The last time I visited was 3 years and I am very blessed and happy that this is the best place to feel at home and with fresh food and everyone is friendly.

Service was great and quick food was delicious need to cut back on the black pepper in the fried pickles

New courteous staff.. Great new menu items. Atmosphere was clean & tidy. Definitely will return.

Can go through the drive through are eat inside. I like the chicken tenders, corn nuggets, orka, and the rolls . I like their tea.

I am addicted to a large sweet tea with extra ice. When I finish my tea, I usually have bottled water that I have been drinking on throughout the day. I add that to my ice.

Love it here. The employees are always so friendly and they take your order carhop style in the drive thru (due to broken speaker?) and haven't gotten it wrong once.

Great place to eat! And the cook (Eric) was a beast in the kitchen. His chicken was on point & fresh. I'll definitely be back next time im in Comanche.

Amazing food and service! The workers are so sweet especially autumn and Tim you can tell they enjoyed working there and we’re always on top of everything, the food was hot and delicious cooked perfectly and the manager Michael was extremely sweet and made sure I had a good lunch! 100% recommend.

My husband and I got the best fried liver I'v ever eat at any Chicken Express here today. And we've been eating at Chicken Es all over Texas. I love their tea that's what you call Texas Sweet Tea that's for sure.

every year we visit Comanche Tx, this is a must stop destination . the food is always good ( excellent ) . we look forward to see you again next year ! unless you start building in Georgia .

Didn't order food but the cash register rep was super nice. Kids wanted sandwich which they didn't have so they referred to sonic nearby and even gave the kids two quarters for the chicken gumball machine which they were suoer excited for. Sometimes its not the food but quality of service and nice folks running the restaurant.

My husband and I stopped at Chicken Express in Hamilton TX. After we drove thru a BAD hale storm and treacherous weather. We had severe damage to our car and needed TO have super and regroup. The staff was so friendly and concerned for our safety. They bought our super!! Who does that any more.... CHUCKEN EXPRESS DOES! THANK YOU ❤️

We have been to this location several times since moving to the area. Every single time my family and I have either dined in or gotten food thru the drive thru, it has been delicious and fresh! Their employees are friendly and do a great job. Best Chicken Express we have ever been to. Keep up the great work!

I stopped at the drive-through today and ordered a family size french fries, and asked that they be cooked fresh. So shortly, this guy came out, and I gave him my cash to pay for my order. In a couple of minutes, he came back out with my change and had a bag of ice in his hands. He started to hand me the ice, and and I looked at him with total confusion. He asked if I had ordered a bag of ice, fresh. That’s when I caught on. He got me good. He told me no, he was just kidding. It was hilarious. He took the ice to the car behind me. I needed that laugh today. I really appreciated his sense of humor. The world needs more people like him. I’d just like to tell him thank you for making my day. Oh, and then he brought my order of fries out, cooked fresh. 😁

Very nice staff, quick to get our food, and it was all fresh, hot, and delicious! The bathrooms were extremely clean as well, and the clean baby changing station was a blessing. The GM, Michael, was incredibly sweet and attentive. I could not have been more pleased with our experience here.

The food is usually fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly. Inside is updated and clean. It can take awhile for your order sometimes but that's usually because it is being made fresh. I believe you can order online now.

If you are ever in the mood for excellent fried chicken or fried catfish, this is a good place to go. I would have given it 5 stars, but I think they charge more than most fast food places charge and sometimes the wait is a bit extensive.

The food was great, but the service was okay the clerk was more worried about what time it was.They use the number system and never told us the number. We also asked to eat in and they made it to go.

Rating is based on how they compare with the "ideal" fast food chain. Food was good. Counter helper was efficient, but never spoke more than, "can I help you?". She got the order wrong because she wasn't listening carefully. Also, I saw food on the floor in the kitchen in several places. Tenders, fries, biscuits - not just crumbs. This is a huge problem in the food service business. You will get ants, bugs, or worse. So, okay, but needs some stricter management or supervision.

Food and service great, just took time to find a clean table...cleanliness needs to be shown to Mgr and employees.

Chicken breast was not very juicy and had no flavor. No adult supervisor, kitchen staff very noisy you could hear them from outside.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, Chicken was fine, fries were really old! Very disappointed since the fries were the only reason i chose over Sonic.

We typically love Chicken E, but this location just struggles in several areas. The employees they have are always working hard, but they are just always short handed when we go and most of the seating area is closed off. Food is good, but can be inconsistent...

This particular Chicken Express should take out the Express part of the name. Chicken Slow Served should be the name. The food was delicious and our order was correct that's why I gave the 3 stars. The workers all looked like they were in slow motion.

The employees at this location are great. Very friendly and the food comes out pretty quick. Most of the time it's pretty fresh tasting. Lately, something has definitely been off with the gravy and fountain cokes. Something is very off tasting (guessing the water) which makes the cokes disgusting and affects the gravy as well. It's been like this for a month.

If they'd wear hair nets and gloves I'd feel better about the food I'm getting. Nice but a little sloppy and slow.

Have to wait to long for service and your order. Food is good but you don't see gloves or handwashing. There's always a mess behind the counter and messy tables. Most people don't want to wait 30 minutes for fast food.

I only gave 2 stars because it wasn't very clean. We went through the drive-thru and you could see food and trash on the floor. We ordered food for our dogs. Maybe just caught them on a bad day. Doubt we will go back though.😞

Chicken tenders and fries were not freshly made. The tenders were chewy and dry, and the fries were cold. Service was prompt.

Food is good but manager needs to take a class or two on management skills. Also not assume the customer is wrong all the time . Especially when the receipt show they are right!

I ordered the 8 piece chicken and I got okra, Mac cheese and coleslaw. Everything smelled good and the people we're kind. But .....after paying 2.49 ea side order and get maybe nine pieces of okra and it was just a joke at the side orders. The amount of cost and barely any in the bag. Rip off for real. I spent 25.79 and couldn't even have enough to feed a adult and a toddler. Sad!! 😪

Don't order the spicy tenders here. They are good flavor but dried out. The large drinks are $1.75 a piece. The other Chicken E's are $1. So pay attention to that

The tea is great and the prices aren't awful. Normally a pretty good meal from a Chicken Express. Today it was a legit 30 minute wait though. Two other cars drove away during this time. The chicken and fries were hot but our other sides weren't as much. We got a number 1 with a couple of extra sides and they stuffed all of it in one box which was a inconvenience. I wouldn't necessarily go back to this location but Chicken Express overall is pretty good.

We are driving from Texas to Alaska. This restaurant looked ok so we stopped on Thursday. The order came up quickly. The roll was missing from my order. I ordered two beasts, no gravy, and cold slaw. The chicken tasted old and the breading was overcooked. I spoke to the counter person and another lady stepped up to listen. Besides saying she was sorry, there was no compensation. I discarded the whole order. The next Chicken Express we pass, we will keep on going.

I've been testing out this place every now and then, and the number one thing that I've found out about this location is that the chicken is certainly not the best. The place is clean enough, and the staff is friendly, but perhaps the frier oil needs to be changed out more. It's just a shame that the best part about my meal was the gravy.

Called in to place an order website says closed at 10:00 p.m. 9:22,pm told that they were closed they couldn't take any orders.

The last time I bought a family pkg of regular cut up chicken, it was old and dry

Slowest place i have ever seen. 25 minutes waiting in the parking lot for 2 combos. Ordering at the sign never works here. No diet dp either. Ridiculous

Me and my friends walked in at 9:25 and they don’t close until 10:00, When we came in the lady at the counter rolled her eyes and gave the loudest sigh ever which really made me mad and I didn’t really want to eat anymore and when she brought us our food she gave a lot of attitude and when we said thank you she straight up ignored us and walked away and I caught her staring at me in a glimpse.

My wife placed an order and it changed it from Early to Comanche and there’s no way to cancel the order!

Terrible. Slowest service we’ve ever encountered and only the drive through was open. Three cars ahead of us and it still took twenty minutes. And they got our order wrong on top of that. Won’t be going back there.

Speaker at the drive thru was broken, which...okay, that's fine. It happens. But when there's only 1 car ahead of you, and it takes 10 minutes for someone to come out and take your order...okay...that's fine. They're probably just short on staff today. It happens. But when I do order and then the person behind me gets their order before I do, that's a little odd to me. I would think that they give the orders in the order that they came in. But I guess they get to pick and choose when they give customers and which customers get their orders first. I dont know. Just a thought. Just a comment. Just a concern.

Of all Chicken Express l been to this is the worst. Don't get orders right most of my visits. I have been in drive thru and had 3 customers behind me asked for their order while I am waiting at window to place mine and finally had to ask if l could place an order. The others got their orders and l was told it would be 5 minutes til thighs would be ready. It was almost half an hour from the time I pulled in til I left to get a 2 piece meal. realllly .

Traveling and stopped at 9pm on Friday night; hours say open till 9:30. Lobby was closed and they would not cook anything. Just change your hours to 9pm!

Me and my wife ordered the fish and fries we gotta order the fries were cold and nasty. My wife went back up there To tell him the French fries were nasty and cold The lady asked if she wants some more fries. My wife said yes, we paid for them, the lady reached in my wife’s box with her fish and pulled out the fries and threw them in the trashcan The manager bought another box of fries and throw them on the table, then turned around and told us we don’t talk to his employees like that. We will not ever eat there again in any of our friends. We will tell them not to eat there, too.

I have sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. I took my credit card. They made me wait. They changed my boot order from legs to thighs. They said to get legs. I'd have to wait 6 minutes. Well, 30 minutes later, I still don't have my order, and if they bring me out thighs, that's just absolutely ridiculous. They made me sit here longer than what they told me. It was going to take to get just legs.

Everything tasted great… till I found 2 hairs in my gravy. Not just one hair, but 2 hairs. I had finished my whole meal before finding the hairs at the bottom of my gravy. This made me very upset and I am very disappointed.
