This is the best Wendy's for miles. Good prices, excellent and prompt service, and most of all this is the only Wendy's with those newfangled coke machines with all the flavors, and thus *free refills*.
This is a really convenient Wendy's near two shopping plazas and the post office. The restaurant is bright and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive and food is good. Would definitely go here again. Recommended.
This is the only Wendy's location I choose to eat at I've never had a problem with the food and it's nice and piping hot everytime and fresh. The employees are always nice and cordial. 5 🍟🍟🍟🍟🍟 out of 5 for me 👍
kiana is the best her service was by far the best I ever received. She not only took my order precisely she greeted me and made me feel welcome. The food was great and hot and kiana thanked me and invited me back to return. Dining room was open. They made the fries with salt this time (yum). Coke Zero was excellent. Dave's Classic Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese and Pretzel Roll for $1.00 extra was excellent. EXCELLENT. DINING ROOM TO COMMUNICATE. EXCELLENT.
Terrible. All my food was completely burnt, and they don't bother to put up a roof or staff the place. Nobody at the drive-thru, no matter how long I honk the horn. The floors could use some cleaning, too. Smells like something was burning.

So glad they are doing well after the fire! I stopped by for the first time since about a week before it happened and the fries were better than most Wendy's I've been to, the frosty was delish as well.

This was only the second time at this particular Wendy's. I go there. Periodically when I go to Harbor Freight and or the 99 cent City store. Which is located in the same Plaza on Route 155 and and Central Avenue. Enjoyed my time. Always do.
The staff here are great! Collin went out of his way to make sure me and my family were getting the best deal and that was really appreciated! He took the time to make us feel important. The only downfall is that there weren’t any vegetarian options for sandwiches.
Not as nice as the Wendy's we've been to in Glens Falls, but decent overall. Had some time to kill while waiting for something we needed to pick up, so stopped in for a quick bite. What really impressed me was the gentleman who waited on us. What a kind, patient man. Very helpful and generous. Wish I had taken notice of his name so I could give him props. He was working Tuesday 11/07/2023 around noon.
The manager, a man, at this Wendy's (by Kohl's Plaza and Moe's 1770 Central Ave. location) is super kind and always makes you feel like a valued customer! I would say this is the very best Wendy's!!!
Stopped in today 5/1 @ 3:15pm and accidentally threw my receipt away so I couldn't do the survey, instead I am leaving a positive review. Being I used to previously manage this location a few years ago, I wanted to make sure recognition is given where it's deserved. Iffat made my sandwich, and I remember her from the Latham location. She is always so kind and friendly and has the most beautiful smile. All other staff who I spoke to were extremely friendly and kind as well. I ordered on the mobile app while sitting in their parking lot, I walked in RIGHT after placing it and my food was handed to me in less than a minute. The food was hot and tasty and customized just how I specified in the app. The remodel and the change of staff seems to be doing this location justice. I live closer to the 1335 central ave location, but I make it a point to come here instead of 1335 central because that place is a hot mess. That location should really take some tips from 1770 because they are doing it right! Thanks Iffat! And Wendy's team @ 1770 Central!
I always get the Cobb salad, which is usually amazing but this time, although I was charged for extra bacon. I did not receive it, and they actually put less bacon than usual. I travel all the way to the one in colonie on central Ave, because they make it perfect. I was pissed I traveled all the way from east Greenbush for this order.
My favorite fast food joint in town. The orders are always correct in the drive thru, staff is perfectly bilingual and accommodating. Half Wendy's, half Tim's, very good experiences everytime.
Awesome manager, Luke. Was helping staff. Fantastic and friendly cashier, Kasharri. Good food a must visit, NEW facility!!!! EDIT**** I came in on 7/16/19, so sorry to hear Luke is no longer an employee/manager. He was the only manager I ever saw on the floor working with and directing the employees. The former GM was always hold up in the back. I'm glad the former GM is gone.
this is a good Wendy's. (once my bag was 1 chicken nugget short. I never addressed it at the restaurant. would be nice if the app had a way to correspond order inaccuracies.)

Everything was great. Staff is great. Seems loud in the restaurant though and it can make it hard to hear the staff.
This is a clean, friendly Wendy's. They are fast, the orders are always correct and the food is exactly how it should be. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine which is amazing. I use the app to order so it's really nice that you can see every choice. The drink value is great because there are usually in-app coupons for a free drink with any purchase. The largest is $3.99 which is great to get at $0. There are so many diet choices for the beverages. Other restaurants have diet cola only. When I arrive at midnight and have 80+ sugar free/diet choices with my hot food, that really makes me happy. The other Wendy's I've visited definitely don't have that Freestyle machine. Other fast food apps let you use your coupon offer or the reward points you earn from previous purchases. The Wendy's app lets you do both which is nice. I have been to this Wendy's dozens of times in the past year or two and never had a negative experience.
Order from here a lot, all I have to say is check your order before going far. Rare that you get everything as you ordered it but always tastes great. When they don't forget to put sauce on baconator anyway.
First experience negative in that they opened up later for breakfast. Not a minus on the rating since lots of places are short staffed. The food was hot and tasty.
Thru drive thru good service girl a little rude but good other wise food fast and good unlike the other Wendy's we stopped three people left because they didn't get waited on another came in because they were waiting to long for their food so we left drove down the road to this Wendy's in and out
I go to Wendy's quite a bit after work because it's the only thing open late at night like that there's one worker that works than there his name is 22 Best workers there very pleasant Very efficient then there's one girl that works late a pretty bad disposition about her so whenever I go there I'm hoping that she isn't working the drive-through but otherwise love the food
I was the first in line at the drive-thru and placed my order. The Host (order taker), Luke, was very friendly and patient while I looked the menu over. There was no one behind me at the time. The Cashier, Ladezma, was friendly and I paid with Wendy's Mobile Pay app. I had to wait at least 5-8 minutes for my food (maybe 10), but I was okay with that. I noticed a drive-thru line formed now. Probably 4-5 cars. When I was handed my food, Luke apologized for the wait. I said, no problem as long as my food is hot. He said it should be. I drove into the parking lot and was disappointed to see that my large fries were cold and the fry container was half full. Literally, half full. I should of taken a picture. As I walked across the parking lot into Wendy's, Luke saw me coming from the drive-thru window and figured there must have been an issue. As I walked up to the counter, he turned to me with a bag of large hot fries and apologized. It was as if he knew. I handed him my half full cold fries, and again he apologized for the inconvenience. The reason I am writing such a long review is because, Luke (got his name off of my receipt) was one step ahead of me, friendly, and immediately took care of me. That is GREAT customer service and that is what I value the most! Thank you for doing a good job Luke! You turned my experience around!
I think it was the manager, anyway he is always there and he was very nice, pleasant and courteous. . Also, very pleased with my order!
This place is super busy during the lunch rush during the week. Check your order before you leave. Kind of a pain to pull in and out of considering its location on route 9. Clean inside the workers have good customer service skills. Prices are reasonable.
Probably the better of the fast food stops. 4 stars for variety. Quality is typical. Tried Smashburger last week. Should have gone here. I had a hard time finding the burger at Smashburger. For the same $, I got 2 large patties with bacon, here.
Once they remodeled the inside, it became much more efficient. The drive through is a little wacky in how you have to contest with other vehicles, but overall if you want a clean and efficient Wendy's, give this one a go.
After a long hiatus from having their dining room open this location is back to both drive thru and eat in. If you've eaten there in the past then you know what to expect nothing has changed. If one soda machine is out of a flavor check the second one. Overall friendly staff and steady food.
Ordered 2 apple pecan salads and 2 singles w cheese..burgers were fine but didn't get my pecans with my salads. Drive thru stink because you have to check your order or get short changed. Not the first time, my bad. Otherwise you would have gotten 5 stars..
Only thing i would say is your better off not getting a meal cause it was basicly 7 bux for a burger or 12.37 for a meal and all you get with burger is a drink and a few fries for another 6 bux other than that good food and friendly service
Hit the drive-thru before my meeting. Service was fine. Food was fine. It was much better than my experience at the other store.
I went here one afternoon and started my day with the worst possible service. First of all it took about 10 minutes just to receive my bacon deluxe meal. After finally receiving my food, I opened up the wrapping just to find a burger with some cheese. I will never be attending this place of business again. The staff is unprofessional and slow for there only being 2 customers in the entire store.
Food was actually good but management and employees at this location could care less about doing ANYTHING quickly....there was a line to the door at lunchtime rush and nobody working there had any hustle to get people through the line.
Food was a little stale, almost had nothing available and the frosty's that I and my family had were watered down. Service was great and employee's were nice.
I used to stop and Wendy's all the time as a tractor trailer driver that needs to rely on road food. But charging 50 cents each for chicken nuggets!!!! I like their food but I cannot afford these prices they are outrageous in my opinion
I gave a 3 star overall due to the prices. To expect people to pay just under $15 for a bacon cheeseburger, small fry and small soda is absurd!!
Drive through, asked guy, DO YOU HAVE SWEET TEA....yes ma'am. Orderd the food and got to the room. Tea WAS NOT SWEET. Always try the drink before driving off. Lesson learned. Other than that shocker food was hot and fresh.
horrible experience but I called the location and the manager Jimmy rectified it. I will get the order on the house if I go back. Keeping the review in case he isn't there and the staff question things. I do appreciate him remedying the situation. 1. Menu board has most of its lights out so you can't even order from it. You have to look online to see what you want. 2. Wait was very long..two cars drove over the curb to exit the line. 3. food was horrible. I am so mad for not trying it before I left. The fries were like hot raw potato mush. The worst I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. the $8 chicken sandwich was rubber. I literally through $11 in the garbage. 4. The young woman was in training (i hope she was) and that is all good. However, some people are not raised learning basic manners. My google assistant is more polite and more pleasant. If I hear back from someone I may bump it up. If I don't hear from someone I will bring it down to a 1 star.
It's an over priced Wendy's. Nothing great nothing bad to say. Food is ok and convenient.
As fast food goes, it's better than average. Their fish filet sandwich is better than any other fast food version I've had. They have some good value meals. My only complaint with this store is that over 2 years after a total rebuild, they still don't provide for app-based ordering. So, 4 stars for Wendy's as a chain and two stars for this particular location... averages out to three.

The person taking orders was not paying attention and did not give me my soda. There was a window with a guy and when I was passing by he said where are you going didn't make it Clear that I had to pay there then when I got up to the other Window I only payed for 2 Sodas only got one
We were going to dine in but upon entering the restaurant the floors were slippery and my grandson slipped and fell. Not only were the floors slippery, but so were the carpets. It was also very dirty.
Initial greeting at the drive thru was pleasant, seemed like another employee got irritated at me and my fiancée and gave us a very irate "what is your order" ordered two meal deals, both things of fries were not fully cooked and were completely cold. Seemed like it had been out under the heat lamps for longer than food health and safety standards. This is the second time this year I've been disappointed by a Wendy's. After the remodel this particular one just changed for the worst. Save your money and go to the McDonalds down the road, or I love NY pizza on the corner.
The Indian woman manager is very rude. I will call coperate office to report at night she always closes early and they probably loose hundreds of thousand and they don't even know.its a shame seriously like all lights are on but they are cleaned up already and on the go by 1230
Didn't get a spoon, ordered a burger and got chicken, ordered a medium meal and a large meal. We got some kid size small fries. I was very disappointed for $27.00 for 2 meals and they weren't even correct. They said ran out of fry containers.
Went through on a Sunday at noon with nobody else in the line to mix up our order with. Somehow request for a ten piece meal plus a six piece and a junior bacon biggy bag was translated into a 6 piece meal no ten piece but a chicken sandwich along with the biggie bag. The cheeseburger was barely thrown together and almost no bacon. I'd understand if it was a busy lunch rush but what happened here?
Rude help, received someone else’s order, then after returning to receive correct order, it was screwed up as well. Bathroom was beyond disgusting; area behind counter had debris, paper, food scattered everywhere on the floor.
I'm not a fan of McDonald's or Burger King but was craving a fish sandwich today so I stopped at my favorite fast food restaurant. When I got to the drive through I was told that fish sandwiches are a "seasonal" item and right now they don't offer them on their menu. Highly disappointed, and due to design - unable to get out of the drive through, I changed my order to a grilled chicken. I asked for lettuce, tomato and extra mayo (NO PICKLE as pickles have no business on a chicken sandwich!) This item came to $6.90! For a single chicken sandwich! Maybe I've been under a rock, but that seems high. What I got was a piece of chicken which was sort of slimy on the outside, a wilted piece of lettuce a thin slice of tomato, a little mayo and some sort of mildly spiced mystery sauce which I didn't ask for. Not worth the money by any means. The drive through person was only 1/2 attentive toward me and was on the edge of having an attitude. It will be a while before I return.
Very bad service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get cold food. It would of been to painful to go back and complain due to the incompetent staff whom had the personality of a rug. To bad the owners do not care
Literally the slowest wendys I've ever been to. It is not a single occurrence either. 2 cars in front of me and I waited for 40 minutes. 30 another evening. You'd be better off going anywhere else if you're in a hurry.

Me my sister and her friend ordered ordered 2 things of nuggets with barbecue sauce didn’t get barbecue sauce with it ordered 2 lemonade’s and a Dr Pepper only got one cuz one of the workers started drinking it and argued that we only ordered one when we asked where the second one was and showed us the receipt telling us it says one when it clearly said 2 but the nuggets were good still sad I didn’t get barbecue sauce to enjoy it with 🥲
10:23 am got here at 10:15 am Drive thru was not open yet. Doors are locked. Our food is ice cold. That's wild. They aren't even opening the doors to the public. Also the phone number does not work to call them.
Went here today for a quick bite and ordered a 5$ biggie bag. I not only had to wait 15 minutes for someone to talk in drive thru. I got my sandwich and it was cold no straws and no sauce that I asked for. Ridiculous. Poor customer service
Cold food, cost more for a single burger meal at Wendy's than 5 guys double cheeseburger and fries . While waiting for my food seen multiple people come in because they screwed up the drive thru order. I also felt awful after eating there. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to Wendy's anymore.
I ordered a taco salad and after 25 minutes i finally got it and there were 4 ppl there all i got was a plain salad in a bag with no dressing napkins or utensils and couldnt sit down to eat it anyway because the tables looked like they havent been wiped down in days
Burger looked liked it was sitting for hours. The trash between the condiments was over flowing and smelled really bad. Was mad I even stopped. Upper Central by Post office they used to be clean food fresh. What happened. The uniforms and appearance of staff was not neat and wrinkled, not dirty apron the one lady had on it was filthy.
Wendys on central Avenue near Fuller Road is terrible. Dining room not open. No sign alerting people of this. Drive thru is backed up around building and out to central Avenue. Waited 15 minutes and still never got to order 6 cars still ahead of me. If you want "fast food" don't go there. Your lunch break will be over before you can order food.
Probably the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to! Standing at the counter and all you can smell is vomit. Looked into the kitchen and there was food on the floor and the machines were all gross. Pretty sure my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from this place. DO NOT GO HERE! ITS GROSS!

They did not gave me a sandwich so I had to return after I was standing in line for good 15 minutes. When I opened the salad bag, I realized they did not gave me a pecan pack for my apple-pecan salad. They didn't gave me a receipt so I have to write here instead of talktowendys.com asking the restaurant number.
Food was terrible! Soggy fries no salt. Chicken sandwich was as dry as cardboard lime it had been under the lamp for days. Burger was dry as well. Not what I expected for a new store. New building same crapy food!!!

An older African American male took my order. Gave me an attitude for no reason at all, kept saying "Iz dat it?" "iz dat it?" ... and kept raising his voice for no reason at all. It was a very terrible experience and if it wasn't for my kids, I would have canceled the order entirely. Wendys needs to stop hiring ex felons. For context - the guy acted and sounded like rapper Ice Cube. Do better Wendys.
This is the worst Wendy's in the area. My daughter and I stopped here for dinner 1 night and they served me cold food and was mad thatvi asked for fresh food. We had touched the fries 🍟 and which were cold and they put them back in the fry bin to serve to the next customer. When I was telling the employee that is not practicing food safety and would like to speak to the manager, the manager ran in the back and wouldn't speak to me. I will not go to this Wendy's ever again. If you want Wendy's you need to go the one in Glenville or Glenmont. I'm not sure about the Wendy's in Troy on Hoosick St because I haven't been there yet.
This location is not open at 7am (at least during the weekdays). I have tried to order from this location through the drive thru a couple of times during my work week (I visit around 7:30am) and waited for over 5 minutes at the speaker, I pull up to the pickup window and didn't see anyone inside. Waited a few minutes longer then left. I really like this Wendy's because they usually are there and really nice. I hope they don't close permanently. They just rehabbed the place after the fire.
Absolute joke. Surprised they are still open. 8/4 Tried one more time. Ordered Sausage Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin. Get it home, open and zero sausage. Great attention to detail.
I was craving Wendy’s usually never eat at fast food. I wanted a small Asiago ranch which I clearly said. Get to window was given a large and the price is ridiculous. The manager was right there and he was not nice. So they had no problem swapping my 2 large sodas for a small and I said well is this the same price. I was told yes. I looked online when I got home and it clearly is not. So not only did they take my large soda for a small they did not give me.a refund. Will never be back again!!!!!
ordered through uber eats at 10:45 pm and the older short Indian lady inside screamed at me we’re closed on the opposite side of the kitchen and then disappeared to the back. very disturbing. i just lost $16 cause she wanted to be lazy and not do her job. disgusting find better employees.
Nice remodel is the only positive thing about this place. Ordered a small fish meal through the drive thru. The fries were stone cold and unevenly cooked, some we're raw! The fish was overcooked on the outside, literally dark and the inside was barely done. You need to check the fry times! Will not be returning at this location.
Terrible. Fast food? Nope, how about slow food - 20 min wait for a hamburger and an order of fries with only 2 other people in front of me at the drive thru. The worker had the completion of a robot and showed no emotion or even said anything as he there the food at me. Customer service? Not here. The burger tasted like cardboard and the fries like Styrofoam. No more Wendy's for me from now on. I think chewing on a branch and drinking from a urinal will give me better flavor and sustenance than any Wendy's 'restaraunt'.
That colored female working between the hours of 1-2pm , she was definitely there at 1:40pm when taking our order, was very rushy and rude in our drive thru order, pushing us through and cutting off my boyfriend by guessing his order instead of listening, then just immediately after taking his drink , that we just said sure to because it was the 3rd time she was pushing our order for us, didn’t take another breath before she was telling us to pull ahead. I wanted no tomato with my order but my boyfriend couldn’t get our own order out of his lips because she did all the talking. Because we didn’t get a chance to speak at the speaker, we tried telling her at the window no tomatoes, which she took that opportunity to mouth off about how we should’ve said that before, through the order she literally rushed and didn’t let us speak through. Which I understand it’s already made, I used to work in fast food too starting off, I know how it goes , but I also know you don’t mouth off to and rush your customers . Guess we just won’t be going there at all anymore , and seems that girl hates her job so maybe this review will help
Gave me 2 cold - like brick cold - bacon cheeseburgers. Asked for new ones, they microwaved them to be hot as anything and then must’ve dragged em on the floor with the amount of burnt like crust wiped onto the bun. And like always, frosty machine wasn’t working even tho I have the free for a year thing.
Went there on a Friday night at 6:30(11/20/2021) and the dining was closed. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Looked inside and saw 7 or 8 workers inside. No reason why the dining room was closed on a Friday night. Woman at the drive thru yelled that inside was closed and when asked why she ignored me. Felt like they just felt like closing it. Losing walk in business at a high traffic time I am sure the owners would not be happy about. When I worked there we could run the place with 4 or 5 people. No reason for this. Didn't feel like eating in my car either.
Horribly slow. We stopped for a quick bite. There was two people in front of us and waited half an hour for our food. My fries sat on the tray the whole time. When I asked for a replacement, the fries I got were still frozen in the middle. So gross. On top of all that the whole restaurant had a weird smell that other wendy's restaurants don't have. It made me sick to my stomach.
Dining room is still locked, as of 3/4/22. Does this place ever plan to resume operations as it should? I won't risk drive through because I don't have 30 minutes worth of gas to burn waiting for the wrong food with no recourse but to argue at a window. My last dining room experience here I received an underfilled chili bowl and waited almost 40 minutes for a baked potato that they told me THREE times was only 5 minutes out. Really? I like the frosty but I think I'll try the sad excuse for a Wendy's in Crossgates Mall instead.

I order the same chicken sandwich meal with cheese, extra mayo and No Tomatoes. I get charged extra for that Extra Stuff but don’t receive it. I will get the biggest piece of tomato which I hate on my sandwiches! It’s fine if it’s a one off situation but EVERY TIME is starting to piss me off. Let’s not talk about the whole cup of ice with a tiny little soda. Definitely won’t go there again! DO BETTER WENDY’s! You owe me money for the all the extras I pay for and don’t get!!
Cashier and the dude they have on sandwich was soo rude and look too distracted to be at work. It looks like he brought his family (girlfriend and daughter) to I’m assuming get free food which was distracting me and he was also very disrespectful to me and my sister. Was so excited to get Wendy’s with my friends after a great night. The second we pulled up to the speaker we were told to hold on and wait. Both me and my friend wanted an item on the menu that we were told they didn’t have available. Finally we get to order, as I’m explaining what I don’t want on my burger the woman working the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional all while I’m just trying to explain items I didn’t want on the burger. After all that we get drive up to grab our food JUST to get onions on my burgers which I stated multiple times I didn’t want. Never again will I go to this Wendy’s
Went to the drive through to get a quick bite and head back to work. When I opened my sandwich to add ketchup, this is what I found. I lost my appetite and tossed the entire thing. Disgusting!!! Update : November 3. 2022 Bought a sandwich and ordered orange juice. Got distasteful water instead. This isn't even an actual drink. It tastes like medicine. 🤢
