Second time there and my chalupa was burned again, so that seems to be a feature, not a bug. The "beef supreme" burrito had almost no meat in it. Chocolate cake tastes like all sugar and no chocolate, so I'd stay away from that one. Cashier was very nice and patient as I asked her what was in various items.

Every time I’ve been to this location the food has been on point but the customer service is lacking. This time around I ordered a box meal and a quesadilla a la carte. I received my bag, checked it, and was missing food. I drove back around the drive thru as indoor was closed, and explained at the speaker box that I was missing food. The young lady taking orders argued that I was not. I took the food out twice and checked prior to going back, and again in the drive thru. She gave attitude when telling me to pull forward and at the window some more. My order was corrected, however the attitude I received was unnecessary. If someone paid for a full meal and then some, all food should be provided. Mistakes happen, but the attitude is not necessary. We don’t want to correct the mistake any more than you do. Especially when we’re hungry.

I pre-ordered at 815am for 6pm pick up Of course because it's Friday. WHO WOULDNT.. I get there 6 NOTHING in pick up area. I ask get told working on it. I got it at 6:15. Then why do they ask? What sauces you want and then don't put them in the bag. Also, no napkins for a to go order. Then I'm getting in my car putting on my seat belt, and somebody's knocking on my window telling me they gave me the wrong order. So I had to switch food with him, and that means my food was ready later than 615. Don't offer timed orders if it can't get done.

All locations close at 12 girl from the window said that they weren’t doing our online order because they closed by 10. While all the other employees were laughing in the background saying “nope!!”

WENT IN AT 1115 TO PICK UP UBEREATS ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT KFC SIDE HAD BEEN SHUT DOWN SO I COULDNT PICKUP THE ORDER.AS SOMEONE WHOSE JOB IT IS TO PICKUP AND DROPOFF WE DONT GET PAID FOR CANCELED ORDERS PLEASE DO BETTER ITS FRIDAY EHY WOULD YOU CLOSE EARLY???

I have been to a lot of KFC‘s in my lifetime and this one has to be special because they have special kind of employees there and I think I need to take a look at who’s their hiring because the service there is close to zero stars not one star.

Went into the restaurant and there was only one family seated in there, absolutely no other customers. My husband and I waited at the counter to be assisted. An employee came to the counter to give the family their food and not once acknowledged us in any form. He returned to the back as if we were not there. We eventually left after we realized we were not going to be serviced. This took place on 28 September around 1210.

Waited 20 mins then asked where my food was and they said they were starting to make it now. Sounded like they forgot to make it. Constantly getting my orders wrong and taking too long to give people their food.

Placed our order at 8:22 pm for an 8 piece all dark, bean burrito and Mexican pizza and a drink. 8:45 one of the employees comes out and states that they will not be cooking anymore chicken. We wait a little longer and the employee comes back out and says they will be cooking 24 more pieces of chicken but are not taking anymore chicken orders. We asked how long that we had to wait on our order the employee said 18 minutes. Asked for a refund and received but the manager was not apologetic at all and showed no response to anything. Wr have never had good service at this location, but we always try to give it a chance when we want KFC.

- Order food - App says it'll be ready in 10 minutes - Food tracker in the app shows it's ready before I get to the store - it's not ready. - Wait 15+ minutes in the lobby - The staff decided not to put hot honey on the hot honey chicken sandwich, the only thing separating it from their normal boring chicken sandwich. ...Why do you hate your customers KFC?

Paid $31 for the meal. Pieces were so small no way the eight piece was feeding my family of 4 at this size. Gravy was watery as well. 🤷‍♀️
