I like Taco bell and the people here are nice....BUT today we got tacos that had half the meat, maybe 5 or 6 strands of cheese and a mexican pizza with very little sauce. If the prices are going up we should at least be able to get a decent taco.

Sadly, it feels like Taco Bell is the next jack in the box. these tacos seem like their starving.. I sent my husband cause the times ive gone every worker in there acts as if your bothering them. I didn’t even get a picture of the taco that came with it cause it was stuck too the paper. Also looked like it was on ozempic.. so disappointed and don’t even wanna bother dialing their phone number cause they wont answer.. soon we’ll be seeing these Taco Bell’s close down the way jack in the boxes have been. RIP Taco Bell..

We bought two quesadillas and a taco box and everything was horrible. All our tacos were broken with little meat and lettuce in them and our quesadillas were cold and not cut,

OK, SO I HAVE ORDERED FROM IN-STORE, DRIVE THRU, & NOW THRU DOOR DASH AND ALWAYS THE SAME OUTCOME. FOOD IS BURNED AND OR VERY GROSS. THE EMPLOYEES DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES. IF I COULD GIVE A " 0 - ZERO " STAR I WOULD.. SO I WONT BE DOING ANYTHING WITH TACO BELL IN CONVERSE, TX.

This location has consistently demonstrated a policy of strict portion control, which has been evident in multiple orders. Specifically, the burritos were notably lacking in filling, the quesadillas were unusually flat, and the steak nacho fries occupied only half of the serving bowl. Given the recurring nature of this issue, I intend to escalate this matter to the corporate office, as it is unacceptable.

Ordered through mobile app. Time it took me to drive there and wait for my food which I didn't get was about 40 minutes. Can't really say anything about the workers because they only spoke 2 sentences to me. Never ever again. I couldn't wait any longer for the food because I had to leave. Dont go to taco bell on the fm78 location.

$50 through door dash for FOUR items!! Three of which were messed up. This is unacceptable. Y'all did your thing like 6 months ago. But this experience and all your newest reviews will have me telling everyone to be careful of this place.

I ordered food through DoorDash, and the delivery was perfect. However, the food itself was honestly disgusting. I've ordered their chicken nuggets before, and they were fine, but today they were discolored, almost as if they had spoiled. They also had a horrible smell, similar to cat urine or chemicals. I know that sounds dramatic, but I’m serious—I couldn't leave the box open for over 10 seconds. I understand that this is a fast-food restaurant, so I shouldn't expect much, but I feel this poses a real health hazard.

It never fells with this Taco Bell every time I come I get my food and it either not correct or it looks like it was just thrown together would rather go out my way to another Taco Bell before I come to this one anything more.

I ordered and i understand its late at night but your there to work if you dont want to then quit i ordered a nacho bell grande there was at least a cup and half of beans no meat i dig around just soup and they just through my nacho fries in the bag everywhere and also how are they suppose to be nachos fries when they literally give you like 3 drops of cheese like someone already said they play in our faces like….i understand wanting to “get our money up” but make sure your doing what you need to succeed that. ppl like this need to be fired.

I would give 0 stars because it’s ridiculous that everytime I order from here yall play in my face.. I ordered a variety taco pack which mind you was like 30$ for 12 tacos about a month ago every single taco was stale and had no meat okay cool they remade it but the lady at the front counter made it seem like I was complaining and overreacting I still held my composure and let it slide. Today I ordered 3 Doritos tacos for 14$ like huh ?? anyways you guys give me stale taco shells with no meat I wouldn’t even offer this to an animal like it’s ridiculous the prices are unnecessary but you would at least think the food quality would be up to par for these prices. now im not being nice cause it’s time to do better.

Today was a great day and I wanted to treat my kiddos for lunch. They were so ecstatic that we’re getting tacos today but boi that turn into a downfall. We arrived home and the kids were ready to eat, we equally had soft and hard tacos; my baby boy got to his last taco which was the soft taco, he called my name saying my taco is weird, it’s has something hard in it so he showed me. I was immediately disgusted🤢 I can’t believe that the person would wrap that taco with he/she fingernail in it. I called discussing what my son discovered, at first the person was communicating like I was joking but I was being dead serious. They switched up their tone and was like you can bring it back and we’ll serve you a new party pack so I said alright but after I done thought about it, I’m like nope only because I don’t know what else you going to serve me and my family. Thank you but no thank you. I’ll pass and I won’t be returning
