Haven’t been to red lobster in a while but I’m so glad we stopped by. Our server Tyler was one of the best servers we’ve had in a LONG time. He had greeted us from the get go and had us with biscuits and drinks in under a minute of asking. And through the whole time with the upmost respect and anything we needed. Truly above and beyond what I expected. When I come back, know that he is the reason I’m coming back. Love the service, and the food was delicious too. Biscuits were great, fresh, and buttery, shrimp and the salad was phenomenal. Genuinely great service and great food. Very happy and surprised!

This stemmed from two factors, our absolutely delicious food and Tommy, our server. The food itself was exceptional, but what really stood out to us and truly enhanced our experience was our server. Tommy’s professionalism was apparent from the start. He was prompt and effortlessly organized, ensuring that everything ran smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. He handled our table with such ease, giving us his full attention while balancing other guests with equal care. He’s got such a genuinely positive attitude and friendly demeanor. It’s rare to meet someone who so clearly enjoys what they do. He took the time to engage with us in a sincere and personal way, which elevated the entire dining experience. Tommy was also incredibly attentive without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask as our drinks were refilled promptly, requests were handled flawlessly, and he checked in to ensure everything was perfect. The next time we drive through the area, we will definitely be making the active effort to return here!

My husband and I took my bro in law out for his birthday lunch. We all enjoyed our meals, the greens were very fresh. The atmosphere was quiet during the middle of the day with soft music and very clean. Husband got the salmon bowl with brussel sprouts. I got the seafood stuffed tilapia, which had a tasty sauce with mash potato and broccoli. And lil bro got rice and shrimp and later got some broccoli as well. I would recommend. The only thing that I think could improve is the lighting. That one bulb about us was dull and just giving light directly underneath it, it seems pretty old. Also, I’m not sure what they put in the broccoli but it was a home run 🏃‍♀️ for me!! Get it, byee 😎😘

We went to Red Lobster today because today is national lobster day!😀 Our server Troy was fantastic. We will definitely request him the next time we visit. He made sure our glasses were full and we never ran out of warm, heavenly, biscuits. Then dinner was served and there was no more talking at our table; only a family happily enjoying their delicious meal.

We we to the Conroe Red Lobster, for my birthday. The waitstaff couldn’t have been nicer. The appetizer was delicious. We had to change the appetizer we ordered, because what we ordered first, had something in it that my husband is allergic to and Izzy, our alert waitress caught the potential danger to his health, and helped us choose an alternate which was really delicious! Dinner and dessert were excellent and the birthday card, signed by the waitstaff was a really heartwarming touch! I really want to thank Izzy and the rest of the restaurant staff, for making my birthday so fun and memorable.

Door dashed some Red Lobster in last night. Forgot the name of the platter I ordered, but it was fish, class, Chesapeake fries, hush puppies, 2 biscuits. (Admirals Feast dinner; just looked it up) Very good and service was prompt and efficient. As an OTR Trucker I don't eat this good everyday. When I do I always order this platter from Red Lobster. 5 stars all the way cause I could eat this same platter like 5 times/week. Only took one pic of the bag cause I was eating. Lol.

Haven't been to RL in ages - last time I did it was just kind of blah. Took my Mom for a post-shopping dinner to the RL in Conroe, Texas and I have to say they've really stepped it up! My coconut shrimp were huge and very crispy, and that pineapple/coconut dip was delish! Chesapeake fries were super hot, crispy and seasoned just right. Mom had the baked salmon, coleslaw and hush puppies and raved about how good it was. Server Isabella was attentive and was very patient with Mom (took her a few to make up her mind...LOL). I will definitely be back!

We got here right when they opened. We were promptly seated. We received our water and biscuits fast. The came.out about 15 mins later and the food was fresh and hot. I'm not sure how I haven't already reviewed this restaurant and location. My wife and I have been here numerous times before and have had good experiences every other time, and this time was no exception. Our server was great, we only had to ask for something once and it was taken care of promptly. The food was great as well. We had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and went ahead and had the extra crab meat on top for an additional $5. The portion of extra crab meat was pretty good. We then shared a seafood bake containing lobster, shrimp, crab legs, potatoes and corn. We'll be back again, it's been awhile since we've been here but Red Lobster has always been a favorite for us.

After several years we decided to come back to try out Red Lobster again after the new changes were made. Gotta say it's been a real treat! Biscuits were amazing and our server Audrey was awesome. We'll be coming back to enjoy. Glad Red lobster is turning around. It was one of my favorite restaurants as a kid. Keep up the good work y'all.

Bella was a great server. My only complaint is that your menu no longer contains mahi mahi or rainbow trout. I try to watch my weight and grilled fish was always my favorite. Now there are very few options for grilled fish except salmon. Please bring back the grilled mahi and trout!

Fish and chips were very greasy. Pressed your finger on the fish and grease puddled around your finger plus over cooked. The fries had way way too much salty seasoning. Definitely will not be back. Just not the same. !!!!!!!!

The restaurant is excellent and the service has always been perfect. However today we had a waitresses named Shelby A. who systematically prioritized every single other customer over us. This was shocking considering the restaurants quality. Trying to get her attention was impossible and she showed zero interest in us. This was apparently not the case for anyone else, she spent large amounts of time with everyone else. She didn't even ask or care about how our food was. I love Red Lobster but Shelby A. is clearly holding you back. If we ever return to this restaurant we will be sure to specifically not ask for Shelby A. She probably wont give us enough time to order again. Here's to our first bad time at Red Lobster, despite all odds Shelby A. made that possible.

The food was very good, unfortunately the service was very poor. The restaurant was not busy at all with maybe 3 tables in use on the side we were on. When our waiter arrived we both advised that we were very thirsty as been outside all day. We placed our order and I drank the glad of water I requested pretty quickly. and it was at least 10 mintues before I saw the waiter to be another glass. Once our food arrived we never saw the waiter again for anything. Each time we needed something my husband had to go find the manager. I do have to day the manager did an excellent job of taking care of us with each request however the waiter should have done his job. We did discuss this with the manager and she assured us she would talk with the waiter.

My family I came in yesterday and it was our first time since all the new changes with the company. The atmosphere was relaxing and that serving sizes were good. Our service was 'okay', but the food which is the most important thing was very underwhelming. Seasoning seemed none existent. I don't plan on revisiting or recommending. It wasn't the worse experience, but it also was not one that would cause me to want to come back. We definitely went home disappointed

Gotta to start out by saying the saving Grace for me tonight was our server. His name is Troy and is fantastic as a server. BUT haven't been here in 20+ years and was told there was a lot of changes in the food was better but I simply just don't agree, sorry. But that just means my taste buds are different than some people that think it's fantastic so maybe it's just me. Luckily the biscuits are atleast the same so I filled up on those. I probably wouldn't have even came if I didn't get given a gift card over the weekend for Christmas. It's just not very good fresh tasting seafood. BUT again if you like the food, ask for Troy. Heater broke, outside temperature is 43 degrees! How you serve a cheeseburger without ANY VEGETABLES and the veggies are LISTED on the menu. On a better note my waitress was very nice and apologetic.

The lobster aquarium at the entrance smells and it’s not very good to open our appetite. We ordered a clam chowder, a lobster bisque , they tasted both really weird. My husband couldn’t eat the clam chowder, that was surprising as he usually eats anything. They said they changed the recipe and a lot of people don’t like it. My soup was clumpy not like a regular bisque. We also had coconut shrimps and crab carbonara, they were tasty. I didn’t eat all my Brussels sprouts , they were dry and barely cooked. The manager asked us how the food was, we told her, she was nice and didn’t charge us for the soups, a drink and the sprouts. We really appreciated it. The big issue is when I came back home I suddenly got terrible stomach cramps. So I am now sure the soups weren’t fresh or the cream they put in it was too old. I have got basically a food poisoning and all the discount in the world won’t fix that so we will never go back there!

Every so often, maybe once every year or so, we go to red lobster to see if they improve as a company, the answer still remains no, just like the past several years, going to different branches, the problems stay the same. The shrimp in the scampi is skimpy, the lobster is just a little bigger than a prawn, the snow crab legs were not flushed and had black rotted meat in the palm plus the meat tasted burnt, how they managed to burn boiled food i haven’t figured it out. We had them make oyster scampi because they couldn’t cook the oysters in the shell, the oven isn’t big enough, plus we ordered shrimp linguine, needless to say it was dry, the plates were burning hot but that did nothing for the food, everything in my plate was cold, the potatoe was undercooked, but 100% of the rest of the seafood was cold, it was like they got a hot plate and hoped it would heat up the food. The employees were nice enough, the manager was missing, i don’t really think any was on staff because they didn’t make any effort to visit the patrons, not once, so basically if there was a manager on duty, no one knew. The place was empty, very few customers, at least we know why, poor food and no management, we still tipped our waiter 20% , he tried, so at least there is that. I would recommend people still avoid red lobster, they have become less than worthy of being called a seafood restaurant. Reduced to 1 star, would go negative if I could, we went back on 2/11/2026, the host sat us, there were only 2 other customers on our side of the restaurant, we waited 15 minutes and zero wait staff came to our table, they visited the other couple 3 times, saw us sitting there and didn’t come over to take even a drink order, so after waiting 15 minutes at our table being fully ignored, we left, as we left, the waitress said “thanks for coming” and she was standing in front of a table with the shift manager and 2 other staff, I responded in kind, thanking the manager and employees for not paying attention to us an thanking them for saving us the $100 we would have easily spent or more on 2x captain feasts we wanted, do to the lack of this store caring about customers, we will never return and would recommend no one else waste there money or time here since neither employee nor manager cares about customers.

Place has went down hill.... surf and turf.... toughness of steak was chewy and the lobster flavorless the coconut shrimp sauce disgusting... shrimp had like a chlorine taste... biscuits rd 1 was good rd 2 they didn't garlic butter them... wow used to love Redlobster

Placed my order by phone. My order was the Mariner’s seafood boil w/ roasted garlic and obay (extra)…also extra shrimp. That sounds pretty, right! No, I went in and picked my order up. I got back home. My seafood had hardly no seasoning on it and the shrimps were grilled with rice. Something I didn’t even ask for. The fact that my order was almost nothing like what I asked for made me wonder did they even read the ticket in the beginning…
