Customer service is exceptional. My two boys , 5 and 7, are learning to order and pay for food. The gentleman at the counter (I think the manager) was very patient and helpful with them. He was very kind. Good people run this place and will we will definitely come back on that point alone. For what the pizza is, it’s great. It’s affordable and quick. Affordable and gourmet don’t belong in the same sentence so don’t expect that. Do expect feeling welcome and taken care of at this place.

The pizza is good for the price. Service is good. But the atmosphere is horrible. The one on Treat Blvd is a sweat shop. That place never has the A/C on during the summer. That's just poor working conditions. I hate that they treat their employees that way.

I gotta give them 5 stars. Completely changed my mind about Little Caesars, a chain who I always at the very least respected. But now it is my go to spot, the ladies there make a very consistent peperoni pizza and go pretty light on the sauce, which is something I usually have to request. Out of the many times I go in to pick up, even on a busier day I only had to wait about 15 minutes maybe once or twice. And I don't mind, since I know it's fresh. It's a weird feeling having this much praise for such a cheap pizza lol.

It was good as usual. Quick service , I walked in, no waiting, bought the ready to go Pepperoni Pizza and paid for it and out in about two minutes. Cashier was very polite and did a good job. Pizza was HOT and the pepperoni was spicy good.

I'm not a great pizza fan but their square deep dish pizza under $10 is SOOO good! They usually have one available in their hot-to-go cabinet so you don't have to wait!

For hot n ready pizza this place had good pizza but if you're trying to watch your weight steer clear of this place!

This is not the closest LC to me, but i think its the best in the area for what we get which is thin crust, breadsticks and sometimes the lunch special. Our thin crust pizza is always hot, well made, cut well and tastes great, worth an extra 10 minutes of driving. I can call ahead, and its always good.

If your looking to stay on the cheaper side of the spectrum, it doesn't get much cheaper the L.C.

Food is good for some fast food pizza. The problem is, service is extremely slow, and their ovens for storing the pizza's so they stay warm are never filled up with pizza. This means they make you new a batch which takes twenty more minutes. Disappointed with service.

Food is below average. Worst customer service, a girl got my order wrong on purpose and was extremely rude. There is no inside seating, it is just a weird room.

last week ordered when I came to pick it up, she told me someone else took it. this week they told me to come after 10 minutes, but when I showed up after 12 minutes they told me it will take few more minutes but it took 15 more minutes. they give my ready order to whoever comes first. there is no respect for prior callers.

I order pizza and cheesy bread online went in to pick it up my pizza was ready but they forgot to make my bread so I waited an additional 7mins went back in and still no bread. I will NEVER go to this place again

This location is horrible. The food is horrible most of the time. The owner and some employees are rude. Food sits in warmer way to long. Health Department should pay them a visit! I will never eat there again!

Breadsticks undercooked still raw in the middle. Hot n Fresh pizza was cold and hard. Never going to this location again, will go to another

Thr pizza I feel has a cleaning solution on it. The next day I still taste it.

I went there yesterday and the food was horrible I ended up with food poisoning and have been sick throwing up ever since I will never return to this. Location!!

Lousy customer service. Discrepancies on the amount quoted on the phone and when the pizza is collected. Vanessa on the counter was rude. She would not correct her mistake. She charged $15.95 instead of my ordder price $11.95. She did not offer crushed pepper, napkins etc which she offered to a cusomer before me, very racist attitude and asked me to leave. She refused to call her manager when we asked her and refused to give us a proper receipt which would show price of my order. I think she's pocketing the difference. Rude service. Never visit here. Go elsewhere.

I ordered 6 of them over the phone, figuring, since it would be a large, unorthodox order, I'd give them time before I showed up. When I arrived, they had me pay, then placed 6 full-size pizzas in front of me. I was confused and asked about the size. They said "we only have large." Ok, so, I was wrong, they don't have those size pizzas. I'll just take three full-size pizzas instead. Immediately, the woman behind the counter says "this isn't my fault, this is your fault. We don't have any other size pizzas. Plus, you paid with card so I can't refund you." She was completely rude, unwarranted. I left with three pizzas and left the other three on the counter. They did not give me my money back for the other three.
