Been a long time since we tried Outback, so we figured we give it a try. Relaxing atmosphere with very good service. Drinks were great and food was cooked very well and very delicious. Bloomin onion of course was super flavorful. I tried the Kookaburra wings mild and they were different but super flavorful and tasty. Our waitress was very attentive despite having two big parties and she was very nice. It was not very busy and would recommend it.
The waitress was very friendly and took excellent care of us. The food was hot and very tasty. The desert was real New York Cheesecake.
Our server, Rachel, at The Forum Outback was quite a caring and fastidious worker. When my son's steak came out just too rare for medium she fixed it up promptly. The food was quite tasty. Alice springs lunch portion with a lobster tail was quite the thing for my lunch. It's sauce on the side was the way to go and it was so rich I didn't even use it, as some of my lobster butter got spilled by me and it landed in it...yum!
Customer service top notch! Friendly workers and very helpful. The food was fresh and good! Thank you for a good experience!
I've never been to an Outback Steakhouse. Passed by this restaurant so many times. My family decided to have dinner here, so I finally got to try it. The ribs were delicious, as well as the baked potato soup. I also ordered a Piña Koala drink. The service was great, and our server was very friendly and polite.
Went last night and was greeted by the wonderful hostesses who open the door for us and quickly got us to a table. The one who brought us to the table asked if we were celebrating anything, which we were celebrating our last date night before becoming parents. Didn’t think much of it, and 20 minutes later the hostess brings a card FILLED with notes from the staff congratulating us and wishing us a healthy delivery. It was the sweetest thing ever. Food was good and staff were amazing. Will definitely be back - thank you for making our night!
We went going out to celebrate our furniture purchases and romantic date. You can see we finished the blooming onion. Chicken steak ceasar salad d, and loaded potato. I had a grilled salmon with shrimp on top, strawberry 🍓 salad and baked sweet potato. We had a great time. Service was quick and personal attention to our requests.
Steaks were well done without losing any flavor! Coconut shrimp was delicious! Only place that’s better is Me Sanchos in Cozumel!
Eric is a awesome host, he makes the dinning worth while, glad we got him both times we came
The service, from Autumn, was very friendly and accommodating. The food was cooked well. If I had to point out some room for improvement, it would be the small size of the lobster tails (albeit delicious) and the amount of gristle in the ribeye steak, especially given the risen prices. Nonetheless, it was an overall pleasant dining experience.
Editing now that I have time. Great place! Took a group of teachers there and the staff was kind and helpful every step of the way. Looking forward to coming back again. :)
The Outback Steakhouse does more than most restaurants to promote their business and accomodate customers. You can sign up on line or in restaurant and get 50% off after your 4th visit. The Outback sponsors Kevin Harwick in NASCAR racing. Anytime he wins or finishes in the top 10 on the weekends, you are awarded a Bloomin Onion on Monday. He contantly wins & we have taken advantage & eaten at least 10+ Bloomin Onions over last few years. Your bill is discounted if you are a member of AARP or an active or inactive member of the Armed Forces. The Outback is continually offering specials like Lobster & Steak & a Four Course meal for $15.99. We had the latter today. 1. A Salad 2. Soup (chicken tortilla), 3. 6 oz top sirloin with one side (baked potato) & 4. Cheese Cake. Who would think that no one can make a better tortilla soup than the Australians? The steak was tender and savory. Our bill with a 10% AARP discount for two was $31.25. Served by an excellent friendly wait staff. Only complaint the service was too fast paced between the four courses. It was rectified when waitress returned main course to kitchen until we had eaten our soup & salad.
Went the other night for a early dinner. I was told that it would be about a 20 to 25 minute wait. As I was walking out to wait in my vehicle my phone went off saying that my table was ready. So the wait was maybe a minute. Once I was seated my server Alex acknowledged me and said he would be with me shortly. In his section there were multiple large parties so I wasn't expecting the fastest service. All in all I was mistaken. Even though he had a lot to work with I felt like a priority. He was quick and precise with everything I ordered. My food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place with the service and food. Cheers Alex.
Boomerita was tasty as always, bloomin' onion was crispy and flavorful. I always prefer it with the ranch instead of the bloom sauce. 12 oz ribeye was good, but seemed lacking in the flame grilled area. Too much flat-top searing. The potato and salad was typical. My friend said her filet was more towards medium rare than medium. She would have preferred it a little less red.
My husband had the sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection, thank you Drew. It’s Christmas Eve 2025 and had a pleasant dine out experience here. Will be back soon.
I have been visiting the area for the last 8 weeks. I either have done takeout or set at the bar. When I have done takeout, I have always had great service from Mirara. She has a bubbly personality and great customer service. Alex has always been helpful and friendly. I ate at the bar twice and Josh not only has a great personality but helped me every time I wanted to tweak a meal. I won't be in the area again for a long time, but I am fortunate to have met them. As for the food, it was always fresh and hot!
Our go to place in the forum area for a good steak, the wait (if any) has never been long, the service has always been fast and food has always been delicious, would recommend this place to anyone curious about eating here
I have been going to this Outback on Selma/Agora Parkway in San Antonio TX for more than 5 years; their servers and food! OUTSTANDING! I recommend this location 100%
Our waiter, Kevin, is excellent. Very attentive, kind, and offered so many amazing recommendations. Kevin, you are amazing. We enjoyed you helping us. Thank you, Kevin! We will be back because of you. The atmosphere was great. The food was phenomenal. This is our first time here, and we are extremely impressed. You could tell the employees take pride in their work, not often seen.
Went to Outback on Wednesday and they killed it. The food at this franchise was far above normal. My wife and I started with the fried mushroom appetizer, it used the same batter as the blooming onion and was awesome. My wife got the filet with a lobster tail, and I got the ribeye with coconut shrimp. Both came out great. Service was also excellent. Good job Outback!
🦐 🥩 I've never ate here before and now I wish I was well off...so that I could visit once a week to try everything on the menu!! We were given a $25 gift card so we decided to use it...what did I eat? They used to have a combo like this at chili's and now they don't so I will be coming back for this steak and rib combo I ate...my wife had the steak and shrimp compliments to the chef...it was super delicious. The server was great I don't recall his name but he was really helpful. If I find the receipt I will add the info of the receipt as a photo in the review so that y'all know how much we spent and server info...there wasn't too many people we had lunch there and sat down right away and food came out within 15 mins...the bread and salad kept us busy. Our appetizer was some delicious juicy fried mushrooms...WOW I could eat a bowl of dem..steak cooked perfect. They had a really cool old school world map in the chaps room, clean facilities and plenty of parking. We will be back....thanks so much. Average cost for two $40- $60....thanks again
Wasnt too busy so we were seated right when we walked in. Hostess was friendly and quick to greet us. Waitress was a bit busy but she was able to tend to us as fast as she could. Sirloin steak was fantastic and juicy, grilled shrimp I only got 4 pcs but was still good. Bloomin onion that was yummy and huge. 9/19/24 Hubby and I came for lunch today, since we had no kids with us :). It was super delish. Our waitress Morgan was so awesome. Manager came to see us and check if everything was good. Yess it sure was. Very attentive. Steak was soo tender we loved it.
I just left a restaurant because we couldn’t get good service. I came to Outback afterwards and oh my gosh! Diane the host was so sweet, Kevin our server was very attentive and recommended the best meals, and Alex the manager came to check on us to make sure we were satisfied. He was very friendly! Everyone works wonderfully as a team here. I used to work here over ten years ago and I see nothing has changed with the staff they choose. Thank you guys for always continuing to be the best. Will be back again!
Always consistently good I love outback!!! They got a guy that handles takeout/delivery named Alex. Alex is over the top. They ought to let him train the rest of the staff about what good customer service really is. Heck Mr. manager you gotta give him a raise. He deserves it.
It’s been quite a while since I ate at an Outback Steakhouse but 4 friends invited me tonight. 4 of us ordered the same cut of steak and 3 were not too pleased (steak was tough, baked potatoes were dry). I sent my steak back but it came back perfectly cooked. Our server was attentive and friendly and the restaurant was well appointed and clean as you’d expect.
No lie the lady Cici was the absolute best server I’ve ever had! I brought my daughter there for her birthday yesterday and she made our experience quite enjoyable.
Your curbside staff are Lifesavers. Fix whatever small item needs correcting, fast, timely, efficient and go BEYOND required service. Been loyal fan of Forum OUTBACK from day you opened. Good on ya' Mates! BJ H
We did takeout for dinner here as we’ve often done in the past. We ordered two of the perfectly Grilled Salmon Entrees with seasoned rice and sweet potatoes and a Bloomin Chicken Sandwich. All of the food was great tasting with ample portions provided. We will definitely return again to try other dishes and would highly recommend you visit this establishment and try their food.
Let me start by saying that we typically don’t go to Outback Steakhouses but we had a gift card to use. They were extremely busy when we went but ALL the staff were pleasant, helpful and had great customer service skills. My husband’s steak came out medium well when he ordered it medium rare. They didn’t even blink when he pointed it out. Within a short amount of time, my husband had another freshly cooked steak delivered by the manager. Haven’t seen the type of customer service in a long time! All our food was flavorful and delicious. We had the greatest experience here and will definitely be coming back!
I ordered takeout and forgot to change the time on my order. The restaurants manager was nice enough to have the order made when I arrived and let me wait for it. The restaurant itself is very clean, it was right before noon so it wasn't crowded. Everyone was very courteous and the food was delicious. Perfect birthday meal for my husband ❤️
So impressed with the service and food. Also how easy it was to place the order. Was ready when we got there. Nothing missing or cold and we didn't even have to ask for utensils. Delicious and well worth the money. Plus they also didn't know today is my birthday and I chose them for my celebration food. Thank you for a wonderful experience tonight. I go to bed happy and full.
We went for Veterans Day, wife had a wedge salad and I tried the blooming burger, both were great. Of course the place was packed but service was good. We have not been here in years but based on this trip will have to return and try other menu items.
Best to go order I have picked up there. I had stop going to this location even though it is only 20 minutes from my house in this horrible construction TRAFFIC. I was commuting all the way to San Marcos, a 40 minute drive but vey good food and service, excellent management that truly cares about your experience. I ordered the Alice Spring Chicken with a Caesar salad and Carrot cake. I was to full to try my cake and if it is not good and fresh I will update this review. The service was fast, friendly and Excellent. The best I have had there in the past two years.
Last minute lunch stop pleasantly surprised! Britney was our server she was great even recommended the wings! (Wow we’re very good) our daughter is allergic to nuts so when we ordered the dessert it had nuts so we opted to take the ice cream off so our daughter would have a dessert. The owner Alex came out and offered to give her an ice cream of her own! Did he overdo it? Yes! He gave her an ice cream of her own with all the toppings to create her own ice cream treat! What an amazing human! We appreciate you all at Outback! Until next time! 5 ⭐️!!
I haven't been to an outback steakhouse in decades. My son chose this restaurant for his birthday lunch yesterday. I wasn't super excited, but whatever he wanted it was his lunch. Our experience here far exceeded my expectations though! Our waiter, Kevin, was attentive, never forgot anything we asked for, got us refills without us having to ask. Everything was so great. Another gentleman, which I can only assume was maybe the manager, was also very kind and attentive. Our food was brought out piping hot and perfectly cooked. No complaints at all. It was so nice to be able to go out for lunch and not regret going out for lunch. Too often these days, lack of good service makes it very undesirable to go out. Thank you for a lovely afternoon with my son! I'll have to eat it outback more frequently again 😊
Service was great! Food was amazing! I got a chicken and steak pasta. The house made sauce is amazing! Our waitress was so polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend Brittany to be your waitress! She was amazing. Thank you for providing such great service and food.
My family and I had a great dining experience here. Our waiter was so kind and helpful. The wait for the food was about 10-15 minutes so that wasn’t too bad. The food was also very good and filling and my family and I definitely enjoyed snacking on the three cheese steak dish appetizer while we waited.

We love Outback. This one in particular was out of makes potatoes 🥔😔 so I switched to baked potato. My hubby asked if the could just mash the baked potato 😅 she said that they are making mashed potatoes and she'd give me some to take home. She didn't. Also, my hubby ordered a burger and fries. They brought the burger, no fries. He had to wait for fries. My croc drink was great tho and so was the food. Just a little hiccup.
My Husband & I stopped by the Outback Steakhouse in the Forum. Even though it was less than and hour before closing time, we were still greeted with excellent customer service, and our food was made almost perfectly. I had the rib eye (medium well) and hubby had the sirloin with all you can eat shrimp! If you're looking for great food, excellent customer service in a casual environment, then this is a place to be! Definitely recommend eating here!
This is the second time I have visited this Outback and it was delicious as the first time. I took my three teenage daughters and we enjoyed ourselves. Food was cooked to perfection, the lobster tail my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. Our steaks were cooked med and med/rare and they were perfect. Our drinks were replenished without even asking! My other daughter loved the coconut shrimp, I'm telling you it was delicious. The only thing that was a tad annoying was the plates not being taken off the table when we were done with our appetizer and then our dinner plates, we stacked them to make room. It's a great atmosphere and the waitstaff were very pleasant. We were in and out and we were happy.
The food was great and service was awesome. We were served fast and our server was nice. We went on a Thursday night and it was busy. Our food came out good and how we wanted. We were given the wrong check but the server noticed before we said anything about it and had given us the correct check on the spot.
Good food. The hot honey shrimp was freakin delicious. Hope that stays on the menu for a bit. Steak was cooked well, too. My seat had a rip, and needs a repair, but nothing crazy. Good service as well since the waiter made some menu tweaks to do my order how I wanted. And the drink was very interesting, but very delicious as well. Will be back for sure.
My steak was perfect! The green beans have a smokey flavor and are really good. The only gripe is the waiter never came back to our table after we placed our order. We didn't get our drinks refilled and I had to go and search for my own to go container.
This is a chain and I don't expect much from them except high salt contents in a majority of the food items. Had the french onion soup, which was very good and the small sirloin with fries. It was cooked perfectly and went with a group from work. Our waitstaff was excellent and it wasn't very busy, but it is very noisy. Not bad, but much to be expected for a chain.

I rate Steakhouses on their steaks, so this place gets a 3 stars from me due to lack of quality steaks, but it is a chain restaurant so I don't ever expect too much. They do have a great square bar with tvs and fair-priced drinks. Their macaroni and stuffed potatoes are good. Customer service is fair. I've been there often and never really had an awful customer service experience yet never had a wonderful customer experience either. It's a great place for family and business, though I wouldn't say romantic. Clean bathroom and never too noisy. Overall, it's an okay place to go.
An average meal with similar service. For the price it's not my first choice of places to eat. The food is good. The famous blooming onion is not worth getting (oil soaked breaded onion), chicken tacos were the highlight of the meal and filling, the steak was flavorful but over cooked. Our waitress was never around, always had to ask for refills, had to request the standard bread that comes with the meals. Overall I would find a better location or different restaurant.
We ordered coffee and the waiter brought it to us in a Styrofoam cup instead of a regular coffee cup. After we ordered our appetizer, it took about 30 minutes before the waiter came back to place our order. The food was tasty and fresh, but I wouldn't go on a lunch break if you are pressed for time. The bill was a little pricy, I spent $80 for three people to eat during lunch.
I've been to other locations where the food was better. The steak was not great. The service was good.
Wish I could give it 5 stars but it could use improvement. Went on a dinner date with my husband and first there was no prime rib and then the steak they brought my husband wasn't even cooked right. You could tell it hadn't been seared correctly. Plus they over seasoned it as well. Wait time for our food was long and wait staff wasn't attentive as it should've been but hopefully next time it will be better!
I decided to order the Bloomin shrimp and it wasn't what I expected. Instead of a spicy hot taste it was more of a salty crust. It was so salty I had to peel the crust off in order to enjoy it. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and received it very rare and had to send it back. The service was somewhat okay just really slow but being Valentine's Day and I guess that explains why. More than likely I would return but not on a holiday
Ordered to go ..told guy I would wait inside. After 50 minutes. I checked my phone..never heard my name called..my to go order had been sitting for a while. It was room temperature. I have always liked the food there..I get to go because it is too noisy inside. Just a bad day..
Not a fan of their stakes first time trying it, spices overload, cooked good , due to not liking it the management did great offered something different and took the stake off the 14 buck lunch meal , salad was too much dressing, but over all good service and I thank them for that and being attentive, got the potato soup and fries
Had a late Lunch w/ a friend today at the Forum Outback. Had the Kingsland Steak & Shrimp w/ Pasta & Alfredo Sauce for the 2nd time, because the 1st order was Awful served with no Alfredo Sauce. I Decided to give it a try again today which they replaced and the Steak was still awful. It does look really good in the picture but the Beef was Dry except for one small piece which is show in picture and the Cut Steak Size was very very Small w/ No Seasoning at all. Very Bland Beef 😝 I asked for the manager Tiffany 4 times while there and she never came out to speak with me. 3 diiferent people were asked tonget Tiffany. I have spoke with her from a previous time by phone and she is usually very kind. I have Never seen her in Person and did not tell them my reason why I needed to speak with her. The Manager never came out to speak with me at my table about this Dish I have order twice. The waiter and hostess was very kind and courteous. I do Not recommend this dish if you go. Altho the Pasta w/ Alfredo Sauce was Good 😀
Server attitude was good though some requested extra items, like additional bread and butter, never arrived. All the steaks and shrimp were slightly undercooked by the guidelines printed in their menu, my baked potato wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese, and the food was served on cold plates. In fact, the entire restaurant was freezing cold even though it was an unseasonable 80° F outside. The shrimp were the biggest disappointment. Medium sized, still translucent in the center, barely warm on the outside, and only four despite the hefty upcharge. And frankly, I am not fond of the fake Australian theme. Disappointing.
The Lady that walked us to the table was extremely nice and the food was delicious. As for the waitress and waiter not so great. Im not going into details but I will say, is that they need to work on their customer service.
Had been Outback in quite some time. Our server / bartender was great.. very helpful. Although they are short handed . They did a very good job of getting our food out in a timely manner.. pricing wasn't too bad. However the twisted ribs .. that's a no go .. didn't like them at all.. one of them didn't hardly have any meat. Just not worth it to me. The flavor was also not what I expected.. the blooming onion was ok... Almost over cooked.. yet not enough to complain. Everything else was good.. this is still a good stop for food..

Service sucks... Sitting at the bar for faster service and waited ten minutes to be asked what I want to drink.... Got my drink and was going to order and he walked away. This is during lunch hour mind you so most people only have an hour or less! Never ever coming back to this location again. Server never appilogized. One more detail. The restaurant is dead... No one is at the except another couple. Asked for medium I got medium rare...
Okay folks - you know what to expect when you are dining at an Outback. They are all over this country & rarely surprise. We tend to keep going back for the same 3 things: the wedge salad, which is served with a wickedly good balsamic reduction, the Aussie cheese fries, and the salmon (okay to be fair, the croutons are great & so is the mustard vinaigrette - I actually just ate two salads for dinner). At this location in particular however, the service is awful 8 times out of 10. Do not order a steak - unless you prefer overly marbled and gristle. There are plenty of places to drop $130 on dinner for 4 - I need to remember to visit those other places, at least as long as I’m in SA.
French Onion soup was super salty, also my chimichurri steak had a salty crust. I Threw up as soon as I got home. Was really disappointed over priced food and not even edible.
Disappointed with the entire meal. The fried mushrooms were giving a funny smell and got cold quickly. The salad had wilted lettuce and the dressing tasted only like mayonnaise, not blue cheese at all. The iced tea had a mineral taste. I would have complained, but my appetite was ruined and I would still have to pay for the poor food.
Hair in my dining partner's food 🤢. Everybody has hair and we know it happens but still you don't want to look down and see someone's hearing your meal . After they accidentally double charging for that food when they reordered it , ii was comped. My food was fine. Her second dish was fine.
I like this restaurant, but I am noticing changes that deviate from the norm. I usually order the salmon blackened with seasoned rice and a top shelf margarita using Avion tequila. On several occasions, they’ve been out of Avion and recently stopped serving it. They also falsely advertise seasoned rice, but no longer serve seasoned rice, serving a bland rice instead. This is disappointing that a restaurant would remove customer favorite for no reason. The good: Great service and friendly staff.

First, the staff was nice and professional. The food was so disappointing! The mushrooms burned my mouth, i do still have a burn on the roof of my mouth. (They said the plate was hot….but didn’t warn me about the lava on it.) My wife’s steak did not have flavor, the lobster (pictured) was a little larger than the lemon slice, the baked potato seemed like it had been frozen, then served….or served again…(leftovers). My Queensland Chicken was stiff and had been sitting long enough the noodles were browning? We have been going to Outback since the 90’s (Houston 1960/I45) wonderful place! We moved to San Antonio a decade ago and for my wife’s 71’st Birthday she Chose Outback. And we drove 17 miles one way to get there…. The food was simply pathetic! We are done with Outback! And it saddens us to the degree I had to leave this review. You did complement us with a Chocolate Thunder Down Under for my wife’s Birthday. It was great to feel the ice cream on my burned mouth and removed the taste of our entrees. You know, it was very slow there, and there wasn’t any additional staff around waiting for the busy 6:00 rush, like you often see at Longhorn Steakhouse. (I wonder why.) Anyway, thanks for the memories.
Took them over 2 hrs to serve only part of meals. Left to eat elsewhere. They ran out of hamburger buns. They gave their hamburgers on a toast. Manager was not nice. Rude Never again.
We saw MANY empty tables, but the hostess didn't say anything about being short staffed, but instead told us that there was a 30 minute wait! We decided to go to the Texas Roadhouse down the street instead and also a 30 minute wait but it was PACKED there with many people also waiting. We went ahead and placed a to go order and was out in an amazing 25 minutes!
We were seated with one menu. I walked to the front and was advised we can only have one per table since they didn’t have many. We started to order, then was told the 15oz ribeye was not available. Then we ordered another steak which thru were out of. They are out of several different steaks. For my salad, they put yellow lettuce under the dark green. I then separated it and took a picture. After my husband ate his salad, the waitress took his fork. We had to go to the bar to get another. The bread was not warm, the baked potatoes are very small. Every booth and space at bar was filled with people too close. Other booths away from bar was not as crowded. See pictures. Last year we came here a roach crawled by my shoe. That’s it for us and our friends.
Food was salty, lobster tails over cooked, bread was cold. Service was lacking service. Had to wait just to remind the waitress we were waiting for dessert. There was only a handful of people so I cannot understand why it took almost 2 hours to get in and out - especially when we had a reservation.
As a veteran, I went there on Veterans Day to enjoy the complimentary three course meal. The time was about 1:30 and the placed seemed only half full. I could see maybe a dozen people waiting to be seated so I asked the host, how long the wait would be for 2. He said 4 hours. Someone also asked and he said the same thing. We both walked out and I could the other gentleman tell his wife that they just didn't want to serve anyone anymore. I have never waited for 4 hours even at the busiest restaurant. There is no way it should take 4 hours, and if it's true, they need more help. Truly disappointed in this restaurant.
First time going to this restaurant and not a single waiter stopped by to take my order. I mentioned this to the hostess and still no assistance. Waited over 10 min, the restaurant was not even busy to "find" an excuse. I never have this issue with other steakhouses.
We will never be back to outback an years of going. Took almost an hour in a half hour to get just a salad and then spoke ti manager. Very rude did not want to hear what we had to say. Then to top it off the waitress was picking up all our silverware an plates an we hadn't even received our dinner. Still almost 2 hours later no dinner so we decided to let them know we are leaving an never returning. Manager did not even care. The sad part was took my 84 year old father to dinner an this is what he had to get bad service. Waitress even said sorry but everyone came in at the same time so not true. Place was not even packed. So not sure what was going on but that rest seriously needs new managers and better customer service an waitresses and chefs. Glad we didn't wait another hour.or 30 min. that would of been 3 hours with no food.went to another rest called bubbas an got exceptional service an got food within 30 min. Just perfect. Outback yall really need help. Cause you just lost us an more guest as we were leaving. We weren't the only to complain. An at one point the waitress told another guest he couldn't talk to manager. Wow. So good luck
😡 Disappointing Service and Misleading Wait Times I was told a five-minute wait upon arrival at Outback Steakhouse, yet after sitting and waiting, a couple who walked in after me was immediately seated first after asking for a table for two. This suggests that either the staff is severely mismanaging the waitlist or is deliberately misleading customers about actual wait times. Being passed over after being given a specific estimate is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for my time. This is incredibly poor customer service, and it significantly soured my entire experience before I even had a chance to be seated. My confidence in your establishment's professionalism has been completely eroded.
Had to leave... I show up mid day on a weekday and there were about 4 customers in the whole restaurant. I immediately notice a smell of sewage when I walk in. Its faint so I didn't think much of it. I opted to sit at the bar as it was empty. As I am walking to the bar, I notice the bartender showing the fruit fly trap that was at the drink prep area. The sticky paper was speckled with fruit flies. I did not judge because I had no idea how long it had been there but I did find it disgusting, especially since now that I am at the bar and can smell something rotten or moldy behind the bar similar to an old wet mop. The bartender was nice and took my order immediately. Once my drink came out, non alcoholic, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Thats when I discovered the sewer smell. It was emanating from the restrooms. Hoping to god it was coming from the women's restroom, I soon discovered it was coming from the male restroom. I open the bathroom door and could immediately see a soiled toilet that was in dire need of cleaning. Had about as much poop specks on that bowl as the fruit fly trap. Typically I wouldn't complain about any of the one issues if it was the only issue but this was too much. I get back to the bar where my drink is and I am visibly uncomfortable and spent the next 10 seconds swatting the fruit flies away from my drink. I got up and spoke to the manager who seemed to know the condition of the restaurant as it didn't seem to surprise him and he just shook his head in agreement. I told the manager that I was quietly leaving as to not disturb the other few guests and he apologized.
Hostess was wonderful, Waiter was okay, food was bad. I think the only thing that was delicious was the bread😆. My burger was extremely fatty it soiled up the bun which grossed me out and couldn't finish eating it. Fries were extremely salty im not even exaggerating. My date's chicken tasted very rubbery. Second time that food is just so bad we're definitely never coming back. 😆 overpriced as well. We were better off going to Texas Road house.
Just wanna say the waiter was wonderful. My food which was. Siroln and chicken. What good. Husband. Prime rib was cold then they proceeded to heat it up on the grill thanks to the Waiter, Took the prime rib off the bill. Pro to the waiter. Do have to say the cake was. Good according to husband it was good he might have been just hungry more .
First time at Outback and probably will never be back. Upon arrival the hostess sat us immediately so we were excited out the gate and it being a Tuesday night not many people were there so we thought it wasn’t going to be a wait or not that long of a wait for food or anything awesome right?! Wrong!!! Our server took approximately 10 mins to get to us as she even served a table that came in after us before getting to us no problem we thought she takes our complete order we figured might as well seeing as how long it took her to greet us. Simple order 2 drinks from the bar , 1 appetizer , 2 basic meals nothing crazy no modifications no gluten free just straight forward….10-15 mins go by we’ve received our app no sign of the drinks yet apparently the bartender was MIA and no one else was available to make drinks …he then appears and we get our drinks 25 mins from the time of order by this point our food is arriving to ….now here’s where things get interesting when our food arrived 50% of my plate was missing …no baked potato no steak just chicken and asparagus….when brought to the servers attention she questioned me like I didn’t know what I ordered….she takes the plate returns with the correct items and they are cold …..at this point my wife was the only one having an enjoyable meal….i asked for the check and to go boxes so i could at least heat up my food at home since it couldn’t be done here pay our tab and left…spent over 100$ for a terrible experience could have just gone to chilis….best part of the entire meal was the drinks !!!!
Two weeks ago, I went to Outback for the first time, and I don't plan on ever going back. They brought us a bread and our drinks while we waited for our orders. My husband ordered a prime rib, and I ordered Sirloin Alice spring chicken. 15 minutes later, a street vendor appeared with a box of chocolates for us to buy. The manager came to clear it out and apologized for the inconvenience. The waiter returned to tell us he would bring us another bread while they prepared our meal. Ten minutes later, a waitress approached with a bread but said we had a little bit of the first bread left and took it to her. 7 minutes later, the first waiter arrived with a bread and left it. The manager returned and apologized and said the manager would come to talk to us. Later, the manager came by and informed us that the prime rib was gone. My husband and I looked at each other, not understanding why it took them so long to tell us this. My husband told the waiter brought me my dish that it should have been ready a long time ago and that he wasn't going to order anything. Long story short, my dish had been made a long time and was overcooked. I barely tasted it when the waiter asked if I was going to take it back. I told him that the food was uneatable because it was hard and dry, and he said he understood and brought us the bill. The photo shows this.
