Door dashed some Red Lobster in last night. Forgot the name of the platter I ordered, but it was fish, class, Chesapeake fries, hush puppies, 2 biscuits. (Admirals Feast dinner; just looked it up) Very good and service was prompt and efficient. As an OTR Trucker I don't eat this good everyday. When I do I always order this platter from Red Lobster. 5 stars all the way cause I could eat this same platter like 5 times/week. Only took one pic of the bag cause I was eating. Lol.

Haven't been to RL in ages - last time I did it was just kind of blah. Took my Mom for a post-shopping dinner to the RL in Conroe, Texas and I have to say they've really stepped it up! My coconut shrimp were huge and very crispy, and that pineapple/coconut dip was delish! Chesapeake fries were super hot, crispy and seasoned just right. Mom had the baked salmon, coleslaw and hush puppies and raved about how good it was. Server Isabella was attentive and was very patient with Mom (took her a few to make up her mind...LOL). I will definitely be back!

This Red Lobster location is always our favorite. Our meals are always cooked to perfection, and today was no different. Our server today, Shelby, was phenomenal. She was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I love that they honor and respect veterans by offering a military discount. It was a perfect lunch, and we highly recommend this location and Shelby.

We had such a lovely dinner tonight! Our server Izzy was amazing with my four year old she took the time to interact with her, and even surprised her with a Christmas tree printout and crayons to keep her entertained. That small gesture made our visit extra special. Thank you for the outstanding service!

We got here right when they opened. We were promptly seated. We received our water and biscuits fast. The came.out about 15 mins later and the food was fresh and hot. The waitress got us refills when she saw we were almost on our drinks. Overall it was a wonderful experience here. We will be coming back.

I'm not sure how I haven't already reviewed this restaurant and location. My wife and I have been here numerous times before and have had good experiences every other time, and this time was no exception. Our server was great, we only had to ask for something once and it was taken care of promptly. The food was great as well. We had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and went ahead and had the extra crab meat on top for an additional $5. The portion of extra crab meat was pretty good. We then shared a seafood bake containing lobster, shrimp, crab legs, potatoes and corn. We'll be back again, it's been awhile since we've been here but Red Lobster has always been a favorite for us.

I specifically to see what the fuss has been about and I wasn’t disappointed. My waiter Troy and the manager were great! Now down to the specifics: I had the Marina Seafood Boil with a level 3 Garlic Butter spice. 1. The corn was fresh! 2. The crab legs were fresh and had enough seasoning! 3. The shrimp were perfect for me, not huge, and I had plenty of garlic butter sauce to dip them in. 4. The potatoes were nice and soft but missing something…. The service was awesome!

We came in there was a smell. But we enjoyed the hospitality. We were a large party,with some young kids.a bit rowdy but no one complained. The menu is large, but I think everyone got what they wanted. Went home with left overs. The waitress was great.

The food was very good, unfortunately the service was very poor. The restaurant was not busy at all with maybe 3 tables in use on the side we were on. When our waiter arrived we both advised that we were very thirsty as been outside all day. We placed our order and I drank the glad of water I requested pretty quickly. and it was at least 10 mintues before I saw the waiter to be another glass. Once our food arrived we never saw the waiter again for anything. Each time we needed something my husband had to go find the manager. I do have to day the manager did an excellent job of taking care of us with each request however the waiter should have done his job. We did discuss this with the manager and she assured us she would talk with the waiter.

My family I came in yesterday and it was our first time since all the new changes with the company. The atmosphere was relaxing and that serving sizes were good. Our service was 'okay', but the food which is the most important thing was very underwhelming. Seasoning seemed none existent. I don't plan on revisiting or recommending. It wasn't the worse experience, but it also was not one that would cause me to want to come back. We definitely went home disappointed

Gotta to start out by saying the saving Grace for me tonight was our server. His name is Troy and is fantastic as a server. BUT haven't been here in 20+ years and was told there was a lot of changes in the food was better but I simply just don't agree, sorry. But that just means my taste buds are different than some people that think it's fantastic so maybe it's just me. Luckily the biscuits are atleast the same so I filled up on those. I probably wouldn't have even came if I didn't get given a gift card over the weekend for Christmas. It's just not very good fresh tasting seafood. BUT again if you like the food, ask for Troy. Damn good server!!!!

The waitress my wife and I had was not very good... she forgot about part of my order and came back like 5 times in like 15 minutes to tell me that my drink is still being made smh... this was and will be my last time coming here.. the lobster had a weird texture, the steak was decent at best, the asparagus tasted like it was cooked too long I was really confused as to why one end was so dried and crispy that it flaked inside my mouth...I was very disappointed with my overall experience 😕
