Amazing management and crew! I had a consistent issue with online ordering a parting tray. And spent most of my work day trying to get that done. Everyone in the store went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted And even managed with a very busy restaurant to get it to me in amazing time. 15 years in the food service industry I'm blown away by their efforts.

I've eaten at this location for years and they have continued to impress with cleanliness, nice service, and delicious food. It can get a bit busy at peak times, but they have covered outdoor seating when the dining area gets full. The food quality is consistent and great. Delicious sandwiches, salads, chips, and cookies. They even have pizza for the kids. Overall, good place to eat for a quick bite.

Second time and i will keep coming. The service was wonderful, polite and friendly. They waited for me keeping my food warm. The taste and quality of ingredients and pizzas were amazing. Keep the good work!! Thanks so much for waiting !! I had a long day and you just made it better. 😘

So , I've eaten at Schlotskys since the mid-80's, and as happens, they've been a bit up & down these last 20 years, though I know, competition has grown these past many years as well. This specific place has always had a little hiccup here and there - tonight I ordered a French Dip & a Bacon Beef, and at home I had 2 originals. I live close enough to not worry about a return, but its 1 of the few places like that, for me. The 2 young ladies working tonight were personable & fairly attentive, so no real complaints. I'm gonna try to get in more, I just have to remember it. Great stuff

Stopped in last night about a hour before the store closed. Our cashier was prompt and extremely friendly. Our order was prepared quickly and exactly as we ordered it. The dining room was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this location.

The employees are so sweet! I liked it so much I came back for a second sandwich. They have gluten free options. Their app is also great for points and rewards. They have deals all the time.

Most people will say they are over priced. They are by far not. You get what you pay for, remember that. If you want a cheap sandwich with poor ingredients, goto Sub-Way they will be happy to sell you a sub par meal for about the same price! The staff is incredible here. From the cashier to the manager. They value your input and will listen. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and meal here. With all that being said. If you want a top notch sandwich, you need to come here. Don't forget this company was founded in Austin, TX.

Yummy ! The Original is the only sammich I ever get here, but my kid loves their pizza crust! Its clean, they have unlimited Minute Maid Lemonade, and service is usually pretty quick. So, what more could you ask for?

Sophie is the best assistant manager I have ever had wait on me! Sweet,Talented and articulate. Great food and healthy- pass on the trans fat and get something healthy for yourself.

I've visited this location several times and have found it to be quite satisfactory in every way. I'd be willing to wager that the complainant above is very young and immature person with a false sense of entitlement. I, too, served in the military overseas and have never felt that, because of that, I shouldn't pay my fair share. Come on hero! It's a relatively inexpensive sandwich.

I love Schlotzsky's. The Conroe location is clean and inviting. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty. The soda machine is top notch. The only thing is..... there are never customers at the Conroe location. It is like a ghost town all the time. And I don't understand why. But If you are in the central Conroe area and wanting a good hot sandwich, this is a must stop place.

I ordered the pizza today and it was awesome. Very fresh. And the lemonade was awesome. The girl that took my order was very nice and professional. I will definitely be back. Very clean establishment with good food. I got the new meaty pizza.

Went in today during lunch rush. Was greeted immediately and had my order taken. It was a to go order, and I had it within 5 minutes. It is not made in front of you like subway, so get your customization in when you order at the register. I got the Deluxe Original with Jalapeños. Was a great sandwich. Large portions. Their house made Sourdough bread was... different. Not bad, but never had a bread like it. Reminded me of a fluffy cornbread texture. Anyway. The house branded chips were good, like lays chips. A bit pricey but it was fresh and tasty. Next time I go back I will get a smaller sandwich and probably a different bread. Thanks for lunch!

I would like to say how thankful and appreciative I was when my son asked for a pizza, we were close by and I decided to go by schlotzsky’s since he likes their pizzas, and not even thinking we drive up there and when I get to the door I realize it’s 8pm and they close at 8 I wasn’t going to open the door but the sweet lady at the register her name was ( Elena ) she was waving me down to come in! I was like are you sure i’m so sorry! She was like it’s okay! I told them what my son wanted right away so they didn’t have to stay any longer, and the cook ( Carlos ) didn’t get upset or anything he was smiling and made my sons food fresh and hot! They were extremely nice to us and Carlos even handed me some soup he didn’t want to throw out, it was very thoughtful and kind. I’m glad Schlotzsky’s has amazing employees like Elena and Carlos! AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE :-)

This is the best Schmotzskys I have been to! The staff are all very nice and helpful. The place was clean. They were quick to help us clear our table and take our highchair. The food was good.

Our Turkey Bacon sourdough sandwich was made to perfection. Mrs. Sue was great with the examples of sizes for sandwiches, and sold me a combo for a great price. We’ll def be back.

Great sandwich! I love the Original on homemade bun. If you order the Deluxe for less than a dollar more you get a little more meat.

I love Schltzskys. I don't get to eat there very often, so it is a rare treat. I usually order the original. I eat half at the restaurant and take the other half home. Restaurant was very clean and staff were friendly and courteous, our food was brought to us instead of someone calling out our name. It was a very good experience.

I usually order 1/2 sandwiches with tomato basil soups to go. Soup is so good. Also this is one of places not require tips on payment. I usually leave 10% in a jar. Very friendly place.

I don’t think I have ever seen this store this dirty. Floors were dirty, tables not cleaned, water all over the floor heading to bathroom. There was 3 people inside when I can on.

I love Schlotzkeys, but waiting 20 minutes in the drive through is absolutely insane. There was only 1 car in front of me and they just got a pizza and a drink. Normally it takes them 10 minutes if it’s just myself in line at the drive thru. They mess up my order almost every time I go there. But seriously, I only get a 30 minute lunch break, it would not take 20 minutes in line to get my food. That’s ridiculous.

When did people stop caring about what you order? The sandwich that I ordered was completely wrong,and somehow they blamed the mistake on "menu changes". I ended up eating the bland bready sandwich but was very disappointed being that schlotskys is one of my favorite restaurants. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!!

This is the second time I’ve eaten here in the last couple of weeks. I had the regular original both times and both times the bread was soft, undercooked and soggy from the spread. The bread should be warm and toasty and should hold up to all of the sauces, vegetables, etc.

I would highly suggest you check your in store meal orders. Went in today and the cashier and the girl with him were very confused about the prices. The #7 for the sandwich, a drink and chips is supposed to be 12.99. The sandwich is 9.69 alone. The guy charged my husband the 12.99 and then 3.30 additionally then said it was taxes. It was resolved by simply canceling the order since they would not adjust it. I am certain the 12.99 includes the drink and chips combo because when it is ordered online the total is 12.99 not 16.29.
