Stopped before having to work the Elections. Had fast n friendly staff take my order.Originally lived by this location.Came her almost daily. Miss it n the customers I visited with.

This my 2nd favorite Tim Horton's in the Hamburg area. Friendly staff, always busy, drive thru is a pain with CVS traffic, so when backed up divert to nearest Timmies. Shout out to Gracie, she is the sweetest empolyee there.
I love Tim Hortons and I make sure I always stop in at least once when I'm visiting Buffalo New York. I've been in Florida for many many years and I keep hoping they'll come down to Florida. I bought the Keurig cup size Tim Horton coffee when I was in Buffalo and carted it back to Florida recently and then I found out it was cheaper online through Amazon LOL
Quick stop for coffee. Friendly employees, quick service, storefront was descent. Icy walking in from outside to the first step in the door... Multiple people did it. Would return.
Always crave a Tim Hortons when in town. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty good too. Favorite locations Hamburg NY off Camp Rd. And Rt. 20 in Irving NY.

Excellent coffee, excellent breakfast sandwiches! Great everyday selection, then they have their monthly specials, which you don't want to miss. Living in Tennessee has really made me miss my Timmy's in the morning! Always the first place I visit when going to New York!
This Tim Horton's is great. I have stopped in right after school there doesn't seem to be enough people working because they get a long line in drive thru and counter but they are all moving fast to get us taken care of. The weekend crew is moving fast too they have gotten me in and out in under a minute they were even faster then me getting my money ready. I do see new employees in there every time I turn around which is hard because the regular customers don't see the familiar face behind the counter anymore.
We are tourists here and the warm food made me forget about how cold it is, lol! Also the customer service was wonderful- they unfortunately got a rude customer while we were there and handled the complaints with such kindness! Five stars- on cold days, you should absolutely get the hot cocoa, it's heavenly
I went into Tim Hortons to get a chai latte tea and I made a mistake so when I went back in the manager JACKIE said why don’t you try a cappuccino and I did I think it was really nice that she took the time to be patient with me because I didn’t know what I drink.
Shout out to the day manager Brandy! I had a little issue with my cambro coffee order the day of the bridal shower and Brandy was very professional as I told her about it. I also lost my receipt to get my security deposit back and again very professional service to get my dep back. I even interrupted the poor girls lunchhour! Felt bad about that but again she greeted me with a smile and took care of me within minutes of arriving. Thank you Brandy!
Enjoy all their drink options. I usually have coffee black and spouse chooses frozen lemonade or hot chocolate. Sometimes we share a creuler as they're so good.

Suddenly, Tim Hortons on the US side has gotten good again! Staff at this location is hit or miss. I've seen the owner complain about people taking napkins, so I'd say the employee's are probably reflecting their employer. But when you get the good ones, they're stellar.
I want to give a shout out to Abby! Every single time she is at the drive thru window she is so pleasant and has a smile on her face! I enjoy having conversations with her if I have to wait on my order to be ready.

I can’t believe I’m saying this my first time in this Tim Hortons was amazing. The people were super nice. The food is cheap and amazing and the atmosphere is great. Five stars all of it was great. If you have a hunger for coffee and donuts, don’t go to Duncan don’t go anywhere else but Tim Hortons and especially this Tim Hortons you won’t regret it.

I found out today that blueberry timbits were discontinued! My 3 year old autistic son loves them. It is one of the only things he will eat. They lady working today 3//15/25 between 1-1:30pm was super friendly she offered to take the blueberry doughnuts and cut them up like timbits for my son! I did not catch her name but I am very grateful! Amazing service!!
Great! Was in with friends an the one friend went to br I asked the guy waiting on us did he know the friends regular order an he remembered my friend's order bc he said he comes in all the time remembering he always orders an extra large coffee with birthday tidbits every day. Great job I was truly impressed!!
I try to only go to this Tim Hortons. I am someone with allergies and that comes with many worries so I always ask them not to stir my coffee and serve my Splenda on the side. Not only do they do it right but they don’t make me feel annoying. They have always treated me with so much kindness and even draw smiley faces and stars on my coffee! They go the extra mile and I appreciate them every day for it! They do it right here. Kind humans are my favorite!

Tim Hortons equals great coffee. The food is decent and the staff is friendly. The wait time at the drive thru can be a bit long when it's really busy but is fast at non peak times.
This location is pretty decent. The people are friendly and the service has been quick. But some of their policies are odd. For instance, there used to be an adults only section. Thankfully, that was gone last time I went.
My latte tasted great! I wish it was a bit more frothier, other than that the place is clean and a great atmosphere to hangout with a couple of friends.

I have to admit we were disappointed. We got three different breakfast sandwiches and they all were sopping in grease. Not what we’d expect from Tim Hortons. Also, this location is very difficult to get in and out.
Would be nice if they cleaned out the ice tea container. Ordered an ice tea and it was horrible and sour tasting. Almost like it was left on the counter a few days.....not all bad, my sandwich was good.
As expected service from this location the biggest issue is the setup of the drive thru. You wrap around the building right back into a line of cars if it is busy. Only one way out of the lot also less than appealing. Same standard of coffee and menu items as other Tim Hortons in the area.
Very nice location - but a year after I was first told it was down for repair, there is still no wifi available. If you're planning on this place for a visit over yummy coffee and donuts, it's perfect, but if you're planning on a meeting for work, find a different location.
Confusing set up inside store. Waited in one line but told by cashier that our line was not the right one and that we had to move to the other line...signs would be very helpful.. Slow but friendly service. Drive thru setup poorly designed...blocks parking and traffic. Avoid during peak times.
I don't understand how badly they can screw up my order. It happens so often that I check my tea before I even leave the drive thru window. I order steeped tea. I don't even open it until I get to work. Many times I make the 30 minute drive & when I do drink it, its COFFEE.
I am extremely dissapointed after calling about missing hashbrowns. Make sure you check your bag BEFORE you leave. I specifically asked for 2 meals, an extra sandwich, Tim bits and an ice coffee. I said number 1s, he asked "what to drink", I said coffee, he asked which size coffee, I said what size do the meals come with? I get all the way home and start handing out food when I realize I have an extra sandwich but no hash browns. I just call the store and he goes and "checks" to see what I ordered. Comes back and says he didnt ring it up that way. If you want you can come back with your receipt and your food and ill remake everything but you have to bring all the food back! Are you kidding? I have 3 men who have already started eating their sandwiches and of course I didn't get a receipt or I would have noticed he rung it up wrong while I waited 10 minutes to get my food. Why would you want to remake my food when everything was correct except I dont have hash browns and I have an extra sandwich. Would you give the sandwich to someone else? And if you really were able to "check" on my order why would you need my receipt? If he rang it up wrong that would mean I was overcharged as well considering how much I paid. Wouldn't the best and easiest solution be "Im sorry ma'am, I woukd be happy to make this right, just come back and I'll give you 2 hashbrowns."
Customer service, today, was lacking. I went through drive-thru and when they handed me my food, they stuffed both of my orders into one bag so that it ripped and one of the orders fell to the ground. They replaced the bag, but not the food until I requested such. And when they did replace it, they put a different order in the bag.
First had to slow down on explaining which easy enough 2 large coffee's 1 dd 1 b. Also took 3 minutes to have someone come to the front counter and wait on us
Stood at the order line for 5 minutes, 3 employees working on some kind of orders - not one said, be right with you... I walked out. Not that I care about waiting, but common courtesy is to say "be right with you" when you are busy at a service oriented business, so I left and went to the one in Eden.
Order coffee a specific way every time I go there and today I ordered it the same way. She asked me 2 times what I was ordering and she made it how she wanted to. I called to let them know of the mistake they made and she only offered to remake or fix their mistake if I brought the old one that I had already drank out of. Very unprofessional to blaim a mistake on a paying customer.
The night supervisor was extremely rude to me last night. I was looking to get a wrap and understand the panini machine might have been off but after telling me that he made no suggestions on what he could make at the time. When I asked if sandwiches were available I got a one word answer of "ham". Never mentioned turkey, until I asked him about it and got a "I don't have bacon" response. No problem in my eyes since I didnt ask about bacon. The guy then proceeded to charge me for a turkey bacon club. Never asked if I wanted to make it a meal or just the sandwich. I ended up canceling the order due to the rude service I received.
I love Tim Horton's, however, I have tried to get my favorite drink here several time and it is horrible!! I always order ice coffee mocha. Its a delicious concoction of coffee chocolate and cream. I feel the coffee this place used is old or something because its bitter and awful.
20 minutes in a drive thru lane at 3 pm, Really? For one cup of coffee? Shame on me. Tim Hortons Service has gone south in the last few years but this was the deal breaker for me. Good Luck to anyone who trys to stay on time and be punctual while trying to buy a cup of coffee. When the rise of another coffee shop comes in the future I hope the owner is not surprised. This is just poor management of your employees.
Dont purchase food from this location. The nite Baker is disgusting. Also I was there about 6am and the older woman working up front was rubbing her nose, wiping it on the back of her hand. She didn't wash her hands after doing so. I also waited 2/3 at the register to order and no one even acknowledged my presents let alone took my order.
I placed an order early in the morning on the app. When I went to pick it up they didn’t have most of what I ordered and refused to give me a refund. They said I had to go through the app, the app said I had to get a refund from the store. I emailed still waiting for a response. If you choose to order from here go in person don’t use the app.
Horrible service, overcharged me, then argued about why they overcharged me. They did refund me, but then I got all the way home and items were missing. Had to drive all the way back and when I walked in, heard employees talking about me. This particular Tim Hortons lacks good customer service and they constantly make mistakes and then make you feel bad about it.
Super super super slow, mocha iced coffee didn't even have ice in it, staff has no idea what there doing , was waiting to be cashed out in the drive thru for 5 mins as I saw my stuff sitting on the counter and someone finially comes to the window and then asks me "what are you waiting for" and then realized oh no one has even cashed me out and I've just been waiting as a huge line of people are behind me.
Beyond slow service, all those in line commented on the extremely long time it takes to buy a cup of coffee and a doughnut. One gentleman stated that he should have packed a lunch to eat while in line...at 9:30am.
Every time i go in I have to wait 15 minutes or longer at the counter for someone to serve me even tho the drive thru is empty, the workers talk and bull around while you stand there and what's worse is they see and know your there, i was in there moments ago and they had to people waiting longer than 15 minutes and then suddenly they lost there order and 8 minutes went by and when they got there order it was just to plan coffees, I walked 3 and a half blocks in the snow just to get a plan coffee and had to wait nearly 20 minutes even tho they were bearly busy and then they made me leave because I forgot my mask in my car, my face was covered with a scarf but since it wasn't an official mask they told me to go get my car or a mask, i told them it was Over 3 blocks away and she said not our problem, this Tim Horton's has permanently lost my business
I was just there at 4pm 5/23/2018 in drivethrew got to window they forgot my order and girl who made coffee handed it out window I said "Thank You! she said "yeah" rudely like I was bothering her nasty little B****, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!
I will not be returning to this location. If I ever treated customers the way I was treated today I would lose my job. In eighteen minutes this is what I experienced: Patrick, the young man at the counter was rude and off putting. When a gentleman leaving said "this is ridiculous" Patrick yelled back "oh yeah you too!" The rest of the staff stood around waiting for one girl to hand out food, and made remarks about giving out wrong orders and not caring.
Slllooooowwwwwwwww & the workers are very very rude! The place is dirty & I've heard they have a lot of rats. The way the drive thru & parking lot is situated is an accide t waiti g to happen. It use to be a good location but not any more. Id give it zero stars if i could just on account of the attitude of the employees and the dirty, greasy, disheveled manager who is also extremely rude & difficult.
Was the second one in line and waited for ten min. When it was my turn the counter person left and went to the back and never returned while four others were all talking among themselves at the drive thru window. So I left along with two other customers. Bad customer service..... Goodbye Tim!!!
Service was horrible! Took 17 mins to get 6 donuts and a drink which I didnt even get the drink they said the machine was broke then another 7 minutes to come and refund me the money and I was the first one in line and it took this long. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Way overpriced for inconsistent coffee every day. Every time I stop, it's always a gamble of what it'll taste like. Workers always rush you too.

Drive thru- Cafe Mocha is water. Park, go in, report, confirm I don't taste coffee or hot choc.???? Mgr yells, "What's the matter" Request just coffee in replacement. No sorry's, no offering $ back....get to car and coffee water too?!?! Glad I don't live near this Tim Hos. Zero Stars work here.
I absolutely hate this location. The managers dont care enough to stay open to the listed time, and the workers are the most sarcatic and stuck up ive ever experienced. The one night that i get out of work late and nobody else is open, this location decides it doesnt need to stay open until the closing time listed. Will not be returning.
Went for ice cream in afternoon with family. Had 5 or 6 staff behind counter. All of them being loud and hanging out but took them almost 5 minutes to actually acknolwegde us and help us. Store messy and tables almost all were unclean in dining room.
Poor selection. New Chocolate on boston n vanilla cream donuts is aweful. Runny and too sweet. More like cake frosting. The owner seemed demining to her crew.

Digital coupon didn't work on app. Was the only reason I purchased the latte. Very very slow service. Staff snippy & unprofessional. Handed my drink to the car in front of me, then still gave it to me... no napkins offered or given.... no bag for my bagel...
Walked to this Tim hortons with a baked potato was going to get some ice cream and the lady I think her name was Kristen was super rude to me when she told me that we couldn't bring food into there so I left and didn't get any ice cream because she wasn't friendly at all had a very rude attitude and looked like she did not want to be there. My friend also had wanted ice cream but Kristen didn't want to made it she did though but was not happy about making it. I had no idea that you were not allowed to have outside food and I get you're not allowed to have outside food in some places but it's not hard to just politely tell them you can't have food. I ended up getting my milkshake from McDonald's, which was a much better experience 0/10
I had a problem on a recent Sunday afternoon with my order & the manager on duty refused to even address the problem. Poor cashier didn't know what to say on behalf of her manager. I was basically taken for $5 because my gift card was accidentally double swipped. Mistakes happen but this location lacks professional management and does not care about customer satisfaction
Same as other location terrible service over price doughnuts cinnamon rolls suck and dry you can use them as hockey pucks they always mess up orders as much money they get paid think they get order right have not heard employees talk about customers leave customers standing at counter waiting to place order I never go inside have better experience at star bucks are prices any better there maybe never cared to compare to places but food is better much better never again

I would give zero stars but I gave them one because it's nice and comfy inside. The food on the other hand... not so much. Asked for bagel double toasted and it was not toasted at all. My friend got a hair in her grilled cheese. They don't know how to make food. We had to complain about 5 times now. Disgusting.
We are standing at the store trying to use an app coupon and it won't scan. It is not smart to tell a customer to use the app to place the mobile order when they are standing in the store right in front of you. If people took the time and effort to drive into your store - HELP THEM.
I got a choc. Chip muffin but they gave me a blueberry one. When I asked for the right one they said yes but then said they didn't have any because the person behind me just ordered one. I ended up getting a donut for the $ of a muffin
This U.S location is by far the worst. That includes the Columbus Ohio locations. The employees are lazy, slow and have complete disregard for customers. This wasn't always the case but as of late it has been horrendous. I t ry to go to a different location if possible but I live closest to this one so I have to go there based on proximity. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. If the owner happens to see this review please take a good look at your employees because, this Tim's is sinking ship. Best of luck and please straighten your employees out.
Ordered a doughnut and a blueberry bagel toasted with Cream Cheese. As the gentleman handed me my bagel I confirmed with him.. Blueberry bagel, his reply was yep. Delivered said bagel to discover it was a sesame bagel!!! I've in the past ordered a chocolate chip muffin and been given a blueberry muffin. Very disgusted with the level of service these days!!! Where are the corporate standards? Where is the accountability.?
Ordered my coffee tonight. My usual large with 2/2 expresso and coconut. The guy that took my order said there was no expresso and I said ok scratch the expresso. He immediately started yelling at me” didn’t I just tell you there isn’t expresso”! just said you didn’t have to be so mean! I’m done with all your employees being little disrespectful, mean and down right rude! I will stop going to Tim Hortons on Buffalo Street! I will never spend a dime there again!
So I had never visited this Tim Hortons. I have a weird request when I come in to have a large hazelnut ice cap with about 1 tsp of cream. I have a severe allergic reaction. I am allowed only 2 tsp per day. When I tell the employee, this he comes back to show me my cup which was perfect. But prior to this, laughed with his peers, about my medical condition. Not even knowing why I was asking for this. What behind a wall to continue to make it And came out with a cup that was completely milky and told me it was because the machine was just cleaned, which I know is untrue because I spoke with a district manager.Prior to this, in regards to another employee at another store telling me this. I don't think it's right for employees to make fun of medical conditions. When you order something special, they're usually as a reason. Because that's the way you like it. Or you have a medical condition? And cannot have it. Please better educate your employees. I don't think I will be coming back. Ps it is usually dark black when I receive it thank you have a great day
Walked in from parking lot after parking...no one else there. Stood at counter silent and waited...and waited. Finally said "anyone working here today"?A guy at drive thru walked over to two guys DEEP in conversation? One looked up and came over. Strange.
Beware of the drive through employee. She didn't return our credit card when went through the drive thru. When we got home and realized, we called same night and were told they didn't have it. The next day fraudulent charges were made to our card.
The amount of money this location takes in daily and they can’t even afford the regular lids, EVERY drink is given to you with those HORRIBLE DOMED LIDS. If my money isn't good enough for a decent lid on my drink I’ll go elsewhere to get a coffee where it doesn’t spill or the top falls off from those horrible lids.
We had a long wait in line, they focused on the drive-thru over the line inside. They forgot one of our drinks and we had to ask for them to make it. A nice woman apologized and made the drink for us after the worker manning the counter walked off without making our cold brew we had been standing around and waiting for.
Just left Tim Hortons without being served. There were six employees hanging around the drive thru window. One was practicing ninja moves, the others were laughing and joking. One employee who said he just finished his shift called out to the others that there was a customer. I also called for service. The staff ignored me. Needles to say I left and will not be returning. If I could give a 0 rating. I would.
Yesterday Tim Hortons hit a new low for me. I went through the drive thru with my kids and I got their drinks, their Tim Bits and my daughters doughnut, they gave me my card and said I was all set. I drove off and shortly realized they did not give me my latte(which was my fault too). I drove back, and walked in to get my latte. When I walked in the lady working the register was clearly not happy. I waited for her to be done with the customer in front of me. After, I explained that I just went through the drive tru and did not get my latte. The woman by the drive thru window chimed in with major attitude replying that I did get my latte. I explained to her that I did get my kids strawberry lemonades, their food, but not my latte. She again yelled over to me that she did in fact give it to me and that it had a dome lid. I couldn't believe that this woman was arguing with me in front of customers and workers. I replied again to her(with way more respect than she giving me), I did not get my latte, if I did get it, why would I be here with my kids to get it? Finally, another worker responded by saying the car behind me probably got it. This nice worker then asked me what I ordered and gave it to me.
I ordered on doordash, one large hazelnut iced coffee and one large caramel iced latte. I got the drinks and they were absolutely disgusting and in the latte there were dark brown pieces that didn’t look like coffee grounds. They also didn’t mix up our coffees at all and they tasted horrible. The most disgusting coffees I’ve ever gotten at a Tim Hortons. I went to this location to ask to exchange them or have them fix them and it seemed like a big issue to the one middle-age lady that was working there. She accused me of not ordering a latte because the cup that it came in was the size of a large iced coffee. I explained to her that that’s what I ordered and that’s what I received . She subtly accused me of lying about it and said we will give it to you this time but next time no. She also said the only thing that was wrong with my hazelnut iced coffee was that it wasn’t mixed up. That wasn’t the only problem, I don’t know how to explain it other than it tasted not even like coffee and disgusting. This wasn’t the location that I ordered the coffees from so I had no problem with them but after that I will not be going back there during the evening shift. The overnight girl that works there is my favorite and she makes my coffees amazing. The lady I had a problem with was also rude to the other staff working there and when I was pulling out she had her hand down the back of her pants. If you can’t resolve a customers problem without attitude or be nice to people maybe this type of job is not suitable for you. You can find a different job if this is how you behave to people.
The staff is friendly for the most part. I normally have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line for my coffee always to be made wrong. I normally always get a 4 cream 3 sugar in my coffee. I always have to ask for more cream. I never have this problem at any other store. At this store, even asking for 6 cream and three sugar is too hot. This used to be a great location for coffee. I do not recommend going to this location.
This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever encountered. Not only was there a long wait for in shop service, I noticed the display case was disgusting - it was also infested with flies!! We informed the counter person, (who appeared to be labotomized) responded with "huh, ok." and did nothing about it.
