Great coffee fast service, however the main street location in Buffalo at the UB location is priced higher than other locations so I won't be returning to this location

While this is a smaller Tim Hortons store, it is always busy and the service is friendly and fast. The restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean, a great place for some comfortable quiet time on the computer while enjoying a great cup of coffee.

Fastest breakfast drive thru! I have to compliment the speed in which their workers prepare food. When you're in a hurry to get to work in the morning and hungry, Tim Horton is the answer. Their breakfast sandwich and lunches are delicious and breakfast muffins are mmmm good!

I just drove through this delightful Tim Horton's. I was greeted by one grateful employee by the name of Bennett. What a worker I might add, as I went through the window and ordered, he gave me nothing but respect and empathy towards my order and family. I pulled up to pay at the window and this selfless act by him took my breath. Bennett paid for my food with his own money. As much as I tried to tip him h would not accept. WHAT an employee, Bennett was the highlight of my day. Can't wait to come back to this Tim Horton's and greet Bennett with my fullest delight.

I used to work at a couple of different Tim Horton's years ago and after COVID hit, the quality went down the tubes, but not here! The way this Timmy's operates reminds me of pre-covid times and I love it. Staff are amazing, they are quick, efficient, and guess what........they don't mess up your order every time you go there! I know people make mistakes and that's okay but most places can't get anything right for the life of them. I love this Timmy's and actually go out of my way to come here. I live next to one, and hate going to it so much, I drive 10 minutes out of the way to come to this one. Thank you staff of Timmy's of OP, you guys rock!!!

Consistently the BEST Tim Hortons that I know of! Must be the management and the caliber of people who work there. It's both. It's why I go out of my way to this location when others would be closer. The end result is worth the extra driving.

This time hortons was amazing. 10/10 for customer service, time management, friendlyness, the atmosphere and the food and coffee were absolutely worth every cent! I went through the drive through at 10am and ordered dozen old fashioned glazed and they had them freshly made for us and glazed within ten minutes and they were just so on point. The man delivered them to our car and was so friendly and nice I should of given him a tip for his service. He made all of us laugh a few times and just made the experience such a treat for us. We will be back for the awesome food and amazing service. Kudos to Tim Hortons for having this worker on their team. He's a good one.

Everything is good but the prices have been steadily escalating for quite some time. As much as I love their coffee, I've reached a Tipping Point with their pricing.

Drive thru was quick, and the coffee was good. I love it when the coffee is fresh.

Food is like every other tim hortons but this place repeatedly screws up the orders. Doesnt matter if its a mobile order or not, it is never, ever correct.

Product and Employees are awesome. But the app. That they push all the time only works a handful of the time. The real sad part is that Hortons Corporate will not stand behind the app. They just instruct the employees to tell the customer their is nothing they can do about it. So the customer is left holding the bag and either must return product or pay for everything in full and not receive a discount. It's very frustrating!

Reasonably good fast food. Doughnuts and muffins are a welcome change from French fries at other places. Anytime breakfast is handy. Many, many locations. So the restaurants are easy to find.

Abbott and ridge rd, workers don't wear masks at all or correctly(covering nose AND mouth) 430 am girl never wears mask, charges for XL and gives large. Never gives out receipts. This location falling apart. Never food available

Alot of young teenagers working who seem like they need to relearn customer service. Try "service with a smile 😃!." Just saying...I know we all have bad days. Coffee was on the warm side. Wasn't very hot however it was good and correctly made as ordered.

Coffee is consistently wrong 😑 sometimes I purposely avoid getting flavor added hoping they’ll get the cream and sugar right and it still doesn’t help. It’s like I can’t get a coffee around here that I actually ordered.. ordered a 2cream 3sugar and only got cream 3 different times now. I go here twice a week. Once during the week and on Saturday on my way to school. The weekday crew is fast, efficient, friendly and always makes my order how I like it. The weekend crew however is lacking, they burn my bagel, don't really put any butter on it and don't stir my coffee. However I pass 4 other TH on the way to school and this is the best one.

Bagel with cream cheese was dry on one side and barely had anything on the other side...usually don't have a problem but this has become a regular issue lately

Wasn't a huge fan of Time Hortons as a whole but I went there for my Pepsi fix! Now they switched over to Coke!!! On the other hand the service at the 20A location is the best I have ever come across!

First time back here in 2 months, due to very slow and rude workers! Saw new faces and it was WAY better! But I'm not liking that you cant see them make your food anymore. Not sure why they decided to tint the glass piece??? Little odd to me! But the tables were filthy...every single one of them .

Usually good, but I ordered a med iced coffee when at the speaker and then realized I needed a large to share with my wife. So they dumped my med in a large cup and handed it to me and charged me more money.

We were unhappy to find the dining room closed when we wanted to sit and have a hot beverage and treat, not sit in our car and juggle things. We understand that there are staffing shortages, but we were surprised and disappointed.

Ordered the chicken wrap. The first bite was cold but the second was so hot it burnt the roof of my mouth. Cheese was unmelted and lettuce sporadically wilted. 100% they are microwaving their wraps. Treat like a hot pocket

Update: I started going back to this location after they corrected the issues. Unfortunately, they keep raising their prices, so 3 orders of bacon, cheese bites, and extra large coffee if now 16 dollars and 38 cents. With the cost increase per day, I can go to McDonald's and get more for my money, so I will no longer be going to Tim Hortons. I like their coffee and bites, but at that price, it's not worth it. Looks like McDonald's will be my new daily breakfast stop. I have been going to this Tim Hortons for over 1 year every day. I get 3 orders of bacon cheese bite, chocolate dip donut, and an extra large coffee that comes to $15.88. But for the past few weeks, they have not had the bacon cheese bites, so I have now switched to going to a new tim Hortons as of today. That's $444.64 per month (car payment) I won't be spending there, not only that there new one is cheaper per order $13.46 thay 2.42 a day savings = $67.76 savings per week. So I should be grateful. It almost like going to McDonald's, and they have no egg mic muffins

12 people working at night took 10 minutes in drive-thru with two cars ahead of me. I know this because I come here every night on my lunch break it gets worse and worse every time

Price jumped up .30 literally overnight and not the first time this has happened in the last year. I know it gets a lot of business but hopefully people realize this and stop going there.

Gross. Iced capp is the absolute worst had to be 95% creamer 4% ice and 1% coffee.

I've noticed that the coffee has started to taste watered down. Today I inquired and the guy at the window said, "Yea they are probably putting half the packet in." Hey Tim Hortons. You have one job, make a good cup of coffee. Sadly, I won't be going to this location any longer.

Updated review: this place just keeps getting worse. Forget getting an order right - just settle with getting something burned yet miraculously still cold... Every. Single. Time. Skip this overcrowded, surly-staffed, poorly managed location. Nice new location, but they seem to cut corners compared to other locations. Barely full custard donuts, comparatively weak coffee, and I've yet to have a visit where my order wasn't messed up.

I work in the medical building behind this Tim Horton's, myself and others would order from here all the time. Ordering from the app is out of the question because they don't get the orders correct and if you go inside use cash otherwise your card is going to be charged for items you didn't receive.

I don’t know how this place have 4.2stars in reviews. Ordered Bagels, English Muffins, and Hashbrowns. None of things were meet the Tim’s standards.👎I asked for double toasted but they gave bagels that can’t even melted the butter and I went back to store their attitude were like I made a mistake to order. Ordered an everything bagel with sausage and cheese without the egg. I was given an egg sandwich without the cheese and sausage. Went back to the window to correct my order and told them I'm highly allergic to eggs which they asked me if I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese which they tried to hand to me.

Got to the drive through and waited 7+ minutes until someone answered , the person in the drivethru sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing mind you I ALSO work at a Tim hortons, so I know all the specifics and modifications. I asked for a large hot specialty tea , as you know two tea bags go in a large and I only seen one so I asked for an extra , he said rude “ there should be one in there already “ oh there was !!!! The entire tea bag + the string and paper tag was IN MY TEA !!!! And they had attitudes when I went to ask to have it remade. I thank god my Tim hortons is not under my owner !! I’ll never be stopping over here again.

Ordered two bagels with cream cheese, a coffee and a pop only gave us 1 napkin, no coffee sleeve for hot coffee and bagels were slathered with so much cream cheese you could have cream cheese for 6 bagels!!! Drive thru staff we’re not that friendly at all!!!

Well my husband goes everyday. Orders the same farmers wrap.. Oatmeal and doughnut. He had the oder very seldom correct. The wrap had very little ingredience.. Then spoke to manager. She gave him an attitude. Saying he should have brought it back. Really it's a fast food place. Have no time to bring it back. She was very rude. Then this morning I asked for a powder doughnut. I got a chocolate glaze it don't even sound the same. Asked for a pretzel bagel with cream cheese. I say cream cheese twice so the know. No I got a butter bagel. Not sure if you need a college degree to take your time and understand to get it right. We are all trying to get to work. Please get it right. Oh this is the store on rt 20A near the 219 express way

I live right near this Tim Horton's and come here for 2 pretzel bagels, 2 has browns and a donut as my ritual after my morning run. The amount of times this place has not only gotten my order wrong baffles my mind. Just 5 minutes ago I realized they forgot my 2nd pretzel bagel. So now I'll just spill the beans on this place as an annoyed local. This place is bad, they rotate staff constantly, so you know that it's probably a management/corporate issue. I've been told by previous employees that sometimes they 'water down' the coffee by only putting half a packet in. They burn food *all the time*, I was in line around 9am a few weeks back when a lady came back in with bagels that looked like they were brittle charcoal around the outside. I've seen a man take his coffee back to the counter and try to get it exchanged for something actually hot, but was denied that and a refund. A friend of mine was overcharged and couldn't get a refund, now he doesn't frequent the place. I only visited this place because of the convenience of how close it is. I've been nothing but extremely polite to the staff as someone who worked in the food industry would understand. But I'm swearing off this place and recommend anyone who values their money, time and decent food do the same.

I went to drive thru and ordered a small ice cap and a bagel toasted with cream cheese and said in a bag please. I went to window and young man hands me ice cap and straw and then hands me bagel in a wrapper. I again said, in a bag please and he says “this is a bag”. I then said in a regular bag please. I said the other I’d call a wrapper. He said it’s a bag ! Where is graciousness and customers need not receive snarky answers. Courtesy needs to be taught and observed

RUDE! Period. We ordered at the Big Tree Road through the app this morning. It came up on their end as a large black coffee although I entered that I wanted 2 cream and 2 Splenda in the app I don’t order a double double because I do not want them to use sugar. They asked at the drive through ordering station and I specified such. Then, when we arrived at the window to pick up the coffee, the “manager” was extremely rude to us. They asked more than once about the black coffee and then were angry when we specified again, reprimanding me for not ordering correctly in the app. We asked to speak to a manager and the rude gentleman said he was the manager. They should consider better quality management. Hopefully his employees do not follow in his footsteps. The owner should reconsider his leadership. This was the worst customer service treatment we’ve ever received at a Tim Horton’s franchise.

Took 21 minutes in the drive thru, burned my breakfast sandwich, drenched it in butter and grease, and didnt even have the gall to assemble the sandwich.

My experience was horrible today. A gentlemen who was employed was in the drive thru sweeping .... the busiest time of day hes out there sweeping I almost hit him twice.. I also did not get what I ordered the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich n also one sandwich on a bagel I got 3 breakfast sandwiches on a englush muffin. Come on Tim Hortons you need to get it together.. if my order is wrong it ruins the whole day

Please avoid this Tim Hortons. They will charge your card for items you didn’t get and if you ask for a refund you won’t get it. There is a Spot Coffee down the road that has superior coffee and customer service.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I been too.My mocha is never made right,the chili is very watery and the turkey club is so dry.They focus more on speed than the quality of the food.I dont like how they throw your bread that comes with the chili right in your bag with no wrapper.I have tried this store in different years and its always the same and they tables are always dirty

This drive thru is in my experience the absolute worst in OP. They are extremely slow. Give yourself an extra 20 to actually get your order (you'll even have time to write your own review as you wait). They don't have the same menu as other Tim's either. They don't offer pups a tim bit (and will charge if your sad pup still wants one). Don't know why I didn't just drive the extra mile to another one. I should have known better. Won't be back. Edited to address reply: Funny story. The previous time I went to this location (2 days prior- lucky me) was the time I attempted to get a tim bit for the dog after getting a sandwich and iced cap for my passenger. They wouldn't give the dog anything so I had to pay for it but asked for my receipt so I could see what they charged. Well, I got a receipt but it was for a diet coke no ice.... I didn't notice until we had left. Most recently I was not given a receipt. I was invited to fill out a survey about my experience in the respnoto this review however to proceed you need the code on your receipt. It just keeps getting better right? What a hassle and waste of time.

This place used to one of my favorite spots, but shortly after one of the workers quit the quality of the Tims really fell off compared to others in the area. I think the guys name was Bennett, but he really held the place together, and produced some quality service with a smile on his face. If you're looking for some quick food this place has it, but don't expect great service

I've honestly never had a good cup of coffee from here. It's always burnt. They were in a prissy mood. I repeated my order three times and they still gave me the wrong crap. I got a bagel instead of a muffin. And DEAR GOD was it the nastiest bagel in my life. It tast like I just put dirt in my mouth. Literally, I'm trying my best to get the taste out. I hate this place
