Great food and even better service. Seating is limited but the fast service makes it a seamless transition from customers finishing up to customers getting seated. This place is ideal for sharing or family style meals. We got chicken biryani, lamb biryani, beef seekh kabobs, chicken tandoori (not pictured), lamb curry, lamb chops (not pictured), and garlic naan. Everything tasted so fresh. The garlic naan was fresh out of the tandoor. Biryani was very flavorful, and can be considered spicy for those who can’t tolerate spice. Biryani can definitely be shareable between 2-3 people. Highly recommend the mango lassi, which is a mango yogurt drink that settles down the taste buds and balances out the spices. The remaining items we ordered weren’t spicy which made them more enjoyable. The chicken tandoori was good. Not the best we’ve had. Stars of the show were the lamb seekh kabobs coming fresh off the grill and the perfectly seasoned lamb chops.
Update, while this place is a staple, they have terrible naan. Its not buttered amd ALWAYS burned in the middle. Its like the person making it makes the center thin and edges fat. Naan becomes tough if you dont butter so it takes away from the whole experience. This is an unpretentious Pakistani food joint that is very well liked. My personal favorite here is the lamb chops, seekh kababs and veg biriyani. My friends like the chicken Tikka masala, however to me it's too sweet and too heavy. Its like drinking a curry custard. Friends also like the lamb curry. For those ordering achari meat curry, there is mild n spicy. The spicy for that is very spicy so be warned. Customer service is basic and to the point and I am okay with that. The staff works really hard due to high volume of clients.
The food is very authentic and consistent. My daughter is Vegan, so it is perfect for both our preferences. Pricy but what isn't these days. Portion are fair. Left overs are a treat .
Excellent food, great staff, and I love that everyone eats together. Prices are reasonable. Concord wouldn't be the same without Naan and Curry! My youngest son has special needs and sometimes does some things that are not socially "acceptable," and the owner at the register is always very understanding and extremely friendly. I will always spend my money here because of the excellent food they serve and the respect they show their customers. Please give this gem a try, it doesn't disappoint.
One of my top restaurants in the area. I drive all the way from Richmond to eat here. Some must tries (in my opinion) that aren’t as commonly ordered. All pictured in my image: - Chana Masala. I order this at every indian/pakistani restaurant I got to and it’s NEVER as good as Naan n Curry’s. They use super warm spices and less heavy on the tomato than most places. This is a dish I dream about, and honestly would be my last meal on earth. - Karahi paneer - such a nice combination of tomato, bell pepper, spicy creamy sauce. Goes really well with naan -Lamb Vindaloo - if you like hot and spicy dishes, this is your go-to. Their portion of lamb is nice and the potatoes are so tender. - Tomato onion salad - a “must-order” with every meal. The service is hit or miss. The owner is either VERY friendly or seemingly irritated depending on the day. He also loves to try to upsell items to everyone, which sometimes annoys me. However, I’ve learned to appreciate his charm and know that he is really passionate about running a tight ship in the kitchen. Him and his team members are incredibly hard-working and well organized. ALSO - please please note that not every Naan n Curry restaurant should be weighted equally. The one in SF on Irving street sucks - like majorly sucks. I know there’s some other locations around the bay, but I’m almost certain each location is individually owned. The location on Salvio Street in Concord is the only location I eat at and I will always stand by it.
My wife and I love this place. Whenever we are in Concord and want Naan and Curry this is the place we go to every time and they never disappoint. The chicken tikka masala is the best I’ve ever had. Whenever I eat it chicken tikka somewhere else, I always use Naan and Curry’s to compare to. The naan is so delicious, you can taste the Smokey flavor from the clay pot they use. Same goes with the tandoori fish. So delicious and that Smokey flavor is out of the world! Next time I go I’ll be trying the tandoori chicken. That is a must I try next time we go!
We loved our food 🍱 Everything was delicious 🤤 The man behind the register helped us order. I liked this place for its authentic food taste. The parking was street parking. No parking lot. The Restaurant was wheelchair 🦽 accessible. We will definitely be returning back to the restaurant. It’s like a home cooked meal at a family member’s home. Our recommendation is to try it for yourself. You will definitely love it!!! Just as we did!!!
Naan n Curry is a delightful find! The flavors are incredible - the curry had just the right amount of spice, and the naan is soft and fluffy. I especially enjoyed the Lamb chops. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Naan n Curry for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Pakistani dining experience.
Excellent food! Loved their naan - unlike the usual naan we find that’s cut into smaller pieces this was thick , fluffy and a full round. The entree serving sizes were adequate for two people. We also tried their samosa which was hot and crispy. Street parking and reserved parking is available nearby. The place got quite busy when we were there on a weekday night. Best part is that all of this was under $20 for two people haha
I drive 45 minutes each direction for this spot. It is always busy and you have to have patience to get a table. Well worth the wait every single time. The flavors are fantastic and you wont find more tender high quality meat. If I could eat here everyday, I would with no exceptions.

My favorite Indian restaurant. Flavor is consistent and staffs are friendly. Whenever i shop at concord, always bring to-go food or dinner in.
Love getting take out from this place. It's not an exaggeration when I say I could drink that tikka masala sauce. It's divine. Samosas are great too!

I ordered to-go, of dal, chicken sheekh kabab, lamb chops, tandoori chicken leg and fish kabab. Fish kabab and sheekh kabab were excellent. Tandoori chicken was good but could be spiced more aggresively. Lamb chops were a little chewy. Dal was good. Overalll its value for money. The taste is more tuned towards American pallate vs keeping it authentic to how it is prepared in Indian subcontinent. I will definitely go back to try curries.
Naan and Curry has become one of my go-to spots, and for good reason. The spice level here is exactly what I expect, bold enough to deliver a kick without overwhelming the flavors. Everything I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful and well-balanced. I’ve worked my way through all their curries, masala options, and lentil dishes, and every one of them has been excellent. You can really taste the care they put into their recipes. Their tandoori selections are also a highlight. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to see the staff making fresh naan right in the tandoor; it adds an authentic touch and the naan comes out perfectly soft with just the right amount of char. The combination of solid flavors, reliable spice, and freshly made breads makes this place stand out. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving quality Indian food.
Love this place! It has a relaxed, casual vibe—you order at the counter, then help yourself to plates and utensils. We always get the chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, regular and garlic naan, samosas, prawn tandoori, eggplant dish, spinach with cheese, and the yogurt dip. Everything is super flavorful. Don’t miss the rice pudding—seriously good. One of our go-to spots!
I’ve been coming here for years, and it continues to be one of my go-to spots every time I’m in the area—especially right after landing at SFO. It’s practically tradition at this point. The service is always friendly and efficient, even when the place gets packed (which it often does). Just a heads-up: it’s not the best spot for large groups, especially during peak hours. Space is tight, and it fills up quickly. Food-wise, I’ve consistently enjoyed my meals here. The tandoori chicken has been rock-solid over the years—flavorful, juicy, and always cooked just right. The naan is also perfect every time—warm, fluffy, with that slightly charred edge that makes it irresistible. I do miss how the Chicken Tikka Masala used to taste—it’s changed a bit and doesn’t quite hit the same anymore. Also had a hiccup when I asked for samosa chaat and was given two plain samosas instead. Apparently, they don’t serve samosa chaat, which was disappointing, especially since it’s a staple at many similar places. Still, the quality and consistency of most of the dishes keep me coming back. Definitely worth the stop—especially if you’re coming in from a long flight and craving something flavorful and comforting.
A must-eat-at stop when I'm in the Bay Area. This is a Pakistani restaurant and the food is pretty authentic. We had lunch here shortly after I arrived. I ordered the Lamb Chops (because I love lamb), and we got some Chana Masala, Baigan Bharta, Chicken Tandoori, and Chicken Tikka Masala. We had Naans to accompany the main dishes. My favorite was the Lamb Chops. They were soft and succulent and just spicy enough. I also enjoyed the Chicken Tandoori. Reminded me of the Chicken Tikkas at Bundu Khan in Karachi. The Baigan Bharta was okay...I think I make it better than them 😄. The Chana Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala were good too. The Naans were soft and fluffy. Overall, a good meal.
Friendly and quick service with family style ambiance. You seat yourself and grab your own plates, silverware, and drinks.\n\nEvery dish we had was delicious and filling. I wish there was a little …
Everything goes about average. The most popular dishes, chicken tikka masala, the chicken breast with the wing attached and cooked in Tandoor is good flavor. Best part of this restaurant is that it is not overly spicy. The food lacks flavor, but my keema naan was good. The palak gosht had no flavor. The cashier is a bit rude.
I went there twice in one week. Why? Because, in the first visit, I could not help but notice that the quality I had experienced on all prior visits was sadly missing. Even the naan was hard to break…

The tikka masala had no spice to it, I had to add the habenero sauce to give it some flavor. Rice was cooked well. Chicken vindaloo was very spicy and the spice stayed with you, but that was the only flavor that came across. Garlic naan was pretty bland. Seemed like the base dough needed more salt. We didn't like the cheese naan at all. Veggie samosas were pretty good. The mint chutney was tasty, but the habenero sauce is where it's at. However, they were bumping to some awesome music so the atmosphere was fun!
Haven't been here in 6 years and I was excited to check it out again. My first stop was literally going to be Naan N curry and I couldn't stop raving about it when I moved down to SoCal. \n\nI had …

I ordered Nehari & 2 Naan. They gave me Nehari with 2 cold Naans. First Nehari taste, pretty bad taste. They didn’t provide ginger and peppers that usually served with Nehari, probably cooked few days ago. Meat was not tender and was not good quality. Naan were like eating rubber. There were plenty of flys were roaming around but no body cares. No one care once you paid. I got so disappointed with this place.
