Any time I get a chance to visit a Church's Chicken, I do. Our chicken was nice and hot. So was my mashed potato and my grean beans. The biscuit was also delicious! My sweet tea was great as well.

They have crispy chicken, and the meat is very juicy. But the corn didn’t have any seasoning.

I like Church's, but probably wont be back to this location. I went through about 5pm and the fries were old and cold as was the chicken. Might have been a one off thing but but there are lot of other locations in the area.

Food was good and cost effective. The chicken sandwich was solid. Breading toasted and buttered which was nice. Medium drinks are huge. If youre from the east coast its a large lol enjoy

I've been to many fried chicken spots and i mean this is the one! Perfectly fried chicken and okra. Nice and crispy and not oily. Very impressed. The mashed potatoes were tasty and flavorful. Coleslaw was a little too sweet and needs mayo, but still enjoyable. The biscuits are straight from the Lord Jesus himself. Don't sleep on the mac n cheese. Very cheese 😀 We loved it. The staff were welcoming and really took pride in their work. Extremely clean environment INCLUDING the bathrooms. Dine in too. Great example of what all Church's chickens should be like.

Google seems to have once again lost my review, so I will enter what I best recall. Friendly service and great fried chicken to you enjoy! Easily seen driving along Cameron Road. Drive-through service is available as Covid restrictions are in place.

I don't eat here. Bad experience as a teen. As an adult, this stuff just doesn't jive with me anymore. The couple of times I have visited this one at my daughter's insistence, I was underwhelmed. In 30+ years, not much has changed. 3 stars for holding an establishment in the HOOD. This place is fast becoming a ghost town :'(

Rude, on a Saturday lobby closed at 6 ok no problem. Go through drive thru and I needed to do 2 separate orders, can't do that cool proceeds to order and you didn't have what I needed okay... but have the nerve to cop an attitude. Poor customer service.

Their chicken is on top but their service and atmosphere is terrible. Took 40 minutes to get chicken and we only had a small space to order, and that’s it no bathrooms not able to dine in they made a zone only for employees that’s basically the whole place. Their chicken is very good but the other stats say otherwise about the place.

I dont care for it but my kid loves it ..Chicken is cool ..service sucks depending on day & time . Area is atrocious dirty dirty dirty ,with folks standing by the order box ..But as long as u order n go u will be good

Customer service was ok but they need to have chicken available at busy times. I worked a church's chicken before and I knew to keep chicken ready during the peak times. Also they need to bring back giving courtesy drinks for customers when they have to wait for chicken to be cooked. They don't even offer you water cups at this location. The neighborhood around this restaurant is scretchy so please watch your surroundings when you go. As soon as I went outside I had someone asking me for money.

I thought going inside would be faster than the drive-thru. I was SO wrong. I got the new guy. LOL, I was patient.. as much as I could be. He kept unplugging the soda machine on his side of the counter 🤬. It was eventually resolved, by the manager... 3 times.

The chicken was horrible , it looked and tasted like it had been fried multiple times, like if it was from the day before and it got fry again and again, and it was old. The customer service was good, but definitely, the chicken wasn't. we got a family meal of 12 pieces.

The reason why I gave him a bad score the other day I’m gonna post my pictures up because I was very upset with that customer service. We had a coupon. It was a Bogo deal. It was good through October 9, 2025 and you buy 6 piece wings you get the other 6 piece wings for free .. and I bought an extra 9 piece wing combo and I asked the cashier can you large size my order and he didn’t he gave me a regular size order and I asked for extra ice in my diet soda I paid extra for the cup for the extra ice. He gave me a little bit of ice for my diet soda I didn’t want all that diet. I want more ice for my order. My chicken was cold. My fries were cold. They’re getting upset because they went out of their coupon. They scanned the QR code and everybody was getting upset because they did the exact same thing for them to get their free wings. They need to work on their customer service period point blank. I dealt with them before six years ago. It’s been a long time since I went to this churches chicken over here in Oakland. The other cashier asked for my receipt. I had the other cashier took my receipt and I asked him can I get my receipt back because he made an error on my receipt even though I spent $20 it’s kind of crazy when I ever come back to that restaurant again maybe maybe not but they need to work on our customer service no matter what

For years I've come to this location. I prefer it over the churches 2 miles from me here in round rock. Today we happened to be in the area and decided to get a 10 piece leg and thigh. This time the box wasn't hot like before, felt a little suspicious. Got home and the chicken had no seasoning, hard and dry... what happened? What ever you guys changed , please change it back...

Disappointed is all I have to say. I have been coming to this location since I started my new job and they have been pretty good with their food and service. Today must have just been an off day I don’t really know. I typically order online and pick up on my lunch break, today I received my bag the way it is in the picture and instantly knew something would be off. I didn’t receive any utensils (luckily my job keeps some), my drink was absolutely disgusting, definitely needed to be change out. I received the wrong sauce, which im not picky so I used what they gave me but it’s little things but still it’s principle. I was a manager at one point in time, all it takes is 15 seconds to make sure the order is complete. Hopefully im able to get a refund when I go back after work.

Stopped by for lunch & it was a 18 minute wait for spicy chicken when they were actually busy was a bit of an inconvenience. The lady at the counter was rude.

wanted to get a chicken burger because it looked decent on the website and their ads so I came to the closest one , went and opened what i thought was gonna be a good chicken burger , it looked like they had a sparring session with my sandwich and played 4 games of frisbee , crazy work

The chicken wasn't seasoned or fried crispy like church's chicken suppose to be & on top of that they didn't put any honey butter on my biscuit & then when I told them about it they asked for the biscuit back. Isn't that a health violation? The worst part is the green banana pudding OMG!!! WHAT IS THIS!!!!!!!!

Came here for their Tuesday special made it to late because they closed dining at 7pm so we went through drive through we paid 47 dollars all together just to receive SIDES !! I went up to the drive through window and their own manager had an attitude from the beginning !!! He was not trying to give us a refund he turns around I get flicked off by a worker Horrible customer service skills coming from someone who works in fast food industry the manger Elvis and his employees were so rude!

There’s hardly any Church’s Chicken around, so I was excited to come here. However, the lobby was randomly closed at 6PM for no reason, even though I tried knocking. Still wanted some chicken, so I went to the drive-thru, but they can’t even hear me. I give up on the order, but got stuck for what felt like almost 20 minutes as that was how long it took for the cars in front of me to leave.

I stopped by because I needed something quick to eat, the worst mistake I had made that day. I am allergic to gluten so when I saw they were offering the smokehouse chicken I thought it be worth trying. when I walked in an employee was complaining about a mess someone had left behind I believe that's the reason why she had closed the dining area and bathrooms in the middle of the day. She seemed very rude to her employees and as well to the customers. I asked if I could use the restroom to wash my hands before I ate and she refused. I understand it's not in a great part of Oakland but still all services should be available to the paying customer. there are many Church's chicken around try to avoid this one

Horrible service drove an hour to the lady in the Muslim fit ignoring everything but not good place to go couldn't go in at all lot of workers but worse service I seen no start at all

I wish I could have picked a negative 5 review. Just stop by after work to get some chicken. It tastes like Potato Chips, overcooked lemon pepper tenders, no seasoning at all. It's horrible after waiting 20 minutes for fresh fresh chicken if you would like to chip your teeth go there please all my million followers. Look at this review, it's horrible We gotta do better

So I hadn’t been to Church’s in years. A recent Facebook foodie I follow had reviewed them and said how good it was. So after leaving church on Tuesday I go to this location on Cameron Rd. As I’m placing my order the woman taking it is asking me to repeat things I’ve already said. I’m thinking she’s going to mess up my order and it’s not going to be a good experience. I order 5 spicy tenders with the bbq sauce for dipping and fries and a medium Sprite with no ice. Sodas come out of the machine cold so they don’t need ice. They give you ice to reduce the amount of soda you actually get. Any way she got my order right besides giving me ice in my Sprite. I tell her and she fixes it. The tenders were delicious, the fries nice and golden and also delicious. So after church on Wednesday I think that was so good I’m going to try it again. The customer service on this night was horrible!! The older black man taking orders through the drive thru sounded like he hated his job!! No smile no rapport with customers at all. I’ll probably go back because the food was good!! I just hope they keep the old black guy off of the drive thru.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had earlier. The person taking my order through the speaker was quite rude and impatient while I was trying to decide. What was particularly upsetting was seeing her gossiping and laughing about me with other employees when I got to the window. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope you'll address this with your staff.

I went to Church’s chicken located on 5339 Cameron Road in Austin Texas. I ordered a two piece. It was supposed to be a thigh and a leg. When I got home and opened up the box this is what I got got, (see picture), two pieces of dried up crap that look like it should’ve been thrown out two days ago! Before I went to Church’s Chicken today, I wondered why I hadn’t been in so long, it’s been years… now I know why it’s because of receiving food that looks like this crap! It went straight into the garbage where it belongs! They never have to worry about me ever going back to any Church’s Chicken ever again! This is beyond disgusting and horrible service! I do not recommend!

My wife wanted some chicken and passed by to pick up a family meal. She got there at 8:11pm and waited for 40 minutes for our food. The staff instead of being understanding for why she would be upset about waiting for 40 minutes, decided to just shrug their shoulders and made her wait longer. They were handing out orders to other people that got there after her. Never coming back to this establishment!!!
