers were maybe new? But not sure how you cant charge me for a side of corn salsa and put it in the quesadilla.

I asked for steak. I was charged for extra steak. I ordered medium drink, was handed and charged for a large drink. Food felt stale. 24$ felt a lot for that meal.

just so everyone knows, this chipotle location expects you to walk behind the staff counter to get your order. sat there for ten minutes staring at the bag that did end up being my food, but the two workers were doing other tasks so surely it must not be done! no, it was, i finally lost patience and flagged the lady down, told her my name and she handed me my bag. so these people finished my order then DIDNT THINK to put it on the pickup shelf before going to do other tasks. my mistake chipotle next time ill walk behind your counter and grab my own god damned food

Worst manager works at this location. I will never return here again and corporate needs to get involved! The black girl with the red bun is so rude when she ask you what u want to order and rolled her eyes when my son wasn’t sure on what protein he wanted to pick. She is so impatient and then pushed my bowl for someone else to make. Never have i been anywhere in a restaurant and was treated so poorly by an employee. If it wasn’t for her this place would be good but i recommend going to a different chipotle down the street. The environment is so terrible and definitely don’t make the customers feel welcomed or wanted and rushed !

This location used to be great, but today was AWFUL. My teenager ordered queso on her bowl and although she thought it looked a little weird, she didnt have the confidence to say so...when she got at home and showed me I tried to say, oh its fine, --- but I looked and it was absolutely curdled (and the chips tasted like they were made days ago). Sometimes they are slightly stale but these were inedible. Trash. I took the bowl back and the queso in the line was still the same yellow curdled chunky mess instead of white creamy looking queso they usually have. The manager had the nerve to act like it was my daughter's fault for accepting it instead of their fault for continuing to serve it. She said it got too hot. She did chunk it and put out a new container. Bottom line is it shouldn't take a customer complaint to see that you're serving something that is absolutely the poorest of quality and disgusting. And trust me, I had no interest in driving back up to Chipotle or writing this, but there was no choice-- it ruined the whole bowl (and looked like vomit). We have probably gone there 30 times in the last year and this visit and this employee was the worst.
