Me and Olivia come in here so often for dinner because I'm vegetarian and they have the Impossible burger. And it's so big I can almost never finish it! We love getting sundaes after dinner and Odalys never fails to produce us the perfect sundaes. Her coworkers zuleyma and Juliana also provide such amazing service each time. The food is always 12/10. We will continue to come here not just for the food but for the staff they have at this specific location

I like Habit Burger, visited Concord location. There is lot of outside seating area with umbrellas. Ordered Chicken Ceaser Salad and Mushroom Burger. Service was pretty quick, even though there were few people in the line to order. Place is well maintained. Food was great as usual.

Fast friendly service! Free char burger with purchase of drink on your birthday! The burger was fresh, and very tasty. I especially liked that they had a variety of condiments available including hot sauce, a favorite of mine. The dining area could use some major improvements. There were several tables with food particles on and beneath the tables. The floor overall throughout the dining area was not very clean. Pieces of French fries, crumbs and wrappers could be found with ease. There was also a spill in front of the register that seemed to be there for some time. The bathrooms were very clean, and had toilet seat covers which is nice. Be aware there is a code needed to enter. Overall a pleasant experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Habit!

I’ve been to Habit Burger & Grill a few times now, and it’s a consistently good fast-casual option when I’m craving a chargrilled burger. The Charburger is flavorful and cooked just right — you can really taste the grill. I also appreciate the fresh toppings and the soft buns that hold everything together without falling apart.

Habit is always pretty good. We went at lunch, it cost us about 60 dollars to feed 4 people. I only got a burger and water everybody else got a combo. Burgers are on point every time we go, wife got a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, both descent. Only think I would change is making the sweet potato fries a bit crisper. This location was a bit dirty and a couple garbage cans were overflowing.

Good Food - Decent service - Reasonable Price I’ve been here a number of times. Their food is always consistent. The Santa Barbara is my fave, but nearly any of it is good. All similar flavors with slight modifications to each. Love that they offer malted shakes. The fries are cooked well. The onion rings are quite tasty, esp with ranch. Service could be friendlier, but it’s overall not bad. This place is consistently busy at lunch and dinner hours. Great go-to burger joint. The one downside (and maybe it was just especially bad today) is their Ahi Tuna Filet. It makes the restaurant STINK! Like rotten hard boiled eggs type stink. It’s rather off-putting. I’d much rather smell the burgers and bacon.

Every time, I mean every single time!!!! we get takeout, out order is wrong. Something is missing, items are not modified according to how I ordered them. Like this isn't McDonald's! Get it together! The food is almost always good, but how hard is it to make sure an order is right?!?! We have complained a handful of times and been somewhat compensated for it, however we have gone to the habit in walnut creek several times and never had this happen. It's further from home, but we prefer that location simply because they don't get the order wrong. Do better Concord Habit.

I like this location it’s very clean. The food is really good. However, they need be more familiar with how to use the app. If I have a question about the app their answer should never be I don’t know or I don’t use the app especially management. Right now they have a bunch of promo deals going on in the Habit Burger app & their app is a little tricky, especially when it comes to adding promo codes, so the employees should become more familiar with assisting customer's when it comes to using the app.

First I call the location and say I would like to cancel an order for them to say nothing and just put me on hold after waiting on hold I learned they transferred me to a department that was already closed. So I called back and was transferred to a different department to learn they don’t even have the ability to cancel an order. What kind of restaurant doesn’t allow anyone in store to cancel an order? I haven't been there in a few months but was so disappointed by my burger today. they don't have the special sauce anymore. the size of the meat was so much smaller and didn't taste grilled at all. very disappointed I probably won't be back. habit burger was always my favorite fast food cheeseburger. 😞

I am beyond disappointed at the service here. I asked to whom it seem to be the manager a simple question about my order and she delivery walked away from me. She ignored me. I asked her two more times since she was a couple feet away. After she gave me my food, I politely asked her why would she ignored me when I tried asking her and she said my question was ridiculous and she could help me. Before I said anything again she turned her back at me and started talking to the staff on the stove ignoring me yet again. Her co worker apologized for her. Super unprofessional and rude. I have a video if interested.

Terrible service, super arrogant store manager, prepared my sandwich missing basil pesto sauce and when I went to question that the sauce was missing, he threw the sandwich in the trash abruptly. It took more than 10 minutes to deliver me a new order and still mocking talking to take pictures. I really like the Rebit chain but I won't be back in this store ever again. Unfortunate.
